    Hi Rich

    What would have a greater impact for me would be ‘what a client said about me’ because that would reflect something that I had achieved for / with them.

    On the flip side, a favourable comment from a mentor would be more likely about my potential to achieve something. Having said that please feel free to say something nice about me :-)
