Rich's current Twitter status:@copyblogger i probably do - if you've got the time give me a call
Hey Guys,
Lots of you have been waiting patiently for this new presentation, and I sincerely appreciate that.
But before I share the video with you, I just want to take a minute to thank you all for your overwhelming support.
The emails that have flooded my inbox over the last week have been heartwarming.
They really mean a lot to me… especially since we had some challenges last week.
In any case, my long awaited presentation “Startup To Freedom” is now available online. You can get access to it here:
http://www.strategicprofits.com/startuptofreedom
This presentation reflects my latest, cutting edge work, and it’s my clearest articulation of the process I use to build million dollar companies in a short period of time.
I know it may be difficult for you to believe that you could build a million (or multi-million dollar) company, but know this… it is very possible if you work hard AND if you have a good strategy.
Of course, it’s not easy.
In fact, it is one of the most difficult things you can do. But it is possible with the right knowledge and the right mindset.
So with that said, I invite you to head over to watch my latest video. In it, I outline the process I go through when building companies. I’ve tested and used this process myself and with clients, and I know it works, and works well.
Of course, it’s not a magic pill or silver bullet for the people who are simply wishing and dreaming that money will suddenly “manifest” into their lives.
To put it bluntly, these are not the people who I want to work with. I’m looking for people who are dedicated to building a company that can give them freedom and prosperity beyond their wildest dreams. But in order to do so, work is involved.
There is no magic formula. But there are methods, strategies and tactics that have proven to work in the past.
By understanding these strategies, you can increase your chance of success dramatically. And that’s why my latest video is all about.
Check it out here:

To Higher Profits,
Rich Schefren
P.S. After you watch the video, please let me know how
you’ll be implementing these ideas in your business.
You can do this by posting your thoughts right here.
Rich,
Just watched your video. Great stuff mate.
It’s amazing that no one else is teaching this stuff. You really give a phenomenal overview of how to grow an online business. It seems like everyone else is just teaching a small piece. They obviously don’t see the whole picture.
Hutch from Down Under
Damn! Slow buffering time…
For god’s sake… upload it to Youtube or something… better yet, allow us to view from Windows Media Player
Fantastic! Thanks Rich… Off to watch the second part…
Hey Rich,
Slow buffering time (like Andy)
No idea why…
Dude, I’m having trouble loading the video. Your server is probably getting hammered or something. I agree with Andy, upload it to youTube!
SurfMonkey
Rich,
Thanks for the video. I’m going to take a second look at my offer.
And where can I go to learn more about your coaching? I don’t see any links to learn more… Hmmmmmmm Hope I didn’t miss it.
Jennifer
awesome. wish the video wasn’t so blurry. but still worth the time.
I’m not having too much trouble with buffering,
you guys had me worried!
Great content as always Rich, I can’t wait to finish the video!
-Eric
Hi,
We’ve just been glued to our computer ……. WOW and WOW again !
Such amazing in depth stuff and it really crystalised just how much work lay ahead of us.
We normally just watch and listen and then move on to the next “info video” ….
we took FOUR pages of notes with this one and it has give us such a great insight into what we need to cover to be successful.
We could relate 100% to a LOT of the earlier stuff and in an overview sense see what we need to rethink … we were lost in a quagmire of generalised information overload and stagnating.
Well done and many thanks for putting this information out.
Best wishes from,
Gary & Val
Outstanding. Rich, you are correct. This is your clearest and best work so far. What you have taught me so far is excellent and has been life changing, but this clearly outlines and clarifies (Clarity being power) a strategic direction to take. This helps shut off the noise and measure all the noise with: “Will this contribute to momentum?”. It may be good stuff, but does it help me or distract me? Period. It is a perfect metric to measure my focus.
Good one.
-Paul
I have been self employed (not an entrepreneur) for many years. Thank you for giving me the toos to make the transition into being a true entrepreneur
DaJuan
Thanks Rich,
Buffering time it makes it really anoying to follow, can you give us a donwloadable file?
thanks anyway, great stuff as usual
MK
excellent free information I’ve ever seen.
Was able to view your INTRO video.
The full presentation: The page loads, but there’s no video viewer, audio
is coming through just fine
Thanks Rich,
This video may just have moved me from startup to momentum. I have been trying to take my offline expertise online for longer than I care to say. You have given me so much material to do that.
You have also proven to me what others have accused me of as being polyanna or overly optimistic is my ability to see the light at the end of the tunnel and embrace the uncertainty that will take me to success, and if it doesn’t, to dig another tunnel.
