Hey Guys,
Lots of you have been waiting patiently for this new presentation, and I sincerely appreciate that.
But before I share the video with you, I just want to take a minute to thank you all for your overwhelming support.
The emails that have flooded my inbox over the last week have been heartwarming.
They really mean a lot to me… especially since we had some challenges last week.
In any case, my long awaited presentation “Startup To Freedom” is now available online. You can get access to it here:
http://www.strategicprofits.com/startuptofreedom
This presentation reflects my latest, cutting edge work, and it’s my clearest articulation of the process I use to build million dollar companies in a short period of time.
I know it may be difficult for you to believe that you could build a million (or multi-million dollar) company, but know this… it is very possible if you work hard AND if you have a good strategy.
Of course, it’s not easy.
In fact, it is one of the most difficult things you can do. But it is possible with the right knowledge and the right mindset.
So with that said, I invite you to head over to watch my latest video. In it, I outline the process I go through when building companies. I’ve tested and used this process myself and with clients, and I know it works, and works well.
Of course, it’s not a magic pill or silver bullet for the people who are simply wishing and dreaming that money will suddenly “manifest” into their lives.
To put it bluntly, these are not the people who I want to work with. I’m looking for people who are dedicated to building a company that can give them freedom and prosperity beyond their wildest dreams. But in order to do so, work is involved.
There is no magic formula. But there are methods, strategies and tactics that have proven to work in the past.
By understanding these strategies, you can increase your chance of success dramatically. And that’s why my latest video is all about.
Check it out here:
http://www.strategicprofits.com/startuptofreedom
To Higher Profits,
Rich Schefren
P.S. After you watch the video, please let me know how
you’ll be implementing these ideas in your business.
You can do this by posting your thoughts right here.

Rich,
Just watched your video. Great stuff mate.
It’s amazing that no one else is teaching this stuff. You really give a phenomenal overview of how to grow an online business. It seems like everyone else is just teaching a small piece. They obviously don’t see the whole picture.
Hutch from Down Under
Damn! Slow buffering time…
For god’s sake… upload it to Youtube or something… better yet, allow us to view from Windows Media Player
Fantastic! Thanks Rich… Off to watch the second part…
Hey Rich,
Slow buffering time (like Andy)
No idea why…
Dude, I’m having trouble loading the video. Your server is probably getting hammered or something. I agree with Andy, upload it to youTube!
SurfMonkey
Rich,
Thanks for the video. I’m going to take a second look at my offer.
And where can I go to learn more about your coaching? I don’t see any links to learn more… Hmmmmmmm Hope I didn’t miss it.
Jennifer
awesome. wish the video wasn’t so blurry. but still worth the time.
I’m not having too much trouble with buffering,
you guys had me worried!
Great content as always Rich, I can’t wait to finish the video!
-Eric
Hi,
We’ve just been glued to our computer ……. WOW and WOW again ! :-)
Such amazing in depth stuff and it really crystalised just how much work lay ahead of us.
We normally just watch and listen and then move on to the next “info video” ….
we took FOUR pages of notes with this one and it has give us such a great insight into what we need to cover to be successful.
We could relate 100% to a LOT of the earlier stuff and in an overview sense see what we need to rethink … we were lost in a quagmire of generalised information overload and stagnating.
Well done and many thanks for putting this information out.
Best wishes from,
Gary & Val
Outstanding. Rich, you are correct. This is your clearest and best work so far. What you have taught me so far is excellent and has been life changing, but this clearly outlines and clarifies (Clarity being power) a strategic direction to take. This helps shut off the noise and measure all the noise with: “Will this contribute to momentum?”. It may be good stuff, but does it help me or distract me? Period. It is a perfect metric to measure my focus.
Good one.
-Paul
I have been self employed (not an entrepreneur) for many years. Thank you for giving me the toos to make the transition into being a true entrepreneur
DaJuan
Thanks Rich,
Buffering time it makes it really anoying to follow, can you give us a donwloadable file?
thanks anyway, great stuff as usual
MK
excellent free information I’ve ever seen.
Was able to view your INTRO video.
The full presentation: The page loads, but there’s no video viewer, audio
is coming through just fine
Thanks Rich,
This video may just have moved me from startup to momentum. I have been trying to take my offline expertise online for longer than I care to say. You have given me so much material to do that.
You have also proven to me what others have accused me of as being polyanna or overly optimistic is my ability to see the light at the end of the tunnel and embrace the uncertainty that will take me to success, and if it doesn’t, to dig another tunnel.
For being on the leading edge your video is behind the times. Loads WAY TO SLOW and thus makes it hard to follow. I’m sure the content is great, after seeing the stuff you ahve put out, but you really need a better way to show video. This isn’t even close as to what I would think would come from you.
Looking for a downloadable version or something on YouTube.
Hi Rich,
You are positively brilliant. I have close to 60 years successful experience in my own businesses. I have never heard anyone with as clear a view of how to succeed.
Please keep me on your mailing list, I’m retired now for the second time, I’m considering starting again but with the internet this time.
All the best,
Alfred
Rich, you’re the man. I love you stuff! Just one bit of information is worth it’s weight in gold. My goal = MOMENTUM.
Cheers,
DAN ;-)
I’m having trouble loading the video, just audio is ok. No picture. First 30 minutes was ok but this hour and half not.I have a cable and was able to see your older videos. What happend?
Hi Rich,
Great job! I can’t wait to see your next video. You have really put building a profitable business model into place for on and off-line business.
I am going to implement your valuable information by focusing on growth momentum with the first emphasis being myself, business and cash flow.
Keep up the great work!
Mark
I can read the text on the video. Anyone have any ideas on how I can make the video full screen?
