Update Sept 29, 2008, Monday
We’ve narrowed our decision down, but boy is this tough. Stay tuned for the winner!
Ever have one of those days where you were so excited to get started you woke up before your alarm clock was set to go off?
That’s exactly what happened to me this morning. Because I knew exactly what I needed to tell you on my blog today — and I couldn’t wait for you to read it!
See, Friday night, Debi asked me “Do you think all your subscribers fully realize how explosive the elimination of even one, key constraint can be for their businesses?” Frankly, I had to confess I haven’t really connected those dots for you.
I want you to think about that. Hard.
I want you to ask yourself, “If every major constraint in my businesses suddenly vanished — right now, today — what would my life be like in a month? In two months? On New Year’s Day, 2009?
“How many new customers would I have? How many more sales would I be making every day? How much more could I pay myself?
“How much more fun would it be to go to work each morning and preside over a company that is bursting at the seams … that’s living up to its potential … and that is making me richer than I ever thought possible?
“What would I do … what would I buy … where would I go to celebrate my succsess? What would my new home look like? What car would I be driving? What would my next family vacation be like? How would it feel to see so much money piling up in my shopping cart every day, I’d never have to worry about money ever again?”
Because when you think about it, removing constraints isn’t just about eliminating the frustrating problems you wrestle with every day. It’s not just about spending less time at work and more time with your family.
It’s about breaking through to the next level … making your mark on your entire industry … and guaranteeing yourself and your family all the riches that flow from that kind of success.
I’ve seen it happen scores of times in my clients’ companies. Once I help them identify and eliminate the constraints that are blocking their success, the company is instantly transformed and the owner’s life permanently altered for the better.
And when I discovered this new way of creating success, it happened for me, too. These days, the toughest decision I have to face is whether to buy Debi a new Mercedes or a new Maserati. I have a king’s ransom socked away for a rainy day. My company produces all the money I could ever want — almost instantly, on demand.
But just three, short years ago, none of that was true. The one, huge difference? I learned how to correctly identify and eliminate my constraints.
Back then, my big constraint was my positioning in my market. Sure, I was well known in insider circles as the coach to the gurus, but to the general marketplace I was invisible, nobody knew who I was. So, I combined the one-two-three punch of Silver Bullets #2, #6, and #7.
Specifically, I combined the knowledge gained from silver bullet #2 (fast and frequent intelligence) to write a viral report leveraging silver bullet #6, social psychology marketing, guided by silver bullet #7 (removing the buyers bottlenecks).
The result — a viral report I entitled The Internet Business Manifesto — two weeks later my coaching program sold out in just 2 hours and 14 minutes. Immediately there was $1 million sitting in my PayPal account, plus a $217,000 monthly recurring revenue stream totaling 2.6 million over the next 12 months. In total $3.6 million from a single free report. And of course, millions more have flowed to me in the years since.
The money’s great. The sense of achievement … the knowledge that I alone are in control of my business destiny is even greater. And frankly, the prestige that comes with all of that is amazing.
About a month and a half ago, for example, I was invited to Las Vegas to an invitation-only summit for some of the world’s most successful web entrepreneurs. Later this week I’m flying to another exclusive meeting of the 100 most powerful online marketers at Chicago’s Hard Rock Hotel.
I’m not telling you any of this to brag; only to get you thinking about how quickly and how easily you could be joining us. Remember: I’ve helped put more people in these exclusive meetings than any other business coach alive. And if you’re one of the lucky ones who gets into my Guided Profit System program, I’ll get you there, too!
So, to help you connect with the radical ways your life will change once we identify and eliminate the constraints in your business, we’re going to have a contest.
And to really get your juices flowing, the winner’s going to get:
A full ride scholarship to my upcoming coaching program – where we’ll work together each and every day for thirty days. Together we’ll obliterate one business debilitating constraint after another. The net effect will be that what you write down below will be true for you no latter than Halloween.
A one day blitz for your business – we’ll send you your airfare and set you up in a posh hotel right around the corner from my office so my entire team and I can focus exclusively on your business. Every resource I have will be entirely focused on you and your success.
A complimentary spot in my $25,000 private reserve club– including private masterminds (with other elite online entrepreneurs) at my office, dedicated time with my staff, and exclusive personal access to me and my vast resources.
Read My New Report – The Uncertainty Syndrome: The Entrepreneurial Emergency
Then Leave A Comment Below and answer these three questions:
I’ll even give you some clues to what the winning posts will contain. First, they probably won’t contain sob stories. I don’t want to sound heartless, but frankly, my coaching programs are not about obsessing over your challenges and obstacles to success. It’s about exploding through them with a “Nothing-can-stand-in my way” attitude and the tools that make your success inevitable.
Instead, the winning entries will demonstrate – as specifically as possible – What your single greatest constraint is right now… What would your life be like without these constraints … The benefits you will enjoy when these constraints are removed.
The person who understands the most how much this concept is affecting your business in a negative way, and how miraculous it will be when it is gone, will be the winner.
Then we will turn that into phenomenal business growth in the year ahead.
Beginning this Wednesday 10PM EST – I’ll announce winner right here on this page. Make sure you use your right email address so we can get in touch with you.
So what are you waiting for?
Give me your answers now!
Hi Rich!
Another constraint blowing report, it’s mindblowing, at least in my mindset and highlights the biggest things I need to overcome to reach my goals.
1. What’s my biggest constraint? It is definitely #1. I have this mindset that I need to get everything right before I begin and not make any mistakes. I guess this would be the mistake itself! Fail Forward Fast… that creates clarity.
2. The life of my dreams? That path is littered with obstacles. All your 7 Silver Bullets are required. Badly.
3. 3 greatest benefits? #1. Freedom to move forward. #2. Freedom to take charge. #3. Freedom to spread a greater good.
Cheers,
Kelvin
Rich,
Your material keeps getting BETTER AND BETTER… this is awesome dude.
I would enter this contest, but I wouldn’t want to take this prize from one of my customers that have posted on this blog.
I have been through your coaching program… and it ROCKED!
I literally got chills when I saw what all you were giving away… this is going to CHANGE someone’s life!
Props to you dude!

Rich,
Your stuff NEVER ceases to amaze me.
I would love to enter this contest, but I wouldn’t want to take the prize from one of my customers that has already commented on here.
I have been through your coaching program, and it totally ROCKED!
This is going to CHANGE someone’s life!
Props to you dude!

Hey Rich
In truth that the greatest obstacle in life is fear of making decisions because you think you’re going to lose your money, but who said that there is the fear? that’s the biggest farce.
In life I have to get up from the ground and once told me if I joined to succeed, and you do not say that until today I have accomplished what I want, because what I lack most is money that could be a limitation, but not at all.
1. What is my biggest obstacle? # Ok this is definitely going to tell you that the biggest obstacle, you could be the lack of training in the fields of business. but I have always had clear goals and that’s why I fight every day for sonseguir a heritage for my family. and that it was reached.
2.Yo if you can “dream of opening up the skies to send blessings” to reach my goals. But the heavens do not open if one does not move his arms.
3. What pleases me most is that in life I have always had arms that I hal lifted above where it was before. That is my testimony, and even other countries that maybe have not been able to take advantage sa.
and that triunfare and will do that others can see the open skies of plenty.
thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak for many.
SAINTGREEG FOR THE WORLD.
1. My single greatest constraint is focus. It’s often either spread too thin, or it’s just not there at all. Confusion is often a by-product of it on how to set up my business funnel and where exactly to spend my energy.
2. I’d say 2 constraints. Focus and also clarity on exactly how to build the funnel.
3. The 3 greatest benefits would be #1 speed in accomplishing my goals in whatever it is, #2 overcoming obstacles, and #3 Wealth and freedom (although that can be counted as two).

Hi Rich
I posted this last night but it’s not showing so here it is again.
Thanks for generously giving us such phenomenal information! You are succinct, clear and mind blowing. Now about this competition. I would love to get $100,000 in coaching and products – who wouldn’t? And if I win it I’m sure it would be one of your greatest challenges yet.
My niche is difficult to say the least, they won’t have any money soon, they’re from lots of different backgrounds and countries and they need a lot of help. Yep, kids. Tomorrow’s entrepreneurs. And I want to capture them now, teach them and keep them as clients for a long time.
My blog is new and focuses on creative kids who have made it as the World’s Youngest Director at ten, a candy manufacturer at seven, an internet queen at twelve, published authors at four, six and above or the youngest drummer and clothing manufacture at four. Yes, they are out there and doing it large.
But no one knows about these dynamos and while other kids burn hours away in chat rooms they could be becoming the best version of themselves. I want to wake them up and I know you’re the man to help me especially now since you’re offering.
Now my constraints:
1. I believe my single greatest constraint is sticking to the strategies I have outlined without being continually sidetracked by the newest latest information out there. My next single constraint is allowing myself to read my niche market correctly.
2. I think constraints are like layers. You only see the ones that need to be cleared at any one time. Right now I see two. But as soon as the light shines on them others may rapidly appear. The life of my dreams? Two constraints and a mind shift away.
3. The three greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed include more time to really strategize and get into this, write another movie and buy a nice house.
So, now you know my constraints but can you live with you’re constraints with me:
1. My niche is underdeveloped but large.
2. I live in another country – but hey with technology that shouldn’t be a problem.
3. I’m female and I notice you don’t have too many of ‘us’ showing up.
4. My online blog is new which means there are few problems that can’t be fixed and few successes to talk about.
5. My background is in banking, mining, movies and some IT. My tech knowledge is average and now on a very steep permanent learning curve.
So, if you can help make me a success it would make you a god in everyone’s eyes… good for business don’t you think?
Thanks for the opportunity

Hey Rich,
Great report and post!
I think my single greatest constraint right now is the fact that I don’t like to ask for help and try to do everything myself and I end up taking too much time to do certain tasks that I should have just outsourced.
I would guess that there are a handfull of constraints that are keeping me from having the business and the life of your dreams but the biggest is my own “inner game” that I have to deal with.
The three biggest benefits I will enjoy once my constraints are removed are more time with my family, less stress in my life and more passive income from the systems I will have put into place.
Take Care,
~Brett

Hi Rich,
Recently I have noticed that each time I complete an application to participate in a contest for a great product such as your new coaching program (GPS), I always get left out.
Perhaps you know why?
I really do hate that rejection feeling, the feeling of not being wanted, to win a contest.
But hey, I think I have worked it out.
Could it be because my company hasn’t made it’s first dollar?
What do you think?
Since Jan. 1, 2008, I’ve been learning from and studying the best Internet Marketing guys (Your clients) in the world and include; StomperNet faculty (full membership), Jeff Walker (PLF 2.0), Frank Kern (Mass Control membership), John Reese (TS 2.0), John Carlton (Simple Writing System) & Mike Filsaime (Butterfly Marketing monthly report).
My business is to bring out a Info product/service for REAL beginner online entrepreneurs, just like I was 4 years ago. I want to teach other people what I have learned and introduce my clients to this wonderful IM community.
Here are the Q&A’s you asked for;
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Yes, it is ME, MYSELF & I.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
One
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Paying my debt off, sleeping peacefully at night & seeing my wife and daughter with a smile on their faces.
I hope to hear some good news soon but please be aware that I am once again anxious to not receive another rejection from yet another contest.
I am willing to do what it takes to make this happen.
Kind regards
Chris Arts
1. Yes. Not having the proper knowledge to get my site listed with search engines in order to get traffic to my site.
2. I fell that I am so close start making money, and I know it can happen with some guidence and training it will take me over the edge.
3. Just to be able to pay all your bills as soon as you get them would be such a blessing.
To have extra money to give to my church and other charities.
To start enjoying a residual income and being retirement age I would like to quit my electric and plumbing business working 8&9 hour days and start enjoying life traveling when ever I please.
I would like to experience the joy of being able to plan one vacation every year and a big bonus would be to take more then one vacation every year.
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My first constraint was not having my own businnes because I was an opportunity seeker, jumping from seem-to-be good opportunities to seem-to-be great opportunities. At last, the only goal I achieved was some minor streams of income. After your Internet business manifesto I totally changed my mind from an opportunity seeker mind to a more strategist brain. And from minor streams of income to a real business based on my strengths.
My current constraint is simply FEAR of scaling up my advertising and business funding investments. This constraint is literally forcing me to become a slave of my own business instead of converting my business into a tool of personal freedom.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I think constraints are always present but only 1 is the bottleneck that is constraining your results today. I already identified mine today, future constraints must be identified as appear. I think its more important to create an effective personal and business system to identify them at the right time and overcame them properly.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
First and what I consider the crucial element is real FREEDOM. I mean freedom is generally an empty concept everybody talk about but only a little number of people really enjoy it. I think building up your own business without constraints is the ultimate tool to achieve this freedom, because it provides a good economic foundation, a form of self improvement and an opportunity to give back good things to society.
Second is FREE TIME. With more free time you can share your life with those who are important with you. Family and friends.
Third benefit is EXCITEMENT. For me creating a business that grows with the time and perfoms better and more efficiently cause me excitement and a feeling of achievement.
Thanks Rich for sharing your knowledge and ideas. I followed and I personally recomend your business growth system but even without being your customer anyone can improve his/her results with your free reports.
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it? My single greatest constraint is automating my business and hiring a team to replace me so I can focus on IM 100%.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? One business plan of action.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed? Freedom to focus on what I enjoy the most, internet marketing.
Hi Rich,
Great report – again!
The answers:
1.) My single greatest constraint right now is that we really don’t use systems in our business. There was a time – after the Manifesto came out – when we tried it, but I guess without the right people it is impossible. Now we have more ‘A’ players in our team, so it’s time to think systems again.
2.) One. Always the next one. Puting joke aside, I really don’t see more than 2-3 really big things we have to master. But the first is to design and implement systems.
3.) (a) I will work 70 hour a week only if I want to – probably I won’t. (b) I will spend more quality time with my amazing 12-year-old son. I will be at all of his basketball games again, I will play co-op game on his PS more, I will go and play all his favorite sports a lot mor often. I’m going to have the time and money to start a new family, and I’m not going to make the same mistakes that led to my divorce…
Hope see you soon!

I work with financial advisors to help them market their practice, especially over the internet.
I work with a premier wealth preservation attorney with a list of approximately 100,000 financial advisors.
1. My single greatest constraint right now is refining processes and automating them. I’m working on that right now.
We sell a templated website with high quality content and interactive features for these financial advisors. It is completely customizable.
Then many of them opt for marketing coaching and SEO services. This is high dollar residual income, from services that provide high value clients for them.
Because their industries are so regulated in certain aspects, there are nuances to each client and site installation. Plus those who have a particular USP need that to be reflected throughout their site.
So much of the process can be automated, freeing up time for the essential one on one for the high level coaching.
2. I am two constraints away from having the business of my dreams. The first one is automating processes for the site installations and the SEO. (Again, both are part way done.)
The second one is “automated” process for content creation for my marketing membership that many of these guys are joining. I’m working toward this as well, but it is not finished.
Quite frankly, my business would absolutely explode both monetarily and in strong deliverables/results for the advisors. That would be a serious pleasure to see their success.
3. The three greatest benefits I will enjoy once these constraints are removed:
a) Spending more of my business time in intensive work with an inner circle of very serious advisors. This is germinating now, and ready to fluorish with the availability of time. I love and believe in the value that some of these advisors offer, and would enjoy helping them succeed to the height of their business dreams.
b) Being able to launch my “real” business goal when I first started three years ago: helping work at home/stay at home moms and dads accomplish their Family Mission. There is way too much to this to go into it here, and I don’t want to share names in this venue. But my dream is for the profits from helping “western world” families accomplish their Family Mission (including the financial freedom to allow them to do whatever it is in the world that they are called to do) to fund the exact same thing happening for families in the “developing world” through micro loans.
c) Bringing my husband home from corporate medicine, setting our family free to go anywhere in the world to do what we are called to do, living our Family Mission.
Thanks, Rich.
Hey Rich,
I feel that my biggest constraint is fear, fear of not performing the right action, fear of wasting my time.
There are so many different ways (or least I perceive that there are) ways to build my internet business. Should I build my blog or redesign my website? Should I use click bank or get a merchant account?
I find that I will start in a direction and then find information pointing in a new, and maybe better direction, switch and then do it all over again.
I need guidance! Not someone to do the work or hold my hand, but to instead give me some confidence that I’m heading in the right direction.
With this constraint lifted I would be a focused business owner working towards a goal. Not jumping from project to project. I can see my life working and building my business with a renewed energy.
My bottom line goal for my business is to do something that I love and my niche is something I am extremely passionate about. But I also am working towards a lifestyle that will allow me to focus on my family.
Thanks for all the free info that you graciously reward us with!

1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it? Not sure, probably: No systems followed by: don’t know how to get my visitors through the buying process & inefficiently do almost everything myself
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? 3
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed? More time with family, less financial stress, being able to do/get the things I want for/with my family
Thanks Rich for another fantastic report.
I fall into a different group here because I am launching my contractor member-only site on October 16.
I took a solid year to put this all together and thanks to you and others I will have a successful site. So I have an advantage here because I am able to install your ideas as they came available to me.
Thinking about your systems approach was a goldmine for me and building a trusted network was priceless.
Man when you wrap yourself around the right people you can make magic.I am so excited to finally do this and to know I can finally get out of the everyday job rat race.
So all I can say is thanks so much because I have learned so much already and I hope who ever wins understands the gift they received. Priceless!
Hey Rich,
OUTSTANDING report!
Single greatest constraint right now : trying to do it myself without specific, clear, focused information such as that provided exclusively and magnanimously by you – the KING – of real life, no BS, alchemy orientated marketing.
The inability to focus in the right direction means that I and I am sure many focus in many directions yet find ourselves on the treadmill – not getting anywhere fast, or not getting anywhere fast enough. This is why your information is not good! No! It is vital! IT IS LIFE, LIVLIHOOD AND THEREFORE THAT PASSION each one of us has turned into specific action, clear result, focused direction. What else to ask from life and work?
The three biggest benefits I will enjoy once my obstacles are cleared away:
1. Superior Wealth
2. Superior Life that comes from Superior Wealth, Focused time management by shooting the arrow towards bullseye of business building!
3. Different type of stress – from “stress” to “power”! Work will still be required except it will be work that will pay off with results meaning “less stress”! The freedom that comes from that means “power” to be, have and do anything and everything one’s wants from life! That is amazing! Thank you Rich! I am coming on your courses with or without the prizes!
Long Life The Rich!
Adel
Rich,
I’ve been doing this for years, watching other people come into the IM community all frustrated, then “miraculously” they make the connection with a GURU and they catapult.
This left me feeling inadequate thinking, “what was wrong with me when I was meeting GURUS too doing what they told me and still not finding success”.
That’s constraint number one; feeling like this just doesn’t work for me and I have to suck @#$@ and become someone’s pet to get anywhere and I’m not willing to do that.
I have fallen under constraints number 2 through 6 which I believe is ALL in the the MIND and the belief system we have in place. So not all those things you list but many of the parameters you listed in each constraint I could identify with.
Constraint Number One then would be my belief system which my friend, has come a long way since then and I have a new lease on how I approach my LIFE now.
There are many constraints too like distraction: there is so much crap from every guru foretelling what works and what doesn’t and how this will make that work if only . . . etc. etc.
Plus reading these emails from said gurus . . and they’re ALL correct, right? Then surfing their site to read what the new wave is all about and before you know it, the day is blown and frustration sets in again along with inadequacy.
It goes back to constraint #1-Believing you can’t do it and need to read more crap and buy more shit to make this internet work thing work; you just know all you need is that last piece of crap some guru is touting.
What I had to get past to realize my dreams?
Discovering who I am, who I really am, and knowing who I am and what I should be doing is the key to my success and anyone elses success too if they dig inside and find out.
That was the step needed to making this work; believing, stopping the noise (distraction) and digging deep inside and BEING who I AM. That’s who the world wants to see and get to know, not just another clone of some GURU.
So here’s the kicker and your final question. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
1. The attainment of who I am and serving humanity BEING who I am the best way I can.
2. The RELIEF of finally being me and not having to bullshit myself being something I am not. Lifting all expectations of being something I was never meant to be.
3. Having only the problem of whether to buy a Jaguar or a Mercedes for my loved ones including myself. LOL
In other words finally being FREE, carefree like a child and being good to myself and not kicking myself in the ass anymore. Truly loving myself all the way because I am doing that which I was born to do and taking my place amongst the stars.
Thanks for helping me understand . . .

My single and greatest constraint is the lack of clear direction and succumbing to information overload.
I would also say that I am 3 constraints away from having a business and life of my dreams
The benefits that I will be able to enjoy once those constraints are removed to name a few is no more financial worries, freedom and being able to help others and become another great testimonial for others who would find themselves in my current situation.
Rich, Interesting offer.
To give you some context: I own a 200 seat call center in Manila, Phillippines grossing $2m annually. We serve US, Canada and Australia entrepreneurs and executives that want to outsource call center or back office.
I am currently in Las Vegas attending the ERA (Electronic Retailer Association)
1.I believe my single greatest restraint is my network. I am young, I have built this biz on a shoe string and I have strong vision of reshaping the world (see FullPotential.com)
2.If I had a world class network I could leverage this business, myself and our resources in a faster more effective way.
3. The top three benefits of removing this constraint:
1 – Time, energy and money is greatly leveraged through network.
2 – We will have the visibility and credibility to influence many lives for the better
3 – Our deal making power will signicantly increase making it possible to be a major player in the global marketplace.
Rich there is no end to the steps I am prepared to take to create a powerful network for positive purposes and I am sure there is a synergy here for both of us.
James
1. Biggest single greatest constraint is right now? If online business consists of product/service, traffic & conversion, biggest single constraint is generating a consistent traffic flow
2. Constraints away from having the business and the life of your dreams? Once consistent traffic flow is achieved, I see a suitable conversion rate as the next restraint… following that, building up business (managerial) systems so that the business can be scaled up to much higher revenue levels
3. Three greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed are:
a) doing what I love
b) free time to pursue personal interests & pleasures
c) free to sell business for windfall if desired
Single greatest constraint:
Difficulty in applying what I know.
Business and the life of your dreams is not to far away, I can just tell, I have a gut feeling. A few constraints to hurdle and I’m there.
Three greatest benefits I will enjoy once those constraints are removed:
Accomplishment, Success, & Fulfillment
One of my favorite sayings was how Rich closed his report…
The best is yet to come!
Hi Rich,
My greatest constraint is lack of confidence. That confidence that comes from knowing the lay of the land, and that I’m not taking the long way around. I have a flood of ideas, but have trouble manifesting them. It doesn’t stop me from trying, I just feel like I could leave some rubber on the road if I had a mentor and some team.
This is my last constraint… I’m all in.
3 benefits?
Gaining the ability and experience to make my ideas real. Freedom from trading hours for dollars. Freedom to live life with my family without time and money restraints.
Sooner or later, I’ll be joining you at one of those invite only meetings, Rich! See you then… and thanks!
Hi Rich,
Here we go!
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Yes-it is Constraint # 3 Linear Thinking – Learn to view your business as one large system. I’m a one man operation without the cash to bring help on board.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I’m only 2 constraints away. I’ve removed Constraints 1 and 4 thru 7 & have evidence to back it up. You help me remove # 3 and I will have time to remove # 2 Flying Blind. Or maybe we remove # 3 and # 2 is removed quickly as a by-product of removing # 2?
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
I can sum it up as Having Constraint # 3 removed & enjoying benefits of efficient system will impact so much of my life that there’s several great benefits but here’s the big three.
1. Take better care of my wife and 2 year old son. (Wife recently had major surgeries to remove 8 tumors & we have no support team here)
2. Improve my health. Being a one man team, I don’t get much sleep and even less quality sleep. You can imagine what that’s done to my health.
3. Make better use of my strongest skills (I’m a writer, voice-over talent, record producer, creator of ideas who will flourish by removing Constraint # 3 and gaining ability to complete profitable ideas for myself & A list network)
I’d be a great candidate for you to coach because I’ve already knocked out all but two constraints and have consistently accomplished a lot in life. What’s prevented me from long term sustainable success is constraint # 3 and as a side symptom, constraint # 2.
I just need to get past the last big hurdle and so much more becomes available to me and my family.
Thanks for the opportunity to enter the contest & sell you on coaching me.
Best regards,
Michael
Hey Rich,
What a great opportunity…
Being a newby at internet marketing and businesses I would have to say that the number one constraint I have is just getting the balls to get something started.
I have three major constraints to enjoying the business of my dreams 1) Getting started
2) Finding the right person to devlpoe the business idea I have into a realty
3) Identifying and implementing the right financial funding model for the project.
Once in place and the business is up and running, I would enjoy giving my current boss the big wave goodbye and focus on enjoying my family and teaching my boys money and market strategies to prosper in this world.
All the best for the blessed person who get’s your help…
I know they will benefit greatly from your wealth of experience.
Bless you,
John
Hi Rich- Amazing report, it would be equally amazing if people would finally break thru to the point of DOING and not just reading….. I have broken thru $ 500,000 of debt in the last 2 years ( paid off! 100% debt free), have broken free of other’s expectations of myself, limiting beliefs ( most of them) in my head, and yet when you ask these questions- I still have an answer. Which means, at this level that I am at, YOU are the key to my knowing how to break free 100%. Once you tell me what to do- I will do it, hands down, bar none. So here goes:
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it? Yes- it’s the belief that still crawls out of my past success/failure pattern: One day I’ll have all the success I have desired and dreamed of and yet have no life to live. I know how to get there, have sold millions of dollars of products, have broken records in companies, have marketed myself to a multiple six figure income, but there’s still that sick and disgusting ‘fear’ that $ 50 million dollar business owners don’t have a life….or they die young of health problems… so I still hold back. :(
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? I believe this is the biggest one Rich. I don’t expect someone to spoon feed me, I don’t believe my website is an ATM, I am not following a delusion that I won’t have to work to make millions and I’m not buying into the crap-mentality that only lucky people can do this. So I truly believe this is my biggest constraint. This is the one.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed? I will be able to help anyone I want, be able to go anywhere I want in the world.. but more importantly, the biggest benefit will be the self respect that I finally FINALLY did what I was created for. I know that sounds ‘hypey’ but it is my sincere belief that I was designed to own a huge empire and the fear that I’d lose my life or my health in the process has held me back. As I go forward writing my story in a book and training course ( overcame disease, debt and depression!) and I work as the Marketing CEO of a direct marketing company I know that when I finally cross this hurdle NOTHING will ever EVER stand in my way again.
Man, I’d be honored to be the one who received your courses. Bless you Rich.
I feel that my biggest constraint is fear of not performing the right action, fear of wasting my time. And never having enough time, I have a full job working 40 hours a week.
I will start in a direction and then find information pointing in a new, and maybe better direction, switch and then do it all over again, never sticking with what I have started, kind of like information overload.
Everytime something new comes along, there seems to be steps missing or they will tell you to do certain things, not knowing what they are talking about. Of course this is a newbie speaking.
Thanks for the opportunity.
Dorothy
What is your single greatest constraint?
I would have to say my biggest constraint is the military. Although I love the military, my dedication to country and core haven’t exactly gave me the lifestyle that I “think” I deserve. I want nothing more than to serve for my country and help those in need. It’s the same scenerio in business, help others and you will be rewarded for your hard work. I have deployed to Iraq several times now, and haven’t had much time to focus on building a business. I come back to reality once I leave from trying to secure our freedom, and I’m right back to financial hardship.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I would say just the military. I feel that I have sacrifice my life and it’s time to take care of my family and I/ I have been in the military for 11 years now.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Having the ability to help and teach others. I belieeve one of the greatest feelings is helping others and of course seeing money flowing into your bank account. I have the dedication, drive, and determination. Having this type of guidance and mentorship will definitely be priceless. I’m used to following orders, so following a step by step method would be least of our problems.
Vacations!! I would love to take a vacation somewhere rather than Iraq! It’s definitely a vacation, but I’m don’t look forward to that every year. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
Always Motivated,
Ken
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now?
Constraint #1: Mindset issues
I have lots of great ideas, get excited about them (to the point of not being able to sleep), but soon start convincing myself why they wouldn’t work. The few times I’ve actually followed through, I’ve done quite well.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
One. If I can get out of my own way, it would be like a dam bursting. The energy to push forward would be truly unstoppable.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
1. Never having to fret about feeding my family and caring for them properly in the future.
2. Being able to help others get over their mindset issues.
3. Contributing positively to the world. (That may sound like a cliche, but that is honestly my biggest driver.)
Gratefully,
Alasdair
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Money and Fear of Loss
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Not many I am saving my cash to pay for a mentoring program by an online marketing guru like yourself. Plus my basic web skills are low.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Financial freedom and validation that my time hasn’t been wasted on a dream.
Hi Rich,
Awesome report and analysis!
1. My single greatest constraint right now is finding others
who think “outside the box” have an open mind about making
money online or starting a business and taking action..I have
family and friends who don’t have a maverick type mentality
and don’t want to change their financial situation..I want to
associate with like-minded individuals who desire to change
their way of thinking to be able to create generational wealth.
I feel like I’m alone in my thinking.
2. I believe that I’m 2 constraints away from achieving success
money+having a partner or team with a positive attitude, go
getter, take action type individuals who want to achieve
generational wealth, thinking big!
3. Develop innovative strategies for the future and build
generational wealth for my children and their children.
Keep the legacy going on and on will make me very happy
and give back to others by sharing my genuine success.