For being on the leading edge your video is behind the times. Loads WAY TO SLOW and thus makes it hard to follow. I’m sure the content is great, after seeing the stuff you ahve put out, but you really need a better way to show video. This isn’t even close as to what I would think would come from you.
Looking for a downloadable version or something on YouTube.
Hi Rich,
You are positively brilliant. I have close to 60 years successful experience in my own businesses. I have never heard anyone with as clear a view of how to succeed.
Please keep me on your mailing list, I’m retired now for the second time, I’m considering starting again but with the internet this time.
All the best,
Alfred
Rich, you’re the man. I love you stuff! Just one bit of information is worth it’s weight in gold. My goal = MOMENTUM.
Cheers,
DAN
I’m having trouble loading the video, just audio is ok. No picture. First 30 minutes was ok but this hour and half not.I have a cable and was able to see your older videos. What happend?
Hi Rich,
Great job! I can’t wait to see your next video. You have really put building a profitable business model into place for on and off-line business.
I am going to implement your valuable information by focusing on growth momentum with the first emphasis being myself, business and cash flow.
Keep up the great work!
Mark
I can read the text on the video. Anyone have any ideas on how I can make the video full screen?
I just wanted to dropyou a note to thank you for the great information on both videos. I’m sure that I will be going thru them both several times. You made many things much clearer to me, some of them are issues that I have been struggling with for over three years. The second presentation was especially informative even through the video was working, I was able to listen and learn from the audio which was working fine. Again, many thanks.
Bill
Oops… the previous message was supposed to read…
I can’t read the text on the video. Anyone have any ideas on how I can make the video full screen?
I can see the video fine and it is great stuff. Good ballance between quality and size. Koodos to the team. For all the complainers that you have a buffering problem it must be your system bnecause most of the people can see it fine.
What complainers. Is that the only thing you pleople can coment on, “Picture is fuzzy”? Give me a break. Rich, This is just steelar. I really appreciate your efforts to put out great content and for free. I have some problems with a few things you say here but I really got allot out of the whole overall video. Looking forward to the next one.
Just opened no comments yet.
Rich,
GREAT Info.
I am excited about the next video.
Brilliant Rich. So glad to be in your coaching program. Startup is so crazy….can’t wait for some BIG MO !
Hey Rich,
Is the second (full length) video ready yet? I opted in and have not
received the link to the full full video?
Killer stuff, can’t wait to see the full vid.
Cory
Hi Rich … thank you! Just what I needed today - as it helped frame my thoughts. And because of your sharing I gained several new insights for use with my clients … that was a bonus! Appreciate your work - keep sharing!!!
Steve
Hi Rich,
My business is in a transition stage where I’ve got momentum and I am hiring new employees and outsourcing specific tasks. Looking forward to see the next parts of the video and act on them.
Octavio
Rich,
I came, I saw, I concurred.
What a treasure trove of actionable information you provide.
Thanks for your willingness to share your business expertise with all your raving fans.
I am one.
-Jack
Thanks for this valuable gift, Rich. Hoping to gain momentum in time for your next release!
Hi Rich,
Most profound stuff … Momentum … build the snowball first … so cool!!!
And Joint Ventures will be the path for me too!!!
Thanks so much for the magic … no more a tragic …
I can now see the light at the end of the ecommerce tunnel for myself, and it’s so clear and bright NOW …
You certainly have the right name … RICH, just like Bill Gates - Bill for the dollar bill and billionaire and Gates for the transistor gates which his software opens and shuts to make our world run!!!
Valerie J. Elly
Thank you for sharing your gifts. After feeling lost and confused for the past few months (stuck at the start-up stage) I now feel focused and motivated to continue. A Big Reiki Hug and Smiles to you - thanks for creating this great video.
Blessings,
Bev
Whoa,
What a breakthrough! Great job… Made me realized
a lot of things now….

Hi..to Ken…it’s not complaining that we can’t see or hear the video. It’s the truth. Why would you want to diss someone because they can’t access the video. I am not sure if I would want to be involved with a business that feels that way.
To Rich,
From the other comments it seems that you are giving away some great info. I just wish I had the opportunity to see it and then maybe implement those strategies. Please, could you send it to YouTube? I never have trouble with their stuff. Thank you for doing all that you are doing.