I just wanted to dropyou a note to thank you for the great information on both videos. I’m sure that I will be going thru them both several times. You made many things much clearer to me, some of them are issues that I have been struggling with for over three years. The second presentation was especially informative even through the video was working, I was able to listen and learn from the audio which was working fine. Again, many thanks.
Bill
Oops… the previous message was supposed to read…
I can’t read the text on the video. Anyone have any ideas on how I can make the video full screen?
I can see the video fine and it is great stuff. Good ballance between quality and size. Koodos to the team. For all the complainers that you have a buffering problem it must be your system bnecause most of the people can see it fine.
What complainers. Is that the only thing you pleople can coment on, “Picture is fuzzy”? Give me a break. Rich, This is just steelar. I really appreciate your efforts to put out great content and for free. I have some problems with a few things you say here but I really got allot out of the whole overall video. Looking forward to the next one.
Just opened no comments yet.
Rich,
GREAT Info.
I am excited about the next video.
Brilliant Rich. So glad to be in your coaching program. Startup is so crazy….can’t wait for some BIG MO !
Hey Rich,
Is the second (full length) video ready yet? I opted in and have not
received the link to the full full video?
Killer stuff, can’t wait to see the full vid.
Cory
Hi Rich … thank you! Just what I needed today – as it helped frame my thoughts. And because of your sharing I gained several new insights for use with my clients … that was a bonus! Appreciate your work – keep sharing!!!
Steve
Hi Rich,
My business is in a transition stage where I’ve got momentum and I am hiring new employees and outsourcing specific tasks. Looking forward to see the next parts of the video and act on them.
Octavio
Rich,
I came, I saw, I concurred.
What a treasure trove of actionable information you provide.
Thanks for your willingness to share your business expertise with all your raving fans.
I am one.
-Jack
Thanks for this valuable gift, Rich. Hoping to gain momentum in time for your next release!
Hi Rich,
Most profound stuff … Momentum … build the snowball first … so cool!!!
And Joint Ventures will be the path for me too!!!
Thanks so much for the magic … no more a tragic …
I can now see the light at the end of the ecommerce tunnel for myself, and it’s so clear and bright NOW …
You certainly have the right name … RICH, just like Bill Gates – Bill for the dollar bill and billionaire and Gates for the transistor gates which his software opens and shuts to make our world run!!!
Valerie J. Elly
Thank you for sharing your gifts. After feeling lost and confused for the past few months (stuck at the start-up stage) I now feel focused and motivated to continue. A Big Reiki Hug and Smiles to you – thanks for creating this great video.
Blessings,
Bev
Whoa,
What a breakthrough! Great job… Made me realized
a lot of things now….

Hi..to Ken…it’s not complaining that we can’t see or hear the video. It’s the truth. Why would you want to diss someone because they can’t access the video. I am not sure if I would want to be involved with a business that feels that way.
To Rich,
From the other comments it seems that you are giving away some great info. I just wish I had the opportunity to see it and then maybe implement those strategies. Please, could you send it to YouTube? I never have trouble with their stuff. Thank you for doing all that you are doing.
Doug
Hi Rich,
That was most inspiring, an information packed video, very helpful hints. I was searching for help from all over the place for the past 6 months. Now I have found a mentor in you. You are an honest man, Rich. Thanks so much. By the way, I have not received the e-mail and link to the continuation video.
Amelia
Content: Excellent – solid “how to start a business” info that all entrepreneurs should learn (or already know).
Presentation: Good – I wish Rich did not have his cue cards / teleprompter to the side as it made him look shifty / untrustworthy at times.
Technology: So, so. I also vote for YouTube as the delivery medium – and somebody doing quality control before releasing the video to catch any bugs (sorry, I used to be in the movie biz – now retired).
Not Rich’s best presentation but good information and worth the time to watch.
You folks with buffering problems…the first tool you should invest in is broadband.
Great info Rich. Another affirmation I’m headed in the right direction. I’m looking forward to a joint venture offer in the near future.
God Bless,
Tom
P.S. Don’t waste your time by going to my website. It really won’t give you a clear picture of what I’m planning.
Dear Rich,
Great video except it stoped about 1/3 of the way through. I’ll try another time.
thanks
John B.
This will not run on a 386kbs system…it will not load except when it is playing…then it stops every few seconds…HELP !!!
Hey Rich
It’s always a pleasure to hear you speak and the best part about it, it never gets old.
We live in a NOW society – no one wants to work for anything. Everyone wants to take the short cut. Well, you know something? There isn’t a short cut for everything – especially in business.
Anyone who has chases the newest money making ventures can tell you that – well they can if they are honest.
Sit down and map it out – Then stick to your plan
Thanks again – keep teaching – we need more like you!
Hello Rich, I found your first video very informative and you present alot of good points. I can’t wait to view your second video. And by the way…I didn’t have any problems viewing your video but the only thing that I would ask is that you increase the volume. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
Rich,
Your presentation was clear, coherent and very well may have been the best statement on how small time operators can become big time players. Should be taught in entreprenuerial programs at the university level. Thanks. Looking forward to the next step.
As a newbie I found this to be very informative great job. I look forward to many more videos from you. One thing for sure it really does shows that you know what your doing. Many many thanks.
Frank
Thought buffering time was slow also, But I liked the information and would also like to know how to get coaching from you. Thanks Rich
As always…YOU deliver real MEAT!
I’m going to RECORD the audio as an MP3 for my iPod…just like I did with the others.
I am HONORED to be a part of your coaching program.
First target – over the top MOMENTUM.
Great reminders Rich. Most of us spend too much time working inside our business rather than working on it. Recognizing when to change is a big problem – so are fighting fires and procrastination. Good work!
