F2? What a crazy name… lol
I love the PDF. The idea on #8 page is actually worth $500 to me. I can’t wait to implement it in my entire business
It seems Todd is the new owner of strategicprofits… just kidding :)
Hi Guys,
Awesome report, thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge.
Have Fun & Take Action
Scott
Thanks.
Great report. good insights.
I am going to study this again.
Appreciatively,
jim
Love the graph on page 10. It can literally mean the difference between being chained to your business and your business making you free.
Thanks Rich, Brian and Todd. Well done.
- Noah St. John
Hey Rich
Thanks for report, going to give it a read, the content that what was in the business acceleration program was just mind blowing.
Some incredible insights to grow my business thanks rich
Danny
Hello Rich
I found the three images on pages 10 & 11 very interesting and I would suggest that even a Founder will go through these three stages and not immediately structure the business as per the second Founder image.
Surely, even for a Founder the first image is appropriate as someone has to be the central driving force when a business is in its infancy.
But then as you say, a Founder will move from the central role to part of the team and then out of the daily process… just as you are doing.
This is a nice twist on the concept of an entrepreneur.
Hi Rich,
I enjoyed the report very much. It completely changed my view of everything I’ve been doing thus far. For someone who has never had any online education, I realize that everything I’m learning now is really back to front. The only problem I have is that I cannot afford hundreds of dollars a month to learn because of my situation.
I would really love to know what strategies the Founder uses. Loved reading your report. I will definately be on the call on the 5.8.09. Thank you for allowing me this pleasure.
Best of luck!
Jay Rossi
Great report… revealed some awesome strategies.
Thanks for sharing
David
SIMPLY AMAZING!
Very seldom do we face so much relevant content in so few pages.
“Fast” readers should change to a slower “gear” when reading this special report!
It would be good even for offline bosses to pay close attention to this inspired and inspirational “snapshot”.
Congratulations for this work and I hope you’ll get all the success you really (and already) deserve, starting in August 5th!
Best wishes to all,
PT
Wow this is truly awesome!
Thanks again Rich… You always over-deliver =)
You have made very poignant observations that, if observed, imbue business owners with perspective, improving prospects of evaluating and defining objectives for their business(es) relative to their lives, as well of adapting each such business’s operations toward achieving these objectives. The truth and significance of what you have discussed should be self-evident to those who have read the report.
In terms I believe to be consistent with Robert Kiyosaki’s ‘Cash Flow Quadrant’ [for those familiar with Rich Dad material], what you have discussed seems to offer practical guidance towards transitioning an online businessperson’s focus from operating as an ‘S’ [wherein the business owner's role is essentially a job] to that of a ‘B’ [offering the owner freedoms and benefits such as those you characterize as 'Founders'].
Compliments on your pre-launch delivery of value. You have illuminated topics of great significance that will surely benefit those who successfully implement your guidance.
Ok!
Let’s Start to adapt and inplement it!
Thanks.
Laszlo from Hungary
Hi,
very interesting, like the difference between entrepreneur and founder as explained page 10.
Thank you very much from France !
Agree fully.. many people build a job,
not a business.
Requires a different mindset.
I learnt in working in banking for Shahzad Ahmad, over 3 years, while he founded half a dozen businesses.
E-myth is essential reading I think
http://www.readthischangeyourlife.com/content/e-myth-revisited
and I love the story of HP.. who spent a long time building the right team, before they really knew what they were going to do
Wow!
I think Rich really deserves a round of applause as he has done what he has done before as in his list of highly acclaimed “free” reports starting from his ‘Internet Business Manifesto’ to the ‘Attention Age Deficit’ thingy.
I am an avid follower of Rich and I am not ashamed to admit that I like to read every one of his emails that he posts to my e-mailbox because I always lookout for his next “big-free-change-your-mind-set” reports.
I honestly don’t sign up for his courses or buy any of his materials because to me, they are like buying a Mercedes when I can only afford a Hyundai.
I dream of the time when I get a chance to win one of his Home Study Courses or his one-on-one coaching even though i stay in the South East Asian part of the world.
But, as the saying goes: “You reap what you sow.” And what I can “plant” are courses like the thirtydaychallenge.com and materials from pendecta.com and the likes.
Yes, I am into the “Free” version of the Internet Marketing scene and even if I want to spend money, it’d me like for USD120.00/year for GDI or hundred for my GoDaddy.com webhosting/domain account.
I sometimes wonder about the guy who wants to make money from the internet but he cannot have a credit card because of his bad credit ratings.