Doug
Hi Rich,
That was most inspiring, an information packed video, very helpful hints. I was searching for help from all over the place for the past 6 months. Now I have found a mentor in you. You are an honest man, Rich. Thanks so much. By the way, I have not received the e-mail and link to the continuation video.
Amelia
Content: Excellent - solid “how to start a business” info that all entrepreneurs should learn (or already know).
Presentation: Good - I wish Rich did not have his cue cards / teleprompter to the side as it made him look shifty / untrustworthy at times.
Technology: So, so. I also vote for YouTube as the delivery medium - and somebody doing quality control before releasing the video to catch any bugs (sorry, I used to be in the movie biz - now retired).
Not Rich’s best presentation but good information and worth the time to watch.
You folks with buffering problems…the first tool you should invest in is broadband.
Great info Rich. Another affirmation I’m headed in the right direction. I’m looking forward to a joint venture offer in the near future.
God Bless,
Tom
P.S. Don’t waste your time by going to my website. It really won’t give you a clear picture of what I’m planning.
Dear Rich,
Great video except it stoped about 1/3 of the way through. I’ll try another time.
thanks
John B.
This will not run on a 386kbs system…it will not load except when it is playing…then it stops every few seconds…HELP !!!
Hey Rich
It’s always a pleasure to hear you speak and the best part about it, it never gets old.
We live in a NOW society - no one wants to work for anything. Everyone wants to take the short cut. Well, you know something? There isn’t a short cut for everything - especially in business.
Anyone who has chases the newest money making ventures can tell you that - well they can if they are honest.
Sit down and map it out - Then stick to your plan
Thanks again - keep teaching - we need more like you!
Hello Rich, I found your first video very informative and you present alot of good points. I can’t wait to view your second video. And by the way…I didn’t have any problems viewing your video but the only thing that I would ask is that you increase the volume. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
Rich,
Your presentation was clear, coherent and very well may have been the best statement on how small time operators can become big time players. Should be taught in entreprenuerial programs at the university level. Thanks. Looking forward to the next step.
As a newbie I found this to be very informative great job. I look forward to many more videos from you. One thing for sure it really does shows that you know what your doing. Many many thanks.
Frank
Thought buffering time was slow also, But I liked the information and would also like to know how to get coaching from you. Thanks Rich
As always…YOU deliver real MEAT!
I’m going to RECORD the audio as an MP3 for my iPod…just like I did with the others.
I am HONORED to be a part of your coaching program.
First target - over the top MOMENTUM.
Great reminders Rich. Most of us spend too much time working inside our business rather than working on it. Recognizing when to change is a big problem - so are fighting fires and procrastination. Good work!
Doug. It’s real simple. Eveyone I talked to could view it fine and the one person that could not was on a 5 year old system on a dialup account. That’s the truth and the reality. My point was Rich’s video was all about the great information. The guy just put out to us some very good information that most people charge lots of money for. The guy cares and wants to do good by his group. that is what is obvious to me and thats what I an comending.
What I liked about Rich’s approach is that it says everything important but leaves out the usual roadmap approach which defeats the realities of any marketing.
As usual Rich, great information…can’t wait to get the link for the rest.
No buffering problems for me, played smoothly all the way through. Great work!
Thanks so much for the time to show us how to obtain clarity of direction when there seems to be none at times. I have even noticed, while watching your presentation, that I had made a list of projects to work on and how many of them have moved forward (in leaps and bounds) in only a week!! But most of all, thanks for sharing, when money is extremely tight, knowing where to focus is crutial!
Kathleen
Thanks Rich for great videos. Can you kindly upload the videos to google video. Like to download them using Google Player. Youtube limit is 100MB per video??? No limit on Google.
P.S. Great Flash Player. Mind telling us who’s the vendor.
Freaking breath taking. We’re sure there must be someone better at what you do, but they haven’t given us anything. You have shared a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge.
Kudos and thanks a million. We’re dead on track and will be going for your coaching very very shortly… if we can get in that is.
Larry and Dominic
Wow, You really paint a realistic picture of what is needed to be self employed.
I now realize i am not the enpru. type.
i reflect upon a friend who is retired, and she walks all the talk on your video.
Thanks
Great information. I just had to listen twice and took notes the second time around just to make sure I didn’t miss anything. As for the quality, well no it’s not the best, but I could read all the slides just fine, so I don’t see what the fuss was about.
Just got done with your Intro video. You breathe new life into the voice of the play-by-play announcer for the hometown hockey team when he says (with great volume and passion)…
“Schefren shoots… and he scoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooores!”