Hi Everyone:
I am commenting because I saw Jay Abraham on the banner. I have followed Jay, Corey Rudel and of course Rich and a few others over the years. Read the questions carefully. They are simple but have complex answers. I look forward to seeing and hearing about the winner of this great opportunity. I would like to see how they are doing in one year. It’s almost like winning the lottery.
It’s about the build of excitement that your journey offers you when you see results from your efforts. It not only benefits you but your customer (they are the ones who fatten your wallet and make your new life better). It is also about how you can build a circle of like minded JV partners who know that by bringing others under their wing, confidence rises and everyone benefits.
Ideas come at you 24/7. You won’t be able to sleep. Then you have created your own information overload. That is why a decisive plan and guidance is so important to follow. Something that almost all successful internet marketers don’t teach you. How to stay focused. Your excitement becomes your drive and not your confusion. Then and only then can you fulfill your benefits.
I have been fortunate that brick and mortar business has done well for me as well as some internet ventures. The internet is a monstrous sea of opportunity that you have to learn to navigate or you will be the next sunken ship, unless you have an experienced captain on board like Rich and Jay.
Good luck to you all.

Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now?
Absolutely… I’m flighty when it comes to my home business. There are so many oportunities out on the net… good and bad… I just keep thinking, “If I could only find the right one, then my life would FINALLY change!” What a bunch of BS… yet, I still can’t seem to just focus on one opportunity and take it all the way.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? Seven… exactly seven.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
I will be able to put to practice your “optimum performance” schedule: Prime Project day, Preparation and Commitment day, and Relaxation and Recuperation day. Of course there are a lot of things I could add as “sub-listed” items… but, I think this is sufficient. (Obviously, if I can do this… then, all that is evidence that all else is right in place… RIGHT IN PLACE! You can’t ask any more than that.
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
One pro-active, verifiable investor.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
One.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Being with my child, sharing the rewards and journey with him and others, being able to show others how to accomplish the same or their highest desires for themselves.

Hi Rich,
Okay, number one greatest constraint is: Not knowing my number one greatest constraint. I have a few in mind but not so sure which to work on first.
How many constraints away from having the business and life of my dreams? After attending Yanik’s Underground 4, my business has done very well, that being said, I’m pretty stoked with moving forward. I’d say mastering the “7 silver bullets” would get me that Aston Martin V12 Vanquish.
The three greatest benefits I’d enjoy would have to be: 1.) Time, to develop other online businesses and also join Yanik on a few of his Maverick business adventures. (I dig adrenaline) 2.) Cash, which is a lot like time plus some material toys mixed in 3.) Contributing to worthy Charities, which is a great use of both time and cash.
Cheers!
My only constraint is allowing myself even a fraction of a second to think I have any at all…………..
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I am not sure. The desire level is there, but I’m missing the network to get my product to market. This, according to your paper is a symtom, but it is as close as I can get now.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I suspect no more than three.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Everyday doing what I love and making thousands of dollars a day. The most important, I’d be inpacting millions of lives with more light and understanding.
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Entering a Forty billion dollar a year industry and not knowing where to start in bridging the business opportunity field with the “real market”.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Three – money fear and myself.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
The mission statement that I have carried since 1996, that if I was to leave this earth tomorrow, I don’t want to leave behind regrets or what if’s.
Hi Rich,
My number 1 constraint is knowing the steps, what do I do to generate traffic, what products to promote, how to develop my own product.
I need direction, and peace of mind with the ability to produce and income. I do know my greatest assest.
I need a coach, I would love to learn deal making for JV. Thanks for the opporunity.

1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it? Focus, I have taken myself from doing too many things to make $$$ down to two (incredible progress for me) One that pays the bills and one that will pay the bills in 6 months.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? Just one, Jumping off the cliff so I can really push towards the 2nd task that I KNOW will take me through the glass ceiling. I have the capability and just need to kick myself in the pants.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed? Financial independence, The time for enjoying my family and my Health so that I can pass this along to my 5 boys.
1) After years of failure and struggle, the biggest constraint is actually understanding where my biggest constraint is and what to actually focus on vs just walking around and stumbling in the dark and doing things the hard way.
Like they day in indiana jones 4 “knowledge is power”
2)To be honest, I’m probably 3-4 constraints of having all I want. First one would be myself health and self-beliefs and the other one would be leveraging other people money/resources to rocket myself in the right direction and bootstrapping everything to limit risks; fail fast.
3) Being able to make difference in the world helping out my friends and family instead of them always helping me.
My single greatest constraint?
Finishing what I started … I’m the classic techno entrepreneur … too many great ideas, not enough focus on the finish line
How many constraints away am I?
Two .. Deciding which project to finish, and finishing it
The 3 Greatest Benefits?
Create more passive income streams
Spend more time with my Family (It sounds cliche but only because it’s so often the case)
My wife will be able to quit her job without concern for our future which would make me very happy.

#1 – I have no idea what my main constraint is. I do know that I have been selling four years and have sales of $3.98 in 2008.
#2 – Plenty, I should imagine. In life, as one door opens another one closes.
I keep going, losing money every day, just waiting for my luck to change.
#3 – No idea. I have never imagined it possible to make more than a couple of hundred a month online – even if you were the very best.
I look at the massive sums being tossed around and don’t believe a word of them.
My number one biggest constraint would be teachers don’t want to teach me so I have to work it out for myself and this takes time and struggle but I will get there, one day!
My desired life is just around the corner….I just gotta learn a few more things …get a little support and all will be rosey. This has been constant as long as I can remember!
What it will look like once I leave the baggage behind… My alternative therapy business will be structured and located in the financial districts throughout Australia with everybody knowing my brand. I will have built a business around women’s health targeting their desires and beautification (an internet business). And I will have my dream home that’s currently owned by a beer tycoon worth approximately 12 million and sits on 5 acres looking out over a point and the address is No…. Cabar….a, A…n , 21….., N……Australia. I will then have a family and spend my life devoted to internal exercises building a unique schooling system for kids and running my businesses. …This will make me a very happy man and if I was to leave this earth I could say I did my bit and am proud of it!
Thank you for all your reports Rich, I have learned so much, also thank you for answering my questions on your 24 hour talk back.
Sincerely
Scott
Hello Rich,
Here are my responses to your questions.
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
The single greatest constraint I have is time. I have very limited time for action. Most of the time I find myself buying new ebooks, listening to audios and watching videos that I find it extremely difficult to take action because there is so much to do. To be bluntly honest, IM Gurus have done very little to help their customers in this aspect. They have to realise that not everyone has employees to do work, not everyone is a small business owner, not everyone has a product to sell. I can also bet my bottom dollars that many Internet Marketers need help in this matter. In fact, they know as much stuff as the so called “Gurus” but we all are frustrated with the amount of work that needs to be done to the time we have.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I would say two. Time management and process management are my two biggest constraints.
For example, say I want to work on a PPC Campaign to set up campaigns, the problem here is not the lack of knowledge but the time and the reources needed to get the things done. I know about quality score and relevance and ad copy and building landing pages and having tight adgroups and switching off content network to avoid burning up the budget etc, but how can I expedite the process?
It is delightful irony that we as Internet Marketers choose this path because we want to live life on our terms. But honestly are we? How many of us are taking time off for vacations, how many of us are exercising everyday and how many of us are spending quality time with our families? Living a life of our dreams does not merely mean money, it means more than that- the ability to do what you want to do when you want to do- this is priceless.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Freedom, quality time with family and expanding my business would be the greatest benefits I would be enjoying if my constraints are removed. I have undertaken many courses, read many ebooks and watched many videos that provide good content and value, but there is one thing that they fail at- “audience analysis.” Don’t generalize Internet Marketers- there are newbies, intermediates and even experts. But realize that even the so called experienced Internet Marketers who have been around for many years have not been able to realize their potential because they have a wealth of knowledge to share but are handicapped due to lack of vision, strategy and time.
Good Evening Rich & Team,
Matthew Detrick here. Before I read your Entrepreneuirial Emergency Report, I had no idea what in the heck my constratins was. I sat there day after day saying man, I know I know what to do and how to do it so why every time I dare something worthy do I leap back into the dark comfortable hole>?
Then I read your report.
I was not embracing the do it wrong fast mindset from silver bullet #1. My self esteem was below zero so it was frickin freezing over here even though we were in the heart of summer.
Silver bullet 4 also hit me in the head like a ton of bricks, coming from a track anf field background, I remembered visualizing my approach and jump right before takeoff to eventually become 2nd in conference my junior year of high school. (if I did track my senior year, I would have been #1… hence this begain a lifelong spiral ever since)
I am exactly 2 constraints away from experiencing total business success. I know what to do and how to do it, I need some positive reinforcement and I’ll be well on my way to helping others solve their problems with my info marketing worldclass copywriting business.
See, I get how much what I have between my ears will help others. Earlier today I received an email from a potential client yet again I stood in my own way, and bam… I demagnitized an otherwise magnetic relationship.
I recall my solid kick butt take names nothing can stand in my way attitude when I graduated Marine Corps boot camp by the skin of my teeth. I blew through some nasty ghosts to graduate an honorable marine.
That’s where the positive reinforcement comes in… Others around me excited about what they’re doing raising all our vibrations together.
I’m literally robbing and stealing from my potential clients their very freedom by allowing these constraints to stand in my way.
How miraculous will it be when these constraints are removed?
Wow Rich, I’ll be at peace, I’ll be able to help others on a much deeper healing level, I’ll be in alignment with the divine energy that is in all of us. The black ball of threaded energy ruminating between my eyes right now will be pulled thread by thread until a flow of white energy washes over my entire being.
That is what I call a miracle, wouldn’t you?
Something in my gut keeps telling me to share this with you so I will (I wrote this after receiving and watching all of Frank Kern’s mass control material)
This is what it’s all about when you help me remove my constraints, rip my business apart, and guide me in putting it back together.
If there were no limitations or no consequences, what would your perfect average day look like?
I live in CA near San Francisco overlooking the beach while waves break over the day. I live in a condo I picked up in an opportunistic real estate deal. The condo has a kitchen with an island in the center and lights, two of them, casting a warm glow over the island.
My condo has a living room with hardwood floors and a 42″ flat screen tv hanging above the fireplace. 3 other rooms make up the condo, a master bedroom with bathroom that has a shower/bathroom/closet big enough for two people, a guest bedroom of the same measure, and the third room is my office when I am home.
I wake up every morning in time to experience the sunrise, expressing my gratitude for an awe inspiring life. I think “life is beautiful” and I ask a higher power for guidance in helping others get what they want today.
I cheer when I leap out of bed while I slide Tom Cruise style over to my meditation area overlooking the beach/waves. 8oz. of water with lemon awaits me as I consume the life giving water invigorating my inner being.
I play uplifting music when I get ready for my day, which contributes to my excitement for life.
I slide over to my entertainment center and play Baroque music to stimulate my brain, infusing my soul with excitement. I walk out on my balcony and smile ear to ear in complete contentedness.
I eat healthy yummy food for optimal energy/well being my nutritionist recommended. I eat breakfast on my balcony as I watch the day begin.
After breakfast, I look at my plan for the day and schedule revenue generating activities I enjoy doing during my peak hours of the day. I check the report my assistants created for me with yesterday’s results, today’s pro forma, and how that will affect tomorrow’s results.
I log into my laptop to confirm any healing appointments I have for the day and schedule a voice broadcast 1 hour before appointment time both to my client and to my phone.
I then create a video about something fun, which teaches my market how to do something to generate results.
I read about doubling my dating so I can use this stuff when I am out and about.
When lunch rolls around, I eat healthy yummy foods with my rockstar friends. They each either have their own business they are passionate about, or they work in a job they are passionate about, they all smile a lot, are grateful for their life, for me, I for them, we connect spiritually and our souls dance every time we meet up.
They love music, and a few of them are DJ’s, too. We talk about what we are grateful for, what excites us, and we contribute to each other’s beautiful laughter.
My healing clients are fun people who I enjoy being around. Any whiny clients, I politely outrageously explain to them I’m unable to work with them if they bring me grief of come in without an open mind. NLP & Qigong are after all, unconventional ways of healing.
After healing appointments I perform my revenue generating activities for the day and follow up on projects I have outsourced to my team of kick azzedness. After revenue generation I check in with my assistants, reflect on our accomplishments for the day, tell them I am grateful for them, contribute to their laughter, and wish them well.
I either eat dinner in or out with friends, which again consists of healthy yummy food.
I read an inspiring book after dinner to fulfill my growth. After reading and contributing to my lifelong learning, I prepare for bed. I take a quick shower, put on loose clothes and sit in my meditation area to give thanks and express my gratitude for the day. I let go of any negative words spoken over me that day, look inside myself to love me unconditionally. I ask myself the question of what is on my get to do list for tomorrow, wait for my brain to give me the answer and write my get to do list. I turn on either a success cd or baroque music to continually play throughout the night. Smiling and letting out a big belly laugh, I pull back the covers and slide into a refreshing nights sleep.
The last thought on my mind as I drift off to sleep is how I have made a positive impact, who I helped today, and how grateful I am to attract a rockstar life in which I fulfill the mission every day.
Thank you for listening.
Be well, laugh often, and smile for no reason.
Hi Rich,
Thanks for all the great material you have been giving away to us struggling marketers over the past year or two. I am a Dutch HR business consultant and interim manager. During the past few years I have been studying till I saw blue in the face to make a succes of my online ventures. Because I would much rather do this than anything else.
I have been trying to set up a guided DIY hosting business targeted at selfemployed professionals, small businesses and clubs. This I found to be a very competitive market and I am trying my hardest to make it succeed. Starting of with investing in John Reeses Traffic Secrets (1.0) I have invested in anything I could (or couldn’t really) afford – including more than a year in Stompernet – to gather the knowledge to make it online.
The fact that I am a) not stupid and b) have all these great resources but still can’t make things work shows that my number one constraint is time. I lack the resources to outsource especially since I would have to pay Dutch rates, for my goal is to corner the Dutch market in the niche I described. And as a professional I know all about the theory of contstraints (yes Goldratt) and the all important time factor that you have been educating us about. But alas I don’t seem to be able to get a handle on it.
As Goldratt teaches us we should tackle one contstraint at a time moving from one to the next untill we solved all bottle necks. I would guess I am about 2 constraints away from my first goal of earning a decent online income to support my family of 5. More structure in my business so I can focus better on the things that matter, financial resources to be able to outsource so I can dedicate more time towards business development instead of being my own odd job man.
The biggest take aways of even modest success will be an enormous releave of stress, more fun and statisfaction in my work and more time to spend with my family.
I don’t think I will be able to overcome these restraints anytime soon if I don’t get some guidance of someone who really knows the online business. So Rich, make a name for yourself in the Netherlands and help put me on my feet :)
Hi Rich,
The main constraint:
Its hard to soar like an Eagle when you are surrounded by turkeys.
>I am literally a genius: IQ 99.7% (Its much less important than you think)
>I have abilities and talents that are powerful and rare i.e. strategic on the strengthsfinder (which both you and Jay obviously have), I wont include your weaknesses here;-)
>I have done things in the past that indicate greatness. For example, I actually implemented the Dell Computers same business model 6 years before Dell did; being a punk 16 year old at the time I didn’t realize the potential and the turkeys around me were clueless.
I dynamically respond to my immediate environment +1(slightly improved), my past and present environment was/is lacking. I’m nearly bankrupt and flying out to do a potentially multimillion dollar deal tomorrow. Why should there be such a schism?
Rather than answer the asked questions, I think its more productive to go to the bottom line:
Its obvious, to me, that you and Jay are lacking and prevented from making it to the next level.
If you are ready, I can help you get to the 100 million level.
The only real question is are you developed enough to take the next step?
K!
Hi Rich,
seeing you and your family on the 24hr video really woke me up. Something was niggling away under my skin and I didn’t know what it was.
Until now…
I had a critical moment of waking up and opening my eyes to my greatest constraint. The fear of really SEEING things as they are and being SEEN by others to stand up and say “enough”.
That is what I see you doing over and over in your reports. Now I know why it is so powerful.
There may be other constraints lurking behind this, but actually I know it is the core one for me.
Once it is blown away I know that I can transform the coaching industry itself. Bringing Action and Joy to my life and the lives of those I coach and who go on to become Adventure Coaches.
Bring it on..
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My single greatest constraint is being a perfectionist. I am determined to spend less time perfecting things. I want to explode my business in the next 12 months and perfection will not get me there.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I would say I am three constraints away from the life of my dreams. The first is that all mistakes must be avoided. I do not want to fail, but I know that is not possible so I am determined to make as many mistakes as possible to move forward quickly.
My second constraint is an inefficient workstyle. I do not have a system for being efficient in my work and I need to kick it into gear to get more done in less time.
My third constraint is being alone in a networked world. I am new to internet marketing and I want to meet as many players as possible. I believe in helping other people and doing so I will help myself.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
I would be able to help other people with my increased amount of free time
I would be free of financial worry in this economic downturn.
I would be able to build businesses faster than I ever thought possible.
1. My Greatest Constraint is wanting to have control over everything. I’m a programmer so I want to design the page, code a back end and do the books. I need to let go and set up systems to make things quicker and easier.
2. I’m just starting out so I’m sure there are many constraints to overcome, but I’m going to attack them head on.
3.I want to sleep soundly knowing that I will always have enough money. I want to pay off my house. I want to be able to give to others without financial restraint. I also want a few toys here and there. :-)
What is my single greatest constraint?
Hard time putting ingredients of a query or actual letter together.
Too much mental overload, usually ending with me doing my own version of a good letter. (not turning out well.)
How many constraints away from having my own business and the life of my dreams?
Many. I live by myself, wash my own clothes, iron them, cook my own meals, shop for myself, clean my condo, wash dishes…all the chores of housework a woman has to do. When I arrive at that life of my dreams, I can afford to hire someone to do at least part of them.
What are the three greatest benefits I will enjoy once the constraints are removed.
More time to spend on getting out a good or even perfect letter, more time to do some gym time, time to join the local dance group, Time to attend more church functions, and maybe even your boot camp should you have one. Cheers!
Don’t know why I enter these contests…like the guy above, I never win anything. Waste of time? Or maybe good practice?
“Instead, the winning entries will demonstrate – as specifically as possible – What your single greatest constraint is right now”…
You reading all these other entries and not picking me as the winner !
That’s my SINGLE GREATEST constraint right now.
Sounds great Rich-I must be the winner-thanks!!! LOL
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
If I’m really honest it’s focus. I know I have talent, drive and vison. I also have a knack for knowing something is just right. The “blink” factor. But I am a little like a golden retriever. I need to find a route that fits and stick to it.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I bleeive we have all the tools we need to succeed in our hands- we just need to know how to use them. I don’t lack tools. I don’t lack provision. I certainly don’t lack ideas. While time is sometimes a little lacking, I believe time stretches as you need it too. Really all I need is a personal trainer.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Building something I believe in
I’m made to teach- so I look forward to using my writing and presenting skills to get the word out
and…as a single parent, I’ll know I’ve provided for three daughter who will have learnt girls CAN do anything
Hey Rich,
Here’s my take on this:
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
- My biggest constraint is self-imposed limitation or roadblocks. I construct self-made roadblock in my head where one thing is depending on another, basically creating dependence which makes me put off anything I am trying to do. It’s also waiting for a program, opportunity, never-ending learning mode. I need to be more of a doer than planner, organizer.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
- All of learning, courses etc, i have attained enough knowledge, concepts that are powerful when “applied”. Knowledge is not a problem for me, “applied knowledge” is where I need some traction. I am 1 constraint away from having the business & life of your dreams.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
- Productivity & Clarity
- Believe & always be working on improving all variables by small increments to obtain exponential success in big picture
- Have life on my terms & give back. I feel like i have this thing boiling inside me which is struggling to come out, but if floodgates are opened it’s going to non-stop…:)
I have learned a lot on my travels in my internet business. Had many downfalls along the way and many uplifting experiences. I worked with someone who I thought was a guru, through a coaching course, who did teach me a fair bit, then turned around and didn’t pay me for some affiliate business I brought in for him.
I’m past that now and working hard at my business, still going up and down along the way, kinda like not knowing what to do at the right time and how to do it, like Yaro.
To answer your questions:
1] My single greatest restraint is finding a partner that can work along with me and do some things I can do and some things I can’t do. To not follow me but ride along with me.
2] I still have a few restraints to go, I have learned a lot, but need to learn a lot more. Then my dream will come.
3] a)My 3 greatest benifits will be for my wife and I to retire from our day jobs, and work on my internet business.
b)To be able to help out other programs that I have in mind, in the way of youth sports, childrens hospitals, and of course my family.
c) and of course help newbie marketers get on the right track, which is what I am doing now.
Thanks for your great teachings Rich
Mark G Roberts
My biggest constrains are not knowing exactly some of the skills needed to move forward, such are
#1 The correct advertising mediums
#2 Traffic to sites I belong to, or creating new or locating the proper ones
#3. Where to locate outsourcing, and the skills of those who know them and such.
Those secrets are essential to ones success besides staying focused and on course.
The biggest constraint is the proliferation of information on how to become successful.
In my former occupation, being an N.Y.P.D Lieutenant, I knew all about constraints. We had new orders everyday, after I retired I opened my own business to allow myself the freedom of making my own decisions. These decisions have been progressively harder to make with all the new information that is available on the internet. Step by step instructions would allow people to follow a path.
Being a civil service employee of New York City, police officers didn’t make much money for the amount of work they did. You have made more money in one day than a cop makes in a year! It would be nice after all of those life threatening experiences to finally relax financially and enjoy life.
Hey Rich,
This is my first time to reach out and spew up my constraints
1)my biggest constraint at the moment is agreeing with my web developers what functions I need for my website, but on second thought I don’t really know what certain functions I really need in my site to make it profitable.
2) How many contraints away?everytime I seem to fix one, another one arises. Once i’ve fixed the layout, I have to deal with the info presentation, once i’ve fixed that I deal with the other pages, it’s endless really and frustrating, not meeting my expectation of them being able to decide what to put in there once i’ve given them my plans, I’m detailing everything to the tee, it’s annoying.
3)being able to spend time with my sons and for my husband to work less so we can be together more often and be able to help brides avoid the pain of calling every vendor they like to know their prices to the point of exhaustion and embarrassmnet.
Hey Rich,
Thanks for the report. The new information you detailed within coupled with the 24 hour live broadcast really provided me with insight into my constraints.
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
The funny thing is, I’ve been wondering why my websites never really launched to the success they should have reached. I’ve followed so many, guidelines, courses and reports yet didn’t achieve my goals when it came to my objectives online. So to answer your question, yes. I believe my single greatest constraint right now is customer feedback. Feedback to adapt my product and marketing and align them with the marketplace. My conversion rates have never been what they should be.
In the back of my mind I knew that I had to be in touch with the marketplace and looking back I think I felt like keeping an eye on competitors was all I could do. I thought that detailed surveys and market analysis was the territory of multi-nationals with massive marketing and research budgets. This aspect coupled with traffic constraints I believe combined to be my biggest constraint with some serious longevity. Let me tell ya, from the clarity you’ve given me I can see just how far back this has been affecting me.
You see, I always believed I just wasn’t getting the word out to enough people. So I followed more and more technical traffic generation strategies to no avail. I knew from testimonies that these strategies were working for others but I never knew why they wouldn’t work for me.
My constraint is like a vicious circle. I need customer feedback. To get good feedback, I need a decent level of traffic. But to increase and maintain traffic I need to be satisfying their desires! So armed with this new insight I’ve resolved to fix it. To blow this constraint out of the water so to speak.
I’m sure like you said, once this is removed more constraints will surface for me but its been such a breakthrough to see the root cause of this problem rather than the symptom that’s been blinding me for years!
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
From what I can foresee I would say there are about 3 or 4 constraints that would really unlock the business of my dreams. It is seriously amazing to see these roadblocks highlighted. I work best when having my problems clearly indicated so I can tackle them efficiently. The problem was that despite using analytics applications I wasn’t getting clear enough intelligence to see my bottlenecks. For example I’ve always been a fan of strategy games from Age of Empires to text based war/economy games. And with the information that the in built game systems provide I could always master them after a few mistakes and get the whole operation working as a system, like a well oiled machine, achieving everything I wanted.
This is what I want my businesses to be like. Im aware of the different growth phases that occur and the exponential growth that happens when a constraint has been overcome. Thanks to your report I’ve been able to apply it much more directly to my business.
I believe the contraints withholding me currently are as follows:
- Customer feedback which in turn limits conversion, recurring traffic and growth
- Lack of effective JV partnership. (Your report really highlighted this. I think it was the foreword from Jay Abraham that gave me the revelation I needed about JVing)
- Customer service. I appreciate my customers but often times my multi-tasking leads to a backlog of customer queries and finishing tasks for them. Which is bad service and damages my reputation. While I’m aware of it, it is not my nature to treat people like this but it is a difficult one for me to get a handle on.
- Systemizing my business. While I know my business should be systemized into processes, I’ve just never put the required time into doing it properly and fully.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
As for my goals upon achieving success, I’ve got a whole list of them! ;)
I’m thoroughly excited firstly about getting my business like a well oiled machine, like I’ve always dreamed. I’ve always wanted to position my business as a platform from which I can construct and launch my projects. A platform that is not dependant on me (fully systemized) but has all the resources, team-members and mentors that I need to succeed with my projects.
Apart from the business benefits I am sincerely and longingly looking forward to my freedom of time again. The benefit of being able to rest well and spend incredibly enjoyable time with my family and friends is one of my biggest motivators. I am striving to achieve this and I can feel it. It’s coming soon.
I can almost feel (and smell) the fresh cream leather interior on my new 5 Series BMW. The black metallic paint and luxurious comfort.
And finally, the grand prize, my ‘mansion’ set among woodland. I have a picture of it too ;). It’s best portrayed in the movie “There will be blood”. Three quarters of the way through the movie the main character gets himself a mansion and if you look at that from the outside, thats it. I remember watching that movie and saying “Haha, holy crap! That’s it!!”.
I can see myself living in it. The 5 series outside, my friends and I having dinner and relaxing in the living room. Summer barbeques and excessive living space. It’s heaven for me. Oh and not to mention, my library. I can’t wait for that one. You know, the wooden panelling, fireplace, arm chairs, desk and a good scotch for those reflective evenings ;) Oh yes…
I have all of my goals and dreams made out into a short movie which I watch each day. It keeps me focused on what is important and I can really feel myself getting closer to each one as the days go by.
Well that’s it. Good luck getting through these entries, I’d imagine it’ll be a tough decision.
Best Regards,
Eoghan
1. my single greatest constraint right now is , i dont have any direction, i just try what working and what not, maybe im just work for a tiny succes everyday. always seeking a new opportunity. and thats with work for me.
2.How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
one
3. Three greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed are:
- a lot more free time
- financial freedom
I have just had one of those experiences after listening to the 2 hour audio from your teleseminar hearing from all the experts explaining what their constraints were and it really hit home. I got home and pulled out your Internet Business Manifesto, Missing Chapter and Final Chapter and re-read them again along with The Entrepreneurial Emergency.
My #1 constraint has been always wanting to learn the next tactic to implement and not being strategic and thinking is this going to help my business. I am now saying STOP to myself and “Will this benefit me?”
Now I have had this awakening I am mentally there and focussed so the constraints I have to still deal with are:
1. Focus ONLY on my strengths and passions in the business
2. The classic – get help and don’t do everything myself – this is almost cliched now! – I feel I am good at everything and so do everything but one comment from the audio was you can only be extremely good at one thing and can never do everything at the same time – mmm
Putting all these things into place my three greatest benefits are now the three F’s:
1. Focus – my wife and I have now said Monday is family time, Tuesday and Wednesday is work time and Thursday is sports. I have now set clear distinctions on my work-life balance
2. Freedom – I have already set and booked a three week holiday next year to Europe (I live in Oz) and that is holiday, not work!
3. Fantasy – no longer can I have a dream of a fantasy lifestyle, I can now live it!
Thanks for everything Rich, you are truly inspiring
Kind regards
Gavin
1. Our single greatest constraint is that we don’t have a “cash cow” product, which means we waste time doing hours-for-dollars things to pay the bills instead of working ON the business. The reason we don’t have one yet is a combination of #5 and #7.
2. Constraint #1 – not an issue; we’re good at failing fast
Constraint #2 – not an issue; I make my hours-for-dollars income consulting on business performance indicators
Constraint #3 – not an issue; we coach and consult on this
Constraint #4 – not a huge issue, but we could probably be more productive
Constraint #5 – THIS IS A BIG ONE for us
Constraint #6 – yes, we could definitely do this better
Constraint #7 – yes, this is a serious issue for us
So I would say we are 3-4 constraints from breaking through.
3. Greatest benefits
a) Knowing we are making the difference we want to make in the world with our business
b) Being able to live life on our own terms, and not be jerked around by the need for money (time with kids, travel, lifestyle, charitable projects, complete freedom of choice)
c) Being part of a global like-minded community of positive, successful online entrepreneurs
My single biggest constraint would be knowledge. How to grow my business.
How many constraints away from achieving my dreams?
Hmmm…Hard to say, as life likes to throw challenges. I’m certainly up for the challenge – being able to tackle these challenges with the least collateral damage, or finding opportunities in obstacles is the knowledge I’d like to gain without having to learn from mistakes.
Three greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
- The ability to move forward in any venture without fear of failure.
- Knowing the best ways to grow businesses
- Which in turn will provide less stress being reflected through to my family life.
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it? My Work and Personal Life along with me
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? Not many time management is the main one with a 1 year old daughter and full time work. No sleep lol.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed? Freedom time with family and giving back to community hopefully through own non-profit organization out helping kids. Thanks for a chance for the offer.
Rich, I’ll bet you don’t want to see this but here goes. I’m a complete newbie, don’t even have a website. I don’t know how to set one up either. My wife and I have just lost our home to an illegal foreclosure. We’re trying to find a lawyer to help otherwise we’re sunk ! The lender was predatory too ! Anyway, it would be a complete miracle to win the $ 100,000 scholarship but, we have lost everything, don’t have a website, had planned to find out how to get started trying to build an online business. So, I doubt you’re interested. The only thing I may have going for me is that I’m trying to finish writing a book about my friendship with Elvis Presley like some of my other friends who knew him have done.I hope it sells ! God Bless you and Best Wishes to you and yours…………Mike
Hi Rich,
1. Single constraint? No. I have 3 of them: Too many opportunities (a natural preservative for foods and beverages Coke is evaluating it now); two superfood nutritional supplements addressing genetic nutrition; a sweet protein to replace stevia and synthetic sweeteners; and a few more). Too little cashflow to fund the development of the marketing (a few strategic partners have been approached but it’s slow educating them). Too long a lead time to a result on many of the opps.
2. How many constraints from success? Three but applied to 4 or 5 products.
3. 3 benefits?
Massive cashflow
Less stress
Contribute more (environmental, economic and health benefits)
Cheers,
Vic
Say g’day to Jay and tell him I’ll bring more Wattleseed when I see him next.

