i personally think there were some great questions and topics prompted by jay and very interesting ‘take-aways’ by the participants.

in response to your question, if these stories were mine how would they change my business and life:

#1) attending… listening… reading… and understanding the material you teach is crucial… however, taking action on the advice is the **KEY FACTOR** for me personally.

#2) “making an appearance…” and having a ability to be out in front of the market… obtaining the attention of my target audience.

#3) getting the word out about my product/service/program… and being able to provide tremendous value in a way that is only described in spiritual context.

it is my understanding that this is the entire focus of your program.

please note that this is exactly what i’ve been able to comprehend just by reading, attending, listening, and taking action on what you teach.

i was introduced to your teachings less than one(1) week ago…

I was there rich. It already changed my business in a few diffrent ways and I will love to get more.
we are acutualy getting people to come to us and we dont have to try so hard to get our customers (use to be prospects) to notice us. I am more efficient and that means so is the company and the team.
Loving the experiance. 1 new customer is worht thousands to me and we have been doing it over and over. Whatever you have comming I WANT IT!

Thanks for all the effort and value you have given us with the Attention Age Doctrine - and now the recording with Jay!

I also thought everyone would be interested in a timely column that was in the Chicago Tribune business section last week. ( I noted it on my blog ).

It’s almost as if the columnist Phil Rosenthal was familiar with the Attention Age Doctrine!

Rosenthal mentioned how CBS broadcast the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and how it got about half the ratings of the re-broadcast of the 1964 Rankin/Bass Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer:

“That’s right. Rudolph and Clarice, Hermey the Misfit Elf and Yukon Cornelius…7.1 million more people than the supermodels…the best sales jobs are subtle…The bottom line is plugs…won’t bring in bucks if the programming around them isn’t interesting enough to hold viewer’s attention through the sales spiel.”

With all this talk about blogs and vlogs , I have a question or two. How do I add a BLOG ??? Wordpress is way too complicated (it seems). If I set up an account with blogger.com, can I make the blog look like it is on my own website? Or is it on my website after I set it up? Can I add video to a blogger.com account ? Can someone out there tell me what program they are using?

Hi George,

It’s very easy to create a blogger.com blog. You can create one in minutes.

The blog is hosted by blogger, so you will have a URL like:
myname.blogspot.com.

Then, you may want to consider buying a domain from namecheap or godaddy, and then redirect them to point to your blog. Then, you can give out that link. That way, other sites and blogs will link to you using an address that you create, and then, if you decide to move off blogger, you can take the links with you.

I didn’t know that when I created my blogs. So, for example, my blog “simple-trading-system.blogspot.com” has a Google PR (page rank) of 4. But, if I moved my blog off blogger.com, I’ll lose the links and start over with a PR of 0.

If I had reserved a name like http://www.SimpleTradingSystem.com, I could have redirected it, so that my posts would have two names (i.e. http://simple-trading-system.blogspot.com/XXX and http://www.SimpleTradingSystem.com/XXX). Then, if other sites linked to me using www.SimpleTradingSystem.com, I could preserve the links, if I switched to a different host.

I am a novice on internet marketing. I don’t know where to start. I need some help. Please assist. Thanks.
