I do that and I am taken to a page to click and access the file. That takes me back to the sales letter page where all I can do is sign up again. I remember Demming using that fishbone chart to diagnose process problems but it would be nice to have diagnostic tool to apply to business. GPS sounds alright but the price point is past my funding availability. The report has seven bullets (I trust your first edition is still what you are promoting) and I wanted to see what "5" you would bring out but kept getting forms to fill out, so I quit. I felt the energy and passion of all of your guests. The result is that I felt very encouraged and affirmed in my journey. I felt it is ok to get the help I need in order to achieve my goals by learning from people ahead of me. I had heard that before but tonite it is as if I could hear it with new intensity and understanding.
