I’ve been testing you…

There have been 1536 comments on our blog over the last few weeks.

Most of those comments have been overwhelmingly positive, and the number one thing that keeps coming up is WHY am I giving away so much incredible free content.

Here’s the 100% true no-weasel-word answer…

Because I am just about to launch my new Business Growth Systems coaching program.

Actually, that’s only part of the reason. The OTHER part of the reason is that this is going to be a limited program. The program is NOT for everyone.

And that’s the real reason I’ve been putting out non-stop content… because I want to pre-qualify people before we get to the launch.

I figure, the more education I do upfront, the fewer people we will have to turn away on launch day.

In other words, I want the RIGHT kind of people.

I’m not looking for people who are lazy, or whiny, or think there is some kind of miraculous piece of software that will make them rich.

I run a very exclusive coaching club, and the members of my program take their businesses very seriously. And I’ve got to keep it that way.

By making sure the right kind of people get into my program, it helps to elevate the level of discussion to a quality that is not attainable anywhere else. Not only that, but it increases the quality and number of joint venture opportunities for clients to participate in.

I know this may UPSET some people… but that’s just the way it is. I think you have seen in my videos that I am a straight shooter, and I am not about to change.

We are just about one week out from launch right now… and I am going to continue to pump out more content – I figure that’s the best way to make sure we only get the right kind of people get into the program.

So I’ve asked my team to put together a collection of my documents and videos that I’ve released over the past few weeks… it’s called the “Profit Vault”… and this really is a massive collection of business-building content. Damn Rich! You mean I actually have to work! Like write the plan, focus on what I want the biz to do and how it will provide value and generate cash flow at the same time?

I’m a hands on real estate guy who was tired of seeing people get ripped off by the real estate products and programs promoters IE,,, Carlton Sh**ts etc… so I wrote a book and started a website at http://www.magicbullets.com to save people from what I considered garbage and misinformation.

I still am by nature the hands on guy in the field, buying, selling and rehabbing my own properties but now have this site with 3400 subscribers that I have few clues on how to optimize or capitalize on, this would be a lack of vision at this point not to mention serious deficiencies in technical web applications.

I totally see your points and understand that I need help with the technical side as well as other aspects, I just wanted to thank you for confirming what I have had suspicions of up to this point.

Focus and dedication to building something of the website is needed on my part in order to make anything further happen, GRRRRRRRRR looks like I have work to do. Wah Wah Wah.

Great material! :-) It sounds as this could be working for me as well. I’m really interested in your video on the scorecard approach and the aquisition of knowledge approach. Unfortunatly March 15th has already passed but i think you will come up with another product i can learn from. :-)

Truly great stuff you’re presenting, however, I’m not sure the analysis of the ‘value of one’s time’ is of much use. Sure, you can conclude that one has to make $400 per hour to reach certain goals but certain tasks create much more income than others (productive time spent on creating a residual income vs. time spent building a mailing list can yield such varying results). Just not sure how the ‘value of time’ helps other than to amuse.

Are there any off-the-shelf solutions for implementing and tracking the “latency based marketing system” you mentioned in the video?

Also – do you recommend e-learning platform vendors for coaching program? Was the CRM functionality you mentioned in your platform purchased or custom developed?

Finally – someone bold enough to tell it like it really is. Each day I have been growing more and more frustrated with what I see and hear online from the circus barkers (opportunity seekers). It seems to be the same ones over, and over and over. I’m also surprised by the number of people that actually believe or hope that the sales hype is real….maybe I could sell the Brooklyn bridge as a unique niche!

What I love about Rich is the professional approach and succinct manner in which he addresses business issues and personal responsibility.

Every time I review a video or document I come across “gold nuggets” that I plan to use. Coming from the corporate world as a strategic planner, I know what he is saying is substantial and I love the way he is able to break it down to the nugget level.