Hey Rich..
Thanks for the profound job you are doing…I read both The Uncertainty Syndrome and The Maven Matrix Manifesto..
1- The most single constraint for me is starting my own medical residency..
2 – I am three constraints away from having the life and the business I aspire..I am an optimistic guy by nature..I know that I will find the answer soon..I believe in my self..
3 – The three most important benefits I will reap once these constraints are removed. First, Build my concrete medical foundation. Second. Be able almost instantly to make a huge difference in my patients’ life. Third. Start my own medical management and marketing services to wide range of clinics and medical organizations..
Thanks Dude..You are a wonderful human being!!
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
–A focused system
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
–1
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
–Having the freedom to become a contributor to community and people’s lives, helping others.
–Time with family
–Freedom from Financial pressure
It’s hard for me to imagine my wife asking me a question such as, “Do you think all your subscribers fully realize how explosive the elimination of even one, key constraint can be for their businesses?” Not a typical question. Also, I happen to be single.
Thx for providing a simple formula to move along the steps of success.
1. My number one constraint at this time is working the long hours to pay the hiring fees to provide my service; instead of using the time to improve my service.
I need to stem the flow of money going out by purchasing the equipment outright and integrating my website and blog to pay only one host fee, enabling me to use more of my time “on” the business.
2. Personally, as a newbie to all this :-), I think I am just two constraints away from my business being where I want it to be:
* Too much money going out (as mentioned above)
* Not creating time to publish and develop service programs
3 a) Travel and work, helping others and learning along the way
b) Start hiring and creating job opportunities for others in areas that provide support and services to the wider community to enable better quality of life for many more
c) Make my mission happen to provide a high quality study support service that empowers others to achieve their goals and so improve their quality of life, which will ripple through the wider community
Thx for the opportunity to be in the comp.
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
R= I think the greatest constraint is that I don’t decide what’s my business is going to be, I’m just following the next opportunity to gain some bucks as an affiliate!
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
R= Allot : )
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
R= The life of my dreams, The dreamed house of my wife and of course the working on doing what I love!
thanks!
Hi Rich. It is a great chance for me.
First, thank you for this opportunity. Biggest constraint? Myself, plain and simple. I have been looking at ways to earn money using the internet and as of yet, I have not decided on anything. I believe there is something out there for me. I also believe there is something in me that needs to get out in a way that will provide something valuable and service a need for people.
How many constraints away am I? Good question, I have time, I have the desire, I have the determination and I have the heart. Perhaps I am one or more mentors away from doing something worthwhile in an internet based business. As for constraints on the life of my dreams? Again, only I stand in my way of achieving the life that I dream of. Guidance and being challenged by a mentor(s) would definitely be of assistance in accomplishing this.
The three benefits that I would experience from the removal of the above constraints would include new friendships, a viable business serving the needs of others, and living my dream. Its pretty simple really. In closing I would like to add a quote I just read. “Neither an optimist nor a pessimist am I. I am a possibilitist”. (Max Lerner) Again, thank you for this opportunity and for a place to put a voice to the possibilities that are in each and every one of us.

Rich & Friends,
Great post. Thank you.
#1) Biggest Constraint?
Answer: The Belief that Mistakes Must Be Avoided At All Costs
I feel:
- Everything has to be perfect BEFORE launch.
- Need to know everything BEFORE taking action.
- Need a huge presence BEFORE selling a product.
- Careful planning is essential BEFORE anything can be done.
Wow, is this a damaging constraint (and admission).
I’ve got myself fooled that everything needs to be perfect BEFORE taking action.
Since I was a little boy I’ve always lived by the quote: “Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance”
Don’t get me wrong… I think Charlie Batch was onto something with that quote…
BUT… just now, as I write this.. I had an amazing realization that in the end this behavior promotes procrasination and prohibits peak performance.
From now on I will live by the quote: “Paranoid Perfection Promotes Procrastination and Prohibits Peak Performance”
I just made that up! :) Action = Reaction
#2) How Many Constraints?
Answer: After that realization I just had now… NONE, baby!!! Action = Reaction
#3) Three Greatest Benefits
Answer: The realization I just had blew my mind. Never realized that my biggest constraint was something that I’ve lived with since I was a little boy.
Here, I thought that quote was helping me. I thought it was an arrow in my quiver.
After releasing myself from that constraint I feel ALIVE!
I feel my heartrate rapidly rising. I feel my beathing accelerating. I feel tingles throughout my entire body.
I feel MOTIVATED TO TAKE ACTION!
Enough with this post… I’m off to take MASSIVE ACTION.
Good day.
=RonReed=
P.S. — The best advice I can give you is this: If you are feeling a constraint and are unsure how to release from it… surround yourself with others who do not have that constraint and MASTERMIND with them.
I am an 18 year old university student who has only been aware of Internet Marketing for about 9 months. My biggest constraint is not the lack of money, a constraint widely attributed to students (although I am lacking it), but the lack of knowledge of a proven system. No matter how much money one has, one cannot merely solve a problem by throwing cash at it. The Iraq war will not be won by throwing half a trillion dollars a year towards the war effort.
Legally, I am barely an adult. Although I would bet that I am more proficient at using a computer than most adults, I have no skills such as programming, marketing, nor design; basically any skills that are relevant to the Internet Marketing industry. Another possible constraint that might be misconstrued as a sob story would be my lack of funds. Granted, there are ways to start up for low cost, but will I ever be able to afford training on a student’s wage? Yet another constraint would be my lack of experience. While I have a working knowledge as to how to “make it” online, do I have the knowledge to implement certain techniques? Do I have a proven system at my disposal to generate cash, leads, or whatever I need to generate online? Do I have an online presence or a dedicated mentor? What are my constraints? Think up the top 20 constraints that green marketers normally have and chances are, most of them are applicable.
How would I benefit? Admittedly, I have no 9-5 from which to be freed, nor do I have mortgage payments. I had the misfortune (or fortune, depending on your perspective) of finding IM at such a young age. I have a great fear that I must confess to: the fear of having a 9-5 for the next 50 years of my life. It is a paralyzing fear that no person my age should have. To gain access to mentorship of such calibre would free me from myself. The pessimist in me, the side of me that is used to failure. Another way that this would benefit me would be to give me the gift of time. Time to live, not to worry about the next time I have to go to work. Time to play, time to study, to socialize, to learn. The last, and most important benefit, would be knowledge. I’d take knowledge of how to make money over having money any day. By giving me such knowledge, I would be free from the traditionalist method of living: namely, getting a JOB. Freedom, time, and knowledge. If you teach me how to fish, I will empty the oceans of fish (apologies to Greenpeace).
-Curtis
1. Well my biggest constraint would be sticking to one thing. I keep bouncing to different ways to make it. I have not found the secret key. My full time job also gets in the way of my dreams but I have to feed my family. Not having the guts to step out on my own.
2. I have obstacles all along the way. J.O.B. and Debit to name a few. Scattered into to many ventures, hoping one finally takes.
3. Financial freedom, Time freedom. To devote my time to the things I enjoy and to have something I can recognize as my own. To help others build their dreams.
Ooof. After reading your report, I see all of those constraints. The biggest is probably #1, the need to get everything right.
But, as you say, I’m only one constraint away from success!
If those constraints were gone, I’d have more time, more money and more FUN!
Thanks for the eye-opene

This $100,000 Worth of Coaching and Products Contest is written for me—exactly what I need NOW—like YES…let me go for it like “Nothing Can Stand In My Way”!
Your 24 hr live feed inspired me to stay up late examine my constraints and review my business milestones since starting your Business Growth Systems in 2006 and most recently the Maven Course with Jay Abraham.
The single greatest constraint right now is cash flow!
There are really three major types of constraints keeping me from having the business and life of my dreams:
1. Myself: too many exciting ideas and implementing them in a cascading series instead of one at a time.
2. Inner Health, the business, is strapped for cash, needs more financial stability and more A List players, especially need someone for the COO role.
3. My industry, specifically the relationship of the homeopathic community with medicine and health in this country, needs visibility and the homeopaths need to be ready to treat the patients successfully.
The three greatest benefits are:
1. I would be free to envision and implement more far reaching programs that support the homeopathic community to reduce the suffering and pain in people’s lives and create better health programs for people of all ages.
2. The personal financial reward would shift my concerns from basic living strategies to “Bill Gates” like stewardship and endowment of programs that transform humanity and the planet.
3. Homeopathy would be a household word and homeopaths would be the healer of choice!
OK, this contest entry is a Silver Bullet #1…Do It Wrong Fast…Action Creates Clarity…I’m going back to working on my constraint of the day…Following up closing the sales of a recent launch for a new program.
It would be miraculous to win because your support to identify and eliminate constraints especially on a one-on-one basis would change my life, business and the medical paradigm as it exists today!
Please let me know what your decision will be…
Thank you for this special opportunity!
Your work and programs continue to support me and the growth of my business with more ease and less difficulties. I really appreciate your extensive contribution to the entrepreneur–helping us realize our dreams and better serve our clients.
Wow, I have a dead tie for my biggest obstacle, so I’ll split it up like so:
1) a. I’m a perfectionist. So, until I am satisfied that EVERYTHING is perfect, nothing gets released.
b. I don’t like asking for help. I’ve always done things on my own. If I didn’t know how, I’d learn how. Bordering bravery and stupidity. Plus, learning takes time.
So, by the time I’ve taught myself, AND everything is perfect – the momentum is gone and another great idea falls to the floor.
2) My constraints are all self-perpetuating. I am my own worst enemy. Nothing is ever good enough (not quite perfect), and too stuborn to ask for assistance, even when it’s offered from the
masters (such as you).
3) Security for my family. A stable future for my two boys. The ability to do the things in life I’ve always wanted to do, but have told myself that I’ll get a round tuit.
I’m not going into a long drawn out story. Here’s the short of it:
1. My single biggest constraint right now is the number of readers for my blog. I’m working hard everyday to gain more, and I’m doing farely well I think, but it’s still the biggest constraint.
2. It seems since my biggest constraint is the number of readers to my blog, then the number of constraints I am away from having the business and life of my dreams is about 30,000 + (readers) or 1 depending on how you group constraints.
3. The three greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once my constraints are removed are:
– The chance to stay at home with my family.
– The chance to use my income stream to give back.
– The chance to prove to everyone that said I couldn’t do it, that I could, and did.
While your help would boost me into where I’m going at a faster pace, I’m going to get there eventually.
“You got a dream… You gotta protect it. People can’t do somethin’ themselves, they wanna tell you you can’t do it. If you want somethin’, go get it. Period.” — Will Smith, Pursuit of Happyness
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My biggest constraint right now is the constraint ever common, the first constraint you mentioned in your latest report. The Belief that Mistake Must be Avoided at All Cost.
I’m a very perfectionist by nature and CAREFUL PLANNING play a big part in my business. I always want to make sure things are all in place before the launching and ended up lost focus and everything takes longer than it should.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Wow, I think I need all 7 Constraint! but..
After reading you report, I realized that having breakthrough in any ONE of the constraint can actually set someone having their dreams for business and life come true.
But I personally think the one Constraint mentioned above on questions No#1 will DRAMATICALLY increase my chances to achieve my dream biz and dream life.
One at the time i guess..
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
1) Explosive growth in business
2) More time with Family
3) More resources to contribute back to society
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My biggest constraint would be that I am alone in building my business, Being without a budget I tend to jump from task to task not really knowing which task needs more priority. After getting the bonus’ from joining the stomping the search engines I have been overwhelmed in the different projects. My biggest constraint is not having a plan to follow through on.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I would say that depends on if I could find a plan to follow through on, and if that plan actually works.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
1. relaxation
2. being able to provide for my family
3. freedom
Hi Rich,
Thanks for the new report. Printed it, devoured it, loved it!
1.> My biggest constraint
Currently my online business revolves primarily around affiliate marketing. I do around $10,000 per month. My biggest constraint is not that I can increase my business – the friction is coming from where I intend going.
My immediate goal is to build a long term $1 million online business (Profits). After doing affiliate marketing for some time I have skepticism whether this business model can take me to the goal (I have some skepticism whether it is a long term business – ).
To counter this confusion I am trying my hand at different types of models – I am publishing a blog , released an info product , built a few adsense website and now have plans to start an a ezine based on the model of http://www.earlytorise.com
Though I am spreading myself too thin , my theory is that if I can collect some metrics and find a model which I can scale based on my strengths – this could end my confusion .
So my biggest constraint at this point of time is the clarity that which business model should I pursue to reach my goal of $1 million dollar profit business.
2> How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
At this point only one. Though there will be obstacles – I know I will take them down , however this constraint has had me hooked for a long time and prevented me from taking the momentum .
2.> What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
a) The ability to focus all my energies and mind on one single point –
b) Think systems and work on my business rather than in it (My biggest takeaways from your reports) and thus gain momentum
c) Become great at one thing rather than a mediocre at various things and pass the benefits of that excellence to the market/people I serve and get a deeper satisfaction.
Take Care & Have a great day !
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Having too many bills and not enough money to pay them takes away the focus that’s needed to concentrate on business, marketing a business, and creating a viable plan of action.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
1) money 2) the specific knowledge to make money 3) how to make sure all the money I make doesn’t go to the tax collectors.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Financial freedom, good health, business success and benefits for my children.
Hi Rich
my biggest constraint at the moment is getting the right time to write and edit my own ebooks plus video recording.
I have checked the freelance websites and it was not easy selecting a good writer.
I read your constraint report and it has given me streng and ideas that I believe I will try to remove this constraints.
Thank you for your as usual great reports.

HELP! I am jealous of the guy making my sandwich at Subway!
Rich, about 25 minutes before you released The Uncertainty Syndrome, I found myself rushing into a Subway to try and grab something healthy to eat before bolting back to my office.
While in line, in between unconsciously checking my phone again and again and cursing under my breathe at how long this was taking, I kept running over the countless tasks on my to-do list.
Or should I say to-do lists – plural, as each project has its own list and there are many. And I am either working on these tasks or stressing about them 95% of my waking life it seems.
So it was at this moment, that I looked over the counter to watch the sandwich artist making my footlong chicken on wheat. He was laughing with his coworker like he didn’t have a care in the world.
The thought hit me hard
“When this guy finishes his shift he won’t think about work for the rest of the day!”
And I was jealous as hell.
Well, I grabbed my sub, went back to my office, downloaded your report and preceded to be squarely hit in the face with your “ABCABCABC” chart on page 37.
Nothing could describe my life better right now than that chart (and the results I have gotten from it.)
It is a hard pill to swallow, but Constraint #4 is without question my numero uno constraint. (Possibly caused by an inability to solve constraints #5 and #3.)
The amazing thing is even though I have been draining my energy and productivity with my constraints for some time, I am still extremely excited about the projects I am working on and about everything I am learning day in and day out as I struggle to make it online.
I know that these projects are going to explode and create immense value for a ton of people once I get out of the way – I just need to do it, and I will.
So, I have to say I am 3 constraints away from having the life of my dreams, but 1 constraint away from massive success. I am that close – I can feel it.
And once I get there it will mean so much in my life but the top 3 are
1. A present mind – For two years, I feel like my ability to fully enjoy my life and my family has been severely handicapped by a cloud of stress. Constantly thinking about what I have to do next or what I could be doing right now has to stop.
2. A travelling family – I have had the good fortune to travel all over the world and have come to realize how much I learned about life through living abroad. It is a driving wish of mine to be able to take my children and spend each summer in a different part of the world giving them the perspective and experience they will need when they are older.
3. Confident Ability – The first million is the hardest isn’t it Rich? But, I guarantee you are completely confident that if everything was taken away from you right now – you have the ability to get it all back faster than before. That confident ability is what allows people to do great things. And that would be the third thing I would get by removing those constraints.
Bart
P.S. The same day I had the revelation at Subway and downloaded your report, I also heard about a book called “The Power of Full Engagement”. I am reading it now, and it is a perfect compliment to what you teach.
I’d love to take the strategies I am learning from this book and apply it fully to your programs.
Hi Rich,
I appreciate what you are doing.
My single greatest constrain is, like some others, the “paralysis of analysis.” I am a detail-oriented person and have a hard time not dotting all the “i’s” and crossing all the “t’s.”
However, I do know that I am going to become a success in internet marketing. My website says it all :-). I do believe in myself and my ability to learn how to market profitably.
I believe I am on the verge of success. I have a couple of projects ready to be launched. However, I am still “dotting and crossing” the letters. I have almost everything in place to get my sales site up and running. This will be my first “real” sales site. I have tried other things, spending $400-500 to make $75. Wrong direction, huh?
I need to learn how to speed the process up and get profits rolling in.
So, I think I am 3 constraints away from realizing my potential-getting bogged down in the details, finding a mentor that can guide me and taking action.
As far as the benefits go, number one is financial freedom. I make a good living, but I do not make any money unless I am at my office doing the work myself. I dream of residual (or continuity) income.
I also would love nothing more than to be able to work anywhere I can take a laptop. This, of course would give me more time for my family.
Another added benefit would be that the more financial freedom I have, the more I could help others out. The million dollar earners provide the salaries for those in need of jobs and also provide the bulk of charitable contributions.
Thanks for your consideration,
David Allison
Hello everyone, well been interesting to read all that you guys had to so. Its without doubt very interesting and get to know bit more about each an other indirectly through personnal contraints and success.
There was a great line that Thomas Edison qouted, “i will not say a failed 1000 times, i will say that i discovered there are 1000 ways that can cause failure” . Powerful quote and i can definitly relate to that. I havn’t been very successful when it comes to business opportunities, however i’ve learnt what not to do. Atleast, its a start hehe. Success is knowing more that other, working more than other and expecting less than other. Some may find that phrase very familiar.
Sincere regards to all you and a lot of success along the way
A1. Well, it’s quite a silly constraint, but I’ll figure it out eventually. Looking for the right ingredients to control the back end of a new site using a recent version of a CMS.
A2. Including the one listed above, I would like to say 3 total.
A3. 1. A feeling of pride, providing a great service and help for those who need it.
2. The release and elation felt when crossing a finish line.
3. Time (to start another great project of course.)
Thanks for the report.
Hi Rich,
I suppose my biggest constaint in my business would be myself and competing in a dynamic industry. I cant wait for my little web design business in Australia to sky rocket and client acquisition is not an issue. I enjoy reading your material. It is pretty obvious you know what you are talking about. All in all honestly I would recomend your info for the business novice out there. To receive consulting and coaching products alike just aren’t available to the small business budget.
P.S Congrats to the Blogger who wins the $100,000 package.
Rich,
Great Blog by the way…nice touch.
What are constraints? Interesting question, but I guess one would need to look at your proposition in a broader context than just the “idea” of self generated constraints…
I say interesting because, anyone whose ever triumphed against insurmountable odds will attest to the fact that…there’s no such thing as a free lunch…
You always have to sacrifice something in order to achieve greatness (whatever greatness may be).
Dr. Wallace Wattles sums this “achievement” well in his groundbreaking manuscript “The Science of Getting Rich.”
There is a Science of Getting Rich, and it is an exact science, like algebra or arithmetic.
There are certain laws which govern the process of acquiring riches; once these laws are learned and obeyed by man, he will get rich with mathematical certainty!
If getting rich is a science therefore, with more precision as mathematics, why then are only 1% of all Internet Marketers making cataclysmic waves online, whilst the rest of the madding crowd goes without…?
I have my own thesis on why, but for fear of recrimination, I shall leave the final answer to each and every one of us.
We each have the ability to make money on the Internet…Dale Thomson (the Olympic Athlete), once said, each man is made equal, what happens after that is up to you…
Up to you indeed…
Stop the spirit of lethargy and mental inertia….stop chasing after the next “best thing” on the Internet (whatever that may be) and focus on the fundamentals of any brick and mortar business.
Think like an entrepreneur and not like an employee…see your monthly budget, no matter how meager, as payroll for you and your family for the next six months, and aim to exponentially increase that with laser like precision.
Coaching mentors have their place in life (sorry Rich), but those of us without the privilege to hire one should be resilient enough to focus and beat the proverbial rat race.
It is hard out there…you don’t need me to tell you this.
If you do not have a Master’s Degree, then you’re just a pawn trading time for money in what the economists terms the laws of diminishing returns…your income diminishes as your desire for a better life increases…leading one further down into debt.
I rest my case…