Doug. It’s real simple. Eveyone I talked to could view it fine and the one person that could not was on a 5 year old system on a dialup account. That’s the truth and the reality. My point was Rich’s video was all about the great information. The guy just put out to us some very good information that most people charge lots of money for. The guy cares and wants to do good by his group. that is what is obvious to me and thats what I an comending.
What I liked about Rich’s approach is that it says everything important but leaves out the usual roadmap approach which defeats the realities of any marketing.
As usual Rich, great information…can’t wait to get the link for the rest.
No buffering problems for me, played smoothly all the way through. Great work!
Thanks so much for the time to show us how to obtain clarity of direction when there seems to be none at times. I have even noticed, while watching your presentation, that I had made a list of projects to work on and how many of them have moved forward (in leaps and bounds) in only a week!! But most of all, thanks for sharing, when money is extremely tight, knowing where to focus is crutial!
Kathleen
Thanks Rich for great videos. Can you kindly upload the videos to google video. Like to download them using Google Player. Youtube limit is 100MB per video??? No limit on Google.
P.S. Great Flash Player. Mind telling us who’s the vendor.
Freaking breath taking. We’re sure there must be someone better at what you do, but they haven’t given us anything. You have shared a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge.
Kudos and thanks a million. We’re dead on track and will be going for your coaching very very shortly… if we can get in that is.
Larry and Dominic
Wow, You really paint a realistic picture of what is needed to be self employed.
I now realize i am not the enpru. type.
i reflect upon a friend who is retired, and she walks all the talk on your video.
Thanks
Great information. I just had to listen twice and took notes the second time around just to make sure I didn’t miss anything. As for the quality, well no it’s not the best, but I could read all the slides just fine, so I don’t see what the fuss was about.
Just got done with your Intro video. You breathe new life into the voice of the play-by-play announcer for the hometown hockey team when he says (with great volume and passion)…
“Schefren shoots… and he scoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooores!”
Sure wish you were wearing a French Maid’s outfit or had some farm animals doing unmentionable things in your living room, so I could pitch a fit about your video’s production quality. You might want to edit that in, though, before you put your work up on YouTube. You know, when in Rome, do as the Romans do…
By the way, Rich… Do you have a forum where we, the newbies, can mingle?
The comment signed by Gary & Val was, but again, a subtle reminder of how much I wish I had a full-time collaborator.
I can relate to Connie’s remarks, too. Images come to mind of gifts we, the soon-to-be success stories, could send our nay-sayers… “Pictures in Contrast” … Us, and our yachts; them, and their cow chips … or something like that.
Not to get ahead of myself, though, because I truly appreciate your remarks about “hard work.” Fortunately, I’ve got no problem with that.
Thank you for over-delivering, Rich. I sure hope your content remains permanently available, because some small segment of those 96% of business owners slated to go the way of the dodo sometime in the next ten years will surely thank me for introducing you to them.
Your thinking is all very simple, and that’s what makes it brilliant.
Thanks Rich! Excellent applicational information.
But.. video too much beffering..not clear..not as cutting edge as your strategic million-dollar worth info!
Nonetheless..superb info! Thanks !
Hi Rich,
Would really love to see your video but painfully slow buffering makes it impossible. Evidently I’m not the only one having difficulty. How about configuring for Quicktime, Real Player or Windows Media Player?
Very powerful! You really practice what you preach around giving value.
Thank you.
Outstanding! This has given me a lot to think about, especially when it comes to my entrepreneurial strengths and weaknesses.
1st video – Excelllent 2nd video was going excellently until it dropped during the RAND CORP Powerpoint. I wish I could see th rest without having to staft all over. Thanks for trying anyway. 2-22-2007 10:35pm (CST)
Rich,
Have been trying to watch your video, but it gets to the point of “connecting..” and then, when you ‘click to activate this control’, it doesn’t connect:nothing happens. Flashplayer is up-to-date, managed to watch the live-streaming video on Feb 10th, but this video (which is supposed to be the real stuff) won’t play. Any ideas? Maybe the Windows Media Player as suggested above?
Thanks…
Guys, I think their server’s getting hammered, look how many
comments have come in in just the past couple of hours!
I’m going to try to watch it in the morning, the first half worked
great earlier today before everyone got home from work.
See you in the morning?
Rich: I’m one of the people who disconnected from your program. Not that I wanted to (things just weren’t happening quickly enough for me to continue to afford the payments – my fault, not your’s) I certainly haven’t disconnected from your message or materials, however!
You are a true master and expert and I plan to pattern myself and my business after you and your’s.
Thank you so much for sharing and being so willing to give your information away. I know I will be a customer again – soon! I know this because I know when I apply what I’ve learned, I will have the income to allow me to rejoin.
Thanks so much! Ruby
Rich, I really appreciate you sharing your vast knowledge and experience. I agree with some of the other comments about giving us a choice in the video replay format.
I would like to use Windows Media Player so I can get the image in a bigger view so I can read your charts. ( I guess I’m going a little blind from looking at the display on my computer so much. ;-) )
Again, thanks a bunch.
Ray
Rich, you are right on the money with this information. I have owned multiple businesses, both traditional and nontraditional, and the common problem with the ones that never reached success was that they never hit true momentum. They also seemed to require more of my time. But now I think that I am realizing that I created that situation by wearing way too many hats in the beginning.
On the other hand, the ones that hit momentum in the very early stages became self sustaining very quickly and did not require ME as much. I never could put my finger on all of the reasons that made these different than the others since they all started with me, but your video completely explains it.
This couldn’t have come at a better time as I am launching a new business right now and have already started doing some things that are not conducive to creating momentum.
Thanks for being a great teacher and for sharing your knowledge with the world.
