The difference between mediocrity and greatness being the type of questions you ask yourself. The questions you posed will truly set a business up for the fastest and simplest path to success that I can imagine. If these questions can be answered well by the founder, the business would not be able to help but grow. For my own business model, I believe a deep understanding and practice of outstanding customer service will be the cornerstone to the "Why my business" questions. Great stuff... P.S.
