Hey Guys,
There have been 1536 comments on our blog over the last few weeks.
Most of those comments have been overwhelmingly positive, and the number one thing that keeps coming up is WHY am I giving away so much incredible free content.
Here's the 100% true no-weasel-word answer...
Because I am just about to launch my new Business Growth Systems coaching program.
Actually, that's only part of the reason. The OTHER part of the reason is that this is going to be a limited program. The program is NOT for everyone.
And that's the real reason I've been putting out non-stop content... because I want to pre-qualify people before we get to the launch.
I figure, the more education I do upfront, the fewer people we will have to turn away on launch day.
In other words, I want the RIGHT kind of people.
I'm not looking for people who are lazy, or whiny, or think there is some kind of miraculous piece of software that will make them rich.
I run a very exclusive coaching club, and the members of my program take their businesses very seriously. And I've got to keep it that way.
By making sure the right kind of people get into my program, it helps to elevate the level of discussion to a quality that is not attainable anywhere else. Not only that, but it increases the quality and number of joint venture opportunities for clients to participate in.
I know this may UPSET some people... but that's just the way it is. I think you have seen in my videos that I am a straight shooter, and I am not about to change.
We are just about one week out from launch right now... and I am going to continue to pump out more content - I figure that's the best way to make sure we only get the right kind of people get into the program.

To me, what make you so different from all others is your HONESTY, CONCERN AND A REAL PLAN OF ACTION SYSTEM. I can hear it very loud and clear in your voice that you really do care. But still you made it understood that I am totally responsible. Thank you for out-lining all the useless excuses so many make (including myself) for not moving forward as fast as we should. Speeking of failure, since I viewed the video, I now realize that sometimes I will fail at something but that do not me I’m a failure. This does mean that if a person DO NOT try, they might as well consider themself a failure as you stated.

As someone about to graduate college who wants to work for himself, the information you provide is critical to my (and my friends’) success. In addition to the process-mapping, which I’ve begun implementing, along with the countless other techniques you’ve explained, I find the distinction of FIRST gaining momentum and THEN building a business is really invaluable. On the one hand I think your statements — that people need to focus more, define their goals and not believe in some magic formula or money fairy — are all right on.
BUT…. while preaching good business tactics for us to run our business, you still sink to overused marketing tactics. Such as breathless “Mark Your Calendars” or jump-on-this-fast comments. In October you wrote:
“P.P.S. Don’t forget, on November 1st, at 4PM Eastern you’ll have your shot to get into the program that will revolutionize the face of online marketing as we know it.
We expect it to sell out almost immediately (my last program sold out in 2 hours and 18 minutes).”

And then in that first week of November you wrote that the launch was not at all what you expected and that we’d never guess what happened in a million years. Well 4 months later I think most of us have given up guessing, so why don’t you tell us what happened at the last launch BEFORE you start a new one.
The other overused tactic is “You have been selected.” or “we don’t take everyone” or to quote YOU:
“In other words, I want the RIGHT kind of people.”
So you aren’t accepting money from whiney unrealistic people? I mean come on, the idea is the person is flattered to be good enough to qualify, which is a sales technique.
So I agree with a lot of what you are saying in these videos and documents and I do appreciate you getting that information out there. But… I feel you are not always practicing what you preach. I mean if your product is so good that it sells out, well fine, but don’t try to scare me into buying it right away. Just deliver the goods for all those people who bought it and you won’t have to hype the next launch at all.
I want to learn more from you. I am a bit overwhelmed with how to do everything, but all I need to do is spend the time learning it. Thank you for keeping me on your “team”.

Hey Rich, I am learning so much from your teachings. I am just starting out with my own business and am your info has given me the leg up that I need.
I wish that you would make this video momentum part 2 and the other a down loadable video on Google. getting the sound alone is great and I’m playing it in my car while I’m on the road but the video would really increase the impact of the info. the PDF doesn’t really sink up with the audio and u have be trying to figure out which sheet goes with the audio.

To answer your question about how I will be implementing your “Profit Vault” ideas in my business, I plan to concentrate on applying your solution to the “Focus” problem. As I mentioned in my email in response to your March 3 video “What’s Stopping You?”, I believe your “Focus” solution summarized the video to a certain extent. It was to “articulate your vision, develop your mementum plan, use the scorecard method to make sure you spend time each day on building the online business.” It’s strength is the defining and measurement of one business goals with a self-accountability aspect that is very helpful.
I will need your help in implementing your solution, however. The last time you made your coaching program available in February, either I overlooked something or was overlooked, because I emailed my registration several times and yet received no link, user name or password that would have allowed my participation. I realize that these things happen. But I would ask this time to receive the link, user name, password. or whatever I need to participate in your Thursday, March 15 video so that I can have a shot at your coaching program when it concludes. It would help me to receive electronically what is required before Thursday.
On Thursday I plan to have my hands poised over my laptop keys for the whole video. If 100 positions were filled in 6 minutes on February 10, then on March 15, the process will move even faster regardless of the number of positons that you open up. What informs my thinking on this is that, having read everything you’ve written and watched most of your videos, I am aware that the quality of your internet business strategy and associated coaching is unmatched anywhere.

I am in the infancy stage of business entreprenuership. To define “entreprenuer” and “marketing” in the dictionary was to me, profound…. Brilliant. It was also extremely challenged as I enjoy pondering over volumes of information before making decisions.
If my thinking /processing style is mulling things over and organically pulling in information as I go, does that suggest game over? I’m sure I can improve my decision making speed to a certain extent and having a clear vision certainly helps?
Obviously not everyone is gifted like an ER surgeon(rocket fast thinkers). Is there not a way for someone such as I…long deep thinking… to be an entreprenuer and to be a successful one?
Currently, I am waiting on confirmation from a patent lawyer about my service/product so that I actually have something to market.
I’d love to get some feedback from you on this, because I feel pretty strongly that i’m about 90% of what I’m thinking is inline with what you’ve taught…yet, I am what I am…

Creating a system and learning to focus to spend time at what you are good versus doing everything yourself is a great reminder.
I am a ilustrator and a cartoonist and my http://www.artdogstdio.com is under construction, my current one listed above is a good example of lack of direction and knowing where to get people to your website fails to do.
By learning your system i hope to do a much better job in learning to outsource, do better project management and learn better time management skills to create a sucessfull business .

Damn Rich! You mean I actually have to work! Like write the plan, focus on what I want the biz to do and how it will provide value and generate cash flow at the same time?
I’m a hands on real estate guy who was tired of seeing people get ripped off by the real estate products and programs promoters IE,,, Carlton Sh**ts etc… so I wrote a book and started a website at http://www.magicbullets.com to save people from what I considered garbage and misinformation.
I still am by nature the hands on guy in the field, buying, selling and rehabbing my own properties but now have this site with 3400 subscribers that I have few clues on how to optimize or capitalize on, this would be a lack of vision at this point not to mention serious deficiencies in technical web applications.
I totally see your points and understand that I need help with the technical side as well as other aspects, I just wanted to thank you for confirming what I have had suspicions of up to this point.
Focus and dedication to building something of the website is needed on my part in order to make anything further happen, GRRRRRRRRR looks like I have work to do. Wah Wah Wah.

Truly great stuff you’re presenting, however, I’m not sure the analysis of the ‘value of one’s time’ is of much use. Sure, you can conclude that one has to make $400 per hour to reach certain goals but certain tasks create much more income than others (productive time spent on creating a residual income vs. time spent building a mailing list can yield such varying results). Just not sure how the ‘value of time’ helps other than to amuse.
