Great question. And one that definitely needs addressed.

Because if you go about it the right way, you’ll achieve Maven status faster and easier than you can imagine.

But if you go about it the wrong way…yeesh.

So Jay and I put our heads together (again) and cranked out this Special Report titled

    Rich & Jay;

Talk about “when the disciple is ready, the master will appear”,
I literally sank the ship and decided to do IM full time last
October without any success. In trying to make a quick buck, I
failed miserably. Two months ago I decided to start from zero
and learn Internet Marketing from the ground up to develop a strong
    foundation.

I don’t even recall how I stumbled upon your Manifesto last week. I
devoured it in one day. It inspired me to draw up a flow chart type
plan of action. I’m still refining it, but I now have a plan that
    shows me where I’m going.

Today, I read the M3. Again you and Jay are “right on”. I’m ready
to start! Is the Home Study Course available now?

In closing, I highly, highly recommend your Manifesto and The M3
as a starting point to anyone entering online marketing.

    Today,

  • Laura

I’ve downloaded the report 3 times already, but everytime I get 88 pages of which 87 of them are blank. Is anyone else having this problem? I run a Mac osx system.

    Thanks for the help.

  • http://KenNoel.ws Kenneth Noel

    Rich and Jay:
Your comments are at the level of a blinding flash of the obvious. Obvious after the fact, not before. You’ve convinced me to sign up for the course and the Orlando Boot Camp. I hope that by the time of the boot camp I will have already established enough of a profit to pay for the trip several times over.

I just finished the 5 days in Denver conference put on by ETR. That felt good, but left some glaring gaps in my preparation. Your manifesto has really opened my eyes.

    Sincerely,

    Ken Noel

  • G. W.

    Rich,

I highly recommend this report to anyone who already owns their own business and to those who are in the planning stages of business ownership.

It teaches strategies to help your customer feel loved & understood, not just appreciated. It would make sense that success would follow using these techniques.

    Thank you!

  • Thomas M. O’Buck

I am astounded by the simplicity of your presentation. Your information is concise and directly to the point. I am 2 and 1/2 chapters from completing my first ebook with two others waiting in the wings. Each will go from ebook to print to audio to video.

I plan to use the information you have sent me to its fullest potential. Thank you for sending me M3.

  • KC

The content is excellent but you’ve written it like a landing page – it scrolls on and on, and seems self-consciously and excessively wordy. You don’t have to convince us of the case – the material itself is self-evidently valuable – you wrote while you still had your “I must convert this reader into a sale” hat on, which is inappropriate for the delivery of obviously good information. You’re trying unecessarily to convince us of the rightness of your argument when its self-evidently valid and useful. Nevertheless, you make most valuable points, just too earnestly.

    Hey Rich,

I had heard of you and Jay some 2 years ago when I started searching for internet business opportunities. I only took you seriously yesterday when i read the whole Maven thing. It was just the thing I was looking for to improve my blog.

Thanks and…for what it’s worth: I have you bookmarked big time.

  • http://Gazoompah.comHaveYouGotGazoompah? Debbie Coates

Thank YOU, thank YOU, thank YOU… Just finished reading your Mavin Matrix Manifesto and am in tears. We are thanking God for you two: that you listened with your hearts and minds to what we needed to know and followed your promptings to unfold it to all of us. I have been praying and searching for the answers you have so generously handed to us on a silver platter! To the both of you, we will be eternally grateful.

There is a reason for everything and it is by no accident that this blessing has arrived at this given moment. We don’t have MBA’s and have been researching and studying tirelessly to lay a firm foundation. You have given us the straight path and we are now preparing for our journey.

We can’t sleep and are so excited to wake up tomorrow to begin our new adventure. To dive in eagerly to the homework you layed out so beautifully. We understood everything you said with such clarity and so many times paused and looked at each other with those ‘AHA’ smiles.

To the naysayers, remember 10 were sent out and only 2 came back with Yes!!! Just couldn’t grasp it, smacking you right in the face….how good copy is supposed to be written!

Shall keep you posted on our endeavors, as we WILL spread the word about how we could not have overcome the strongholds before us without your timely message, teachings and insight and above all else your extreme generosity.

After listening from 2pm Mountain Time yesterday until 3:30am this morning, to you Rich, doing your 24-hr. live UStream.tv Show and studying your Uncertainty Syndrome work of art, we are teeming with thankfulness for all you have shared. Thank YOU again so very much.

