Gotta make this quick because we're already into the GPS program and my coaching students are chomping at the bit to bust through another constraint...
But I wanted to point something out regarding my latest launch...something I never saw coming, but you could certainly learn from.
You see, my launch model is very simple. It's all based around the free report loaded with solid, actionable content. This is the foundation of my business, going all the way back to the Manifesto. And I wasn't about to deviate from that tried-and-true process.
So I went down the same road again. Only this time, we decided to toss another element into the mix--the 24 hour tele-webcast to promote the report release.
Now, I have to admit: I'm not terribly comfortable on camera. When it comes to writing or speaking them through a phone line, I have no problem. But when the cameras roll, I get a little antsy.
So needless to say, this was a HUGE step for me. I was going to be exposed to the public for 24 hours straight. And who knows what was going to transpire.
But then, something interesting happened...
We got WAY more viewers than we ever thought we would--averaging around 1000 at any given moment (even during the dead of night). And they just kept on comin'.
The video shot straight up to Ustream's #1 position (beating McCain's video), the live chat session was rolling by faster than I could read it, and I was inundated with questions.
However, they weren't necessarily questions about the report. They were all over the map. And that confused me a little.
Because this broadcast was supposed to revolve around "The Uncertainty Syndrome: Entrepreneur's Emergency". We release it, people read it, then they ask me questions about it.
But we quickly saw that the broadcast was actually overshadowing the release. Yes, people were downloading the report, but not taking the time to read it thoroughly at that moment
They were more interested in having direct, one-on-one access to me via live webcast and getting their specific questions answered.
Whoops.
Of course, we seized the opportunity and ran with it. I answered every question you could possibly throw at me over the next 24 (actually 26 hours) and generated a gigantic wave of positive feedback.
And every few minutes, I prompted viewers to download and read my new report.
So what's the takeaway here?
Simple. This is the perfect example of Silver Bullet #1 from "The Uncertainty Syndrome: Entrepreneur's Emergency"...
It says, "Do it wrong fast, because action creates clarity." And in this case, it was clear as a bell--the broadcast was the star of the moment here. And we needed to capitalize on it.
Now, that's not to say the report didn't do as it was supposed to. Backed by the broadcast and our affiliates, it caught fire within the next 24 hours and was downloaded nearly 30,000 times.
But there's a lesson to be learned here...
Sometimes the best laid plans don't turn out exactly like you think they will, and you need to adjust on the fly. This is how successful businesses work.
So don't get caught up in following a set-in-stone plan, no matter what happens. Because opportunity may rise up from out of nowhere and stare you right in the face.
And when it does, you need to be ready to grab it by the throat and squeeze as hard as you can.

It's much easier than you think. All you need is a decent webcam and a free online service like Ustream, and you're good to go.
Promote the broadcast using social media outlets in your niche, like blogs and forums. And don't forget places like Twitter and Facebook, where thousands of your potential customers hang out.
You'd be surprised how many people will show up. We certainly were.

I work with financial advisors to help them market their practice, especially over the internet.
I work with a premier wealth preservation attorney with a list of approximately 100,000 financial advisors.
1. My single greatest constraint right now is refining processes and automating them. I'm working on that right now.
We sell a templated website with high quality content and interactive features for these financial advisors. It is completely customizable.
Then many of them opt for marketing coaching and SEO services. This is high dollar residual income, from services that provide high value clients for them.
Because their industries are so regulated in certain aspects, there are nuances to each client and site installation. Plus those who have a particular USP need that to be reflected throughout their site.
So much of the process can be automated, freeing up time for the essential one on one for the high level coaching.
2. I am two constraints away from having the business of my dreams. The first one is automating processes for the site installations and the SEO. (Again, both are part way done.)
The second one is "automated" process for content creation for my marketing membership that many of these guys are joining. I'm working toward this as well, but it is not finished.
Quite frankly, my business would absolutely explode both monetarily and in strong deliverables/results for the advisors. That would be a serious pleasure to see their success.
3. The three greatest benefits I will enjoy once these constraints are removed:
a) Spending more of my business time in intensive work with an inner circle of very serious advisors. This is germinating now, and ready to fluorish with the availability of time. I love and believe in the value that some of these advisors offer, and would enjoy helping them succeed to the height of their business dreams.
b) Being able to launch my "real" business goal when I first started three years ago: helping work at home/stay at home moms and dads accomplish their Family Mission. There is way too much to this to go into it here, and I don't want to share names in this venue. But my dream is for the profits from helping "western world" families accomplish their Family Mission (including the financial freedom to allow them to do whatever it is in the world that they are called to do) to fund the exact same thing happening for families in the "developing world" through micro loans.
c) Bringing my husband home from corporate medicine, setting our family free to go anywhere in the world to do what we are called to do, living our Family Mission.

