    Brilliant interview. I found this book a few months ago in an Airport book store and I simply couldn’t put it down. It’s a great read.

    The reason I liked it some much is because of all the great tested examples they give you, that you can then test for yourself.

    I am a HUGE fan of Cialdini. I read his book and it has inspired me to get earn my Masters at Harvard University with my thesis being on the Psychology of Influence & Persuasion and how you can apply it to online marketing and product launches. I’m just finishing my last class and starting on my thesis now and I can’t learn enough about the topics that Cialdini often speaks to.

    I’m actually hoping to have Cialdini as my informal second advisor for my thesis project. That’s great that you had a chance to interview him.

    I was at Borders yesterday and saw this book… but didn’t pick it up yet. I walked out w/ Predictably Irrational… which is awesome.

    Combine Predictably Irrational, Cialdini’s other book (Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion), and Cialdini’s new book… you can do some pretty good damage in your marketplace ( ;-)… damage probably wasn’t the right word… but you know what I mean).

    But some feedback points for you to improve your interview skills. Hookup with Toastmasters, hearing all those “uhmms”, “uhhhs”, “kind of’s “, “you knows”, “makes a lot sense” takes away from the mastery that you command.

    For your edification, go back and count’em up.
