Hello Rich, I was one of the proverbial opportunity seekers! For me the Manifesto comes at a good time. The Internet offers so many opportunities that I was dizzy and not knowing what to do first. The manifesto makes it clear. First I will let the dust settle. Then I will define my target, look at my options, map out the strategy while keeping my own hour value as the go/no go trigger for outsourcing in mind and do step by step in the right direction. I feel like I was whirling up the dust with all the different activities and lost the actual desire and dream out of sight. I am looking forward to more.