Tim
Thank you for your thought provoking insightful information.
I have listened to the advice of many “Internet Guru’s” and have gleaned something of value from most of them.
But your message and approach has without a doubt stuck a chord that I can hear more clearly and concisely than the rest.
Sorting out the wheat from the chaff can be extremely difficult and time consuming. I am delighted that I have discovered a source of advice that demystifies the learning curve to marketing on the internet.
I will be delighted to receive all of the advice you have to offer.
Kind Regards Charlie
The buffering on this video is horrible. Normally I would pause the video so the whole thing can download and then watch it without it stopping and starting. Please use Google Video or Youtube because I couldn’t continue watching after 5 mins.
The Momentum video was great stuff! Thanks!
the power points were blur … and can’t be seen esp. those with red wordings. what about given us the powerpoint slides download as well?
Rich,
Thanks for all your hard work to bring this to us! I do appreciate it; but, as others have pointed out, the video quality and buffering is terrible. The quality of the video is terrible as well and blurry. I agree with the other comment above, that it would be much better if we could view it in a viewer that could be resized and then perhaps we could actually read what you were putting on that little screen.
Anyway, hope you don’t mind my pointing these things out to you, as it should help your business in the future. I hope you would do the same for me ANYTIME. One other point would be that the colors that SOMEONE chose to use for this message box is terrible and very hard to read.
Rich, again ‘Thank You’ and I do appreciate all your hard work!!! I know we will work together in the future and I do look forward to it.
Sincerely,
Edward
great info but….you have to make it a downloadable file. some people are at work and cant watch it right now & others have slow 56k connection speeds, thus it plays horrible slow…
Congrats Rich- you just became my #1 Internet Marketing Coach :-)
-Jonathan
Rich
Really appreciate the video. You’ve connected the dots for me. My fledgling online venture seems more likely to get off the ground with the valuable information you presented.
I see myself sending you a detailed testimony of how you’ve helped me in 6 months time.
Regards
Laurence
I just finished watching the videos, both the short and the long. Now I must admit I have a sever case of writers cramp. These videos when so jam packed with great information, it is incredible that you did this all for free. I had to keep hitting the pause button to read and copy the slides because they were sometimes hard to read, but it was really worth the extra time. I really can’t say that the video was perfect, but the content was way beyond anything I could have dream I could get for free.
I am very interested in your information on systems as I am just starting out and this is an area that I started putting into place for myself so that I can keep me on track. Sure can get bogged down in all the email I get and am just starting to find a system to limit the mail I do read each day based on how much I will profit from that particular mailing. So your mentioning of systems for all parts of my business seemed very timely. Thank you so much for all the information and now starting first thing tomorrow I will be putting into action the things I learned the last several hours.
To your Marketing Success,
Karyl Lammers
Fantastic! I don’t remember how I ran across your material, but I thoroughy enjoyed the presentation. And it was all free! No one else is doing this; if there’s a video, by someone else, it contains a little information, but mostly promotes a product they want to sell. Thank you.
Hi Rich and thanks for these great business lessons. I felt like I was missing something when I missed your last streaming presentation. I really wanted to see it, so this it was a big disappointment when It just would not play for me (I know many others reported the same problem). I accepted the fact that some people are going to get the playback and some are not.
I was able to see the first video from this new series and I am excited about getting to the next full length part right after I participate here. I just wanted to add that not everyone wants to grow their business to the huge size you mention. So it is understood that these plans are just as essential and work just as effectively for a smaller scaled business.
***PS. Rich, can we buy this video series from you to watch again?
Once again Rich,…thanks for this valuable gift and please dont stop sharing.

Hi Rich, I’m a bit reluctant to say anything as it seems a few want to jump down throats but I have broadband and a very new computer and can not see anything.
I am thinking of just listening to it but then you may end up trying another format which will just prompt me to try and watch it again anyway, so I will wait to see what transpires
Best
Dean
Hi Rich
This is the content I was hoping for last Saturday. Great stuff, cannot stay for a longer comment on how good it was as I have to start implementing it!
Thanks,
Volker
Very interesting video – loooking forward to Part 2. Thanks.
I’m glad Rich put this video together, because the live presentation was disappointing. I was relieved but concerned when I read that Rich had been overworking himself prior to the live presentation.
Rich, plz read the following if you are interested in some well-meaning, but unsolicited advice: Please remember to SLEEP. Sleep is good for you, it regenerates your body, mind, and soul. Even helping others can be an addiction, if it starts harming you.
My goal is to create 10 businesses each bringing in a minimum of $100/day. I’m just starting to get a trickle of sales at http://www.music-composition-studio.com/
I’m in the middle of the “insane” model Rich is describing. I have several business ideas that I feel can have a transformative effect on our global business, ecological, and cultural landscape, yet the proper teams and alignments need to come into place. For me to get to my more “important” businesses ideas, I know I need to be successful in my simpler, more direct online businesses (like the music composition site).
I have the will, the skills, and the tenacity. My site is already building momentum, and I’m looking forward to part II of the video.
Good luck to everyone here!
Best,
Dainis
Hi Rich.
I’ve seen previous videos of yours and been very impressed. But this appears to REAL concentrated ‘tuition’ that the likes of me really need.
I do have a focus problem, and I have been ‘drawn’ into the ‘content is king’ philosophy over the need to get ‘momentum’ in the form of Cash coming in.
It’s been a wake-up-call I badly needed.
Many thanks,
Pete.
I have several non-virtual businesses, and I am just in the process of an internet startup. I have some good resources already but I can say the combined part 1 and 2 is a fabulous video presentation. It is a fantasic primer on business in general. I have seen and heard a lot of presentations on building business, but that is the clearest and most useful to anyone, at any stage of starting and growing a business. It really cuts through the clutter. I would not feel upset to have paid $50 (or $47!!) for the two hour presentation. Thanks very much for sharing with everyone …your knowledge and enthusiasm really shine through. Look forward to getting more.
