I listened to the call, on which it said there would be a link to notes at the end of the call. That link just took me to a sales page, without any further link to notes. Will they be posted later, or does one have to purchase the course first? Even if the notes are not ready yet, there could have been a note like "coming soon", but you are just left hanging in the air. The sound quality at the end was very poor, I couldn't understand half of what Jay said, and without the notes I would still have wasted a big chunk of my time.

Hi Jeremy,

You can consider using Yahoo Messenger.
I use it to make overseas calls for about 1 cent/minute.

It's slightly cheaper than skype and allows us to listen to teleconferences.

Quality isn't as good though.

I pity and admire Rich for the frantic efforts to solve this problem. I believe that life is all about solving problems. Let's watch and see how the two mavens solve this problem and learn frm them. Who knows, in your business or even private life, you might just be facing similar disquieting problems now. Doesn't it help to know rthat the successful also have glitches. There is, I suspect, an ironic lesson for any one who wants to be a long distance runner in this whole mess. We shall overcome.
I am suggesting that the transcript of the conference be made available one way or the other. Some internet democracy please, Rich!!!

Hi Rich and Jay,
Having experience in managing health care in Canada (where it's often perceived to be "free", as compared to your products which are not), I can still empathize with you as you struggle with these glitches. I'd like to thank you for letting this blog run. I'm totally new to marketing and this blog is truly educational. I think your efforts are more than adequate to compensate for the problems and only you truly know if this is or isn't more "hype". For those of us who might have messed up periodically in life, open dialogue helps tremendously, as seen here. But, from experience, trying to help some people adapt to a situation in which you may have erred, might be somewhat akin to attempting a polka on your left nostril. Some of us need to "cut loose" (figurative in so many ways).

Keep up the great work! So glad I've got your stuff and your staff on my side!
