Definitely a great thing...but for the little guy it can be hard to recruit big time JVs all at once. Kinda like herding cats. And with the rolling launch, you can come to JVs with stats which should win a few over (providing you have some good stats) In the Real Estate space there have been a ton of launches. As your affiliates and jv partners results start coming in this becomes fodder and leverage for you to find new partners. It's a very simple process... 1.