This past weekend was really difficult for me.
It was a real roller-coaster of emotions. I’ve never had a single event haunt me both positively and negatively at the same time.
And the success of my new program GPS (Guided Profit System) is to blame.
You see, on the one hand I was ecstatic, we hit our projections faster than we thought possible… and the emails I’ve been receiving from my newest clients have me raring to go.
But the other part of me, felt terrible. Because we’ve never received so many emails and phone calls from entrepreneurs who knew the value of GPS, but couldn’t enroll.
And that hurts a lot more than you might think. Because the issue of overcoming constraints hit closer to home with more entrepreneurs worldwide than practically anything else I’ve ever done. And the heartfelt responses I received have moved me tremendously.
The very same men and women I’ve committed my entire professional life to, couldn’t access what both they and I were certain would be the pivot point in their lives.
For some the price was simply outside of their reach, even though we had already sharpened our pencils and were offering my coaching for less than it’s ever been offered.
For others the intensity of the coaching program was scary. They were afraid the pace would be too fast, and the time commitment too big for them to handle.

OK, this launch has now officially reached deafening levels...
In fact, ever since I got off the tele-seminar with legendary marketer Jay Abraham, I've been trying to get this post written. And that was over 10 hours ago!
Swarms of people, from newbies to gurus whose names you would instantly recognize, have been bombarding us with calls and emails virtually begging to reserve a spot inside the program because they're afraid it will instantly fill up.
And they may be right.
Plus, all the while we've been getting swamped with questions about my upcoming coaching program. And there still flying into my inbox faster than we can open them.
Anyway - I know you want answers, and that’s what I got. So here are the details for the most common questions I've been receiving.
Question 1: Do I need to have a business already?
Ideally, the GPS program would work best if you have your own business or at least the desire to start one. Because at the end of the day, that’s where your long-term wealth will come from.
But that being said, having your own business is not mandatory to get in to my program. Because small fortunes have been made by just knowing a fraction of what you’ll discover inside GPS even by those without a business.
See, these atomic bombs of constraint eliminating firepower can be applied to any size business at anytime for staggering fees. That’s how I started, and it laid the foundation for my entire company. So, I guess it worked out ok.
But at some point, you'll want to have the freedom that running your own business provides. And by using what you learn from me to grow your own business, you'll achieve that in record time.
Question 2: What if I'm new to Internet Marketing and just starting out? Is this right for me?
That's one we're getting a lot. And it's a legitimate concern. So here’s the skinny...
If you know absolutely nothing about the internet, have no offline business experience whatsoever, and can only put in one hour a week towards this program, then this probably isn't for you.
Because the GPS program is NOT--I repeat NOT--a business in box, a business opportunity, or a deal where I promise you that we'll do all the work.
That’s a fools game. And while everyone deserves a chance for success, I tend not to mix well with those who haven't adjusted to the realities of business life.
But if you're willing to actually spend the time and apply what I'll show you, then you'll be starting a business armed with a skill-set entrepreneurs everywhere only wish they had when they started.
You'll avoid all the paralyzing mistakes while consistently choosing the most profitable action. In fact, your new skills will be even MORE valuable in the start up stage, since that's the time when entrepreneurs work the hardest, sacrifice the most, and make the least.
But, by simply utilizing what you learned in the GPS program, you'll be able to totally avoid the dreaded "overworked and underpaid" stage and waltz right into positive cash flow from the very start.
Question 3: What if I have a full-time job? How long till I can quit?
If you're employed full time, the GPS program might interfere with your evening TV schedule. But other than that this program is easily doable and enjoyable.
And as far as how long until you can quit your job, let me turn tables and ask you a few questions first: How long is a piece of rope?
How high is the sky?
How deep is the ocean?
Sorry, but I have a reputation for being blunt at times. But here's my point...
This is not a lottery ticket. It's NOT going to happen overnight. The GPS program is a fast-track process that builds a business in record time by first breaking down the constraints that keep your feet bogged down in the mud, then streamlining your business so it moves swiftly towards massive profitability.
Will it happen in 4 weeks? 8 weeks? 3 months? That's entirely up to you and the constraints you walk in with. But I will make you this promise...
I will do everything in my power to advance your business as quickly as possible. You can take that to the bank. Because if you do well, I do well.
And when you finish the program and see what you've accomplished, you'll not only impress yourself, but you'll understand how vital the process was to get you where you wanted to be.
Just don't plan on turning in your resignation letter to the boss next week.
Question 4: What if I am already overwhelmed with information overload? Is your coaching program going to eliminate it or exasperate it?
Ah, the ol' paralysis by analysis enigma. That ban of most internet marketers. That's a fair question, because there's literally 100 different ways you can make money online. And everyone promises that their method is THE method.
But here's a little secret about information overload...
That's actually one of the biggest constraints facing entrepreneurs today. It bogs us down until we don't know which way to turn, which guru to follow, and which program to buy into.
So what do we do? Procrastinate, delay, and go looking for more information. After all, it's a lot easier, it doesn't hurt, and we don't have to take a chance.
But here's what's I love about the GPS program: it's actually tailored to WIPE OUT information overload, not add to it. Because it’ll automatically transform your current Just In Case information strategy with a Just In Time information strategy.
And that my friend will eliminate 90% of your problem right there. The net result: you’ll operate with greater clarity and more confidence in your own solutions then the ones you hear others swear by. How cool is that?
Question 5: I've already bought a few marketing courses, what ís different about your program?
First of all, let's make something perfectly clear--this is NOT a marketing course.
Marketing courses usually improve the POTENTIAL of your business, unless you get lucky and happen to luckily pick the course that matches perfectly your current constraint.
Always remember – your actual SUCCESS is determined by your constraints and how you eliminate them. And that's what this course will do for you.

