I don’t think we all have that.I have an example in my own family.My father and brother make millions and my mom and I do not.Is that because of upbringing? One way for girls the other for boys. Who knows.Iam 5 years on line and have moderate success as an affiliate.What drives my the most is ,what you said,that we all have it.I want to try.Thank you for your lessons.

I was under the impression you were going to provide mind maps of each of these business. I don’t see any but I read the articles written about each business. Did you attach a mind map?

Do you use a particular piece of software to creae your Process Maps with? I’d imagine that software would make this process much easier and consistent.
This was quite good report, as well. Kinda ensures we got the previous manifesto messages.

This is a good kick in the back end for me. You see, I used to hold a day job doing exactly what you have said in The Manifesto and The missing Chapter. I was a business consultant with a big 5 Consulting house. I should have know better.
I have now done a SWOT analysis on my business, came up with a generic strategy and a detail plan to implement my strategy based on my SWOT analysis and re-engineer my business process.

For beginers, I would suggest that you start with MS Power Point. Under the autoshapes, there is a flowchart option. You can use that.

Biggest challenges now after reading your stuff: do process mapping! and make sure i find out what my strengths are super quick! I have just started doing affiliate stuff and now i read this! I need to be sure i’m going down the right path i guess. It’s not too late for me to change if i need to. i hope i don’t though.

Great stuff. What struck me most, being a business consultant myself in the HR – and Organisation field and with a very special interest in Lean Thinking, is how blind you can be when it’s not someone elses buisiness but your own. Most of what I have read in the Manifesto I recognised instantly. And yet I have been working for months now on, my new found love and hopefully a carreer switch, online marketing doing exactly what you describe in your manifesto. Getting desperate to launch, but there’s alway a ton of stuff that has to be done. I have a fantastic job but no business.
I am looking forward to a family holiday now and I’ll have three weeks in ‘La douce France’ to read, digest and re-think. If only my wife would let me bring a laptop….

IMO there is nothing new to me in this as Rich is selling his last course and I recommend you to go for it if you are still struggling and no, I have not been asked by anyone to say this. Just as a long time marketer my self, I know how marketing works.

is there any chance you could package the module one (finding your strengths) of the coaching program into an info product. I’d really like to do that bit of your course without paying a huge price for the whole thing. I think i’m on track with most things, but want to get this most important foundation right. I’m just a bit stuck on finding my strengths and knowing what that means in terms of choosing a business. i.e, once i know my strengths, how do i make sure i am using them to my advantage, like you did with the clothing company?

Okay, I’m assuming that I won’t be one of the people that make it into the program, since it’s limited.
I too would like a “home study” version.
I know that your one on one provides coaching, but a home study course that taught some of your principles would be valuable.
I’ve always wondered the best ways to create/maintain and build a cause and motivating a following. I’ve read some of Guy Kawaski’s stuff, but specifics would be great, especailly related to online ventures.

Thank you for clearing the path of chaos for me. I won’t be purchasing anymore biz opps or the latest traffic building gizmo. The Manifesto and Missing Chapters have really stopped me cold in my tracks. I will definitely meditate and work through the process of what my strengths are and what I really have of value to offer the world first before I set my sights on any online business endeavor.
The Manifesto was FABULOUS! I especially enjoyed the Missing Chapter being a “Newbie” I was hearing conflicting ideas and was more confused than anything. Your Manifesto really made sense and I’m still thinking on some of the questions, because I need to have them answered before I go forward!