Anyways, I’ve digressed enough and I must say that I truly enjoy reading the F2 report and if I were to analogize my destination as $10,000/mth into a 10,000 mile hourney, I think that I am at the 3rd mile mark! (Heh heh heh).
Kudos to ya, Rich!
thanks for the info guy,s
You get what you give, and the content that Rich provides is practical, factual, and necessary for us to break through the personal barriers that prevent our success from ocurring.
Thank you again Rich for your brilliant mind and encouragement to continue to forge ahead.
Howdy Everyone!
Am I the only one who feels like this specific report has underdelivered just a tiny bit? I mean .. I am one the biggest fans and comsumer of everything Strategic Profits puts out, by I really did not get much out of this report that hadn’t already been covered by Rich in the previous three videos – which by the way, were awesome, specially the first 30 min of #3 which made me re-play it 15 times so I could get the right order of business building steps Rich lays out.
But after reading the resport …. I really don’t mean to be rude, but the main difference (as far as new content) I notice was the announcement of the Founder Club at the end.
Maybe I built too much expectation to my self about this report? Well…
Thanks for your free content and for taking the time to shoot this videos!
Peter.
PS: Has any reader ever thanked Carlos for shooting the videos? He has done a good job! I can just imagine him trying no to laugh too loud everytime a train, fire truck or ambulance drives by! :) Kudos Carlos!
Hi Rich,
Thanks for the brilliant info! Simply some great stuff!
Rich has the best ideas and is a visionary. His e-book helped me immensely with my business easymoney123now.com I can’t believe the difference his information did for me.
Rich I just downloaded the report. I know from past experience (even before I read it!) that the report will be well worth my time. Thank you for providing tremendous value to your subscribers.
Hi Rich
Thanks for sharing these insights on being a true founder, versus creating yourself a high paying job. But I think that you have missed one point that is extremely important in these economic times. That’s is the profit margins of the company when you put more and more work over to hired personnel that (might) not be as effective. You see this picture all the time in large corporations, and in these times, failing corporations. What is your take on the profit margins?

QUESTION:
How will this club’s content be different from the business growth system coaching program?
I mean both seem to teach how to start, what role to fill, then to what role to transition to etc, and how work on your biz not in it.
For the core content(as im sure therell be extra bells and whistles), would a BGS customer get a lot out of this club?
Or its mostly the same?
thanks
Hey Max… thanks for the comment.
This is a question we’re getting pounded with right now. So, I’m going to be releasing a video tomorrow (Saturday) that explains everything you get with your Founders Club Membership, and how it differs from anything else we offer at Strategic Profits.
I think you’re going to be blown away.
Keep your eyes peeled for the video explaining everything tomorrow.
Thanks,
Todd :-)
I cant understand how this info that is really great can be prior to a level like mine that i am building my business but not have thousands to invest in it so i have to go step by step building a list preparing a product that will be an ebook coz software or video requires to much investments on pre production.
I agree absolutely with the philosophy but cant see how to take advantage of it directly strategically and under a better training point of view.Who helps me?
Paul
So you are saying that you believe the philosophy but you can’t follow it because you can’t invest thousands of dollars? You also say that you have to go build a list and sell an ebook, but your URL is a review of a site flipping product and saying how it can make you a lot of money. (Which is interesting because in the review you basically say affiliate marketing isn’t very profitable, even though that is what you are doing on the page and then here you talk about creating your own product – 3 different business strategies)
Maybe you are just all over the place and you need to pick a business path and follow it. Like Rich says, you need to follow a certain business strategy and only purchase products and go through information that will actually help you reach your goals. You appear to have no set goal or business plan, so possibly if you picked a specific business model, focused on it until it actually makes you money.
Shawn
PS. I don’t remember anyone saying that you have to have thousands of dollars to invest to start a profitable business…
Can you make the F2 audio downloadable so I can listen while I drive???
Download Realplayer. They have a pluggin that whenever you’re on a site you can download audio and videos.
Thanks for giving me a change to download this. I agree with the previous poster that a downloadable audio will be great.
Randy
Here you go… we just posted a link in the middle of the post for you to be able to download the audio. Enjoy!
Todd :-)
Thanks Rich and Todd and Brian and the team for putting this together.
F2 helps those of us starting now to build a scalable business with strategic planning and tactics launched with appropriate timing. The graphics bring into clear focus the kind of business we build from the start. It’s printed and on my board.
Cherio and thank you again for the truly rich info!
B
Hey Rich, thanks for the report and thanks Todd for creating the audio!
I would have to say that the videos were much more beneficial, and that this whole series was quite good, and I look forward to it.