Great question. It shows you're a smart consumer. Never buy anything from anyone online without checking them out first.
But honestly, I'm not one to start throwing around accolades about myself. What I am most proud of, and what should impress you and reassure you more than anything is my unparalleled track record. Sure, I've been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, a ton of broadcast networks and lots more. Question 7: How exactly is the GPS program going to work?
In a nutshell, over the 30 days of the training here's how it will go...
--Phase one will include a daily live streaming sessions each and every day for a full 30 days.
--Phase two will include two daily live streaming question and answer session where you can press me for the answers you need to eliminate whatever stands in your way.
--Phase three will include 4 Saturday Seminar training sessions delivered right to your home office spaced out every other week.

Question 8: Do I have to be in the US to participate in the GPS coaching program?
Absolutely not. But there are a few considerations that you need to make if you're outside the continental USA.
First, the schedule of training will be based on Eastern Standard Time. But I’ve accommodated your schedule by immediately archiving the phase 1 streams and conveniently timing phase two question and answer streams 10-12 hours apart (one in the morning and one in the evening) So you’ll avoid having to get up at odd hours for any reason.
But don't worry--even if you miss a session, we will be recording everything, so you'll always have access to all of the training materials. In fact we’ll send you a complete set when the program is done.
Question 9: Will this be too much for me to handle?
Maybe. Maybe not. If it's not for you, then it's not for you. But consider this...
When you start a new workout program, what happens over the first few days? Yep--you're sore, you're achy, and your body is screaming for you to stop.
But if you push through and keep on going, the soreness wears off, and is replaced by a feeling of rejuvenation. Then you start seeing results in the mirror, and that fires you up even more.
It's the exact same way with the GPS program. You may feel some pain and discomfort at first, but then when you actually see your constraints crumbling before your very eyes and the profits rolling in, then it all becomes worth those few moments when it hurt a little.

We’re heading down the final stretch
I delayed our launch a couple of times already so I could help as many people as possible, but now, it’s almost time to get this party started:

Ever have one of those days where you were so excited to get started you woke up before your alarm clock was set to go off?

Sorry to be crass, but those first two words convey the consensus feeling in the office right now...
We're all just kinda standing here with our mouths open, looking at each other with glazed expressions.
And not just because any of us have had a wink of sleep in past 24 hours (and counting).
It's because this broadcast simply BLEW. US. AWAY.
Consider these eye-popping facts:
- We had 27,355 people tune in to watch. That's enough to pack Madison Square Garden to the rafters--and still leave 8,000 plus standing outside.
- The broadcast went straight to the top of Ustream's most watched videos almost instantly--and stayed there. In fact, it was viewed more than 786 other videos...including one of Senator John McCain.
- During the early morning hours, when we anticipated a significant drop in viewership, the numbers still held steady. Most of the time, we had around 1000 people watching--in the middle of the night!