Sincerely, Debbie Coates, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Just saw Rich at the ETR Bootcamp, and he was my favorite speaker…and this was among Yanik Silver, Alex Mandossian, Bob Bly, and even the master himself, Michael Masterson. Don’t get me wrong, all these speakers were better than great, they were unbelievable. Rich just struck a cord, because I know that he gets this current internet market. I ran to get the manifesto, and it was too much…more than I imagined. Thanks for all the free stuff. I feel so guilty, I have to buy something from you!

  • sylvia

    Rich,
I’ve read all your reports over the last few years, some over and over. You’re always so magnanimous and make salient points and suggestions that are easy to assimilate; I never thought this kind of information was given away. But there you go. I learned good things from you and Jay in M3 and appreciate that all the steps are predicated on being genuine and somewhat vulnerable. We can all be human together. It’s a good thing to be.

  • Paul

Hey Rich, the M3 is fantastic, congrats (again!) to you and Jay.

My big takeaways? First, the M3 itself is a reminder of the need to produce high quality content for your customers. It’s thorough, insightful, detailed, well researched, and well credentialed. And it’s INTERESTING (I literally couldn’t put it down until I’d read it right through, twice, and highlighted sections and made notes. What a nerd! :-) ). I love your material Rich for these simple but powerful reasons, and I get cranky at all the “you can bang an ebook together in 5 minutes and make a fortune” stuff you see out there.

Second, one sentence really stuck with me: “To be a Maven is to become seen as the servant-leader of a community”. It’s a fabulous philosophy, and one I’m bringing to my business.

Thanks Rich (& Jay), great stuff as ever.

  • Eric

    Hey Rich,

The M3 manifesto is very down to earth and gives you the info you need to be a marketing maven.

If everyone was to take this route we would have alot more different products/services. Becoming a marketing maven keeps you on your toes, because you have a status to live up to.

    Thanks for the report

    Eric

  • Marie

    Amazing content! Thanks!

    Hey Rich,
Loved the info you provided. Now let’s see if it can have an impact on my biz which is the entertainment biz.
Resession hit us hard since we are considered in the luxury biz.

You and Jay have really supplied a great strat and it can turn my biz around (I have my doubts) I will waive your flag forever.
    All Good Things,
    Glen
    Keep up the good work

  • Brian

    Hey Rich & Jay

First of all, thank you for being you …. your work is truly a valuable contribution to those of the business community that want to excell and remain “cutting edge” in their chosen fields…

I feel that the M3 tactics are definitely “gold nuggets” and I feel that the application of these “Tactics” will lead to the mother lode….. the application being good old fashioned, focused, effective ACTION(working it) …

All of us small business people all have the perceived “constraint” of limited time and cash flow as you know … I feel the M3 gets right to the point and that we must be very effective and targeted when we take ACTION … aspiring to “MAVEN” status in my opinion is simply a choice each one of us can make to “GIVE” our best. …. In my heart I know when I give my best the reward is immediate and great … Instantly I know I have been successful in that moment … similiar to hitting the “Tennis or Golf” ball sweet …. it just gives the satisfaction of knowing I am capable of hitting it sweet …and ongoing practice gives me the satisfaction of knowing I can do it again again with less effort … M3 has hit the sweet spot.. congrats to u guys …. keep up the good work !

All the best to u guys ALWAYS !
    Brian

    Hi Rich

I just started on the internet to realize a lifelong dream of mine, to help orphans in Africa. Not through charity but through a proper business. Anyway the dream is big and a true challenge and I really had no clue how to start but by following your writings and reading the Maven Matrix I have a much better understanding of success as such.

Thank you for the insights and the true inspiration you are.

    Best Regards
    Jac

Rich, Jay; thanks for sharing such a great stuff at no cost.

I just finished lisenting to the Teleseminar with Jay Abraham and reading the Maven Manifesto and taking profuse notes and even writing articles, headlines…it is so inspiring! I already have most of the important pieces I need. Thanks. It was like reading the Manifesto removed a block in my mind and renewed inspiration.

    Hi Rich,
I am very confused. I am so excited about this Maven Program that I signed up for it shortly after the webinar on it. I paid $250 down by through a friend. I got the Maven Marketing Manifesto and devoured it. It’s great stuff. Very inspiring. But since then I haven’t heard a word.. What is going on? When does the program start?
I am worried my order fell through the cracks and am I have not been added to the list of participants.
I wouldn’t write this here, but haven’t gotten any response elsewhere. Please advise. This is so cool!