I’m sure you had lots of interesting and informative points in your video ,but the buffering made it so difficult to watch let alone understand.
I’m on broadband and you lost my attetion within the first 3 minutes because of the stop/start effect.
Is there a way you can show the video to overcome this problem? Maybe allow people to down load, configurate it for Quicktime or something?
I enjoyed what i could see and hear.
Unfortunately your link keeps ‘freezing’ at regular intervals.
Regards,
Paul
If anyone is having troubles viewing the video I suggest the following
Delete all your temporary internt folders, cookies and history.
When and if the video freezes up, press stop and then play and drag the market forward to where you were previously.
I just want to add, I still can not get it to work on my newest computer, yet I have it working on my 6 year old compter that still runs on Win98!
Go figure
Dean
Rich!
You keep nailing the key to Internet Marketing and make oneself question and improve one’s actions and strategies.
You are truly generous, wich makes you a natural “guide” and leader for many of us.
Best regards

Thank you Rich. So much great stuff and insight. I really took on board your points about working on personal strengths and weaknesses.
Thanks very much
Rich,
Got twenty to thirty minutes in and it slowed to a stop.
I was loving it.
Rich, great stuff if for sale I really need it, please make it available in whatever form,we need this information
What’s up with the video? I have tried on 3 different connections, one is a Corp LAN.
I am never able to view.
Can you post on YouTube or something or maube Google Video?
I’m sure you would get a lot more viewers and then paying customers out of the deal.
Please fix…we WANT to view this info!
Rich
I was so grateful, your presentation made total since. I started this in Nov. I have two custmers I needed a strategie. I do love the product. I need a formula to suceed. I love the presentation you where very clear on the steps. Now I know I am not get the right market target The offer is good. But not marketing.
Thanks
Deborah
Rich, you knocked this one out of the park. This video takes your material and wraps it in the necessary context for someone in my situation, and it’s been what I’ve been waiting for.
Thanks Rich, I saw the “alternative presentation” about 10 days ago and wondered what the hype was about. Now I’ve seen the real thing, both videos, I’m really annoyed that I lost access to the “Manifesto” when my old PC died a week ago. This has been a very informative, useful – and inspiring afternoon for me. Thank you, simple stuff but so clearly the right way to go!
John – York – UK
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It helped to improve my sales letter and gave me ideas for the future.
Filip (from The Netherlands)
GREAT matherial and presentation. I am impressed. Better than any MBA on enterpreunership. Now I know that I must to improve my offer, making it more compelling, and my marketing systems.
2007 is goig to be a great year. Thanks for you sharing your knowledge.
Alejandro – Spain
Rich,
I always enjoy your realism of the internet marketing side. I have always believed in delivering valuable content to our customer base. From the momo to the business building aspect. Creating value is where it’s at period. Once again, I always enjoy your concepts. You’re a good guy and a great teacher!
Scott N
We (wife and I) are impressed too!
For three years we have being working on several sites, each of them have brought money…but not enough to FREEDOM! (actually, not even close to it)
We too have being on the idea that ‘content is KING’…but is it really? One get into dispair when sees time passing by and not real success is achieved..then we wonder why?….the truth is that we NEVER applied Mommentum to any of our small business…we always have treat them as ’small business’.
Well, all this to say, we rally look forward for more of this stuff, it is really refreshing and give us hope!
Thanks Rich
Al & Ruth
P.S. We too couldn’t see the full video without LOTS of problems…very slow and stopped many times.
PLEASE, listen to this man! I have close to 34 years as an entrepreneur who also has been the Public Relations consultant to the Original Marlboro Man, ultra-marathoner Stan Cottrell, and now Nobel nominee Robert Taylor, author of what Business Week has called “the DaVinci Code for Wall Street.” Rich is telling it like it is as I have told my clients for 34 years! I will speaking to young entrepreneurs on Internet Marketing at Western Carolina University and believe me I will be recommending they go to this video and Rich’s other material!
Rich,
You were a few days late in offering the videos but the wait is worth it !
I will continue to disagree with your methods of building momentum or collecting cash first then look at customer service secondary.
Few people will stick around for a business to become profitable .. as you said attention is hard to keep and without customer support attention is impossible.
A great business man will control expectations ant build a model that is scalable as cash comes in the doors. If you can make the first customers happy they tell others and word of mouth takes over and momentum will follow.
The content in the videos without question is a must see for everyone looking to understand what is needed to be successful.
Great Job .. just a little late. :)
Thx !!
Hi, Rich.
I appreciate your well structured thoughts and views on creating and running a business. I took a lot out of it, as anyone with good ears to listen can too.
Your clear structured description of the whole picture is pure gold. And you were able to perfectly convey the vision. Thank you for sharing. I will make sure I get more about the other 6 steps as well.
Valentín,
Spain
Dear Mr. Schefren,
That was the best business presentation I’ve ever witnessed.
Straight to the point with surprises and total motivation!!
I am a certified motivational coach but also love sewing I teach small classes(one at a time) I am going top use your
techniques to put my classes on line.As fate would have it, as soon as I decided this, an old friend happened to call and told me how he make full feature films in HD and is doing great. He has agreed to make my video.
I’m off and running!!!Thanks!!!!
Really really great content. There are a lot of “gurus” out there getting rich by selling “step by step” instructions on how to get to be a millionaire. Your statement that the people who buy this stuff, that is, people who actually need step by step instructions are not really entrepreneurs, but rather are employees at heart, is very telling. So the true “entrepreneur” types are taking the “employee” types to the cleaners. Not so different from the “real” world after all.
