    Thank you Todd for a wonderful coaching session. As usual, you over delivered. I hope this comment reaches you, because I have to tell you the immediate benefit I received from listening to your teleseminar and then sending out only one email.

    I used a subject line ” Another store closing today”. I used curiosity, and this subject line got over 300 people out of a small list to open the email in less than 24 hours. I also received 12 click throughs. While these numbers may seem small to you and other readers, they are more than double my usual numbers, with no bounces.

    I went on to tell a personal story about a days activity with my wife, and then made a compelling reverse business offer.
    Using your approach, I received two telephone calls, a blog post from a local competitor on face book, and 10 email responses. This never happened before with my email marketing.

    Another winner! Like most marketers I use email campaigns with nearly everything we do but after listening to this training it’s clear that I have not had a clear strategy. I’ve already started outlining changes to our current plans and have scheduled time with my copywriter to brainstorm on ways to immediately implement the strategies you shared.

    Great seminar. I especially liked how you made it clear for different goals at different stages– as in, the subject line>open email… first line>keep reading….body>click the link… etc. All too often we focus too much on selling and we miss the opportunity to get the customer to the next step, which will likely be more likely to lead to a sale.

    I found the audio very informative. Although much of
    the info relates to writing copy. I enjoyed the
    “tedbits” such as:

    1. The Agora & Boardroom discussion…

    2. The “loop” discussion…

    3. The email ” lead ins” discussion…

    4. The 3 links into the body discussion…

    5. The Autoresponder follow-up sequence…

    6. And More.

    Great content and well thought out.

    This morning I ran a test on two of the email headlines given in this course. I am already seeing just shy of a 14% increase in the open rates.

    With just one of the 3 sales generated by this increase, I have more than made back my investment.

    I guess that means I have to go back and actually take notes tomorrow.

    I missed the live call and am just now getting to this since I’m now writing an email campaign. This call has so much good information in it, I’m just dancing with joy. Talk about “just what the doctor ordered”! I have an extensive list gleaned from my review of the transcript of clear, practical action items that are directly and immediately applicable to the campaign I’m currently creating. You have made my life so much easier and I’m betting more profitable. I’ll let you know what happens.

    Isn’t it funny… that I didn’t put much thought into writing emails now that I think of it? Why? Because I didn’t do the oh so obvious things I could come up with myself and that you recommended me to do. I call this the illusive obvious: things that are right in front of you all this time, waiting for you to reap the benefits from, but you don’t… because it’s so obvious that you can’t even see it!