My purpose and passion is to inspire the greatest number of people to consistently live true to their innermost Calling — whatever that may be — thereby creating a world of inspired and inspiring people. By living that purpose and passion, I will also create a dramatically abundant livelihood for myself and others.
My greatest constraint at this moment is a *lack of understanding of the market* of calling-seekers (i.e. anyone yearning to combine their passion and their livelihood) and therefore *where and how I will find my sustainable niche in the market.*
There is the perfect number of constraints between me and the business/life of my dreams because I am open to learning and growing every step of the way.
The three greatest benefits once my dream is achieved? Gratitude from me to God
Gratitude from others to me
Gratitude from me to others, especially the coaches and teachers who have lit my path.
Thank you all for reading, and caring.
Q. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
A: YES!…Rich. I am truly aware about constraint right now. That’s Online Payment System. I tried biggest online payment company who has literally cheated us and blocked our account. There MUST be a reliable, affordable service provider who can beat all this so called giants.
Q: How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
A: Well, simply say only one step. Just to get and set-up personalized business account.
Q: What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
A: #1- Serving will be very easy to our existing clients.
#2- Work will be leveraged and we may be able to focus more on up & cross selling.
#3- Will create more employment opportunities for freshers who want to make a career in Online Marketing.
My biggest constraint? Lack of action. Take action and get results. I take small actions, so I get small results. I need to take big action.
Dear Rich,
It was hard to not real all of the posts that have been made already, part of me wanted to skip them, and part of me thinks that others here share my thoughts. The EE doc was outstanding, and like the others, incredibly powerful and thought provoking.
The Constraint limiting my business growth is:
INFORMATION OVERLOAD
2008 started off with me buying, reading, and trying to digest more information than I had the time, or the ability to put to use. Your course, Stompernet, Mass Control ( BTW: ask kern how I really wound up on stage at the Hard Rock, ( it’s not what you think.. he’ll tell you the real story behind it) PLF2, and the list goes on….
I doubt I am the only one here that does this.. think we all do out of fascination.. we consume every “new” piece of information that you guys deliver. We wait, we get on lists, we buy, we read, then, paralysis sets it.
You understand it, as does Eben. You both address it, but all of you guys are at fault.. you are just too knowledgeable about your niches.
How do I plan out a strategy, put the systems in place, and “make it all come together”.
Damn it it is daunting sometimes to make heads or tails of it all. I know exactly where I want to be. I can see the destination, the business I have built, the people I work with, and the life I have created..it’s just all in my head right now, and the map of how to get there is what I continually struggle with.
My biggest constraint is Information Overload. I can’t buy one more course, or learn another marketing strategy before I use what it is I already know. This is my most challenging problem, and one I am sure you see all the time, common thread with entrepreneurs. :)
There are three specific constraints that keep me in this holding pattern.
1) No Learned Time Strategy: Ineffective use of my time, and resources has kept me at the level I am at, and if removed would enable me to get to product creation.
2) No Mastermind Network to Develop Ideas
3) Partial Network Development: Mass Control allowed me to gain some exposure within the IM circle, but I have not taken it to the level I intend to, and will with your help.
Having a dream, going after it, and making it a reality is what this is all about. Once the above constraints are removed, the three biggest benefits for me will be
1) Creating the life/ lifestyle I have always imagined myself living, while doing the work that I really love to do which is teaching/marketing through the web.
2) Feeling the peace that comes with being in control of your business, your finances, and your future.
3) Affording me the ability to take part of my incredible income that is generated through this business, and pay it forward. I have always wanted to give, and make a difference in someone else’s world, but there hasn’t been much to give:
Until Now :)
The journey is just as important as the destination, and although it has been a long, and arduous one at times, I wouldn’t change a thing. With your guidance, I can take these ideas, materialize the business I am dreaming of building, and make the journey even more wonderful than it has already been.
Thank you
Alexa Davis
Hi Rich!
Number one, the biggest constraint I have is my inability to stay focused until results are achieved (I’m here aren’t I? Instead of focusing).
Number two, how many? I suppose if you were to try and add up all the started, and not yet finished… Let’s just say that it is more than one and less than ?.
Number three, is where the dream of owning a small to middling motel on a moderate beach somewhere becomes a reality as part of a debt-free lifestyle.
Yes, I would like the freedom to do things that I haven’t done before. Helping others to have fun and do things they haven’t done, and want to do before they get old.
Hi Rich,
Firstly, thank you. For this wonderful help and opportunity.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I believe I have on this stage a few, but the biggest is my location.
1. I stay in South Africa, and boy it difficult to get internet marketing to flow, here.
2 I have a wonderful product took me years to let go and get people in to help me to work on it and make a success.
Problem : I am there but now I am scared my market will not grow and yet again I invested my whole life an the most important others lives in it. My money an investment can go down the drain but am scared for these people believe in me and the product what if once again it fail? Then I am going to take them with me.(it a no go for me, I can’t allow it)
How the heck will I do it?
Thanks again for great info and reports from you
Regards
Susan
1. My greatest constraint is lack of time to accomplish all that I have to do. Part of this is time management. The largest part of this constraint is lack of delegation and personnel management. I have improved this situation since reading the Manifesto. We have reorganized our business and taken on two new full time employees. This is not just for internet marketing but also for our brick and mortar auto repair business. When this constraint is removed many things will move forward to engage the next constraint that is failure to have systems in place to prevent problems and to reduce time required to accomplish task.
2. This puts our business about three constraints away from real success. The first two are outlined above. The third constraint that will show its head when the two above are removed is a lack of metrics to monitor the performance of both our web based activities but also the promotion problem for our auto repair business.
The solution the part of this list of constraints would be to spin off the auto repair business as profit builds. Either to sell it or develop a management method that would free me from the business.
3. The three greatest benefits that I would get from the removal of these constraints are:
o Freedom from debt and the ability to leave a great inheritance for my family as they are the best.
o The funds to help others and to establish a non-profit foundation to champion the underdog. Meaning the families and persons that the system has spit out but still have the motivation to better them selves.
o The time to spend with family, friends and community to make a real difference in our community.
Your material has already made a real difference in my thinking and some changes have been implemented with more to come.
Keep up the good work.
Hi Rich,
Thanks for the opportunity to win this great contest. Great meeting you at SP Seminar in Feb. When is the next one? I can’t wait.
Ok I will win this contest and I’ll tell you why, after reading the report I did realize the biggest constraint in my business is trying to teach very nieve local business people how very IMPORTANT it is to get there business not only online but how to use internet marketing to get new business. Good GRIEF.
I am a online marketing consultant. I am trying so very hard over the last few months to get local business turned on to IM. You almost have to beat these people over the head. They just don’t understand the possiblities there are out there for them. They don’t know our world of expertise and how vital it is to their business if they want it to not only survive but flourish.
I am trying to teach them all the great things that will happen to their business, their families, and themselves when they use the power of the information I have learned from you, Jay, Carlton, Kern, Filsaime and others. I am hoping to spread the word about our world and maybe just maybe open their eyes to learning that the internet and Internet Marketing is where they need to go in this day and age. So that is my constraint. Trying to get people who have no idea what all of us IMers do day in and day out.
They will win when they use our strategies! I win because I showed them how to have a successful business. The gurus win because I can turn my clients into the “gurus fans”. Everyone wins and is happy.
My constraint will be removed when I learn the exact technique that will teach me, how to teach them, simply, that they must come online to escalate their business then I have mastered the business of my dreams. I get wealthy while seeing others obtain happiness and wealth in their business as well.
The three benefits I will be rewarded once the constraint is removed will be as follows:
1) I will be able to purchase the $400,000, 10 year old 52′yacht that I MUST HAVE by next JUNE that my husband suggested I name, “The Pipedream” because he thinks it will never happen. (And I will be able to say Rich Schefren helped me get it) Shameless butt kissin. LOL
2)That I will be recognized around my home town as the one woman who helped local business stay in business by applying what I have tought them about taking their business online, and thanks to my knowledge they were able to have they life they DESIRE as well.
3) To be able to actually take days off when my kids are off from school so i can enjoy them, instead of mommy has to work so other people can make more money! They are young and i hear time flies. I dont want to miss these years and have them slip through my fingers becuase i am working 15 hour days. Just trying to educate.
Please rich take this into consideration as I will do everything you suggest to help myself and others live their dream life, becuase of your great wisdom.
Thanks in advance
Gin
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
NO MENTOR…
I have the product ideas written goals and have opened the way for success.. but since losing my list in Dec 07 I’m having to start all over now that I’ve gotten rid of my other constraints. I’ve started “networking” with key people and I feel that my business would take off like a streak of lightening if I had someone that would take me by the hand and say: “Let me market your product to my list to help you get started.”
I’ve got a top ranked site and still not selling the products I’m marketing. So I need someone that will SHOW me what I’m doing wrong… so that I can take all these years of market research and learning from all you guys and put the final pieces together and run with them…
I don’t sleep because I’m overflowing with ideas that I have to at least write down all the time…
I love what I do and I know that I can help others with the knowledge that I have… I have proven that to myself over the past two weeks that I’ve been TWITTERING… there are numerous people that I’ve helped with my geek knowledge and if I can “funnel” that it would help so many people…
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
1 CONSTRAINT AWAY FROM SUCCESS!! A MENTOR!!
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Business success after 10 years of struggling to make it online. I have soooo much passion for what I do and I know that with my tech/geek background I can take my ideas to the top of the pile.. and make it..
RESPECT from family and friends. Something I’ve lost in the past 10 years going for my dreams and not giving up no matter what they’ve said to me.
Overwhelming joy in knowing that I finally succeeded in what I knew I could do 10 years ago when I first turned on my pc and said to the world.. “here I come I hope you’re ready.” Besides the fact that I’d be able to pay off debts that I’ve got… and start building an extremely exciting business for myself and my girls to be able to have and build together as they get older. Teaching them the responsibilities of taking charge of their own lives would be my biggest accomplishment by achieving my goals. I’d be able to finally prove to them that persistence pays off no matter how long it takes, don’t ever for a moment give up on your dreams!
I’ve been online since 2002, ever-so-gradually growing my business to the point where I’m now producing about $2,000 a month in profits. During this time, I’ve also been growing more-and-more frustrated with my inability to earn more. I’ve even dabbled in the opportunistic types of “online wealth making systems” with virtually nothing to show for my efforts, except for the fact that I’ve learned these “systems” are filled with empty promises.
A few months ago, I ran across your report The Internet Business Manifesto and, for the first time, began to see the light at the end of the tunnel … and it wasn’t an oncoming train! Now, after devouring all of your reports and listening to most of your 26-hour marathon, I’m once again feeling the excitement of being an entrepreneur with a rich and success future just ahead. For the first time, I know and understand what has been holding me back, precisely what has to be done to achieve success, and the order in which actions must be taken.
Our Kolbe Index Results are very similar; mine is 7-5-8-2. As a result, my primary constraint is that I spend too much time gathering facts in the belief that I must do so to avoid mistakes. However, this constraint is only one of two nearly equal constraints. I also have a very inefficient work style that severely limits my productivity, a lot of which is due to information overload.
I’ve identified and am now in the process of resolving 5 major constraints (including the 2 previously mentioned) that are keeping me from having the business and the life of my dreams.
The three greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once these constraints are removed are: (1) I’ll be able to better fulfill my passion, that is, making a positive difference in the lives of family members who are caring for their elderly parents; (2) I’ll be able to build a business with dedicated, enthusiastic employees who want to come to work every morning because they’ll know that, at the end of every day, they too will have been able to help people through a most difficult time in their lives; and (3) my wife and I will finally be able to enjoy the benefits of complete financial independence for the rest of our lives.
Thank you for the guidance you’ve supplied thus far. I look forward to the possibility of working even more closely together in the very near future.
Great topic and I love all the comments. I so appreciate what you are doing. What jumped out at me when reading the blog is how much I have in common with others. We often feel alone but we are not. Anyone attempting to better their lives will go through their fair share of struggle.
I am in the midst of changing my life. I’ve been having a blast working through my limiting beliefs. Ok, perhaps that’s an overstatement! All I can say is that I’ve never been happier and I’m forging ahead – one issue at a time. My comfort zone has been stretched and I keep pushing it! It’s the best place I’ve been in 44 years.
1. So for question number 1, what’s my biggest constraint – it is most definitely still me. Having done all the “right” things all my life, I’ve lost what MY passions are, which makes it hard to go for the gusto. But I’m getting there!
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? I’ve got drive and enthusiasm for most things I decide to move ahead with. I’m not exactly sure how many constraints I have because I’m finding new ones as I grow. But I’d say at least two for sure – fear of having my own business and identifying my passion.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed? So many, which do I list? Freedom to pursue my passions, Freedom to give myself permission, Freedom to try – and even fail and be ok with it.
Thank you Rick for bringing such a great topic out for all of us to learn and grow from each other!
Andrea
The biggest restraint in my life is that there is only 24 hours in a day.
I am five restraints away.
1.Time
2.Money
3.knowledge
4.Time
5.Money
The greatest thing if all the restraints were removed would be to have the time to be creative and think of more things that would make me even more money, to share with family and friends and ways to help people to make money that would change their life while making me more money to live our dream.
hi rich,i use electricity and dont wonder or need to know how it works but anything to do with the internet i feel i must know
one resorce i have is plenty of time and it’s usually wasted trying to figure out how things work but i wont give up trying i’m an internet junky and i know it works if i can just figure out the combinations this might give you a laugh
from 20 to 30 if a man lives right it’s once in the morning
and twice at night
from 30 to 40 if he still lives right he misses a morning
and sometimes a night
from 40 to 50 it’s now and then
from 50 to 60 it’s god knows when
from 60 to 70 if he’s still inclined
but don’t let him kidya it’s still on his mind
and the best of luck to whoever the winner is
Hi Rich just like to say another great report
My biggest constraint would be trying to learn and do everything by myself.I would love to be part of your team and I am willing and able listen to and do anything it takes to take me and my business to the top.
I would say I have two constraints one is I have been doing this now for about one year so I know I still have alot to learn and the other would be trying to do everything by myself fear of outsorcing.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
One would be to know I can provide my beautiful wife and lovely dauther with anything they desire and to see their beautiful smiles on their faces.
Two:with all that new knowlege I would be able to build my little empire and That I would be able to buy anything I desire like my lamborgini, ferrari and of course a beatiful mansion.
Third: I would be able to help alot of people in the world with all that new found money. I would start a boys and girls club for the less fortunate kids. It would have a gym, go carts, horse ridding, golf, arena ect…
Hi Rich and Team,
After reading all the Manefesto Reports and the latest Uncertainty Syndrome, being a newbie I have to say I am at an advantage of not even being aware of half of the constraints you listed.
My biggest constraint, from the list you mention, would have to be the missing skillset along with the basic knowledge of building a successful large business.
Information about building a website and optimizing and SEO can be found everywhere…..but no one talks about building a successful business, the basis on which one would build a website with something to sell.
How many constraints away am I? I have to say one – The right Coach and Knowledge (skills, how to determine strengths and developing a successful business). I am ready, not afraid of hard work or failure, just need the right guidence and knowledge.
Three benefits when my constraints are removed : freedom (having enough time and money to do what I want or don’t want), the satisfaction of creating a successful business, be able to give back more to the community (help others)
Thank You for all this wonderful knowledge and a chance of a lifetime to see a dream come true.
Hi, Rich –
1. Distraction is my biggest constraint. I have allowed it to confine me – going in several different directions under the guise of “multi-tasking” – yet at the end of the day looking at my TOP 6 list and seeing I got 1/2 of #1 done. Aarrgh.
2. Just one constraint away – remove DISTRACTION and I’m turbo-charged. I already know where I want to go – but I’ve been getting distracted on the way there! Look at that bauble! Maybe this bit of fluff will help feather my nest. NO! Pay attention, Laurette!!!
3. Greatest benefits: a) Debt-freedom (takes focus to do that); b) Complete fulfillment of all I believe I am called to do (and that’s a lot – I love it all, too!); and c) Being the person I am called to be — life is too precious to be anything less – distraction robs me of this.
Thank you! I REALLY got A LOT out of “The Attention Age Doctrine” and passed it on to several friends whose businesses and ministries depend on garnering people’s attention online. Powerful information you shared with us – thanks again.

