I like this short favicon it’s a cool way of saying it. So, I sell Highlighting Pens. I’ll go change the name right now to Hi Pen:-)

(Amal, if it is going to work, your favicon must be called favicon.ico and it must be in the root directory, where your home page is stored)

I really appreciate this post. I think having a customized Favicon is a key point to show more professionalism in the website. Not many do it and having a different company’s logo on your site isn’t good. For example, a Joomla created site has the Joomla Favicon by default.

Well, to be honest with you Rich, your favicon doesn’t show up in my browser (Opera 9), though Frann from comment above does.
I created my favicon successfully. Now can anyone tell me how to get it to appear in my address bar? Thanks!