Unfortunately your second video seized up halfway through and I could not get it to start up again. Possibly related to the “buffering” problem others have noted.
I am based in Fiji. I have tried this both from my office and home connections.
I am unable to view the video. It seems to get stuck at connecting. I was able to see your previous video fine.
PLEASE give me a way to see this set of videos.
I am currently updating my Business Plan. Your other material is probably THE MOST USEFUL stuff that I have seen on the Internet.
Please Help!
Sanjay
The information in the video was very useful and presented extremely well.
I would suggest that you make your videos in downloadable form and publish via RSS feed, so that the millions of iPod video users can get at it more conveniently and offline.
Rich,
This is just amazing stuff, and I want to thank you for being so open and honest about internet marketing and how to make a true business online.
Hopefully we can get more videos like this one.
Regards,
Roger
Hope that door opens soon…
Thanks Rich, really great stuff,
Feel like you were discribing me in the
beginning.
I can’t wait for the next couple of
months, i think finally after all this
time i’m getting it.
One of my top goals is to get more
of this from you.It’s priceless!
yeah great info, stuck with it although have to wait every few seconds for the next few seconds, also froze halfway through at the marketing point.
Could not hear a word that you recorded. Sorry.
I was really interested.
Marilyn
I get an error on the page and the video will not show.
May be the same problem others are having.

Rich, I started with Simpleology and now I find myself watching your videos and going back to reread the Manisfesto & Missing Chapter. No doubt about it, what you’re sharing with us is amazing and extremely appreciated. Your information lifts so many curtains on all the different mysteries of building an online business, my fear of starting (and subsequent procrastination) just flew out the now exposed window.
Just 4 pages of notes? Wow…I took over 12 and I write small, too.
Now I’m off to weigh my ideas and see if they measure up to being opportunities.
Thank you again!
Rich:
Thanks for your mindful approach to address the complex and confusing opportunity in internet marketing. As an advertising professional looking to crossover from traditional media, you remind us that while the mechanics are quite different, the approach to real human needs like mine is familiar and still true.
Thanks for providing focus in the stampede of over-hyped promos that litter our screens. Your insight has greatly impacted my preparation and point of entry.
Best regards, Kent in Phoenix
Rich:
You are definitely one of the smartest marketers on or off line today. I for one am very grateful for the clear guidance you provide and for free no less..
One small criticism though, and I say this with only the best intention. I think you should consider a teleprompter setup for your presentations instead of cue cards or Power Point to your left. It tends to make you look shifty; not that I think you are but it may appear that way to some people.
Hi Rich
Super videos and all for free, would welcome more videos of similar quality, will watch again taken notes. You have given me some tips i can use in my Ebay Marketing. I know a bit about Video production and your video kept me entered for over 2 hours. I have watched ones I paid for and they are not as polished or as entertaining.

Very, very good keep it coming, helping stay focused on my current endeavors.
Awesome content! This really inspires me to build the structure I need in my new startup. Thanks so much.
Rich;
You have completely out done your self on this one.
Hi Rich,
Whenever you have something to say about business building I listen/read every words carefully.
You really deliver awesome content. I appreciate all your efforts.
Unfortunately, this time I am not able to watch your video.
In internet explorer it gets stuck in “connecting…” phase.
… and in Firefox it plays but become too much slow.
Can you please provide this video in another format?
Great stuff. Works great on my computer. I really need this program. I am a new business owner. Where can I get into the program?
Love the video. I hope you put out more like this. I got a lot of tips. Good quality show and I look forward to more.
Thank you Rich. This was very inforative and I think you are great for putting out such free value. I have not followed you much but if this is how you do things I want more. The video worked fine for me and only stoped once. Keep up the great work.
Rich,
Great videos! Thanks!
Can you please load it up on Youtube or GoogleVideo so that it’s faster?
Hi Rich,
You may rememeber me from DC I was one of your premier hypnotists. I am really interested in what you are presenting here, but unfortunately I have been unable to access the video. Any suggestions?
Love & peace,
Michael Anthony
Super video rich. I was enthruraled for the whole thing and I even had my husband go back and wath it because it was so interesting. Please kepem comming. It is very helpfull. It is hard to get my husband to sit for even 10 minutes and he wached the whole video. HUUMMMM
Great to hear your emphasis on momentum – it’s really what I should be operating and working toward… to get those initial products out and bring the initial monies in that will then be the spring board to bringing a slate of specialists on board…
It’s great strategy!
Thank.
Andrew
sorry rich…
TOTALLY WORTHLESS….. NOT THE CONTENT…… THE VIDEO….HORRIBLE…WAY TOO SLOW TO LOAD…. a 30 min Vid… takes more than an hour to watch!!!!
GET INTO THE 21ST CENTURY!
Now the GOOD NEWS…. Your content is GREAT! I’ve purchased ALL your other stuff, and am always impressed….
Please bring this up to your usual quality……
Hey Rich,
Just finished watching the video – thanks so much for generously sharing your experience and knowledge – you give away better information than some ‘gurus’ charge big bucks for. I look forward to participating in one of your programs.
take care,
cj
Hello Rich, I have heard that when the student is ready, the teacher will come and the penny dropped when I saw and heard your videos.
I have been ’stuck’ for over 4 months now, trying to set up my own web-site, reading what each of the so-called guru’s has to say, in that, how easy it is to implement what is needed to get up and running and on my way to financial freedom.
In this time, I have always known that there would be an answer forthcoming.
Watching and listening to the videos Rich, my prayers were answered.
You have opened my eyes as to what I have been doing wrong till now and what I have to do, and in what order I have to do it, to get back o the right path.