Dear Doctor Rich, you’re one heckuva coach and an inspiration in lots of ways…I’ve got a lot of respect and appreciation for you.
Let me tell you right up front, distraction is the one thing that I struggle with more than anything else in business, and I know it holds me back.
As an entrepreneur I’ve no shortage of ideas and projects, I’m just in a hurry to get it done, all at the same time.
I’ll admit it, its disorganized, yet business is successful. I understand the deeper issues, and “advanced” tactics/techniques, just want more strategic systems in place, better time management, outtasking/outsourcing the basics.
The truth is, as I get more focused on building a lifestyle business, getting the constraints out of the way, I have more time, energy and enthusiasm to implement systems faster, and more fun doing it.
My priority is to stay focused on working less with quality of life.
The goals for business is in masterminding and aligning with clients, maximizing time, improving results, profits and freedom to enjoy it all.
Thank you Rich for the opportunity to share in your continued success, I owe you a lot for sharing your profitable wisdom, insights, time and valued support.
Hi Rich,
I have been following you since Manifesto. You are definitely on track and a gift to your (our) peers.
1. My single biggest constraint is thinking I have to do everything myself, that no one else could ever get it quite right.
2. I’m only one constraint away, and that’s the one. I do have the ability to clearly see the steps needed.
3. The three greatest benefits: 1. A good night’s sleep. 2. Letting my songs come out. 3. More children will learn music because I can give back.
All the best,
Sean
I received “The Uncertainty Syndrome: The Entrepreneurial Emergency” report exactly when I have finished my first training for Russian women leaving abroad Russia. It has been an extremely successful training for
1. Most of the participants have gone clear to the end
2. ALL (can you imagine that?) of them achieved a lot:
- found a job of their dream
- started their business
- determined what they want to do
- established new relationships with employers
- broke unhappy personal relationships
- established new perspective relationships…
and so on…
I have been very happy with this outcome and I would like (and feel being capable) to help much more Russian people. So I have read Rich’s report from this prospective.
I have to say I read it on my vacation after this great job (even if Rich does not recommend it :-)). And I do not have clear answers on his questions for a while – but they are crucial for me.
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I think (but just think for I haven’t analyzed yet) most of my clients are not got used to Internet as a source for opportunities to solve their problems.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
At least three -
a). I still don’t have long-term vision for my business for I started it just recently and it was not too serious… unless I understood I can achieve a lot and people really need what I can deliver to them!
b). There is quiet different situation in Russian and American market and I just try to adjust some new knowledge to Russian segment – not always successful
c). I have learned a lot and achieved a lot but I still do not know exactly how to speak to my target group they would follow me in success… and how to convert their success in my money :-)
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
- Much more Russian people (especially women and especially leaving abroad) would find right directions in their life. I really enjoy when I see how my clients reveal their talents and live better lives
- I will be a great example for them to follow and to believe everything is possible. And the most important thing for me is my children work with me and follow me developing their own lives.
- Of course, I will enjoy freedom of traveling… giving grants… publishing my books… widening waves of independent from politics and happy living.
There is my profound belief – when people trust themselves instead of listening to politicians and develop their own lives instead of following crazy ideas , the world is getting better to live… What else do we need?
P.S. I am writing this in the motel in Utah :-))…
Rich,
I have been an entrepreneur for the past 18 years with some success. I have made a fairly consistent income of around $100k per year by finding and focusing on niche services, and working non-stop. But, I have never met my potential due to two key constraints.
The most limiting factor is understanding how to be an effective marketer/salesperson. I come from a family of intelligent, independent, business people who have all suffered from this same constraint. So, regardless how much I try to get around this issue I have not had a mentor to show me the way and struggle daily to gain sales.
The second constraint is my limited technological knowledge. I have built many basic websites, but do not yet have a grasp of effective SEO approaches. I have also never done anything with ecommerce, internet advertising, blogs, or any Web 2.0 function.
I tend to succeed in spite of these limitations due to sure willpower and hard work.
If I could overcome these constraints I would have the time I desire to spend with my grandson. I could share my knowledge with my children and enable them to get out of their current dead-end jobs. I could assist artist friends of mine that need help marketing their wares online, and put more energy into the not-for-profit organizations on whose boards I serve.
But most importantly, I would finally learn how to sell. For that I would be truly grateful.
Thanks,
Rick Vorel
Hi Rich,
1. The Number 1 obstacle in my way is my failure to automate my Internet business. Generally everything goes up nice and fine, but my fear of automation technologies use and of delegating some vital aspects of my Internet business to other people is a real OBSTACLE — limiting my actual capacities.
2. To be honest, I think that the number of possible obstacles that may arise in business and life itself, is quite endless. What I see from now is fear and lack of practice of live communiation and promoting my products OFFLINE (online things are way more promising as I’m comsidered one of the best copywriters in the national market. Plus, the major challenge is going to be perfecting a lifestyle business — that will largely ran on its own — without my daily/weekly in involment and contribution.
3. When I get these obstacles disappear, that will be pure LIFESTYLE business — which is going not only be way more pleasurable and fun than it already is. It will be a solid reliable ground for further business and personal adancements. Because I believe the journey never ends. It just gets better, stronger and higher)))
Hi Rich,
Great contest, well.. here goes mine:
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Yes I do, there are actually several constraints keeping me from my goals. But two stand out the most. Like most anyone that’s just now getting started in internet marketing, I still work a full time job and that’s where I spend the majority of my time. I’m also married to someone I can’t bring myself to love or get along with and I have two wonderful children I don’t want to be apart from. My motivation to create an online business is always there but it’s a constant fight with distractions, time management, and lack of mind strength which I used to have loads of. I served in the Marine Corps and back then I could do anything. These days, all the obstacles in my way always seem to win.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Two major ones, my marriage and my time. Being able to leave my job right now without having to worry about money would be heaven sent. My wife does not support what I do, she’s often critical of it and thinks it’s a waste of time. Always talks about it as if she actually knew what this is all about. I have a dream board she makes fun of and I can never bring myself to even try to explain it to her. She and I know we have no business being together but lawyers are expensive and any spare change I can gather goes towards building my business, which is in very early stages.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
I will have the freedom I have always dreamed of, the feeling of “peace of mind”. I want nice things too, I like material things like anyone else. But I don’t see me living in a mansion by myself. I want nothing more than freedom, and the ability to build a legacy that can last for ages. I’m done helping to make someone else rich, I think it’s time I started working towards my own wealth. But most importantly I think the greatest benefit will be to have hit rock bottom financially and bounced right back. I participated in the real estate craze back in 2004 and three years later I lost everything because of the market crash and other reasons. So I’m looking to overcome that loss, which really devastated me and that’s why I’m doing this, to prove to myself that I can turn things around and truly succeed.
Thanks a lot!
Charlie.
Hey Rich,
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Rich I know exactly what my absolute biggest constraint is right now… My biggest constraint is analysis paralysis, it’s by far the biggest hurdle not only in my business but in my life… I get so caught up in my head thinking about that one last thing that I need, that one last course to learn before I can go hauling ass down the highway to success. Instead I sit at the starting line going no where. In fact I think many of the other constraints on the list spawn from this one.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Well Since I suffer from analysis paralysis which really equates to an inability to take action and since obliterating that would take care of the minor constraints then, all I really am is only ONE constraint away from having the business and life of my dreams.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Blasting away my constraints will clear the path to my core desire… Freedom, the freedom to live and work on my terms (sitting on my soon to have boat getting ready to launch my next product.) Second it would allow me and those close to me to experience an enhanced lifestyle… Imagine jet setting around the globe with your friends, taking 3 months off to attend an exclusive fitness camp to get into peak physical condition or affording the material fruits that wealth and freedom bring. Lastly and perhaps the most rewarding benefit is the ability to help others achieve their goals and desires. It’s so much easier to help people when your not worrying about your own needs.
I have only found your material recently Rich and watching you on ustream and reading your report has got me fired up to push myself harder than ever. I can only imagine what winning $100,000 worth of coaching would do.
Erik
Hi,
Watched your marathon webinar without reading your report yet. Traffic is really heavy that time for people who wanted to download your report that day. Fortunate enough to download yesterday. Spent the whole night reading and digesting. There’s tangible truth in that , a real straightforward punch to myself. And, yes all the others too!
This is my real constraint , an excerpt taken from your report ” busy, busy, busy… bankrupt..DEAD. That’s me.. I am always on a look out on what ’s best for situations….BUT… NOTHING ….CLEAR. COMES OUT NOR APPLIED. Yes, I considered myself an having lot of potentials…. which upon reading became useless potentials.
A firm decision was made last night that I need to re-read your “The Entrepreneurial Emergency Report” , use this as my starting point and guide. ONE LAST TRY IN MY QUEST TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS ONLINE. Dreaming dreams but never waking up to pursue.
For now, being coached by you would be the “Miracle 1″ in this search for The Hidden Treasures in Building a Successful Online Business.” Treasures in all forms of FREEDOM.
But surely , I will make use of Silver Bullet No. 1 ….”Doing it Wrong Fast” … with the knowledge that actions will create clarity. And I have started using them here in your blog.
Thank you in making me understand that my potentials are useful only when I had really known what my real constraints are.
Cheers,
Mhir Reyes
My number one constraint?
Well I have quite a few at the moment but if I have to state the one that has held me back the most it is establishing who to trust and who’s programs and systems are going to give you the best results possible.
Not living in the US I have found that many programs that have been recommended to my by internet experts are not actually able to be used as they do not support the local systems. I could have saved months on frustration and money if I was told this up front…so who tells you the facts and is honest about the shortcomings of their programs as it relates to the user.
How far away am I from getting to the life of my dreams?
Still a little way off…well in fact a long way off.
Still have to over come many hurdles and still get frustrated and find it difficult to establish what is the best for me.
What are the benefits that I will enjoy?
I am determined to make it work for me and live my life of total financial freedom…to enjoy my friends and family without having to worry about money…to devote time to helping others that I know have the same frustrations that I had and also to help children less fortunate than I to live the life of their dreams.
All the Best
Grant
Hi Rich,
You’ve got yourself too much extra work by doing this.
I thus make my entry short to save you some time:
#1 my single greatest constraint is Fear of Failure
#2 I’ve got 3 more constraints: finance, traffic and resource.
#3 benefits:live longer, live better, live worthwhile
Thanks very much!
John
When I posted Firefox crashed so forgive me if it turns out it worked the first time…
First off let me thank you for your latest report “The entrepreneurial Emergency”.I just “super read” and identified 4 things I want to implement tomorrow AM first thing! I know once I read it all thoroughly I’ll be busy for days! Good busy though…
OK now, let me say that I (almost) never participate in contests and actually make it a point not to, because I’d rather spend energy on things I have control over vs leaving it to chance not to mention this is obviously a classic marketing strategy but I made a rare exception in this case because the value of this price is actually priceless and if there is a chance I could win this incredible gift I want to take a crack at it!
This opportunity is the perfect example of the fable about the value of teaching a man to fish vs feeding him one fish at a time…
That’s exactly the business model I want to implement in my own business. Some would say that’s not the most profitable business model because you want to keep your customers dependent on you as long as possible but I truly believe you can do both. Maybe that’s one of my constraints… :-)
If you choose me you will not be disappointed because not only am I going to be your best student, I will be your best advocate. I’ve been a pharmaceutical rep for 18 years until 5 months ago when I made the leap of faith because I simply wasn’t able to create my business doing it part time so I left a 6 figure income behind (sic!) to commit 100% and pursue my dream. I had been working 14 months on it already at the time so by now I’m already familiar with most internet marketing concepts. It’s the application that’s still shaky…
Even if I’m still not profitable, I still believe this was the best decision of my life. Sometime you just got to do it and I know this was the time for me…
So do I believe I’ll make it? There’s absolutely no question in my mind that I will succeed. It’s not a question of if but a question of when and how big! There’s nothing I can’t do when I decide to do it… I proved it once again last Sunday when I completed my first marathon…
So why do I want your help if I am so sure I will succeed?
Here’s when I stand in terms of your 3 questions:
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it? I don’t know what my biggest constraint is.If I knew I probably would be a lot closer to my goal
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? Probably more than I can imagine but with your help I’ll identify them all and resolve them all one by one…
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed? The #1 benefit is without a doubt Freedom followed closely by … Freedom and last but not least: Freedom! ;-)
Need I say more?
Sincerely,
Eric LeRiche
Rich,
I’m blatantly unclear about my actual constraint. After reading your ideas, I realize that I THINK I know what my constraints are, but I may be stuck on ‘Mr. Dough Guy’ rather than ‘The Oven’, and I’m not sure.
I think my constraint is not understanding who my client really is. My belief is that my typical client is Mom with kids growing up, maybe in college, and Mom is looking for a new direction. But my classes and workshops prove me wrong. – All kinds of people want to know their Live Purpose or need a new direction in life and they consistently show up. – to a workshop in person.
But I want more. I want to reach millions of people, not just 20 in a weekend workshop.
To reach millions of people I’m sure I have lots of constraints – some real and some imagined. I have a lot of internet and web knowledge, but I’m totally stuck on opening my membership site. There seems to be an energetic block – perhaps it is a timing issue, but something is holding me back from launching the membership site.
As you say, it’s not requiring more knowledge or money that would help me (although I wouldn’t turn down either), it is identifying exactly the crimp point….
So, my number 1 constraint is really understanding who my audience is….I know they are hungry for passion and purpose in their life, I’m just not sure who they are.
Those are the top 2 constraints that seem to be holding me back, and I believe that when I can tap into my market, and really understand how to connect with them, then I can target my products, emails and blog posts directly to them.
Obviously this would lead to a jump in RSS subscribers, email subscribers, products sold and branding success.
My day to day life probably would NOT change that much. I’m already living the life of my dreams – Living My Purpose (being creative, inspiring and entrepreneurial) and helping others live theirs.
….but, my impact on the world would change a lot. More people would be connected to their Purpose, they’d be living fulfilled and service oriented lives which in turns will inspire others. I know that I can change the world by helping and inspiring others to live the lives they are meant to live.
A tall order?
Sure. Why not. I deserve it and so do you and everyone else.
We all just need to tap into our purpose and passion.
And rid ourselves of our constraints.
“1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?”
Rich, after my first time through “The Entrepreneurial Emergency,” I was certain that my main constraint was No. 4 – An Inefficient Work Style, which was severely limiting my productivity. But while driving to my cardio kickboxing class at 6:00 this morning, I couldn’t help but ask myself, “How could that possibly be my greatest constraint?” After all, I spent the last several years working as a legal assistant for some of the most leading and successful trial attorneys in my state. In the beginning, I felt these attorneys underestimated me and they doubted that I could handle the job. I proved them wrong. My greatest accomplishment was when I was assigned, for the first time, to handle a case for the senior attorney in the firm. This wasn’t just any case, rather it was the firm’s largest case ever. After completing trial, the attorney highly complimented me for my work and told me he had never before been so well prepared for a trial. From that point forward, no attorney in the firm underestimated me.
However, here I am now, my own boss, and with an inefficient work style. Actually, it is a pathetic work style compared to the one I gave those attorneys. I figured out this morning, during my drive, that my inefficient work style is “a” constraint, but it’s not “the” constraint. My main constraint (as far as I can tell) is that I am doing to myself exactly what I couldn’t stand those attorneys doing to me. I underestimate myself. I believe this would be a “Rational Constraint”, i.e. an error in my thinking, according to your report. I had the “nothing-can-stand-in-my way” attitude when I helped the attorneys reach their success. I must get it back, this time for my own success. No question about it.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Only one constraint and that is the one mentioned in #1 above. While I have many constraints, namely the seven mentioned in “The Entrepreneurial Emergency,” only the main one is truly keeping me from reaching the life of my dreams. Once I eliminate the main one, the others will follow suit.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
I will become proactive. I will have an open-wide path to success. I will achieve the success I long for. Because nothing will stand in my way.
Thanks, Rich!
Rich,
I have several constraints as a new guy on the block. However, I feel like the lack of having my own products to promote is a constraint that takes time and energy away from me. This is always sitting in the back of my head.
I would guess that I am 3 – 5 constraints away from the dream business.
And I WILL have more time, energy and money to invest in myself, my family and my God.
Thank you kindly for offering such a great package to one of your readers. I’m sure whoever wins it, will experience a life changing event and will remember you ’til the day they die.
I mean, how many times have you ever had a chance to literally change your life inside out?
God bless,
Keith Akin
Hi Rich,
Big fan of everything you’ve done and I really enjoy your insights. The Manifesto and the Entrepreneurial Emergency came along at perfect times for me.
Quick Background: In February I decided to enter this business. I actually wanted to take the long way by creating a product and doing it all from the ground up, learning everything I could. (I barely knew what FTP meant at the time). Instead of starting one business, I started two…ground up…no shortcuts.
My biggest success stems from just taking action and getting momentum. I found two lucrative markets that had not been combined, (Seduction and Magic) and created a site to teach magic for guys looking to attract girls. http://www.pumaskills.com
The other is a download site for people to get new funny voices on their GPS systems called http://www.pig-tones.com (The PIG is for Politically Incorrect GPS). This was a major investment of time and money.
Launched in June, pumaskills has made over $5,000 with no advertising while still revamping my sales process and Pigtones is doing much better (though I’d rather not disclose how much).
First, the business of my dreams looks like this: Having multiple businesses running, some are integrated, others not. Project managers are maintaining, I’m pursuing new and more creative niches and strategies and teaming with others to bring their content into the marketplace. I’m able to take the time to relax when I want and still work hard on projects I’m passionate about.
1. Single greatest constraint: Not having the support team to act quickly enough on needed changes. I’m a great strategist but can be a poor implementer. I have to do nearly everything and I lose so much momentum on even small changes. It’s hard to keep up with all the other balls when I have to micromanage certain bottlenecks. This is my biggest project at the moment…though there are a lot of little ones as always. Also, recognizing the need to build the system, yet dealing with the minutiae.
2. One major constraint away. I really feel that a good outsourced team which I trust can make the necessary changes of direction and maintenance will allow me to focus on overall strategy and promotion as well as new business creation.
3. Once these constraints are removed I’ll be able to use my visionary skills to create and promote products, consult others, develop content and joint venture. As a big picture thinker, my creative juices coagulate with the drudgery of the smaller tasks, which are sometimes hard to delegate.
Most of the other constraints I’ve got a decent handle on, though thank you for causing me to look at my business like that because it made so much sense and has already begun to make some things more clear.
Best of luck to all!
Brad
Good morning Rich,
I read your report “The Entrepreneurial Emergency” and
discovered some things about myself that left me thinking, well its not all bad being like that is it?
Now I’m into John Assaraf’s Having It All Program in a fix it mode.
This to rebuild who I am, so your report did blindside me with who I really was and an urgency to go sort it out and now!!!!!!
Your question No. 1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I’m a loner, I do not personally know a single person in the IM industry so I have no one to bounce ideas off or field questions to.
Your question No. 2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
About 47.33? I have been studding I.M. for the last 2 years tried a couple of things and lost and or spent a truck load of money. My way of doing things is just to jump right in really deep and figure it out as it all comes at me.
Anyway to answer your question directly it is, 1 big one, (self limitation and self sabotage) and a whole lot of minor ones that will become clear to me as I go down the path and they jump up and bite.
Your question No. 3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
a) I will be a whole person for the first time ever
b) I will of course be financially independent
c) I will have directly and positively influenced 300,000 peoples lives, and taken them beyond themselves to achieve their lives dreams.
Regards,
Rob.
PS. This concept of offering a scholarship struck an immediate cord with me as it is part of my business model, bellow is an extract from that plan.
“I have set up a scholarship program where I take on 4 people a year on an all expenses paid 4 week long trip to come and stay at the Kelrob farm and learn everything internet marketing. When they leave they will have a fully profitable website/s up and happening. The 4 would be chosen from applicants off my websites and from fully paid up customers/members. A full refund of all membership fees will be issued, all expenses will be covered, all travel costs, accommodation and food. They will be subjected to an intense 4 week, sweet shop tuition program. In addition they will also receive complementary life time memberships to any and all of my current and future websites/business”.
Rich –
What a great report and even a better opportunity to win! I won’t go into my personal woes or sob story, I’ll get right to answering the questions…
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now?
Mine would be not knowing where to start. No website – no product- information overload – confusion where to go from here.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Too many to list!
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
1) Not having to worry about finding a new job – recently lost job and have always wanted to run my own business and work for the most important company (myself & my family)
2) Pay off debt – ensure my families future is secure!
3) The sense of self accomplishment – and helping others that are in the same place I am now.
Thanks for the opportunity & KEEP IT UP!!!
Rich, Thank you very much for allowing me to absorb the knowledge presented here today. I am a much better person,
not only in my own mind but surely my Team will notice.
My biggest constraint in my business was lifted 3 days ago
simply by cloaking my url. Instead of working my tail off for
nothing I am now getting the money from my sales and
acquiring a Team of individuals to carry my business to the
next level.
For me to even think that I come close to deserving your
help would not only be immature but would also be premature,
I am simply at the beginning of my career and am not ready
physically or mentally to graduate to the level you can take me to. Do not get me wrong, to be mentored by you is a dream
I enjoy every night but I must be real at the same time.
I have conquered my first obstacle and am now onto the next one, Which will fall in place now that I am getting the money I need to purchase and acquire the knowledge that is so important for anyone to succeed in this business of
Internet Marketing.
Thanks Rich and god bless
Hi Rich
What a wonderful opportunity to read from your desk this imparting report, you are the guru himself.
My greatest constraint is myself trying to make sure that every thing is perfect and being frustrated at the end and not doing anything at all.
Handful of constraints anyway but i think the biggest of them all is not able to get the right person to assist and leverage upon to help to take me to my desired goal.
Three biggest benefits are that i will be able to pay all my depts, take good care of my family and using my wealth to affect other people life around me.
Best Regards
Peter
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Yes. I’m not that great at product creation. I’d like to create more products in a faster time period, but still have them be high quality.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
A few. I understand the process, but need to get better at the basics. Plus I need to get more done faster. Everything seems to take more time than it needs to – creating pages, sales copy, products, etc. I’m moving at a snail’s pace. Everything is slowly improving.
I think even if I had no restraints, a coach can help take anyone to higher levels. Even people who are already doing really well.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
- More FUN! More money = more doing fun stuff I like to do. Going river rafting, boating, buying stuff for my friends, partying in Vegas…hey, just being honest.
- More free time to spend with my nephews (One of the “constraints” are I want to do more outsourcing, but it’s difficult to find workers who do a good job)
- More freedom. Working from home already, I have quite a bit of freedom as it is. But I want the freedom to travel more often and experience all that life has to offer.

PS. Pick me, pick me! :)
Hahaha. Hey – it doesn’t hurt to ask for what you want because you may just get it.
Hi Rich,
Great report and post!
It is great to be able to have access to such a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience.
I wish I win this prize and get even more in depth knowledge from you!
Thanks for the opportunity!
Hi Rich,
I am totally new in this business, and would like to start from scratch I am therefore giving you the opportunity to be my pilot.
Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment, so with
you I know I will be discipline. Sometimes the best helping hand you get is a good, firm push and I am so happy that you have made this possible for me. Knowledge is power, but enthusiasm pulls the switch. My life is not about waiting for the storm to pass..Its about learning how to dance in the rain, knowing this, you can have
anything you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want. Feedback is the breakfast of champions. I will make you proud chief I will make you proud.
Regards,
Flona (Jamaica)
Rich,
My constraints:
-No current business
-Can only work on this project part time
-No product of mine own
-Complete newbie
Choose me if it works for me it will work for anybody.
Thanks,
Javier
My single constraint at this moment is Cash Flow. I’m always almost to my weakest cash result at the end of the month.. Always searching for ways to double my income.
Thanks Joel Comm for pointing to the Guru. Hope to learn a lot more stuff here.
Dear Schrefen,
I believe in every level wherever we are at, there’s always contraint to move to the next level. So what’s yours at your level now, please do share?

Hi Rich
And God Bless!
I have been trying to make a living online for the past two years, with no tangable results as of yet, but I am very optimistic that my breakthrough is on it’s way!
My answer to the three questions are as follows:
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I still have’nt figured out how to start building my own list yet, and I’m letting it frustrate me too much.
I have my autoresponder in place, but, so far I have no subscribers to my list. HELP!!
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Two: List building and advertising (the understanding of each).
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
As a Baptist Minister, I have a true desire to help others to achieve success, but first; I have to position myself in that success, in order to help someone else to reach it also. I would love the freedom to take my wife of 30 years on spur of the moment adventures, and not have to worry about how much it cost. I have two daughters (one in Little Rock, Ark.) and seven beautiful grandchildren, and would like to show them that there is another world beside the ghettos of life. In a nutshell; I want the freedom that success will bring into mine, and others lives.
Thank you for letting me share this!!
Please continue to be a blessing!
Sincerely greatful;

Rich, I like your ideas but I don’t have a business per se. I run a non-profit organization for fathers. How can your training program help an organization like ours?
Mike
1. My single greatest constraint is getting things done.
2. All I need is to plan better and to do it daily, watch the results, plan again, do again etc. That’s one contraint away. The rest is commentary.
3. The three greatest benefits:
a. I’ll have more time for my family.
b. I’ll have more time for fun.
c. I’ll have more time to become a better me.
Thanks for the report, Rich. It already has changed my life. I’m spending more time with the family without guilt, I’m spending more fun without guilt and I’m taking time off without guilt. It’s great. Thanks.
Hi Rich
What your single greatest constraint is right now…
==> where to start and what product to start with
What would your life be like without these constraints … The benefits you will enjoy when these constraints are removed.
==> Live Freely, Play Freely, Work Freely & Give Freely

One constraint is not taking action immediately. Thinking that this action is not good enough or what will people think about what I have wrote. Procrastinating!
It helps to itemize the tasks in manageable steps. Then perform some of the manageable steps (or actions) each day.
Hi Rich,
I enjoyed your report thanks for the insight..
I believe that my number one constraint in my business is that I do not understand the techniques required to automate my business and drive targeted traffic to my website. I believe with the proper coaching and support I can take my business to the next level.
I would say that I am several constraints away from creating the kind of business I desire, however, that is not due to lack of dedication and desire.
The first major benefit I hope to receive is first and foremost to finally have enough money to take a real family vacation with my wife and kids. I have been married now for 26 years and yet to be able to afford to take a real vacation with my family. My daughter is now married and my son is getting ready to go in the military. I would love to take my family on a dream vacation for Christmas this year.
The next benefit is that I want to go on a mission trip with my wife to Africa and work with a project there called Next Generation Ministries. They teaching young people there how to not rely on their government but how to become self sufficient on their own. The third benefit would be to be able to leave a legacy and teach my children and others the things that I learn to better my community and this great nation we live in.
Thank you for the opportunity to win this amazing package.

Hi Rich,
How are the greatest thing having you and yours, upcoming coaching program, one day blitz for my business, and a complimentary spot, never ever you given before. Once more thank you so much Rich having this chance again.
Here are my answers in a brief and precise:
1. Until these seconds, I still lacked in time management still not yet focus on productive activities.
2. How many? It’s all everything Rich. I will able to realize my highest goal of life. I can fulfill my purpose of life in learning and loving so legacy.
3. Loving by Friends, Fams and God, so my own self.
Those the “Three In One” is the greatest reach, meet my summit, in success and happiness of mine practically and ideally.

Alvin Yudistira
Rich,
It’s me again, for correcting answer #2, it’s another constraint, English as foreign language, mistake is not a fatal error mainly when I fast correct it, recently my Success Coach Tung Desem Waringin said just like this, that it is not my problem in not fluency in English, it is your problem to understand what I mean (hmm, something to thing about?), exactly not as that the truth, but encouraging for me to take action first than improvement. I do this at first for confirm my self, that I have passed constraint #1 not in afraid in fast take action, I do this now. For winning in your contest and in my life is about never ending improvement, constant until.
# How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I have so and so many constraints away from I having business and life, the main constraint just I answer above in #1 lack of time management. At the same time I have great and gratitude feeling that I have that business and life I dream at the end as at now, when with the right action, as far long, time proved it for me. Long years I reconsidering why I haven’t got that dream, I got the answer from you, that is my constraint not merely my potential, I must walk my walk to the goal. On how far me away from my goal, it’s not so far, it’s so and so near, I can see it, I can here it, I can smell it, I am there, just as I trained repeatly pass through on firewalking. As my couch Tung taught, repetition make me expert, I corrected answer #2.
Just right as you are, proven by result, people will also call me a maven. Thanks Rich having this great chance in this precious time knowing and doing with you online.
Best Regards,
Alvin Yudistira
Thanks Rich for your reports because it forced me to acknowledge
what my single greatest constraint is ………. Procrastination.
I opereate a small “home business” (no I.M. yet, but learning as much as possible.)
The second point is close related to the first one, procratination
comes from : Insecurity, fear of failure, perfectionism, overwhelmed, evaluation anxiety, relevance, lack of confidence, etc. How many constraints away?
The third point is close related to the second one, take the opposite of all the constraints mentioned above and the sky (space)
is the limit.
(By the way, I kept on putting off this comment but still felt obliged to leave a comment because of all the “hard” work Rich put in his reports, so thanks again.)
Herman
Whether I win the contest or not, really doesn’t matter (winning would be better than losing).
From what I have learned from your Entrepreneurial Emergency document it is the least I can give back.
I started my career as a real estate investor 5 years ago.
In that time I’ve had many good deals and some bad ones- but in every deal I learn something new.
Adding up all of the money I have spent (probably in excess of $90k) on courses (Realtor, Mortgage Broker), long distance mentorship programs, eBooks, and attending conference after conference- I had convinced myself that I was 1 secret away from making it huge.
After reading through Rich’s report, I sat back and analyzed my successes and failures and interestingly enough most of my ‘home run’s’ came when I took calculated steps (Action) and didn’t worry about making a mistake.
There is certain magic in taking action, especially in real estate. Once you get the ball rolling (with an offer) the excitement propels you to find out what happens next. Once you have an accepted offer- all your attention is directed to the deal and things come together.
As an investor (or entrepreneur) I learned that I could never predict every obstacle or avoid every mistake.
When I dig deeper into the Mistake Constraint (#1) that has held me back the most- I’d say that seeking out new courses and investing tactics (kind of like the serial opportunity seeker specializing in useless real estate knowledge) is more a result of my laziness and procrastination. I used it as an excuse not take action- “once I read this new bankruptcy report I’ll find motivated sellers and be rich”!
How am going to solve this constraint?
Well, with the knowledge that I have there are no excuses for not taking action. Along those lines I have taken a page out of Napoleon Hills “Think and Grow Rich” and burned the ships in the harbour (have decided to resign as a Commercial Real Estate Lender) and focus all my energy strictly on real estate investing- 100%.
The other major step forward I have taken is to join a local real estate investing club (MBN in Calgary). I realized that my knowledge was useless unless I had the right team behind me to help.
This is small group of investors who is prepared to show me how to fill out the Offers to Purchase that are so daunting and critical to an investor’s success.
Combining constraints #1 (Mistakes) and #5 (Networking) I have prepared myself for accountability and action and aligned myself with the right team.
The next stage in my development will be to include the social media (Constraint # 6) and marketing to passive investors, grabbing their attention. A huge part of my business is to help passive investors (like my mom and dad who are teachers) and do not have the time or desire to become full time investors.
They are looking for a way to put their RRSP’s to work for them (as the stock market has wiped out about 30% of their savings in the past year) and are ecstatic to see 12-15% returns secured by real estate.
The biggest benefits I know that I will enjoy once I overcome these Constraints;
1) My own personal goal to have enough money that I can enjoy life to its fullest without the fear of not having enough money to do something fun (either for me or my fiancée).
Example- I love snowboarding and this year am looking to take my 16 year old little brother to Jackson Hole. Not a cheap trip, but something that will last.
I hate having to calculate the visa bills, or try and think, if I spend $92 on a lift ticket and $25 bucks eating lunch, I’ll have $50 for booze tonight. I want the freedom and peace of mind to enjoy trips like this without fretting over cash.
2) Help my mom and dad when they retire next year to have enough passive income that they do not have to worry about enjoying their life.
They spent 35 years working towards a pension that will most likely cover 70% of their costs. When I have enough properties that I can help them into, I expect that they will actually have more than they need and can start enjoying a few luxuries (like a new house on the ocean in Cape Breton).
3) Travel around and teach others the true secrets to real estate investing. Whether at university levels (my dad and I are discussing it now) or to paid audiences, I think that it is critical people understand real estate.
A home is, for most part, the largest investment anyone will ever make. A few tips from an investor in mortgages, insurance and home inspections could save people from the biggest financial mistakes of their lives.
I hope this short (or long) post helps.
Thanks again Rich!
Shane
Hi Rich,
I don’t expect to win your comp
Thanks for reading my post
Your report spoke in a way that has motivated and helped me fall in love with my business again.
For now that is far better than anything you could give me.
Thank you
1. single greatest constraint right now?
My Single biggest constraint was not knowing I had constants to start with. Not knowing even how to identify what has been stopping me.
However after reading the report I believe I have constraints But there’s nothing stopping me succeeding. If I take action, any action at all, things will just start to fall in place. I just need to follow your global steps to make things happen.
2. Constraints away life of your dreams?
I’m only one constraint away from my life of my dreams. Maintaining my action engine and keeping fuel up to it so that I don’t run out of puff.
3. Three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy
All very cliche but they are the true
1. Being able to enjoy a holiday again
2. Enjoying time with my family
3. Discovering my personal passion again
I am came from Japan and one of my friend Joel sent me wonderful report for me , I am very appriciate with him and

Mr. Shefren,
Thanks for the opportunity of a lifetime. Here are my reponses…
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My challenges currently are more about time and delegating jobs that I need done to the right people. The time issue is about juggling my day job and working on my sites while at the same time wading through the mass of marketing and software promos that I get offered every day. I’ve learned to discriminate but I could use some direction! tied into that is finding people to do some quality work for me to free me up for what I do best.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
It really is about the time and delegation deal I mentioned above. What I always felt I could use, and yes everyone else I’m sure feels the same way, is some one on one coaching. Not a constraint as I will find my way, but a mentor could sure shorten the timeline and ultimately help to create much greater success.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
- Time to devote to service. One of my dreams is to put children and horses together in a work termed: Equine Assisted Therapy. It is amazing for physically and emotionally challenged kids.
- More money to spread around. I believe in putting money to work in ways that others may share in the abundance and for making this planet a better place for all.
-Time for myself!
Thanks Mr. Shefren…Ralph Sanchez
Hi Rich
I am based in South Africa in Cape Town. You know I have always felt somehow that I was destined for greater things , that I had a purpose in life , that I was engineered for success. Your Uncertainty Sydrome – Entreprenerial Emergency really opened my eyes. You hit every button that I knew I had but didnt want to admit to. As a Wanna Be entrepreneur I am de-focussed , spend way too much time chasing my tail trying to do everything perfect and every new book or system or tool that are available I want to get access to in the belief that it will help me.I do this too much and spend way too little time actually doing the things that will take me to the next level.
In South Africa, unemployment runs at about 45%.There are loads and loads of young people who need to get a helping hand to start and run a business, they have loads of potential ,and whilst its easy to register a business and start, there are no skill sets taught to sustain the business once it is started.
If I could learn this from you and use not only for my benefit , but to help others who want to enter into the online business here in South Africa, I feel then at least I have contributed in some small way to make South Africa a better place. Our people are hungry to make a better life , and through years of oppression and struggle , now have the opportunity to do so , but they don’t have a system only a dream. They keep being told that to start a business you need a lot of money, and that business is only for the rich and not the poor.I believe everyone has a place in the universe , that they are engineered for success, they just dont know where the target s and how to get there.
The Single biggest Contraint-
Not having a system to follow that actualises my potential.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I am a lot of constraints away from Achieving the dreams of my life.
I spend way to much time online trying to find systems that I can use , but usually don’t.
I have no system to follow each and every time I want to launch a business or product.
I know the basics , but can’t seem to put it all together. There is no plan or picture i can see clearly.
The three greatest benefits I will enjoy once these constraints are removed:
1. I will be able to teach others in South Africa about how to achieve the same level of success I have
2. I will be able to spend more time with my family and enjoy the time with my son and daughter , rather than saying that we will do it later.
3. Being able to take your methods and launch mutiple businesses that produce residual income on autopilot, and giving me more time to help others.
I know that I will win this competition , beacuse I have already claimed it, So see you soon Rich.
Mr. Schefren,
Thanks for the opportunity of a lifetime. Here are my reponses…

