  3. I have studied marketing. I have seen a share of laundry list on what you study. It was very misguided.

For first time, a comprehensive list of timeless principle in marketing that will make your business very sustainable for long time.

This clasic marketing focuses on psychology and human emotional. When we understand this principle and we can easily design a powerful marketing plan for 21 century.

Basically, a penny invested and you will received a vast of marketing knowledge that the secret gurus don’t tell you. This penny invested and you will see a thousands and thousnads of dollars return on profit.

It is the fact, the truth of marketing strategy builds on human emotional and psychology which will always be timeless.

  5. I’m so glad that I took the time to be a part of this training. Rarely have I had the opportunity to sit in on such a treasure trove of teaching from the Masters. I’ll be back to listen again and again, taking just as many notes as I did tonight, no doubt.

One gem from tonight: Schwab’s concept “Reward prospects for reading”. Underscored by Rich’s examples from his own experience, this concept really rang home.

Thanks Rich and Team. I’ll be practicing and sharing, studying and applying.

    Thanks for a priceless event.

  8. If your business is dependant upon direct-response marketing then Rich Schefren’s Lessons From Marketing Lessons is a must to save your time and optimize your efforts.

He cuts through the mass clutter of marketing books and synthesizes the greatest marketing lessons from the world’s greatest marketers as only a modern master marketer can.

If your going to get just one course on direct-response marketing, this is the best place to start. As with all of Rich’s products, the value far exceeds the investment.

    Thank you Rich!

  10. Amazing details of the masters marketing habits. Your summary of Robert Colliers work was well worth my time.

We should all be so lucky these top guns aren’t alive today. It would be much tougher for us.

    Thanks again.

  12. Thanks Jay,

As usual you over deliver. You are an inspiration to marketing and business….

I am learning so much from your Maven program… My wife and I are developing a program for people and children who have learning problems….

What many don’t know…. is to get to where you want to be many of us need to develop bringing the left and right hemispheres of the brain into communicating with each other……

We feel this is the missing piece for so many people who try to implement programs such as yours and Jay’s, but find it difficult to pull it together…

We are accomplishing this for ourselves and are in the midst of bringing it to the world.

We see through yours and Jay’s guidance…. what we have to do and create a truly quality program… Over deliver….

Your marketing book list is what all who want to succeed should be reading and making apart of their lives…. not just in business… but in relationships like family’s.

I find that your starting out in NLP and Hypnosis makes it a natural transition into the business world…..

Thanks so much for your inspiration and your guidance…

You are truly helping many people across the world and you should be proud of yourself.

Thanks again so much for your help in our lives….

  13. Thanks so much for your insights Rich.
It was a little eerie to listen to you reviewing passages from Scientific Advertising, a book that I had been reading earlier that day – are you sure you aren’t looking over my shoulder?
I have often looked to the past wisdom in all things that I’ve studied and am grateful for your additional recommendations – I’ll obtain a number of the books you covered. Too many people look for the latest and greatest on any given subject when most of the original thought was already documented long ago. With Claude Hopkins I found it very interesting to note that the majority of the companies he referenced as advertising smart are still around today, nearly 100 years later.
Thank you for your very engaging webinar.
    Yours sincerely,

  14. Yo Rich,

I didn’t know that it was possible to over deliver more than over deliver!
Great information, nice to see the consistencies that you revealed amongst these dedicated advert./marketers. Also your summarizing and reccommendations were very helpful.

    110%! Thanks,

  15. I was able to use specific content included in this webinar to help a client see why and how he needs to dramatically change his marketing approach in order to get the results he is looking for.

One specific quote from David Ogilvy summed up what I’d been thinking about, but hadn’t quite articulated.

    Thanks a lot, Rich!

  16. This webinar is a real key to success. Rich so aptly points out that human nature does not change. So read the masters study the masters and think while you are doing so. Thanks so very much for not only pointing out who there are, but what they are best at and why we should pay attention – all the while relating it to human nature….
This was so on target… hit the bullseye…
Oh, and you don’t have to spend a lot of money to read books

  17. “When Just Any Old Learning of Success Won’t Do”!!!

In reading all of the above comments; I celebrate with each of you the importance of being a Maven.

For me during this past year; Rich and Jay have indeed over delivered and willingly left a residual knowledge that continues to raise the bar for growth and achievement. They both care about our success…

“Lessons From The Marketing Legends” webinar is Rich at his finest… Prepared, caring, giving information ready to implement and I don’t know if anyone else noticed this…but I think Rich would have stayed online with us until 3:00AM had the questions continued to flow-in…(Oh, btw…That actually did happen during a live Q&A session at the GPS founders group just this last winter..we stayed for over 7hours…You talk about content…)

Learning from the “Marketing Legends of the Past” will advance our respective business model(s) into the testimonials of success. We can take this knowledge along with our prescribed actions and one day very soon will mention to others the greatness of the “Marketing Legends of Today” as being our mentors….i.e. Rich and Jay…

Thanks to all who attended the webinar and to all who aspire to benefit from the Founder’s Club…

Thanks Rich and Jay very much for all that you do…

    Many Blessings…

I have finally got around to listening to your presentation and I am kicking myself for being so slow.

Even though I’ve read a number of these classics, I thought you did a superb job of pulling it all together in just under 3 hours.

A fascinating overview and one that I will keep coming back to when I need to return to the helicopter view on direct response marketing.

It looks like I am going to have to add Breakthrough Advertising to my collection.

I’d love to hear you do a summary of the modern masters – Gary Halbert, Dan Kennedy, John Carlton, Gary Bencivenga, Clayton Makepiece and see what they’ve added to the pot of riches… but then I’ve always been greedy and wanted more.
