Hey Rich,
Your new program sounds a lot like “Theory of Constraints” by Eliyahu M. Goldratt except you have distilled it down to be more palatable for us smaller businesses. I like your teaching style, your systematized and simplified approach is amazing.

Hi Rick,

I appreciate the challenge you gave us to find our constraint. I caused me to do some soul searching. I really appreciate that. Being new to this industry I came to realize my greatest constraint was my own fear of not being able to be a success. I realized I have been afraid of succeeding or not succeeding. I really everything I have been able to hear and read. I really believe with you help and information I can overcome the fear that has been holding me back.

Most all of my constraints have been tied to the fear factor.

The 3 greatest benefits I’ll enjoy by removing these constraint are: 1. Confidence in myself and the opportunity this porvides, 2. Being released from the bondage of financial pressures that require my husband to work 2 jobs and never have time with the family, or energy to spend with us.and, 3. The opportunity to have the means to help others and also create a retirement that will us to able to enjoy the later years with the necessities and having extra to spend with others.

I am like living a dream in my head and not be able to get enough mind to get started. I am afraid of failing and lose the little bit of money. I live on only 642 dollars a month. Yes you heard me right 642 dollars. People don’t realize how hard that is to pay rent, electric,phone, email is a gift for myself each month. I also have car and insurances. Well you can tell where I’m coming from. ( no money to enjoy ) ever. This program leads me to think I can do it. Oh ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? what to do . Help me show me how it is done. Thank you