Sure wish you were wearing a French Maid’s outfit or had some farm animals doing unmentionable things in your living room, so I could pitch a fit about your video’s production quality. You might want to edit that in, though, before you put your work up on YouTube. You know, when in Rome, do as the Romans do…
By the way, Rich… Do you have a forum where we, the newbies, can mingle?
The comment signed by Gary & Val was, but again, a subtle reminder of how much I wish I had a full-time collaborator.
I can relate to Connie’s remarks, too. Images come to mind of gifts we, the soon-to-be success stories, could send our nay-sayers… “Pictures in Contrast” … Us, and our yachts; them, and their cow chips … or something like that.
Not to get ahead of myself, though, because I truly appreciate your remarks about “hard work.” Fortunately, I’ve got no problem with that.
Thank you for over-delivering, Rich. I sure hope your content remains permanently available, because some small segment of those 96% of business owners slated to go the way of the dodo sometime in the next ten years will surely thank me for introducing you to them.
Your thinking is all very simple, and that’s what makes it brilliant.
Thanks Rich! Excellent applicational information.
But.. video too much beffering..not clear..not as cutting edge as your strategic million-dollar worth info!
Nonetheless..superb info! Thanks !
Hi Rich,
Would really love to see your video but painfully slow buffering makes it impossible. Evidently I’m not the only one having difficulty. How about configuring for Quicktime, Real Player or Windows Media Player?
Very powerful! You really practice what you preach around giving value.
Thank you.
Outstanding! This has given me a lot to think about, especially when it comes to my entrepreneurial strengths and weaknesses.
1st video - Excelllent 2nd video was going excellently until it dropped during the RAND CORP Powerpoint. I wish I could see th rest without having to staft all over. Thanks for trying anyway. 2-22-2007 10:35pm (CST)
Rich,
Have been trying to watch your video, but it gets to the point of “connecting..” and then, when you ‘click to activate this control’, it doesn’t connect:nothing happens. Flashplayer is up-to-date, managed to watch the live-streaming video on Feb 10th, but this video (which is supposed to be the real stuff) won’t play. Any ideas? Maybe the Windows Media Player as suggested above?
Thanks…
Guys, I think their server’s getting hammered, look how many
comments have come in in just the past couple of hours!
I’m going to try to watch it in the morning, the first half worked
great earlier today before everyone got home from work.
See you in the morning?
Rich: I’m one of the people who disconnected from your program. Not that I wanted to (things just weren’t happening quickly enough for me to continue to afford the payments - my fault, not your’s) I certainly haven’t disconnected from your message or materials, however!
You are a true master and expert and I plan to pattern myself and my business after you and your’s.
Thank you so much for sharing and being so willing to give your information away. I know I will be a customer again - soon! I know this because I know when I apply what I’ve learned, I will have the income to allow me to rejoin.
Thanks so much! Ruby
Rich, I really appreciate you sharing your vast knowledge and experience. I agree with some of the other comments about giving us a choice in the video replay format.
)
I would like to use Windows Media Player so I can get the image in a bigger view so I can read your charts. ( I guess I’m going a little blind from looking at the display on my computer so much.
Again, thanks a bunch.
Ray
Rich, you are right on the money with this information. I have owned multiple businesses, both traditional and nontraditional, and the common problem with the ones that never reached success was that they never hit true momentum. They also seemed to require more of my time. But now I think that I am realizing that I created that situation by wearing way too many hats in the beginning.
On the other hand, the ones that hit momentum in the very early stages became self sustaining very quickly and did not require ME as much. I never could put my finger on all of the reasons that made these different than the others since they all started with me, but your video completely explains it.
This couldn’t have come at a better time as I am launching a new business right now and have already started doing some things that are not conducive to creating momentum.
Thanks for being a great teacher and for sharing your knowledge with the world.
Tim
Thank you for your thought provoking insightful information.
I have listened to the advice of many “Internet Guru’s” and have gleaned something of value from most of them.
But your message and approach has without a doubt stuck a chord that I can hear more clearly and concisely than the rest.
Sorting out the wheat from the chaff can be extremely difficult and time consuming. I am delighted that I have discovered a source of advice that demystifies the learning curve to marketing on the internet.
I will be delighted to receive all of the advice you have to offer.
Kind Regards Charlie
The buffering on this video is horrible. Normally I would pause the video so the whole thing can download and then watch it without it stopping and starting. Please use Google Video or Youtube because I couldn’t continue watching after 5 mins.
