		<description>Hey Bengt:
Brian From Rich's office. I would like to know more about your post. I am not aware of the issue you bring up. Please call me in the office.

However, I thought it would be good to just talk a minute about something that you jogged my thoughts on. It's called "Friction" in a process or sales process. This is something we have been recently getting trained on. I am NOT saying to make the process difficult by any means but there is value and the need for a certain level of "Friction" in the process to help qualify buyers. There are very strategic ways to dial-up friction and how to also offset it with incentives. Its a lot more in depth than this but you definitely don't want to miss the call that Rich and Mike are doing because you will learn more about this process.
Go through the process and get on this call:

		<description>Hi Rich,

To complement Kevin’s post. My transaction didn’t go through at all. The reason – I was already on Mike Filsaime's mailing list (“This email already exists“). So I couldn’t order anything.

I tried 2 times (I am even harder than Kevin, I will only try 2 times - if it doesn’t work then I skip it). The same result.

Of course I am on Mike Filsaime's mailing list as I am on other good marketers lists like yours Rich.

I would say that denying a current customer to buy again is breaking every marketing rule there is or have I misunderstood everything?

Keep up the good work Rich. You tried but apparently Mike doesn’t like customers to come back.

		<description>Hi Rich,

Thanks for all your great information I have to say that there is only a few marketers whose information I take the time to read and you are definitely one of them.

I have purchased Mike's information over the last couple of years and it is good but I still choose to sign up through your link.

Why? Well I would put it down to a real sense of trust even though I know Mike's material it can feel a lot like Mike is all about purely making money. Now I know most of the net gurus are all about creating wealth but there are a few that seem to have something a little extra.

Any way thanks again.

Regards

<description>Kevin, sorry you had such challenges - and i appreciate your frustration. I also appreciate your kind words. If i were you i would notify mike's customer service department so you can get your log in - once you get it, you'll still be able to put your code in. I know that's not you main point... but (this is important) my gift was more than picking up the shipping, it was also a call that mike and i are going to do together where he's going to walk us through the entire campaign and it's results and compare my clients to his average to determnine the impact of my gift on his process. It should be a great call, i know i'm looking forward to it - i am anxious to see the impact and what i can derive from the results.</description>

		<description>Hi Rich,

Gaining attention is only the start. It must be followed by quality thoughout. I am too busy implementing and re-adjusting my business to waste my time.
Your recommendations and support of Mike since I first came in contact with you has been nothing but admorable, you obviously think a great deal of this guy both professionaly and personaly, and as I repsect your opinions and signed up from your last email.

Here's the however!
3 x I tried to sign up - 3 x the site showed transaction failure, (My rule is 3 times is the limit), So what a suprise this morning to find I was sucessful and the credit card had gone through! but can I log in to correct the address layout? or use your discount code? you guessed it!

I am not concerned that the postage tab won't be picked up or that the postman may have difficulty in deciphering the address, but I am concerned with the quality of action from a marketer you have recommended, how does this make me feel?

1. A one off - just ignore it?
2. Don't trust this guy if he can't get the sign up right why should I listen to his advice?
3. Mistrust of your recommendations?

Hey Rich, this is just getting rid of some of my frustration and of course I will still consider your opinion and recommendations.
But my point is life is too short and time too prescious to turn positive customer attention into 'lack of care'.

Thanks for this lesson I shall take on board all of these errors and ensure my customers get full attention from me or my suppliers.