However, like Max I would like to know how this differs from your other products? They seem to teach very similar things, and so I would love to know what distinguishes this from your other programs (other than the promise of a smaller investment)?
I look forward to getting more details on the founders club!
Shawn
Love the Business Model you’ve chosen use Rich. I may model it for the Accelerator for Success products & services. I have let analysis of paralysis stop me from bringing my program out – because of not choosing a business model.
I am also a past protege of Jay Abraham (1991) and a past National Trainer for Tony Robbins. My Dream Bar Cafe Principles are the foundation of business success.
Your F2 report (along with your others) are always so refreshing.
Thank you for who you are in the world – you certainly create positive impact in people’s lives… when they act on your idea’s.
Here’s to a great year!
Bill Covert
Rich,
Loved this report! As always great content. Great seeing you at Dan Kennedy 7 Figure Academy.
-Janak Mehta
Hi Rich & Todd
As always your stuff is top notch – Ive purchased most of your courses..
BGS, GPS, Cash maps and all are excellent programmes.. (Highly recommended)
They have helped me grow from a one man operation to a team with a turn over that should reach $1 million in sales in the next 12 months.
However I am still working a lot in the day to day operations.. the next step is to start to remove myself whilst ensuring that the business continues to grow..
Im hoping this will provide the roadmap for this transition..
Something you said in the report did cause a light bulb moment for me – simplicity – Ive been looking at several ways of driving traffic and improving the LTV of my customers…
This is causing me to feel overwhelmed and frustrated because I can never implement everything I need to…
It becomes a constant battle to get everything done…
Just this one peice of advice has caused me to re-evaluate what I am doing…
I am also looking forward to learning about strategic application i.e. what to apply and when – and when I should switch from customer aquisition to backend and vice versa…
Thanks for all your efforts in creating this report…
Much appreciated..
Dave
Dear Rich,
do you know what’s the effect of your emails?
especially to someone like me…
Faraway from you by thousants of miles (I’m in the Middle East-Damascus-Syria)…
I wish I can participate in your program …
But your program is costy (when you exchange the cost to local currency) as you are so up and I’m so down…
And I’m of US$300 monthly salary, and feed 13 persons, and work afternoons & nights in translation and teaching languages to increase my income e little bit…
I ‘ve dreams … But only dreams …
What’s the use of high education if you are in the wrong direction?
As Americans say ” if you are so smart, why you are not rich”!!
OK I’m not trying to be possimistic or anything but I have this feeling you are painting too rosy of a picture in this report, and can be kinda misleading.
How can you let go of everything, including “trade secrets” to a team when you know that there is a chance that once they know how the business works they will oust you out, just like how Jerry Yang got ousted out of Yahoo. I think some things you still have to maintain control. If you can let go 100% without running the risk of your team turning their backs on you, then all the better.
Thanks anyway for the report.
If you can shed a light on this, Todd, I will be most appreciative. Most of your readers will thank you for it too.
Hey Roy… thanks for the comment and great question.
Something to think about:
If your business is going to grow beyond just you… and your personal time and effort… you’ll need the right systems and people in place to run, grow, and nurture your business. With the correct recruiting and team-building approach, your business will be able to successful and securely function without you.
For example, there are many, MANY things Rich doesn’t know anything about within Strategic Profits… because he doesn’t have to or need to. He has the correct systems and people handling everything. So he’s free.
Similar, if you look at almost every big business, you’ll find the same thing with for their Founders (i.e. Steve Jobs being able to take a multi-month leave of absence from Apple, Bill Gates being able to leave Microsoft to focus on Gates Foundation, etc.)
Hang tight, and we’ll show you how to do the same,
Todd :-)
Hi An interesting report..would i buy into the founders club?
Depends.very few guru’s understand that for newbies the biggest problem is time ..Does the program allow going at a pace the customer can cope with ?
Another problem is so few answer emails or is there provision for a open forum to ask questions ?
Almost all Guru’s assume your business will be selling products what if you want to develope a platform to induce immense traffic and monetize by selling ad space? Does the club provide a really customized approach?
Regards fees for Asian customers anything over $50 a month is too much ( the exchange rate means $50 is a months salary with nothing left to feed the family…!!
thanks for your info ian
Hi, Rich,
I always thought that outsourcing is the main pillar in the successful business and supposed that finding the right people to do the job is the solution.I hear about a Founders model very first time. Can’t say everything is clear hear and hope to have chance somewhere to talk about this with you personally. This is definitely, more progressive way to the Freedom.