1) After years of failure and struggle, the biggest constraint is actually understanding where my biggest constraints are and what to actually focus on vs just walking around and stumbling in the dark and doing things the hard way.
Like they say in indiana jones 4 “knowledge is power”
2)To be honest, I’m probably 3-4 constraints of having all I want. First one would be myself health and self-beliefs and the other one would be leveraging other people money/resources to rocket myself in the right direction and bootstrapping everything to limit risks; fail fast.
As for specific knowledge and productivity certain skills i have a pretty solid base and ability.
3) Being able to make difference in the world helping out my friends and family instead of them always helping me.
1. My single greatest constraint is right now is lack of focus because I don’t feel knowledgeable about technology and what I have to learn first to start making money online.
2. It feels like I have a ton of constraints. Learning affiliate marketing. Including building a site, picking a product, adwords, keywords, building a list to cross promote in niche, putting out a newsletter to build raving fans, etc.
3. The three greatest benefits I will have is the confidence to know that I can support my future wife & family, feeling of success when visiting with my family/friends and time to enjoy my true passions of fitness, building up people and sharing my faith.
Hi Rich,
The report made me think about so many things as it seems that I am somewhat at fault in all of the 7 silver bullets.
1. I believe my biggest constraint is my inability to outsource efficiently thinking that I need to know, understand, and do everything myself.
2. I believe that I have many small constraints piling up to a big roadblock.
3. The 3 greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once these constraints are removed are:
a. more free time to myself, the people I care about, and my hobbies.
b. Having a clear vision so I don’t waste time and worry much less.
c. More money to be able to enjoy the finer things in life.
Thanks for the report,
Yonatan
Hi Rich,
First of all, thanks for you free ebooks and Affiliate’s tips!
I’m actually new beginner in Internet Marketing……although I have been registering my domain for a while ago, but IM is still a new chapter in my business portfolio……Wish I can get out of here with the proper info, cause nowadays there is plenty of self claim “GURU” out there!
Here will be my single greatest constraint, I think it will “confidence” to build the IM Business. Cause I’m totally new here, and everyday in and out of the Net and getting more and more info and doubt about all this fantasy? I think I’m info overload!! Really don’t have a guide to execute my business.
How many constraint More…..?
I think it will be a very hard wall from here if a person is lack of confidence! It will be a BIG problems, but if I can really go through this. I believe it will be fun and adventurous journey!
So I think this is the Biggest Obstacle a person will have if he/she is lack of confidence!
Three Benefits I will Enjoy……. I think life will like what the fairy tales said, sky rocket high?
I think the three benefits I will enjoy I think will be great experience to build the business together, able to help others to achieve the same goals and make the world a better place for all!
Cause I believe good things will always continues to shine and pass on!!
All the Best to ALL……..
Cheers,

1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
The single greatest constraint right now is effectively researching and spotting the market opportunity amongst the many available online opportunities that would bear the most fruit in the least amount of time and with the least effort, expense and resources.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
In addition to the market constraint outlined above, the other constraints in successfully growing my online business are three fold – be able to impress upon and acquire a mentor who could guide the way towards success by showing case factual data as to the why’s and the why not’s, be able to effectively and rapidly build resources (outsource or otherwise) that can help parallelize an effective product launch process; and to learn to effectively support users and customers with an eye to retain them for a long time to come.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
The first biggest benefit when the constraints are removed is the satisfaction in enjoying success at the business, which is not necessarily tied to money or fame, but just to the very satisfaction derived from the feeling of success. The second biggest benefit is the expertise and the experience that would allow teaching others the path to success. The final benefit is the wealth, which when effectively used, would allow for realization of personal desires, the freedom of time to do things that are currently dreams and to be in a position to give back to the community and to those unfortunate ones in the world who are in need.
1) After years of failure and struggle, the biggest constraint is actually understanding where my biggest constraint is and what to actually focus on and taking action on it for the highest possibility for success vs just walking around and stumbling in the dark and doing things the hard way.
Like the aliens nb secret in indiana jones 4 “knowledge is power”
2)To be honest, I’m probably 3-4 constraints of having all I want. First one would be myself health and self-beliefs and the other one would be leveraging other people money/resources to rocket myself in the right direction and bootstrapping everything to limit risks; fail fast.
I have a good knowledge of marketing and skills and doing things online just from the free stuff you’ve given out during this launch.
3) Being able to make difference in the world helping out my friends and family instead of them always helping me.
Hi Rich,
I really appreciate you offering this opportunity. I’m glad to see you recovered from your 24 hour plus marathon. We watched most of it, and gained some major insights into our situation. Before reading the report and watching the broadcast, I used to think our greatest constraint was lack of funds. But after the presentation I now realize that real problem stems from a fear of failure, which I have struggled with for a long time. Thank you for that. Now that it has been uncovered, I can deal with it.
So to put it into your language, I believe that our greatest constraint is; “Mistakes must be avoided at all costs.”
I used to sell books on EBay. But I would get so frustrated when something wouldn’t sell, that I would procrastinate and eventually give it up. Thus I created a mental habit that still plagues me today. Now I find it very difficult to lock onto an idea and see it through to the end. So I have several different product ideas all at different stages of development, with very little to show for it.
I believe that there are at least 3 other constraints holding us back besides the one mentioned above.
Once these constraints are removed, I believe the benefits will be
1 I will able to focus on and complete any project I put my efforts into
2 I will experience freedom. I will be able to spend more time with my family and enjoy the fruits of my labor instead of being chained to my work.
3 I will develop a team of dedicated professionals and create a network of resources that will allow my company to dominate any niche that we choose to occupy.
Rich your other reports were amazing but you have outdone yourself with this one. Thank you for writing the “Uncertainty Syndrome”. I know that it will help a lot of people. At least those who choose to apply it.
To Your Success,
Michael Blaes
Thanx for this great opportunity,
Here are my answers
1. I know…it is my constraint to do more action, action and action. Eventhough I know that action is the only thing that could make my dreams come true.
2. I only have one constraint, my fear of being failed….again
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
I will have more knowledge to share with others, I will have more time with my family and friends, and finally I will have more freedom of my money to spend wisely.
Hi Rich My Bigest Resraint now is Signups To My Affiliate Programs. Thanx for this great opportunity,

Rich, to be honest I think your offer is simply outstanding. However I don’t feel that I am worthy of such an offer so I’m not going to apply for it. However I think you’re a great human being for giving the opportunity some a worthy person. Thank you.
Rich,
1. My greatest constraint is strategic marketing plan. I will focus on that.
2. I have one more constraint that is health related and I hope it will be OK.
3. Three benefit I will enjoy are debt free life, social status and travel.
Thanks,
Mukesh.
Hi Rich,
You never stop to amaze me.
More power to you. As said poet Shota Roustaveli: “Thinks you have hidden away – are lost, thinks you are give away – are yours”. How much more can you share/give?
“Baruch Tie’e”
Now, a few worlds about me.
Born and receive basic education in ‘socialistic’ Russia.
I was lucky to be permitted to immigrate to State of Israel, where I complete my education as Civil Engineer, got married, fathered 2 sons, been a good citizen of Israel and had a good life except, my complete dissatisfaction with my work of construction site manager….In a search for better life for my self and my family, in may 1989, me & my family landed in Toronto, Canada.
Now, after reading your words of wisdom, I realized that if you do not plan thinks, they just happening.
And so it’s happened.
At the end of the year 1990 Canadian Government announced about economy sinking in deep recession. And every think stopped in my live: work (self employed in the field of renovation), flow of money badly needed for survival, bills are coming, kids, rent, car, fuel…….
In my mind, the only think I knew, was to be civil engineer or any thing else closely related to field, but nothing else. So I struggled badly.
Out of the necessity I’m purchasing truck and the delivery root. Never draw a truck in my life before. Suddenly, very next day I had to start working/driving and learning to drive simultaneously. In total I draw the trucks for 5 years.
One day down the road I was approached by Amway rep., who called him self associate.
I loved the idea of NETWORKING and joined the group. Suddenly new world opened up for me, world of self improvement, in which I’m diving eagerly, and managed to read the most of suggested books (with dictionary, I did not know English) and loved it. I was at top of my being when I was meeting People and sharing with them the business opportunity that I had in my hands. Soon after, following the numerous law suits, all the Amway business collapses. But, I came out the biggest winner, I have acquired knowledge and belief that I’m capable off doing other work, beside construction.
Old time say in Hebrew: “I gained my wisdom from all my teachers”.
So it was. I start working on my self improvement, and slowly regained my self esteem and confidence, that I’m capable off accomplishing any task provided time to learn and teacher to teach. I’m so confident, that I gave on my delivery root (very bad business decision, big mistake) and start working as a sales man for Grocery & Delicatessen Company. Now, it was 1 man operation business, I’m a sales man, a delivery guy, accountant, clerk, doing receivables and deposits……….
Sure enough, my Family (Rachel, Isaac and Yonatan) volunteer to aid me, easing up my work load to about 55 to 60 hours from having 4-5 hours to sleep at night, and first time in life I was making money (better living) till just before Christmas. After December 24 till middle of February I could not make sales, cash flow stopped and I got back to square 1 again……….
Again, lack of planning, lack of vision, lack of Goal setting, lack of every think but eager, stubborn will to succeed was a force that pushed me up and out of bed in the mornings 7 days a week for 20 years.
In November of 1997 a family friend makes me an offer I could not refuse. She volunteered to teach me a software package called SAP. Being born with huge natural need to learn and not lesser amount of curiosity, I’m diving into new field and getting consumed by grand ability of SAP System to resolve business problems in a heart bit.
So, here it is again. I’m hardly know how to type my name on the computer, not to mention programming, mapping processes, system support and ……….
Despite, complete lack of logic, I decide to pay more then $5000.00 for only available two week SAP study course which would provide me with CERTIFICATE, not knowledge.
Again, lack of planning, lack of vision, lack of Goal setting, lack of every think but eager, stubborn will to succeed was a force that pushed me up and out of bed in the mornings 7 days a week for 20 years.
My late Mother use to teach me: “Belief and Hope will help you in struggle with adversity”
In late January 1999 I’m landing on real contract as SAP Consultant in the field of Material Management. During the life time of the project I have been “a tester”, “a programmer”, “a coffee maker”, provide “a program support” and for the finale, project managers decide to trust my knowledge enough and send me to remote location to manage business and People transition to a new System. As such, I hade once again to stand in front of the crowd and share with them my knowledge. It lasted for 6 weeks, but they ware the best time on the project. Now, don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the learning of new endeavor, enjoyed the company of consultants, but all that is forgettable when you compare with last 6 weeks.
Again, lack of planning, lack of vision, lack of Goal setting, lack of every think but eager, stubborn will to succeed was a force that pushed me up and out of bed in the mornings 7 days a week for 20 years. Learn a lot of SAP and nothing about making a business of it.
After many fruitless contract interviews I was once again forced into construction business, which I know well, but as much as I tried, I can not take it deep into the heart and love it, be passionate about construction. It is just not for me to love it.
In December 2007 me and Rachel, my wife, relocate to Panama City, following our younger son Yonatan. Here in Panama City, for first time in my live ( longer then half of a century) I found a quite time to reflect, to look back and realize that for more then 30 years I was banging my head into concrete walls, searching for successful exits without finding the way.
After reading books of Zig Zigler, Tony Robins, Napoleon Hill, Robert Kiyosaki, Harv T Eker I’m still looking for the big break throu.
If you can help, I’ll thank you from the bottom of my heart and wish you
Shana Tova ve Metuka and May Creator Bless you.
You ask in your letter:
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Today, it’s probably is lack of direction. I have 3-4 solid ideas (in my believe) for internet marketing.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Do not know. Maybe 3 or 4.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Once the constraints removed?
Pleasure of working hard, but, this time for my own sake, with clear vision of the end results.
Achieving my live long dream of success.
To get rid of the filling of discontent for underachievement. Because I know: “I can do it”
Thank you for your attention.
Respectfully

1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Question #1: My biggest single constraint is building a network of A-listers. I have performed preliminary market tests and know the hungry market that I would like to serve.
ii) I am in the process of product creation and I have been blessed to get some great interviews with A-listers including the man himself G. Vaynerchuk.
iii) The constraint I am running into is getting constant, reliable, technical support and marketing specialists to help me tweak and optimize my sales process once I launch.
iv) At the moment my process is to constantly go on freelance sites for every small technical project that comes up and visit forum sites whenever I have marketing questions and this wastes time and energy.
v) I have access to great content creators and great minds to give me content, once I fill in the gaps in terms of specialist marketing knowledge and technical knowledge that is reliable, I have no doubt that my launch has huge potential to be one of the larger Internet marketing launches.
Question #2: To some extent I am experiencing #7 and #6 because I am learning the marketing process on my own as I go along and so am not learning from people who have already walked the road how to remove buyer constraints and also how to fully leverage social psychology techniques in this moment in time.
My work style and use of time are not large constraints because I have successfully eliminated almost all minor concerns so as to focus on only major concerns and I am getting better at this with each passing day.
I guess considering that I am in the pre-launch stage, though I intellectually can see my business as a system I am yet to physically understand it as a system because I am yet to implement it therefore by default I have constraint # 3 as well
Hey Rich,
To answer question # 3, Unlike most people, I actually know:
a) Exactly how much I want to earn day after day after day: $3000 a day
b) How much I want to work on the business? I want to automate it to the point I am completely removed from the information bottleneck i.e. I want to create a cash flow muse that takes as little time as possible and funds my idea lifestyle
c) What I want to spend this money on? Some of the things I want to do are:
1) Study how to become a powerful public speaker from Anthony Robbins and Kirk Nugent
2) Study high leverage business building and cash flow creating techniques from masters including Jay Abraham and Dan Kennedy.
3) Use Number 1 & 2 and use them to educate incoming immigrants on how they can thrive psychologically, financially and otherwise while in the West and send remittances back home to support their families.
So in a nutshell the 3 benefits I would get:
a) Freedom with my time to do with it as I please.
b) The income to pursue whatever I desire
c) Using the combination of free time and excess income to pursue my mission in life, help my fellow immigrants thrive.
Hi Rich,
This is a great promotion.
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My Single largest constraint right now is my ability to focus on one project until it I know to finish it or throw it. Therefore I seem to take a lot of time focusing on what needs to be done that day on any specific project. I mean I have 97 URLs and have no idea how to pay attention to all of them in one day. I need to hire help, but can not afford it. It is a nasty catch 22.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I know I am close. I can taste it. It is very difficult to put a tangible number to it though. It seems that as I keep going through my training from the many gurus I study from that the constraints multiply.
I fix as many of them as I can afford to. Because of my income situation, I have to do everything myself and there just is not enough time to do it all!
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
a. Being able to concentrate on one single task until it is finished
b. Correctly Identify the money maker to expand on that on, and leave the dogs alone
c. Have time freedom once it starts producing money so I can afford to delegate the tasks.
Thank you for the chance to vent my frustrations.

hi Rich,
straight to my answers…
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I *believe* (i have several constraints) my greatest constraint right now is: this mindset that I need to get everything right before I begin and not make any mistakes, the belief that mistakes must be avoided or i willl not get a favorable reputation in the marketplace and possibly my competitors will seize on my mistakes and will eat me alive. (similar to constraint 1, that mistakes must be avoided at all costs). But i’ve also got several other constraints for sure.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
At the very least 3, probably several more.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
-1- I ll be able to fulfill and focus on my life purpose of helping others in my market (deliver what i have to offer and express myself in a way thats very fulfilling) who usually have extremely shitty lives.
-2-I ll finally be able to live a freaking life that would be summarized with the word “Fun”, or “having a blast”. Thats the whole essence i always wanted my life to be about and yet i never seemed so far away from such a life. More specifically fun is designing my overall life in a shape and form that i want it to be: having the time to keep and enjoy relationships with my closed ones, and do the activities i most enjoy, no matter how much they cost.
-3- I ll be able to provide for my mother who has sacrificed her whole life(for myself and others) and that would feel really awesome to say the least!
Hi there:
Biggest constraint: myself – my own hopes, fears and dreams
Greatest benefit when free: Freedom from my ego, peace and compassion.
I would love to win the prize and see that it has already happened.
Thanks,
Have an awesome day,
Take care
Rangana
Hi Rich
I am still reading your latest ebook “The Entrepreneurial Emergency” and I must say it strikes many chord with me!
I also just read Johan’s latest post on his blog on IMer’s most stressful concern – which is what you also mentioned in your book – cashflow problems…
It seems like any Internet entreprenuer goes through the same constraints!
Well, here’s my entry for your contest :
1. My biggest contraint is the ability to envision and strategize a long term business plan. My other constraints include management of cashflow, fear of failure as well as delegation and outsourcing.
2. Probably still 5 or 6 big hurdles to overcome. Definitely conquerable but requires time and effort and a good business adviser like Rich to guide!
3. I honestly think that with a business vision that I believe in and committed to, I can grow my business to the next level as well as to enjoy more time with my friends and family even more!
1. My lack of knowledge is my biggest constraint at this time, but everything i read and every course i attend brings me closer to the ‘knowing’ that I need.
2. I have two, knowledge and old conditioning, believing that I deserve better for myself and family.
3. Financial freedom, more time for family and friends and being able to help others and organisations.
for specific other constraint(question 2), to add to my original post (i just said the number of other constraints i had, without elaborating what some of those were):
-uncertainty about the best strategy to use to best engage my marketplace (back to constraint #1)
-leveraging other people in the marketplace to accelerate product creation and marketing to the next level and speed.
-having a mentor to provide timely advices and answers
when i need it at a particular point (thats one major thing.
Not having a second hand opinion often prevents me from going
head first at 3000mph in something, which is probably linked to constraint #1 again)
several others..
several constraints i always wanted guidance on.
This could definitely put to rest and resolve all of those
and allow me to take off..
Hi Rich first of all I want to say WOW your reports and your 24 hour U-Stream a-thon were very catchy and Web 2.0 History in the making. I have read 3 of your reports to date “ The Internet Business Manifesto” ,The Maven Manifesto and your most current report. Ps I brand my personal name like you and am also launching Video Marketing Queen shortly( I am the Maven in my market) .
I acknowledge you for having branded yourself and created a New Category for yourself even in this competitive market.
Thankyou for all the great tracking tools like woopra you shared ,love the heat maps and video capture of activity of customers on the website very cool.
I have attended Get Altitude with Eben Pagan( yes I don’t mess around, even though I don’t have a million dollar business YET.) I only want to learn from the best and I look forward to learning how to systemize my business from you.
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Yes it is #4
I feel like even though I went from a complete newbie online to a fairly large following in less than 15 months generating over Six Figures a Year pretty fast without spending a single penny on advertising, it is an accomplishment yet I still know I could have accomplished bigger results by learning this sooner, finding out my constraints and by having more systems in place
I am implementing Miracle # 1, & 2 right away as I see that when I maintain my time log starting tomorrow for a week I will be able to track my most productive tasks which like you is creating content, & market research.
I will then see the constraints and habits that are stopping me from completing the two projects and products I am working on. I can then focus on what is going to generate profits the fastest and which tasks are a priority.
With Miracle # 2 I see that I am leaving money on the table by not making money as quickly as possible by completing the first project that with automation can
earn me money while I eat , play and sleep.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I feel I am 2 constraints away possibly 2. 5 from having the business and life of my dreams. It is #4 & #5 that stand out most and I am not committed to staying stuck in that. I have worked to hard on my mindset and to transform anchors or fixed ways of being that don’t serve me. I have built the relationships with some of the top gurus online and am fortunate that l am down to earth just like they are so we resonate. I realize I need a team that I can find and trust that can help me expand my brand.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Once these constraints are gone with your coaching
#1 -I will actually get to my goal of being one of the Newest & Top Female Gurus in the Online Marketing World and my dream of reaching & transforming peoples Personal & Financial Lives (I always picture 1 000 000 people) will be a reality)
I feel there are so many talented men online and it is time for more women to step up to leadership and to share their gifts. I want to be your next success story.
#2 I will be able to feel that I am living up to the potential so many people already see in me. I will feel at ease knowing that I am giving it my best everyday without regrets , constraints, and that I am present, & generous with people.
#3
I will enjoy a more balanced lifestyle spent with my closest friends,& loved ones and I will be able to have my business systemized so I am able to actually enjoy all the success my business creates.
Thankyou for the opportunity and regardless I look forward to working with you in the very near future !

Hi Rich,
Thankyou for the opportunity to win coaching with you. Wow, that would be the Ultimate for getting over my constraints by working alongside a great mentor as yourself.
Being a mom of 7 children and running a household we are suppose to multi task and be Super mom. There is no such thing. My Husband tells me If I was just more organized and consistent, I could do it all. And I just feel overwhelmed.(#4)
I have recieved more personal development with starting my own business in the last 2 years then probably all my 46 years combined.
It’s been an amazing ride.
I do feel I understand what I need to do and take full responsibilty that I am the one holding myself back and I keep repeating the same old mistakes.
I might be good for a short time, but I can’t maintain the change and fall back to old habits and ways. This has continued for over 2 years. So constraint #2 is my biggest constraint. Making what I’ve learned and know to change, into a true change that sticks and becoming who I am now and not who I was! This is my goal! I have realized I need help in doing this. I have tried too long to do it myself. ( constraint #3 )Constraint #2 where I keep making the same mistakes even though I know what to do has also not only affected my business but my personal relationships Since business is about creating good relationships this is the biggest constraint I have.
But I will persist until I win!! I will achieve my goals and I will never Quit!I will have great relationships and great business relationships! My customers will value me and what I have to offer them as I serve them and meet their needs and this will create loyalty. I know this and know I must seek help, to find that, with proper mentorship, with an expert as yourself, and with Gods help, I can achieve my goals and the changes required in myself, much quicker, and more effectively then by myself.
One business partner of mine says that he likes working with me because of my tenacity, I don’t give up I try to find a way to succeed to make it work to find a win, win. I am teachable and I listen.
And learning to build a team (#5) would free up my time which is what I feel I dont have enough of. I am not great at what I want to be great at, not taking time to enjoy life and really live and love the way I dream of.
This brings me to the marketing aspect of my business and the lack of lead sources that if I had moreof, I would be more successful but I don’t have the know how of what is needed in todays market. (#6) Thus my sales growth is a big disappointment (#7) and there isn’t enough leads coming in to create momentum.
So as you can see I feel that I need to overcome constraints 2-7 with constraint 2 being my biggest constraint presently.
I am not afraid to get up and try new things and make mistakes or talk to anyone, even famous people, I like change and adventure! I Love learning new things and doing new things, like this year I started to learn to fly planes and plan on getting my private pilots license, I scuba dive and rock climbing is a new sport I am trying as well. I have a list of new things I want to experience.
My greatest benefits in removing these constraints will be to free my time to spend with my children playing with and teaching them what I have learned, which is different from what they learn at school. Having the money to travel with them and allow them to have experiences that will change their lives forever, like going to Africa to help at an orphanage and going to places where we can be of service to our fellowmen. I want to leave a legacy of what it means to truly love one another as Brothers and Sisters in this world that we share.
And Help them learn how to respect and take care of our world and have more time to help with causes to get the toxins out of our foods, personal products, medical equipment, etc, and teach the world to go back to a healthier lifestyle, so we can clean it up and leave our children a healthy planet to live in. This is my passion!! As We are dealing with the effects of what these toxins can do to our loved ones I know we can effect change so others dont have to suffer as they did.
Thank you Rich for the report! It was an eye opener, ah ha moments on every page and I will refer to it frequently to get myself on track. Also I very much enjoyed being with you for part of the 26 hours you did on line I stayed up till after 1 am. It was fun and I thank you for answering my Questions it was very helpful and insightful.
Love,
Debbi Otterson
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? Yes
If so, what is it?
I really need to have help with the details of what I want to do. I have a very clear vision of the marketing plan, a lot of it in wrtiting. I need a copy writer, a graphics person for the website, technical help with the membership site — a custom site would be great since I have very specific needs for my video membership site. A virtual assistant would be great, there are so many details there aren’t enough hours in the day! My network is definitely lacking.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Six:
• technical help so I don’t have to learn things I don’t need to know. I’ve been learning how to do video editing, building websites, graphics work, copy writing, etc, it’s exhausting.
• I need help with the things I’m not good at, especially copy writing.
• I need a partner network. Lots to do here, setting up affiliate marketing.
• There is so much to learn about marketing. I’ve done well, but there’s no one to bounce ideas off of or to get ideas from as I give them ideas. I’m really limited by what I know and can learn.
• There are lots of opportunities I can not grab because I just don’t have the time.
• Freelacers would be a great help. now I have to learn how to hire the right ones!
• I have to make a seventh: the thing(s) I don’t know about that will hold me back.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Only three?
• More time freedom.
• Greater profits.
• A really great product made available to the public. That is what I really want, to get something out that can really help people for an incredible price.
I wish privacy were possible so I could tell you what I’m doing. I launch in a month or so. The site I gave is my current product. I’m going into a completely different niche, one that I am a 30 year expert in. It will be big, it’s only a matter of time and support that I can get for the project. I know way more marketing than I can impliment on my own.
Thanks for your support, your report is invaluable at helping chart a way through the waters of finding support. I hope to learn from you directly someday, once my business is making enough to support that. Shouldn’t be long.