  • http://www.sailclassique-it.com Mel

Rich, thankyou for wanting my comment – I wouldn’t have expected that at this stage & being probably 1 of thousands just coming into contact with you & Jay at a beginner’s level. Although your request could’ve been automated, even that is a remarkable indication of how you make the likes of my self seem important to you, demonstrating the high regard you have for your client as is emphasised in your basic principles. At this stage I’m completely overwhelmed with the depth of knowledge & experience you & Jay are imparting. I’m absorbing so much, feeling an urgency to try & get an overall coverage of the tremendous amount of pure gold you are providing – taking notes as a form of reference before going back to mine the abundance in veins, not just nuggets, of valuable material. To do you & myself justice, I am appreciating the need to be well founded to reach the altitude of the Maven & I see in your Matrix, missing link & final chapter, the ladder to climb – feeling very much as if I’m on the essential first rung. Cheers !

  • Kevin Wood

    Hi Rich and Jay,

I read the report yesterday, and I’m enthusiastically taking the action steps to complete all eleven points. I have a manufacturers representative business, and I employed some of Jay’s advice years ago and that effectively doubled my business at the time. And Rich, since I met you recently at the ETR conference in Delray Beach, I’ve been reading and absorbing your materials as well.

I will soon be launching my own small business advice website and I’m looking forward to Maven status within my niche.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    Rich and Jay,

I really enjoyed The Maven Matrix. It was well worth the time I invested in going through it. I am very busy since I am so close to getting my business online. (I actually started this business during my involvement with Jay in the Master of Passive Income program.)

I appreciate the Matrix because I am using many of the tactics in my business and see how to to implement more of it.

Thank you and aloha, Leonard Mukai

Reading this manifesto and listening to the associated audio with yourself and Jay Abaham has truly inspired me to both push further and reach higher! I am positively convinced that yourself, and Strategic Profits are capable of assisting me in conquering my challenges and obtaining my present and future goals! You have a tremendous talent to inspire, and I am grateful to be a recipient of that talent!

Rich, Great stuff, I am still digesting the addition of the Facebook channel with Mr. FBX and you send this out.  I got the email the next day asking about the maven manifesto, and I was still busy building the changes to our clients for their Facebook pages.

I have been speaking and training for 10 years and I see in the matrix a couple of critical areas that I overlooked, Thank you,  Maybe at PLF I can give you a quick update. For Luscious, get in on Rich’s BGS program if you aren’t already.  You need to define who you are going to be and where you are going first.  The rest can be built for next to nothing.  You just need to take the action and make the efforts.

  • http://www.facebook.com/scott.bourquin Scott Bourquin

Oh yeah, and thank you for the lesson on Ever Green content!  Feb 2008?

  • Jsbutler

    Rich,
The Maven report has been very inspiring. I’ve brewed over being unaccomplished at an age that many others are retiring ( 64 ). My oldest daughter is only a year younger than you ! My advise to her mostly goes unheard because she’s seen me try and fail so many times.  The difference is , now that I’m studying with you and getting stuff from Jay Abraham thanks to you, that I’ve got a better grasp of what is essential and what isn’t. I’m also learning that I can leverage my mistakes and my age to make things happen this time.

Watch for my new website, http://www.iartgraze.com. It’s being designed now to support my primary site, http://www.artgraze.com.

  • http://www.jackhuerta.com Jack

The Maven Matrix Manifesto is quite an interesting read.  I’m coming from a background of very little business knowledge and am getting quite excited about launching my first internet business the more I read.  I can’t wait to make enough enough money so that I might be able to enroll in one of the strategic profits programs.  It looks like a great way to get educated!

    Jack

  • Phil

WOW, talk about new direction. My head is still spinning with all of the concepts of your Maven Matrix. I also watched the 5 videos of Jay’s. I’m gonna be a MAVEN! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Rich,
I loved the Maven Maxtrix Manifesto! It makes too much sense.  Will you teach me how to be one? I’m looking for a mentor.

  • Rollie Cole

Really appreciated the guidance, but the link in my copy does NOT go to a page I can share with friends, but to an entry video for the Frustration to Freedom seminar. Having seen it twice, and wanting instead to recommend the Manifesto to friends, I found the mislink more than a little annoying.

    Dear Rich and Abraham,

There are only a few times when you have the opportunity to renew yourself and reclaim your dreams. Unfortunately, for many people, that time hasn’t been presented…

    Until NOW!

I was an opportunity seeker until 12/1/2011. That’s when I picked up a copy of your Maven Manifesto. I’m also joining the coaching program Friday on payday.

Until then, here is a copy of my Maven Manifesto 11 Steps to become a Maven. Hopefully it provides some insight for those wondering how it looks completed.

    MY COMPLETED MAVEN MANIFESTO:

This is my way of announcing my maven journey to the world.

    See you on the calls.

It has been a long time sense I read this manifesto. I took good notes and wrote out the first step. I plan to write the assignment for each step each day and then repeat and tweak. Thanks for putting this together. Clarity at each step is the key.