I have faith in what you are teaching Rich and if I may, allow me to join your band of followers, so that I may also learn the ‘how to’s’ of building a business that will generate me and mine, a passive income in my retirement years.
I will not burn any bridges with the so-called guru’s as yet, so I can continue to learn from them, how NOT to treat and coerse their customers/clients with some of their back door dealings.
I sincerely thank you for your unsellfishness, honesty and the fortitude you have to tell it like it is.
May I say that it is refreshing to know that there are people out there who are committed to their work and want to give something back.
Thank you once again Rich,…..Helen
The first 5 minutes looked great, but I couldn’t concentrate on the message since the video stopped every 5 seconds.
A downloadable version would be great.
As usual, Rich Schefren distills and delivers business wisdom. I just wish I also had the slides.
Hey Rich, awesome stuff! When we’re continually bombarded about how it’s so easy to make a fortune online, it is refreshing to finally have some insights that really make sense. Many internet marketers fail because of the absence of sound business processes. Your video gives some profoundly simple and yet compelling guidance. And I am sure that many people viewing this would be re-evaluating the way they do business online. Thank you. (:
Hi Rich, I’ve been researching doing business on-line and I have found you and Ken Evoy to be the guys that provide truly incisive, thought provoking, constructive, high quality…humongously awsome…and FREE content which puts most other content into context…most of it is GRQ stuff, yours is the real deal. Thanks.
Great information Rich, thank you.. I also have many notes and lots to do starting now :-)
Michelle
Rich, I really appreciate the video. Thank you so much for all the information.
As an old “Newbie”, I need all the help I can get from you and others.
I have never heard anyone with such a clear a view and still get me to understand except for maybe Norman V. Peale.
Congrats! And Help!
Dear Rich,
I have not been able to see the Video after many tries from various computers.
If you have any other format , please let me know, As i can see Lots of other people are also facing the same problem.
iam sure its Worth it.

This video was really good nd great timming for me. Thanks rich schefren. I watched both and really enjoyed it.
Hi, Rich,
What a special gift to entrepreneurs to help change thinking and provide a process to grow to Freedom, my goal. I have heard and seen parts of this for many years, (I am in my 4th business) but your 10 steps is so clear and amazing in usefulness to see the Big Picture and the parts to making it happen. Yes, I now commit to both Growing Myself and Growing to gain Momentum… That is the key: Momentum and personal growth as an entrepreneur. Thank you, Rich.
Nice job. I loved the first video and got my email for the second one. Please keep it up for a while so I can have my partnes go watch them as well.
Hello Rich,
I didn’t have a problem with the viewer, audio or speed.
Thank you very much for the information. I’ve heard bits and pieces of what you told us. But you put everything together so clear and coherent — that I now have a clear view of how I can succeed.
Thank you again,
Lani
Hi, Rich:
Your video provided the sequencing of essential steps that will get my startup imediately on track: Ready, Set, Go!” describes it perfectly. An amazing presentation. Highly recommended.
I see that we need to begin from scratch to achieve success with Rich’s strategies.
Yet comes the tough part of the successefull entrepreneurship we develop.
We will do our best to stay tunned and plug in the system to make our million dollars company.
We will do it!
thanks Rich
Rich,
Thank you for your clarity. I have read the Manifesto through the Final Chapter and felt overwhelmed at that stage.
Months later, I have started to get the process of building the business and actually getting hands on experience. I signed up for Tellman’s “First” programs in traffic, conversion, emails, blogging. These have really helped me break out of the overwhelm doldrums.
I look forward to spending the specific time on your videos as I am an auditory and visual learning. It will really help me. I have felt like a failure that I could not get this online business really going. Now, I know I am not alone.
So thanks again for all your patience in teaching us that we really do want to have financial freedom. I do have written plans to develop multiple senior living environments/communities in the South. This development of an on-line business was the financial catalyst to do that dream into reality.
Thanks.

http://www.bloggal.wordpress.com
Excellent info so far, but the second portion of the video quit playing about 1/4 of the way through and will not continue. Perhaps more people have logged on now and are overwhelming the system.
WOW! WOW WOW!
I can’t believe the amount of people who gave up on watching – but then they didn’t have the benefit of hearing one of your qualities for “being” an entrepreneur – persistence.
Sure the video hung and stopped and you were a bit fuzzy and looked to the left occasionally – the content was FANTASTIC!
I’ve been emailing my business partners (one of whom is a £37 million property investor) telling them all to drop everything and WATCH THIS!
I did the same with the Manifesto, which radically changed the way I was doing business – I’m tracking time lags from ezine signups to first purchase (and interestingly enough that’s decreased from 10 months to 8 months – we are selling a $10,000 product that we have just increased to $18,000), we have put a front end and a back end in place, I’m working on converting more of the visitors we get, rather than getting more visitors……so many good changes.
Interestingly, I was doing a lot of this stuff instinctively, but attracted a more “sales” orientated mantor who encouraged us down a route I was never very comfortable with (marvellous man though he is) and reading / viewing your material has confirmed that somehow, I was doing it right the first time.
Also very interestingly, we started two businesses last year that, while on track to turn over a quarter of a million each in the first year, if I had compared their offering to your info in this video, I would NEVER have gone there.
My first, core, business has all the elements of a raging success but I lost focus and almost let it die. We are back on track now and what tools we have for growing it beyond our wildest imaginings.
I will be first in the queue when you open your coaching programme doors again – out of all the business coaches / internet marketing coaches out there you are firmly in Pole Position.
Thanks Rich, from the bottom of my heart, and stop whinging you lot. Keep finding a way to watch this and don’t give up. He’s not responsible for your computer systems and impatience, you are!