1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I had been banging my head against the wall in terms of IM for a couple of years now and thanks to the constraint model and the tips I got from the Entrepreneurial Emergency, I now realize my constraint was a Rational Constraint.
I always thought I needed to be the best of the best to start teaching people in an area, but now I realize there is no best of the best and the idea is to
-Serve people genuinely the BEST you can, and overdeliver
And I know I can do that. I know even if I don’t know everything there is to know (which is impossible) still what I know is goldmine for my prospects. From now on I will genuinely do my best to provide people with knowledge, instead of wait till I become the best in the world.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
The one above I think was my biggest constraint and was the reason I wasnt really productive. I am currently implementing the great Time Management strategies I have read in Entrepreneurial Emergency (Especially the productivity rate one) and with that done I have no doubt I am gonna reach my goals sooner than I thought possible.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Once these constraints are removed,
-I am gonna be able to finally genuienly enjoy some free time with the ones I love without one part of me always wondering about the business.
-With all of these new mindsets and the clarity that I now have, I will blast through new projects and go to probably the fastest growth period for my biz.
-More importantly I will start really enjoying my business once again and will actually start creating systems and focus myself on the Strategic Aspects of it, which I think will bring the life I want. More thinking and networking and fun and more business at the same time. Yihaa!
Thanks for all the great help
Really.
Aaron
1. Time. There’s never enough time in a single day to get work done and maintain other responsibilities. Often I feel unfulfilled at the end of the day regardless of my progress.
2. Time and money. Although money isn’t too important of a factor to get my dream business off the ground, it’s essential for survival, to be able to work and have the resources to work.
3. Lower stress levels, more freedom, the ability to use the money earned from my business to help people around me lower their stress and hopefully be happier. Many people will argue that money can’t buy happiness but it’s a powerful tool that can bring people’s wishes, hopes and dreams to reality. I want to give people happiness without them having to do a thing which I believe is the greatest gift anyone can receive.
Thank you, Rich for giving everyone here this opportunity.
Good luck to everyone :)
1. I can’t decide which one of the following is my “single biggest constraint”:
* Unclear on my biggest strengths, not to mention my real purpose/vision as an entrepreneur
* My inconsistent work schedule, poor productivity habits
* Not creating processes out of common tasks
* Massive resistance to hiring – “can’t afford it” — “no one can do this but me”
* Juggling way too many projects at once, so each ends up taking forever to finish
* Obsessed with consuming new marketing/business knowledge, but not enough real action.
* Afraid to just test out things on my own and “fail fast”
2. I think if I got the above things handled, I could triple my business.
3. Three greatest benefits. Wow. If I got all the above things handled …
* More clarity and a sense of control in my business
* More money, freedom from debt, savings
* Ability to “replace myself”, and take real vacations
Great stuff!
Thanks.
Sean
Hello Rich,
More and more great info from you! I never was winning a contest but maybe this will be my first time (the most important time to win) :)
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Yes, I am a perfectionist and if its not working like I want I give up.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Some (around three)
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
a. better sleep
b. more free time – time for wife and childrens
c. dept free
Thank you very much for this contest.
Sebastian
Hi Rich, thanks for the opportunity to spill my guts!
Confucius say: “When the student is ready, the teacher appears”. Well I’m an internet newbie (since June 2008) & have spent or “invested” $1000’s on the next best thing. A real steep learning curve. As everyone else has learnt, there is a lot of pure hyperbole, bovine faecal matter& pure micturition. However fear is Not a factor. Simply put :
F alse
E vidence
A ppearing
R eal
Moving right along:
Constraint #1: Know-How!
How do I get what’s in my head into the computer, with website, landing page, squeeze page, auto -responder set up, product(s), etc.etc. ad infinitum, ad nauseum?
So far I have found nothing that will do what I need it to do using the KISS system:
Keep
It
Simple
Smart
So therefore I will have to do it myself. I know what I want & need to do, it’s simply a matter of how to do it!
Constraint # 2 Build a better mouse-trap & the world beats a path to your door! So the answer is 1, I just need to know how to build the better mouse trap & leave it in the internet mouse-hole (or rat-hole, I’m not prejudiced:)
3 Greatest Benefits : First is purely selfish (if looking after No 1 is selfish) Money in the bank ! How can you do anything on a grand scale without this commodity?
Second: Looking after my family, if I have wealth & success but don’t take care of my own then I am a bankrupt!
Third: “Give a man a fish & you feed him for a day. Teach him to fish & you feed him for life”.
As I mentioned previously, there is a lot of cyber crap out there, as well as many people are hurting & bleeding financially for whatever reason & need to find a way out of the abyss of despair. So if I can help, why not?
Don’t mind me if I call a spade a bulldozer, I believe it’s important to communicate effectively & to the point.
Once again Rich, thanks for the opportunity.
Regards!
Hi Rich
I’ve been enjoying reading and watching some of the videos I’ve received so far. I know that I’ll be going over the materials verrrry often to keep me focused and on track. Thank’s for all of you that’s including Mike and a few others I’ve been trying to keep up with.
1. My biggest constraint right now is not knowing how to promote or draw traffic to my site. I’ve had this site for over 8+yrs.
2. I believe I’m just an arms length away for concurring this goal.
3. The first benefit would be seeing my grands having a college fund, second paying off my house, third would be to spend time with family and traveling with my husband.
Thanks a million,
Claudia
Thank you for such an incredible report. I have been so entirely impressed with the way that you have attacked/marketed your business I have tried to model everything I do after what I see you do, or what I perceive that you do. I have saved every web page to every product launch that you have done, and culled through them to learn from their mastery. I have religiously read everything I can get my hands on. But sadly I haven’t spent a dime on any of your products.
Why? Because of my number one constraint: I’m a damned perfectionist too afraid that I won’t get it just right and will fail. Failure is not an option for me so I have been working on “my project” for more than 8 years. Whenever I get close to completing something, like an e-book, or a sales letter, or a website, or a blog I do something stupid to sabotage my progress. Twisted? Absolutely, but I now have it down to an art. If I can keep myself constrained then I don’t ever have to fail, which in and of itself is failure I know, but my twisted logic doesn’t see it that way. The sad part of this strategy is that I don’t make any money, and I am far from successful.
Since I am not making any money with “my project” I have a limited amount of resources to purchase products or services such as yours that would help me to exponentially overcome my constraints and transform “my project” into a viable business that thrives and is truly successful.
Instead, I perpetuate the constrained life. And believe me, it’s nothing to write home about. That’s all the sob story you’ll get from me. I don’t feel sorry for myself and I certainly don’t wish to obsess about my challenges and obstacles – especially self imposed obstacles that I clearly have the power to explode through.
That said, at the beginning of 2008 I took the bull by the horns and decided that it was an absolute imperative that I break through the barriers that were holding me, paralyzing me, and keeping me away from the success that I knew I had the potential to experience.
I applied some of my own silver bullets. Your report didn’t come out till September – I wish I had it in January. Needless to say, I set deadlines, I charted out my course and began to work with all my might to accomplish what I had failed to accomplish for so many years.
I am happy to say that I have actually finished several important pieces to “my project”. Take a look at my blog http://www.creatorscreate.com or my squeeze page http://www.howtobeacreator.com and view the video I produced, and download the special report I wrote. I’m actually quite happy with my progress and the quality of the work. But another one of my major constraints is that I don’t have the recourses to outsource for any help, and the result is that much of the work that I have done has been done by only me; that makes progress very slow – especially for a perfectionist.
I would have to say that I have at least ten constraints that need be dealt with before I can enjoy the business and life of my dreams. I need to learn to fail fast, I must allow others to help me, I need to be more self disciplined, I must create systems and automate those systems, I need to hire good people, I need to network with many different people who are experts in their fields to help me grow my business, I need to apply time saving strategies to increase my output, and I must begin to embrace the power of social psychology marketing.
I have every confidence that I can and will remove each and every one of these constraints. I have great faith that I will succeed. I will soon have the business and life of my dreams. So what I started out slow. So what I have limited my own progress by self imposed constraints. Like I said, I realized what I was doing and started making appropriate changes in the beginning of 2008.
In your report you call them constraints – in my report I call it living by reaction, or creating by default. Creators create, and powerful creators create valuable creations, even so powerful to change the course of human history. Rich Schefren has done exactly that with his tremendously valuable reports that he created. And I am grateful for his work; for his creations.
I have every intention to prove that I am a powerful creator as well – I absolutely intend on creating a phenomenal business that will change the course of history. I now have a “nothing-can-stand-in-my-way” attitude and fully expect of myself nothing less –
I will do it or die trying. You see, I realize I am a powerful creator.
I have carried the huge ball and chain of constraints for many, many years. I allowed myself to be shackled and paralyzed. But not anymore, I realize now that without these noxious constraints I can enjoy many tremendous benefits. One such of these benefits is the pleasure of financial freedom. No more worries or concerns with not having enough, or sacrificing, or going without. I will not only be able to afford a more financially free lifestyle myself but will be empowered to help others (employees, partners, etc.) to enjoy such pleasures as well.
Another benefit I will enjoy once the constraints have been removed is that I will no longer be a cipher. I will be known and I will have a wide and increased network of friends, colleagues, and clients that look to me for advice, for help, and for support. I will have the blessed capacity to do so, and will find great satisfaction as I do.
The most powerful benefit that I will enjoy as I live a life without constraints is that I will once and for all have the momentum and power to exponentially make all the dreams that I have treasured in my heart viable and tangible realities. They will no longer be dreams but will become creations. I will create them.
Such a life is mine for the
takingmaking. I can and will create it. Mark my words – I will do it. But my progress could be enormously increased if I were to be honored as the winner of this contest. I could dramatically explode through the barriers that have held me and caused my own entrepreneurial emergency. I would welcome the opportunity and privilege to work with your company and have you help me to remove my many constraints.Thank you for the opportunity. I apologize if this is long, but I could think of no other way to express myself in regards to this important matter. Again, thank you for your superb report.
Michael Claridge
Hi Rich
Some years ago i had something happen to me, which has knocked the stuffingn out of me. My belief in me badly bruised – i do not want pity – I need to believe in me and everything i try i get so far and put the brakes on, i need the belief first of all in me, belief in what i am doing , belief that i can do it, and belief that i deserve it.
Not scared of work but maybe scared of being successful but would love the lifestyle for my family – they deserve it – then i believe nothing would stop me – so now i seem to put on a good act in being happy but frustrated as hell – and then help other people to do the same and do what you will of done for me but for them.
Rich if only…..
If you want someone who will listen to you and if you could put that belief back in me – the desire – you will of produced a miracle and i would and my family would be eternally grateful
Kind regards
Duncan
Hey Rich!
I just was reading Joel Comm,s letter about your coaching plan.
Congratulation for you and wish a lot of successes, joys and funs with it.
Constraints for me means: going on the way ahead of us in order to
reach our goal, implement what we want from life, but in the meantime to have not only strugglings, but enjoy all those presents which the life can give for us. Please give me your opinion under here about links. Thank you and many Greetings: Irén
I am curious about if you can find my website?
Here I send you my newest affiliate link after
Andrew Fox. I is: http://lilaorgona.domcb2.hop.clickbank.net
This is EASY!!! Before I answer though I HAVE to tell you how awesome this has been for me. I worked in the Mortgage Industry for 15 years working my way to the middle of several LARGE companies. For over two years I warned of the collapse of the industry, and the impact it would have on the WORLD economy. That cost me my job, and impacted my family terribly, just like many others.
Today Rich, I am one small step away from emulating you and several others!! I have a dynamite product, incredible website, and an amazing wife and partner to share it with. (Not to mention three of the MOST beautiful baby girls) I am learning more, doing more, helping others more, and will soon be earning more than I will need!! (Thanks again)
My last constraint is time… Once my customers know about me and my product, thier lives will be better, and so will mine. That’s it…. TIME. (I am solving this by the way by using advice I have STOLEN from YOU over the past 48 hrs!! I am also blaming you for the loss of sleep, my reading non stop, and my dry eyes!!)
Once this constraint has been lifted, my wife and girls will live the life they deserve to live. My church will be a major beneficiary, of my success as well.
I also plan to drag several of my friends kicking and screaming from thier lives, into thier own successes. I do not want to imagine my life without them having the things they want as well.
Look the bottom line is this… ANYONE would be crazy not to want what you have offered, and I am not crazy. I understand why you would do this, I would do the same thing myself. What could possibly be more satisfying than makeing a million dollars for yourself? Doing it again for someone else!!
I cannot wait to follow along with whoever wins this amazing gift!!
LOL It finally happend!!! The breakthrough I have been waiting for has struck me like a bolt of lightning.
(Be assured while I was waiting I was busy driving CRAZY traffic to my website, and creating TONS of incredible content to keep people coming back)
I will not divulge the breakthrough just yet, I want to moniter it a bit longer, but every indication so far is insanely positive.
Rich, if this does what I think it is doing, I owe you an incredible debt of gratitude. One that I will be repaying for sure.
Using some of the many things I have learned from you, I took my website to levels I did not think was possible in just 17 days!! That is from creation of the site to 600 hits a month with less than one third of it coming from advertising!! My blogs, videos, and podcasts are not even fully functioning yet and are just exploding, and my niche is going to be HUGE for a long time to come!!!
By the way I am also thankful to the scores of people from this very website for visiting and their support.
If there is ANYTHING I can EVER do for you TELL me what it is I will GLADLY make it happen.
Will there be bumps in the road? There always are, but I now know beyond a shadow of a doubt, I can smooth them over, and keep driving forward.
You have just become the second best Mentor I have ever had, only my father has had a more positive impact.
Hint: It was something you sent me from Mike Filsame that started the thunderstorm, I just tweaked it a little!! LOL
Your Friend,
Wayne Altman

1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I believe my greatest constraint at this point is based on overwhelm. I study everything from Dan Kennedy to Frank Kern to the 30 Day Challenge and Immediate Edge. It’s hard to decide what should be done when the material doesn’t support each other.
If I had a clear and focused plan I would be able to relax outside of work and get more done when working. I need the confidence won by having a plan i know is going to work.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
With my main constraint of a missing, structured, plan follows a bunch of smaller constraints. But others include:
Being to “analytical” hinders my progress since it’s hard for me to implement something if it takes to much time from thinking about it to actually doing it. I practice much on this though and I am becoming stronger and more confident.
Not being able to separate business from life. I’m constantly thinking about ideas in fear of missing “the One” if I let myself relax for a while. I only relax completely when I work out. (I am a Taekwon-Do instructor)
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
A feeling of relief and pride. I’m 20 years old and constantly hear that what I’m striving to do can’t be done. It would feel great to show parents and friends what can be done…
The financial ability and time-freedom to re-start a lost hobby… Motocross. And in a few years being able to buy my dream home without any bank loan.
Being able to show others how they can reach their goals, mainly my mother who doesn’t like her job.
Rich,
I’m definitely a big fan of your reports and your work. Your talk at at World Internet Summit in Las Vegas in 2006 was very helpful for me, and it’s been awesome to see you put into practice what you laid out at that conference.
Thank-you for what you’ve already helped me identify as issues within my business.
1. I’m not sure I’ve correctly identified my greatest constraint, but I believe that it’s letting go of control over projects.
2. My first response to this is “none”. Living the life of my dreams is a decision, and I don’t see that as a constraint. (But then money enters into the equation. It takes money to live the life and have the business of my dreams.) So the next answer is that I am an infinite number of constraints away because there’s always some way to continue to improve the process, making my life or business that much better. The final answer is “I really don’t know, and haven’t taken the time to identify how many constraints away I am just yet.”
3. The three greatest benefits for me will be:
- Being able to positively impact more people with less effort
- Being financially able to travel wherever, whenever
- Just feeling better about how things are going, and less pressured.
Thanks Rich! I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you closer.

I see the paradox within the choices that are available to me because studying too many options has created an inability to act. My paralysis by analysis has put me in the “always learning, never doing” mode, making my single greatest constraint, “Mistakes must be avoided at all costs.”
Having that particular constraint has produced the majority of the results listed in “Outdated Marketing” because there hasn’t been any consistency in what I set out to initially do. No direction = No sales.
By removing this constraint, a sense of purpose (1) and direction (2) is attained and a wider variety of marketing methods become available to me (3) because I no longer limit myself as to how deliver value to the people I serve.
Hi Rich,
First, thanks for the report. The amazingly simple “Time Miracle #2″ is going to help me tremendously, so thanks for that. Now here are the answers to your 3 questions:
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My #1 constraint is EASILY Constraint #3, Linear Thinking. Let me explain in more detail:
I run two modestly successful companies. The first is a real estate investing business, and the second is an info-product business helping others invest in real estate.
My constraint is that my wife and I run the business together. While we have found 2 key outsource people on our team (wed developer and VA), it seems as though the mounds of work keep growing, and expenses rise in congruence with revenues.
While I am the “idea” guy, very few are put into place, and even fewer help generate revenues, even though they are all great ideas that should convert.
We recently added our first child to the mix, and at 14 months old juggling her, and two companies, is becoming overwhelming.
I feel like we’re not running our business like a real “business”. While my title is CEO, I don’t feel like one, as our systems aren’t great, and I’m doing way too many tasks, and I’m not able to focus on big picture, new ideas, and building my network. By implementing more systems, and running our companies like real “businesses”, I know that exponential growth in profits and revenues are within our grasp.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Rich, this one is easy. I’m far from thinking that I’m perfect, and I know that I have constraints in ALL 7 that you mention. Since you asked for specifics, I’ll give you a specific example in each one:
Constraint #1-The Belief That Mistakes Must Be Avoided At All Costs-Specific Example:
While I have no problem learning to fail fast, many times, it takes us so darn long to IMPLEMENT an idea or a concept, that even if we fail fast, it took us too darn long to get to the point of failure. Heck, I have great ideas from 2007 that I still haven’t implemented!
Constraint #2-Flying Blind-Specific Example:
Our core product, in my eyes, is not a lead generation one. But in the eyes of my prospects, it is. I’m stuck in a constant “chicken and egg” conundrum of generating more leads, but not having the revenue to offset them, vs. generating more revenue because I’m not generating enough leads.
This constraint is a severe bottleneck on our business.
Constraint #3-Linear Thinking-Specific Example:
While we have found 2 good outsource partners, it seems as though we have to “kiss a thousand frogs to find one princess”. Outsourcing is a painful recruiting process
Constraint #4-An Inefficient Work Style Severely Limits Productivity-Specific Example:
Getting a new idea, talking about it, and never putting it into place. Or worse, yet, starting to work on the idea, then coming up with a new “great idea” and dropping everything to start that one.
Constraint #5-Alone & Lost In A Networked World-Specific Example:
Being a husband and wife, it’s extremely difficult for both of us to travel with a 14 month old at home. We do our best networking and relationship building in a team setting, but this is VERY difficult to do with a baby.
Constraint #6-Outdated One Way Marketing Tactics-Specific Example:
We simply don’t have enough “raving fans”. Those who use our products, and are successful, seem reluctant to give testimonials, or don’t feel like the profits we help them generate (in the 6 figures often) aren’t worth “talking about”
Constraint #7-Buyer Bottlenecks In Your Sales Process-Specific Example:
We find it next to impossible to find the right partners to help us generate our analytics, split test, implement improvements from testing, etc. This is an extremely frustrating part of our business, and is killing sales unique visitor by unique visitor.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
This one is easy:
1. More time to spend with my wife and child. I already feel blessed that I am entering this contest from an Internet Cafe in Rhodes, Greece. I won’t be back in my home in Vancouver, BC until February. We’re off to Oktoberfest (in Munich) tomorrow, then onto Croatia and the UK. I share this with you because we are doing many of the things that we dream of, but unfortunately without the massively profitable business that we know we should have, so we can relax more on our travels.
2. Ability to act as a CEO in my company, generating new ideas, and having the team in place to execute them, analyze them, and implement them quickly, so that we can “fail fast”. :)-
3. The ability to share with others what I have learned already: that a successful business can be built online, and married with the right partners, and structure, everyone can live the lifestyle that they want and deserve. I can see myself going in as a consultant to other business owners, and sharing with the secrets to my success (which I’ll learn more of after I win this contest).
Thanks for reading my long entry Rich,
Justin
Dear Rich,
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
- When we are with problems up to the neck it is not necessarily easy to distinguish symptoms from constraints. This is why I think a mentor/coach is so necessary. I would venture that my main constraint is “faulty thinking or paradigm”. As a self-employed profesionnal, my dream to start an online information publishing business was plagued by “self-employed thinking”. Not knowing anything about internet, I fell prey to “opportunity givers”. I tried to compensate for lack of knowledge by buying tons of stuff, which lead to information overload, analysis paralysis and inaction. Then I met you, Rich, and from all the gurus you are the only one that has what it takes to adress the thinking/paradigm. I am self-employed and I want my new business to be a business, not another job. It is like learning a new language. This is why I have immersed myself into your programs (BGS, Maven Marketing, and cashmaps). I am starting to speak the language, but would love to go deeper.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
- After reading your material, my understanding is that this is all a process. As such, we need to define what our dream business and life is. But as a process, I think there always will be another constraint. It is a journey, not a destination. The constraint is what keeps us wanting to move forward. At each new level of success another constraint will appear. So there might be an infinite number of constraints on the way there, and I am willing to embrace them all. The first one one the way is diving into this and getting started on the right track.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
- My first thought would be to say more income/profits, more freedom (not being dependent on me being present) and more time off. But on second thought, and knowing myself, and the passion I have for what I do, I think the real benefits will be in totally embracing the process of business growth, do it with absolute passion and feel fulfilled and serene doing it. It is not about the outcome, but who we become in the process of achieving that outcome. If more money and freedoms comes, great. But I want to become a better person (for myself, my family and my clients) in the process.
Thank you for mentoring and for bringing so much value.
Yannick
Constraint = deciding on a niche.
Sure I could just choose something, but that’s not what I want. What’s important to me is doing stuff I’m passionate about, or as Joseph Campbell said: “Following your bliss”… ‘Cos I know when I’m doing that work is not like work, and I get stuff done.
I don’t want, what the idea of the 4 hour work week says, spending a little bit of time working so you can take most of the time off to be doing what you really want to be doing.. I just want to be doing what I really want to be doing, which is not goofing off, playing video games and meaningless nothings, but learning new stuff. I like learning and am good at learning, I just have the habit though of taking stuff in and not doing the output part.
Hi Rich,
I am entering this competition because my current success come from following your advice in the “Maven” report. I am a writer and avid blogger and have built a reputation for insightful analysis and cutting edge strategic advice. I love to share my knowledge and experience and serve the online communities that I am part of. My main platform has been built on Facebook. I want to help shift the consciousness of the planet by using social media and viral marketing strategies.
My Main Constraint
My Number one constraint is that I enjoy consulting and coaching people so much that I often do it for free because I don’t consider what I am doing as work. I have followed Eben Pagans concepts of moving the free line. Now I need to learn where to draw the line.
My main focus hasn’t been on making money it has centred around serving others. Serving others is s good thing but I have to learn to serve myself at the same time. This is damaging my business potential because to reach the people who I actually want to influence and for them to take me more seriously I have to have the results to back it up and in our society this is measured in financial terms. I am attracting clients who have money and debt issues and who can’t really afford to pay for my services
I am definitely undervaluing my talents. I suspect this is rooted in some of my conditioned beliefs and patterns concerning money. I see this clearly reflected in the people who I work with. As I help them I also help myself
I have 3 other constraints that I need to address
1. Learning how to outsource and manage my time more effectively. I try and do everything myself and while I can do most things quite well it would be more efficient to employ some specialists and allow me to leverage my time and talents more effectively
2. Branding myself more strongly and not being embarrassed about actively promoting myself as an expert. My strategy until now has been to do this in a passive way and let my work and writing speak for itself. This approach has limited me because I would have a much wider exposure if I increased the size of my audience. My modesty is holding me back, I need to put myself more in the spotlight.
3. My Girlfriend has complained that I am giving all my attention to my business and not enough to her. When this creates friction in our relationship my creativity is restricted and the quality of my work drops,
My obsessiveness has the potential to sabotage my business and my personal life.
The three greatest benefits I will enjoy once these constraints are removed are
1 – Knowing that I can help shift the consciousness of the planet and make a difference by Influencing the Influencers and teaching entrepreneurs and business people how to build a business that is ecological, sustainable and doesn’t compromise their spiritual values. I will be a living example of what I am teaching and an inspiring role model and leader.
2 – Having the financial resources to create a purpose built retreat centre where I can teach and hold group workshops and conferences I can take my transformation work to a much deeper level when I can work with people face to face.
3 – By managing my time more effectively I can find a healthy balance in my business life and all my personal relationships.
There is no point achieving success if there is no one to share it with or the time to appreciate the benefits that it gives.
When you have chosen me as the winner of your competition you can be assured I will follow all your advice and guidance to the letter, you will be proud to have me as your student and know that you have had a hand in shaping my success.
Firstly thank you actually emailing the report to me. I had been away from the office for a few days and may have missed out on the report if not for your email.
I have a business that creates and markets addins (software) for Microsoft Outlook.
The content of the report was very timely. I have done two other courses before and they have definitely helped me to shift my thinking from software development to business development and marketing. The courses I have taken so far have had a positive impact but the results have leveled out somewhat.
We do make money from our business but growth is way too incremental. There is NO EXCITEMENT is seeing growth as such a slow rate.
The idea of constraints is great… what is the most important thing I NOT doing right.
Answers to your questions…
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
#2 Flying Blind. My original training was in software development so my mind automatically shifts to ways to write more or better software whenever I hit a ceiling.
We do various sales and marketing activities but measure very little.
I know (or at least think I know) the key metrics I need for the business. I have made some effort at various times in the past to collect and use these metrics but have got distracted back to software development again. I know I need to look at these metrics and work out what parts of my business needs to be fine-tuned (as opposed to what part of the software needs fine-tuning)
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
If I can overcome Constraint#2 and Constraint#5(Alone and lost in a networked world) I believe that I will be 99% there.
For Constraint #5, I need to focus in building an A list team for sales and marketing i.e. for removing constraint #2.
The other constraints also apply but these two are my major ones.
I do get the feeling that overcoming constraint #2 will lead to Constraints #6 and #7 but they will need to be looked at after Constraint #2.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
I (almost) feel selfish writing this one first but… I’ll have more time for GOLF! I have been playing (or I should say trying to play) golf for almost 2 years now. I am very lucky that I live in a place where I can go down and play at least once a week but I am really really bad at this game… some days it can be more frustrating than a bad day at work. I’d love to discover what my golf constraint is and get a handicap that I don’t have to mumble under my breath.
More time with my children (2 boys… 5 years and 3 years)… I already spend most evenings with them but it would be great to be able to come home early a couple of days a week to play ball with them (and not feel guilty about leaving work early). It would also be great to take mini-vacations with my wife and children more times in the year.
Freedom to Focus on my Strengths… There are certain parts of my business that I know that I am good at. It would be FANTASTIC to spend most of my (work) time working on this with the knowledge that my network and system will take care of the rest… and knowing that my business easily affords/rewards the network of A Grade internal and external people who support it.
A side benefit will be KNOWING that I although I have worked LESS than most person I know, I have a much better more honest answer to…”What did I do at work today that’s worth mentioning”.
Correction to last paragraph:
A side benefit will be KNOWING that although I have worked LESS than most people I know, I have a more HONEST answer to…”What did I do at work today that’s worth mentioning”
Haa this is an amazing opportunity. This is definitely going to be great for whoever wins. You obviously know what you are going since I’ve received around 10 emails already this week about this.
Thanks and good luck to whoever wins.
Good day Rich,
My single greatest constraint right now is start up cash because i have decided to start with affiliate marketing which requires having a website, and getting an internet connection.
I am having about five constraints away from having the business and the life of my dreams
the three greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once these constraints are removed amongs numerous others are:
1. Having so much money to further my education and build the career of my dream.
2. Use my website(s) to be a solution provder to people’s problems
3. Have my dream company.
Hello Rich
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Components of Constraint #4. Not having enough time to do too many projects at once with distraction overload and hence being less than productive at completing just one project at a time.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Three at present according to your report.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
benefit 1: Buying a house of my choice
benefit 2: Retiring my partner to enable us to have time freedom with our children and the work of our choice
benefit 3: Working together with all these talented internet
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Yes, my single greatest contraint was finding clients over the internet. I focused on getting more and more traffic – clearly not my strength. As soon as I began prospecting outside the internet – well, now I am booked up as a financial copywriter for months ahead. Even if I would loose all business from one day to another – it is very reassuring to know how I could get new well paying clients easily with just 10 to 20 mailings and following up with further mailings. After literally years of ups and downs in other (Internet-)businesses I learned I am best off prospecting outside the internet. Quite liberating. Even thought about taking my website down.
It’s quite shocking to me how the answer was so obvious and too close to see.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
My main problem is interrupting myself with more interesting information. Especially as a copywriter there is always the excuse of finding out more. The solution is getting up early, knowing I would be outright dumb to interrupt myself while I could be sleeping longer. The discipline of getting up early for work really gets me focused on the important stuff. That gives me 2 – 4 hours of highly focused work right in the morning.
What I would like to have is a client to partner with. That would give me more financial leverage. But I suspect that has to grow…
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Well, the problem of finding clients and of interrupting myself is far less of a problem now. What I got?
Free time – discipline creates freedom.
Setting aside time to research and read stuff that I would normally interrupt myself with. It is fun doing so without stress and a bad concience of not doing what I need to do.
I work far less than I used to, but the financial results are far better.
Best regards.
Markus Trauernicht