I need some help to clarify a point after reading this. Are you saying if this is done the right way, a person could work a full time job and still build a profitable “founder” business? Is the amount of time needed by following this formula less?
If this is the case, this is HUGE HUGE HUGE!!!
I’m ready to learn more!!!
Hey Larry… thanks for the comment. Two quick things to think about:
1. I built 2 successful six-figure businesses while still working a full-time job. I was able to do a fantastic job for my employer (since that’s what I owed them as an employee) and still build my companies on the side. I happen to have had a great job and didn’t want to give it up early on. Eventually it was just no longer worth it for me to stay there. But, to this very day I continue to have a great relationship with my former employer. In fact, they recently paid me $6,000 to do some consulting for them.
2. But, just like me, it will quickly get to a point for you where you not only no longer need your job, but even more important and exciting, working a job will just no longer be worth your time or effort. That’s what happened to me.
Hope that clarifies things for ya,
Todd :-)
Rich and Todd,
As always, your content really rocks.
I learned a lot with the typical entrepreneur VS the founder position in pages 10 and 11.
Then, the stage strategies is worth reading.
Keep up the great work.
Thanks.
Jim
Hey Rich,
As always, the content is great. Just wanted to give some feedback on the audio. It’s extremely hypey and takes sooooo long to get to the point. I feel like I’m listening to an infomercial rather than a trusted resource.
The delivery of it sounds insincere and salesy, and also feels a bit like I’m being shouted at.
I literally tuned out after about 15 to 20 seconds.
Anyway, I hope this is more contructive than negative. I’ve been following you for a couple of years now, love the reports!
Cheers,
Eoghan
Thanks Rich and Todd for sharing these interesting concepts. After reading it, I now have more questions.
What is the best way to delegate my front-end?
If I cashflow is negative during this phase, can I accelerate the process to move to the back-end?
How could I outsource my back-end for maximum proftis to third companies?
Thanks again,
Octavio
“If you want to make good use of your time, you’ve got to know what’s most important and then give it all you’ve got.”
Hey Octavio… thanks for the comment. I can totally understand it sounding like I’m shouting at you. :-) I’m just super-passionate about this topic and want to see other entrepreneurs experience the same level of success and freedom I’ve been blessed to. So… forgive the over-zealous presentation. :-)
Tks again!
Todd :-)
I found this, along w/ everything from S.T., to be useful. But this piece in particular just failed to offer any solid plan- I count on your to be A-Game ONLY. Conversely; the videos were stellar. Thank you for your continued time and effort. With Hope & Respect- New Founder Benjamin
Todd,
What would be the timeframe to become a founder?
In the report you share that took you 8 month aprox.
Did you really found a way to create systems in order to outsource or delegate 90% of your activities in that short time?
Thanks,
Ron
Hey Ron… thanks for the comment and great question. I was actually online for quite sometime struggling a bit before I was able to get free from my companies. After I got coaching from Rich there was a massive difference in my business (and income) within about 45 days.
The timeframe it will take for an entrepreneur to get freedom from their business all depends on where they’re at right now and how much “damage” there is to undue. :-)
For some it can take longer than me. For others it can be done quicker. Regardless, once you get freedom it’s all worth it.
Hope that helps,
Todd Brown :-)
Nice writing. You are on my RSS reader now so I can read more from you down the road.
Allen Taylor
Will there be the ability to sell the Founders Club via Affiliate Sales/Reationship?
Thanks,
John
Hey John… in the near future yes. But, for right now, we’re opening the Founders Club just to our Strategic Profits subscribers.
Sounds great, very clear and direct. Please keep on your good work.
Thanks
Tom
its a very incredible report, short& concise.well done rich& todd i cant wait till 5th aug 3.00pm.thanks for sharing your insight. suresh
HI RICH
VERY GOOD
Nabi
Hi Rich,
Just got your message called “Is it true Val… what I heard about you??”
and I want to assure you that it most certainly not true!
Not only did I grab your report when it was just released by you and Todd – I have downloaded and watched all your videos and downloaded both PDF AND audio versions of the report.
Moreover, I have Tweeted every video and every blog posting of yours to the whole world (including today’s video), so you can hang around with the likes of Jay Anraham and Dan Kennedy and not to worry about a thing! Todd, Brian and the whole team at Strategic Profits are doing an absolutely stellar job at sharing all of your wisdom gems with the rest of the whole wide world.
Once again – thank you for your ongoing attention and god bless you and the Founders Club!
i’ve just doanloaded the report, and i’ll read it. thanks.
Whether you’re going to build an online business or something other, once you can separate your earnings and contribute back to help societies grow based upon your efforts is again, something that is entirely individual.
Identifying what it is that you’re really after is the most important aspect of market research.
By proxy, as an example we’ll look at what my goals are and how I have learned what is a part of the long-tail.
It isn’t trying to ‘Get Rich Quick’, it is following a proven system that has security based applications working in the background that will yield the biggest returns, for charity.
We can only do so much within the scope of our lives and unfortunately, most leave the most important decisions go until it’s too late to implement. Given this knowledge we can accomplish so much by ourselves but if we’re serious, we need to attach ourselves to proven systems that work.
I hope I can continue learning just this course.
Thank You RS
Hi Todd..
Just a few quick questions – hope you can share..
You said in a previous post after working with Rich your business and income turned around in 45 days – would you say this is “normal” or exceptional results?
I guess what I am asking if someone with an exsisting business implements this programme can we see results pretty quickly?
With regards to outsourcing – do you find this work just as well outsourcing to external guys vs in house?
When it comes to financing your outsourcers whilst they learn your systems – can this still be cash positive or will we need to take a ‘hit’ whilst we train them?
Finally when it comes to systems that I personally dont know / understand enough to train someone else on – do you guys supply ready made system maps for outsourcers to follow or is this something you teach is to develop ourselves?
Thanks in advance
First class Job on everything you have done so far!!
Cheers
Dave
cool stuff
Hello from France :
I am sure this kind of documents can be very interestinf for my readers so I will make my own and adapted translation, if you are agree with that !
My web site is focused to business idea to share, only in french.
http://buziness.fr
Thanks for your excellent information !
B
Excellent report.I can see where many marketers would have a hard time prioritizing each step of their business. It’s no different than having a brick and mortar shop, you have to crawl before you can walk. Get ahead of yourself and your doomed for failure. Knowing what you next move should be to take your business to the next level is a must. Thanks for explaining that for us. It sounds like an awesome.
Good job Todd.
To Your Success,
Mark C
Wow, great free content that is over here!
Alex Jeffreys sent me over (I’m a Marketing with Alex 2.0 Student) and I’m glad I came and took a look as the content and free information over here is great quality, especially for a relative newbie like myself.
I think its important to draw focus in that I need to take things step by step, focusing and prioritising accordingly, yet not losing sight of the fact that I can’t take on every task and facet myself and do need to outsource and leverage other people’s expertise.
I look forward to devouring your other content to help me on my journey to success.
Tom
Hi Rich,
I am also on your GPS 2.0 coaching program and know whatever you release it’s going to be rock solid, business changing information.
I am going to download this right away and take a look.
David
Hey Rich
Thanks very much for the report my friend I have saved it to read later real busy at the moment trying to learn the ropes.
I am a student of Alex Jeffreys Just popping over to introduce myself to you, as I know you taught Alex so you must be a great teacher.
So pleasure to meet you my name is marcus passey would be fantastic if you could pop over to my place just to see what we are up to.
I have mentioned you over there so you are famous my man.
hope to talk soon
cheers

I’m very interested in this… but this video treats me like an idiot… not controls, not idea of how long its going to take – I can’t forward past the intro of “what is a founder” etc. to the substance.
Can’t we just get WRITTEN bullet points of what’s being offered? Real founders don’t waste their time – I can consume and process the same volume of information in written form in less than a quarter of the time it takes me to sit through an irritating video.
Will all the content of Founders Club be in this format or will there be pdf transcripts?
I’m sure I’m not alone in this. Video may be all the rage, but it doesn’t come close to replacing the written word for efficiency. It may be easier for you just to talk at a camera but its a pain in the ass to consume.
Video experience is the equivalent of an analog experience – forcing you to go in sequence, reading is the equivalent of digital. I can instantly jump to what I want.
Yep, I reluctantly have to agree …this video is a total pain in the butt. I love Rich’s products and I will be buying this one too in spite of the video. I have attempted to watch it at least 5 times now…but have never quite got to the end. I have no idea what is being offered since I cannot forward to the end of the video without sitting through all the repetitive crap. I hope you guys don’t mind the feedback – you are head and shoulders above the competition in regard to ground breaking content ..but I’m afraid this particular video is crap.
I have noticed that the sales video has become the new norm. It must be working better than the long sales letter, otherwise I can’ imagine why it has become so popular.
It would be nice to have a fast forward button though. Either that or just make a shorter video.
Thanks for the report!!!
charming post. simply one decimal where I contest with it. I am emailing you in detail.
Nice video, thanks !
Awesome content. I enjoyed it as much as the Internet Business Manifesto. I must incorporate this in my marketing.