1.Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Perhaps the biggest constraint I have right now is lack of discipline. I get so wound up in my visions of the future and knowledge accumulated from the past that I tend to shift focus from “What I must do now?” to “What I will do later?” and often might not do at all.
I mean, let’s be realistic, your reports are excellent and informative, like so many whitepapers and mailing list letters of out there, covering everything from “Get Rich Yesterday” to “Retire at Birth”, it’s the application of the thought and method into action that most of us generally have a problem with.
Hence I find myself continuously working in circles, counting chickens over and over, without getting a single egg to market.
Thoughts and Words will not do it alone, I need to put Deeds into Action. That’s my biggest constraint, DISCIPLINE!
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I honestly think that if I can maintain a high level of focus and discipline, and lift my primary constraint… I can achieve anything… literally over night, so in that… if the time was NOW… I’d be there TODAY. I’ve literally only got myself stopping me!
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Absolute and total Creative Freedom, Time Freedom and Financial Freedom!
PS. Thanks Rich for your support in the coming years!
Hi Rich, Your report has so many applications.
1.Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My single greatest restraint right now would be if I didn’t register my interest in this great opportunity for self development and use this open communication channel. That said, my main constraint will be the time it takes to remove obstacles to the vision and goals I set and to leverage scalability.
Being clear on goals and where they fit in the overall vision would be a great time saver.
2.How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
First and main one- to actually and accurately define the business and life of my dreams- to take it to the next level and beyond, then whatever stands in the way of this will be a constraint until it is either removed, resolved or worked around.
3.What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Freedom to continue creating and evolving the business and life of my dreams on an unprecedented scale.
To be able to assist in implementing worthwhile events in the world of ideas and action.
To also have a story which inspires and is worth the telling.
Hi Rich,
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
The clarity on the strategic planning required to pull together a fairly complex strategy and as a result of that, a lack of the
resources to make them happen…Like you I am ADD.
So… to summarise that I guess my biggest constraint is actually a lack of a clear strategic plan that will allow me to grow my business rapidly…
I already have teams of people who want to work with me on everything from the tech side to creating products and maybe I’m doing too much at once…( See the ADD comment above )
This lack of clarity is crippling my growth because I don’t know where to start implementing anything….Sounds Dumb I know but overwhelm is like that…
I have done months of research on my markets and know my competitors intimately and also what my prospects are looking for….
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
When my systems are planned out and they can then be implemented my business will grow very rapidly indeed. I am already leading a good life… however I’m not achieving what I’m capable of… OR…. what I want to… and WILL achieve
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Once these constraints are removed I can coordinate my multiple campaigns and dominate my target niches which will give my business the pre-eminent position that it is stalking like a mountain cat.
Once My business is dominating these multiple niches there will be an excess of cashflow to fuel the growth of that business and I will be able to attract the best talent to work for me which in itself will further fuel the growth…
When I have both of the above I will call the shots in my industry and be able to give better value to my prospects and clients which once again will fuel further growth for the company and give me more focus on what I spend my time on.
To summarise:- More business, more money and more time off…
Hi Rich
Well if I am to take responsibility for my actions, I would have to say my biggest constraint in my business being the fantastic product that it is would simply be me. I have to learn to get out of my own way and allow it to happen.
How many constraints am I away from the success. I guess this is a little challenging to answer, becasue as your knowledge grows you then learn there is still more to learn. Take me away as the biggest constraint and I think there is nothing else out there as insurmountable as myself.
The greatest benefits is that I will generate an income which is going to allow me to build a healing centre which integrates horses and humans and allows healing weather it be physical, physicological or what ever label someone gives to their pain. I am connected to horse, and horses serve so many roles in healing today from accident rehabilitation, to taking on the role of guide dog to riding for the disabled, some people connect more effectively with horses than humans.
Many thanks for the opportunity of winning, and I mean that just connecting to the people who have commented here, I go away a winner knowing that I am not on my own with my journey, and possibly there are others wanting to connect in the Equesterian world with myself

Hi Rich
Always good to hear from you:
1. I sometimes feel like I do not have enough knowledge to start my business successfully, also everytime I want to start then new info is coming in, a book etc, so I just did not start yet but I so want to be successful and make a difference in other peoples lives.
2. I am so far from thinking that I am perfect that I just want more and more information so I really do need help.
3. I will definitely say freedom, satisfaction, confidence, knowing I am not only doing this for myself but for each and every person out there that needs it too and to do it right from the beginning.
Thanks Rich,
Joleen
Hello Rich,
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My single greatest constraint is the knowledge how to promote my product. You must think about advertising, looking for JV, become on the first page on google.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
1 and one day I have none constraints take my word for that. One day I life the live of my dreams.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
1- I can promote more websites / products so I can make more money
2- I can give my children a financial push start when they go on their own. This is the reason why I want to success online and don`t quit.
3- Showing my friends and family that I made it online. Now they don`t believe me that I can make money online.

Hi Rich,
Thanks for another eye opening and gut twisting report. And this time around you are forcing me to look within myself and take not just any action but “The RIGHT ACTIONS”
So to answer your questions
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
After reading this report I now know my single greatest constraint. It is clear my main constraint is the proper management of “Productive TIME”
I’ll now start to use SILVER BULLET #4 to overcome this as I can use the formula you gave to start off with a set amount of productive time, I am going to go with 2 hours per day and then measure that. I will then increase this to 5 hours per day over time.
I will measure the effectiveness of this and then use it myself and leverage other people to do the same to complete and manage my own goals
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
In terms of the report I am 4 constraints away from having the business and life of my dreams (These are constraints 1,2,4 and 6)
My aim now is to lift these one by one to help generate my own GPS (Guided Profit System)
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
The three greatest benefits I’ll enjoy once i have removed these constraints will be:
1. More personal time with my family and time for my favourite hobbies
2. The ability to leverage money and human resource for both my own and others personal benefit.
3. Develop a work environment where people love to come to work, love the work that they do and are rewarded accordingly.
Thanks for the report Rich, I am sure it will help a lot of people.
All the best
Richard
Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
It is definitely #2 – flying blind. I know it’s possible to make money on the internet, but the knowledge I’ve obtained so far is not sufficient to help me to make more than a few hundred dollars. I have no doubt that if I could find the right person to teach me exactly what I need to do to help my projects succeed, or how I need to change on my current projects, I would be able to attain my goals and enjoy the life I dream about.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
I don’t know! I think that the above constraint is the main one, however there must be several others that would need to be addressed and removed!
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Freedom from financial worry!!
Help husband start his own dream business!!
Being able to spend my time productively, spending less time on work and more time with family!!
Great Report Rich. It will help many many people.
My biggest constraint is not taking decisive action.
I know what to do, but there are a few obstacles in my way.
Not taking action is my constraint.
There are only a few constraints between me and success.
Taking action within time will be one. Timing is very important.
Helping enough people get what they want is another.
Biggest benefit I’ll receive is as follows:
Not having to work and worry so hard, time to live and enjoy life.
Make my loved ones happy.
Looks like a great prize for some lucky person :D
1. Time is my single biggest constraint – I outsource but still have so much to do, family, building my own products, while still paying the bills by servicing clients
2. So close … :) Rich as a JV partner would be enough I think ;)
3. More time and freedom (would stop selling my time by the hour), and scale – would be able to help more people in more ways
Great stuff, Rich as usual :)
Hi Rich,
My name is Bob Lee. I love what I do. I moved to tying to build a successful online business, about 7 years ago. I have not accomplished my goal yet… not by a long shot! I AM NOT A QUITTER! I’ve always been successful in anything that I’ve set my sight on and am extremely fortunate to have a very positive mindset for success.
with that said, I feel like the I could be the poster boy for a new promo for you called… “jack of all trades/master of none”. :) As much as I would love to simply say (tongue and cheek)that “money” is my biggest contraint, I can honestly say that having too many sticks in the fire, which is diluting my effectiveness is truely my biggest constraint. I’m overwhelmed with information overload, finding myself moving from great idea to great idea without an anchor. Would someone please, thow me a line?
I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!
Interesting that your second question really hits home. I ALWAYS feel that I’m only one constraint away from figuring it out. I think I’m probably, in actuality making it harder than it really is and as I write this, I almost get a sense that you’re making me answer my own delemia.. :)…and now, even more interesting!
With “ContraintRemoverPro” you get these three great benefits!
1. “RelationshipPlanner2″ Get more time with your “very patient” and lovely wife that has seen you move in more directions that a compass. She deserves first place my a million miles.
2. As a bonus of “ConstraintRemoverPro” comes “TimeGeneratorPlus” taking you from those 100+ hours a week to fun times again with your family and friends… program allow you to work smarter, not harder and allow you to regenerate from 7 year burn out!
3. And most importantly for reoccurring income, a full case of “FreshThinker” that will allow me to become a newbie again with a little more knowledge of the everchanging playing field. (Did I mention money would actually help too? Yep, I know… that a great bi-product of “ConstrainRemoverPro”!
Thanks Rich! I really would be honored.
With best regards,
BobLee
I spent four years creating and testing a product I call the Business Mastery Advisory Board. After talking to over 400 business owners in Northeast Ohio I was successful in identifying 9 behaviors they all implement daily to become successful.
I have three boards running right now that teach and drive these behaviors and the return for the members who follow the process is fantastic: revenues are up 47%, Landed one deal worth over $300K, Gained two hours a day in productive time. I can let you talk to the members if that would help.
The best quote is “It is like Alcoholics Anonymous for the business owner. I can come in and discuss all my problems, mistakes, challenges and opportunities and get positive, constructive feedback. I walk out of each meeting feeling great.” – Richard H., Management Consulting and Turnaround Specialist
My problem is simple. I know the model works but I do not know how to take it national via the internet. I restructured the product to work remotely. Why is this a problem? This process is changing lives and the more small office home office and small business owners I can reach the greater the impact they can have in their business and in their lives.
Other problems include finding the right people to facilitate the meetings and training them. I have the training program laid out.
What’s in it for me? In no particular order: 1. I am changing lives and I love the fact my life has meaning and I am making a difference to the client who engage this process and I want to do the same nationally. 2. This is a sustainable model and has the potential to be very profitable where I can make some serious money. 3. It is a business that I can manage and I do not have to run every meeting. 4. I can start living the life I want because money will no longer be an issue. For example, I would love to take my wife to Hawaii for an extended vacation, I want to create an endowment for my children where their children’s college is paid. I would buy a house next to the lake so I can be around water, to name a few and I can continue to grow my speaking business.
#1 Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it? An employee mindset and lack of time to learn and act on what I am learning.
How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? Three, I need to gain the knowledge, find a niche I am passionate about, and execute with gazelle intensity.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed? The freedom to become who I really am, freedom to grow my family without the constraints of being an employee, and freedom to share what I have done with others, so the too can experience freedom.
1) Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Single gretest constraint – Keeping focus through all the distractions of offers of promise for riches and short term guarantees.
2)How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? 3
3) What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
A life where I don’t feel as though i’m waiting “for the other shoe to drop!”
And who will win this 100k training package? :)
Rich,
My biggest constraint is not having a large, targeted list. I’ve got a small (300+) list I created with PPC, but they aren’t targeted as much as I’d like for Internet marketing.
I think I’m only that one constraint away from having my business and life of my dreams. I can create content because I’m a fast and lucid writer. I can code websites because I’m a techy. I’ve studied everything I can for the last couple years and finally created a set of websites for my business.
Actually, I just want to enjoy these benefits:
1. Work from home a reasonable number of hours per week to earn a comfortable, dependable income
2. Pay off my debts
3. Retire from my day job
Dan
Hi, here is Efwa from Norway!
1. My biggest constraint is knowing what kind of life I will design for myself when trying to decide which internet marketing-style will be the best for my customers and me…. let me explain;
If I choose a membershipsite as the major sales-and distributionchannel- what kind of life do I commit to as compared to other business-models?
Being an entrepreneur, with limited interest in computers, my fear is to promise exiting products and not having the knowledge to handle the pre-during and follow-up technical part.
2. There are 3 major constraints: 1.Fear of choosing wrong business-model, which leads to doubts (2) if the effort will be worth it and limited capital making me work with a do-it-all-myself style (3). Those are the three major constraints keeping my customers away from my great concept.
3. Number one: to pay for a house with cash, (since I do not want to take a loan). Houses are very expensive here in Norway. Nr. 2: I can continue to study and develop great products, which I love, to serve other people. And nr. 3 is not having to take up a normal job (rat race) and spend time with my kids, which is VERY important to me being a single mum.
By the way… where are the women in internet-marketing?
No offense Rich, you are great, but considering women have other priorities than men, we might need a different kind of coaching/training than men… and there are many women trying to do what I do – running a business from home with kids…obviously internet is a great tool to use for us, but we are often less computer-savvy than men.
Rich,
As always, great blog post.
Below are my answers to your questions:
1)Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
My biggest constraint is that I haven’t spent the time and effort in effectively courting people with big lists to promote my book and my back end product, which is water filtration systems.
Since I am a published author (on amazon) in my niche, I have the credibility. All I need are massive amounts of health enthusiasts to become aware of it.
2) How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? I am 3 constraints away from having my business and the life of my dreams. They are
a) Failure to effectively court whale list owners
b) Alone and lost in a networked world
c) Outdated One-Way Marketing Tactics
Once I removed the constraint of being alone in a networked world,
I would be able to access an “A” player in search engine optimization to drive targetted traffic to my site. Once I removed the constraint of outdated one-way marketing tactics, I would be able to fully leverage Web 2.0 marketing to enable my book to go viral.
What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
The three biggest benefits that I will enjoy are:
1) Having 100% control of my time.
2) The ability to acquire all of the material things I desire
3) The ability to donate money to the charitable organizations that
I support and do volunteer work for.
Hi Rich,
Single greatest constraint right now:
My greatest contraint is in your #5 category: having a hard time to find good freelancers, but more specifically, I feel like I don’t make enough money yet to hire everyone I need to take my business to the next level.
I am a very focused person, but I tend to see too many opportunities in front of me, and because I don’t have all the staff I need, I can’t put in place all the projects I would like to do! I am currently working in another language, and the market is wide open, so if I could learn how to outsource gradually and more efficiently, it would help me greatly!
How many constraints away:
I think the one mentionned before is my major constraint before I grow my business substantially, because I believe I have most of everything else working properly (but I am not a fool I know there is always place for better results in every fields!).
What are the three greatest benefits:
Once this specific constraint is removed, my 3 greatests benefits will be to finally have the time to do all the projects I wish to do on the internet, which will make my internet business even more fun then it is already. It will also help me make much more money then I am making now, which will in turn allow me to have more fun in life in general, and travel more. And finally, it will allow me to give back more and reach more people to help them do the same as I do.
Hi Rich!
I really like this give away you have here. Here are my answers:
1. Really focusing for business. What you talked about in improving the number of productive hours seems to be a key issue for me. Thus, the constraint is too few productive hours on my business.
2. In my counting, 7. (I listed them separately, not included here – somewhat personal)
3. Definately an improved feeling of self-worth, more productivity, more free time and so on – thus more happiness.
No wonder you’re the go-to guy! Thanks for helping us rise above the clatter and commotion to briefly see the forest from the trees! Refreshing…
Hi Rich
I always knew that I was holding myself back from achieving my full potential. I decided a few months ago that I was going to figure out where I was going wrong, what was stopping me and do something about it. I’ve made progress but not enough so I know that I’ve overcome my biggest constraint.
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I wasn’t quite sure how to phrase it until I read your “The Entrepreneurial Emergency” but it’s definitely #1 – The Belief that Mistakes Must Be Avoided At All Costs. All the other constraints are superficial and a cause of #1. I thought it could of been #4 but as I can work efficiently and be very productive when I need to be it’s not my major one. #4 is procrastination for me because of #1.
The thought of doing it wrong fast scares me and everything always is ideal in my head, with my fashionable rose coloured glasses on. The stupid thing is that even when things do go wrong I always come up with a solution so doing it and perfecting it seems like the perfect solution and something I seriously need to work on.
I prefer the “try it fast” rather than “do it wrong fast”!
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
One. I took the Kolbe test and I’m 4-3-9-3 so I understand that follow through maybe isn’t a strength but I can easily work around this once I get rid of constraint #1. I’ve started already taking it a day at a time and hiring people (not always for cash upfront) to take my ideas and run with it. I’m determined to make this work and I know that I can (and am).
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
To be able to build my business so that I could concentrate on doing what I loved to do instead of trying to do most of it myself and structure it so that I could work when I wanted within the business or go and start another business. So it really would be like getting paid to play.
Quality of life with my family. To be able to spend more quality time with them, trying different adventures, visiting different places without having to worry about cost or what is happening to my business while I take time off. I might even manage a holiday without my laptop!
By actually moving on with my business I will be able to see what really works and what doesn’t instead of visualising it all in my mind and experiencing the real thrill of a running a thriving business, coming up with solutions to real problems and seeing my business providing real benefits of tried and tested and innovative methods.
Thanks for the opportunity to apply. I know I still have lots of work to do to overcome my constraint but putting a name to it and recognising it is always the first step.
Lesley x
i hope to win that game!
you want honesty… Ill give you honesty!!
I have been trying to make money online for over a year now.
I have made well over $250 in the mortgage business for over 5 straight years..
When it comes to this On-line stuff im like deer in the headlights
i really need some one-on-one hands on coaching to show me what to do.
I’ve spent more cash than i care to remember and have made some back. Got taken from some programs that the Gov’t thought shouldn’t be around.. and some smooth talking b.s. artist that promised viral leads and then stole 2K from me.
I am not a stupid guy but have Child support, Alimony, 4 properties going into forclosure, rent, etc. etc..
I don’t have to ramble on like a sour person, because im not. I love this industry and i love helping people. there are just too many smooth operators and garbage that fill up your email and take on a life form of it’s own.
Ill be honest, i never researched you, but every keeps saying Rich is the man…
If I had a chance to do this all over again the right way… I would give it a go..
Thanks
Bill
Rich
Service to other and giving them what they want. Your insight is only superseded by your generosity. Brilliant!
Letting go and accepting guidance in pursuing a vision greater than yourself.
The main constraint to everything is always between my ears. My vision of a not-for-profit for profit model that funnels into other worthy charitable causes has many moving parts. The first main constraint (and subsequently impetus) will always be me.
Achieving soul purpose and creating human life value through service to others is why we were put on this earth.
The benefits of achieving this vision would be the journey traveled, sharing the experience with a team of like-minded visionaries and living within a legacy that continues to evolve and expand.
Thank you for this generous opportunity and look forward to interacting and sharing with you in the near future.

Hello All,
I really identified with the criteria mentioned on the cover of the report.
Constraint-Trying to model too many systems.
My intuitive response to number 2 is three constraints of less from breakthrough.
My most desired benefit would be freedom to spend time with my wife and children as I choose.
Thanks. Mike Logan
Hi Rich,
1. My single biggest constraint is my own lack of focus. I have two network marketing businesses. I become overwhelmed trying to decide what is the most effective use of my time and (and what is most enjoyable) so jump around too much.
2. I am 3 constraints away and know I have the ability and drive to overcome all of them. Focus is first. Self consciousness is next. Most people don’t see this in me but I shy away from direct contact with people when promoting my businesses. It’s out of my comfort zone. I continually work on it and WILL absolutely get there but it’s just too slow a process. I will NEVER give up though. Last is limited knowlege of internet marketing. If feels overwhleming and filled with hype. I must do it on a shoestring budget. I believe it’s really important to learn, but have struggled with taking the time to learn it vs working my business in ways that I’ve proven myself to work.
3. The 3 benefits I’ll see when I get past these constraints are, 1. Provide financial peace of mind for my husband who is barely making it in his contracting business while at the same time, he’s been extremely patient with me after I quit my job (too soon, but without any regrets) and started my first business. My goal is for him to retire before he’s 70. (He is 68 now.) 2. Freedom to TEACH others. I love doing this but I must walk the walk first…set the example. The personal growth I’ve experienced in the past 3 years has been joyful and amazing. I want to help others get beyond feeling trapped in life, which is how I felt in my past. 3. Last is simply the freedom that I’ve always desired… to be spontaneous in life. To go and do at a moment’s notice and keep life fun!
The report is an eye opener,I now know that sucess can only be achieved, by simply doing the right thing at the right time.
1 My major constraint is my in ability to stay focused, because most times I get involved in too many activities, while searching for sucess
2.Right now, I think I,am just three steps away from having the business of my dream.(1) I think i need more information and guidiance, on my dream business.(2)I need the right tools to to boost my efforts.(3)I also need a good working environment to aid my concentration.
3.If I,am able to get over my constraints, then I will be able to live a stress free life, the way I have always wanted. Then also I will be able to lend a helping hand to others ,in my shoe.
Rich, Thank you so much for all you do. I loved your 24 hour sharing and watched a good portion of it. You even answered one of my questions. Thanks for this opportunity as well.
I loved your recent report and have spent quite a bit of time thinking about what you had to say. I can’t express how eye-opening it is to address our problems from this perspective. It’s honest and I love honest.
In answer to your questions:
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
I am new to this whole SEO business idea, and am just beginning this journey. Right now my biggest constraint is not being able to be focused in a game plan to grow my business. I’ve been very “shot-gun” in my approach. I ordered Stomping the Search Engines, 2 and have been devouring everyone’s material as much as time allows and trying to put it all into practice – but it’s rather overwhelming. A real game plan would help me accomplish my goals.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Well, that’s hard to say as many of the software packages I have been trying have learning curves, things for keyword research, measuring and the like. I guess I keep trying to envision my life once successful and I can’t seem to wrap my mind around what that would be like. Certainly this is a constraint in addition to the shotgun efforts I mentioned above. And then documenting everything I do in the most useful way would be another. So in answer to your question, at least 3.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Peace of mind that I am proceeding down the right path and towards the right goals, for sure. Peace of mind that I’ve documented everything so I can’t forget how I did it and that it’s organized. I’ve felt very disorganized lately scribbling down notes and trying to remember things you guys have been telling me. It’s great, but whew! And of course there is the removal of some financial burden which has been weighing greatly on me and my family. I would love to know that all this effort and investment has been for some purpose and not just another wasted effort.
Thanks again, Rich, for all you do,
Carrie
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it? My single biggest constraint is myself.
I spend to much of my time sharing my knowledge, network and compassion with others.
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams? Like many money always seems to be a constraint that is blocking me from succeeding. Increasing my self-esteem having a positive attitude are constraints to my success.
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
Perhaps buying a home
Having a work / life balance
Spending quality time with my love ones
Dear Rich,
My Answers to Your Questions are the following:
1. Do you know what your single greatest constraint is right now? If so, what is it?
Answer
YES.
That My Country,Nigeria is not accepted by CLICKBANK,MONEYBOOKER AND PAYPAL in the league of nations meant to profit in the massive wealth of Internet Information Marketing, hence I cannot participate in the business ventures “fully” I see everyday on the net.
This is because a few bad eggs with nefarious scam crime activities soiled the Nation’s name but my question for these above named companies is that..
Aren’t there scammers also in America?
It hurts when you have ideas and you hampered by your inability to execute it!
2. How many constraints away are you from having the business and the life of your dreams?
Just One.
If Clickbank and Paypal will accept Nigerians, you can bet my life will change in an instant!
3. What are the three greatest benefits you’ll enjoy once those constraints are removed?
1.First and Most important benefit is my ability to also give back what I have been taught and had experienced.
There is nothing as being able to truly and really add value to people’s lives.
2.I will want to show and tell the World,Clickbank and Paypal that THERE ARE STILL A FEW NIGERIANS THAT ARE HONEST AT HEART AND WILL NEVER DUPE OTHER PEOPLE!
3.And Definitely,To teach my fellow country men how to produce the same results that Rich Schefren had taught me in my business and create a multiplier effect.