If you want to make money online, you are going to have GET OVER IT! and find a way.

Hi Rich
“Play that again Sam.”
Looks like the person in the previous post and I have cracked it in exactly the same way thanks to your clarity. (CONGRATULATIONS Nicola!)
I spent two years of hard graft along an incorrect jungle path, led away from my natural core strengths by a brilliant internet Marketer.
Then along came the MISSING chapter of the Internet Manifesto. ‘Discover what you are REALLY good at and base your business strategy on that ‘.
Sounds easy… very hard to do. But it is the solution.
A few months back I returned to my core skill, and used it to chop my way through the internet’s vines, vipers & thorns and emerged into the sunny green meadows of a working online business operation.
The important lessons here are to stick to your strengths and … that nothing beats a great mentor.

Rich,
Thank you for this from the bottom of my heart. You assisted me in getting clear on what my niche and target market need to be for my coaching services.
I have now the entire presentation on hard drive to refer to again and again.
Again, many thanks,
David Carpenter
Many thanks, this is the real deal. Highly recommended if you want to build a real business.
REC
Rich, I have a t1 line and the audio and video goes for a little bit then it buffers some more.
Just to let you know.
Listen to most of the first, have not finished it yet.
Have other things I must do.
Holy Smokes! What a wake up call. Loved the presentation and I am going to impliment it in my business. Don’t know what people are complaining about, it all worked great for me. Time for some of you to upgrade your internet. Thanks a bunch rich.
Good videos. One tip: Make the video 2x larger than it is; the slides are illegible at the current size. :(
Wow! Great information packed video with a lot of ideas on how to change your mindset and implement those changes! You definitely have a future customer here!
An eye-opening video for me…From start to finish.
Excellent video and information. I was just going to download the mp3 and have a listen later because I thouht I had better things to do on my birthday but the video came up during the download and once again you hooked me. Thanks, saved me some money I probably would have spent on a marketing book or site that would not contain half the information you give for free.
Mr. Schefren,
You’re video is really “compression learning for the time starved”. Thanks for putting forth so much effort toward helping those of us with no formal business background. People could leap frog their business problems by adopting you as their knowledge source. Know that you are making a difference – and I’m a believer.

Hello Rich,
THANK YOU The video was fine (a little underlit) I found the content not good but
IT WAS ENCOURAGING, INCITEFUL, MOTIVATIONAL, THOUGHT PROVOKING, AND MOST OF ALL INSPIRATIONAL. and for FREE. It never ceases to amaze me how some people can not find the wood for crashing into the trees (ref: some comments above) Rich from those of us who WANT to progress we are in your debt. Thank you again
Warm regards
Gerry Kenny
PS. I am typing this at 02.15 on Sunday morning having just watched your masterpiece. I live on the Sth. East coast of England
Hi Rich, great video and your clarity on the process from start up to freedom is great!
I speak from 29 years of work and business experience and I look forward to learning more from you!
Awesome. The downloadable mp3’s were a truly excellent gift. But let’s say
someone can’t get your coaching? Is there any chance we could get the slides
to go with the mp3″s…??? Hope that dosen’t sound toooo greedy…?:~)
Bravo!!! Both videos were just great.
Hi Rich ,
Hats OFF to you ! You earned my respect with your Manifesto and gained serious credibility with me with the missing and final chapter . With your New Videos you have upped the ANTE ! I am truly impressed with your work and have listed your site as one on my blog roll .
Small question though , which I think you truly should ponder . How is that for one who is teaching business building and catering for explosive growth , you have created so much scarcity that availability to what you now have to offer is almost neigh non existent. The impression we are left with is not that you are happy to turn business away (Because you say this is your passion ) , but rather do not or should I say did not EXPECT THE PHENOMENAL results you have received and are now trying to play catch up without losing your current audience.
I apologise in advance if I am wrong , but this is a valid complaint .
I still have tremendous respect for what you do .and hope you can address this problem within your highly systematised company .
Sincere Regards,
Ty.

of my marketing.
Best regards,
thank you rich for good value. can see value at my business. the movie was good value and like free download. movie 2 the best. thank you from Japan
Hey Rich, thanks for the downloadable audios!
I actually sat through the videos because the info is so good but as others have stated before me the buffering was quite painful (however worth it in my opinion).
I am now looking forward to immersing myself in your good teaching through my iriver mp3 player
Thank you once again
Dee
Hi Rich
Just finished watching your video “startup tp freedom” 2nd part.
A huge amount of great information thank you for your fine effort.
I do plan on using your tecniques as I continue to learn and apply the huge amount of selling on the internet information that I have been exposed to over tha past year or so.
I try to follow your presentations and I appreciate the fact that you include so much real value in them.
Preception may be reality but it does appear that your material contains more substance than fluff.
I encourage you to continue to share with the little fish in this big pond.
Thanks again for sharing.
Smiles :o)
Gary
ps It’s late and I think I must be brain dead after trying to absorb the past 90 or so minutes of your presentation…sorry I just reread my comment and it sounded kinda lame to me compared to your awsome material.
GG
Rich,
I have been helping businesses grow new divisions for 5 years and I agree with your theories. Even though I already have a system, I look forward to learning more about how you grow businesses!
Thank you so much for sharing this information.
Kathy
Wow! I just finished watching the video and my head is spinning. Thank you for sharing so much information — for free. You do practice what you preach! Thanks again.
Mona
Rich,
Absolutely mindblowing material. You were the whole reason I went to WIS in Vegas – to meet you in person! What meeting!

Excellent – Finally I got to see the 2nd video. I had a little trouble reading the Powerpoints on screen. I did not see a download so I could follow along with a better Powerpoint visual. If they are available I would have download them to reveiw while watching and listening to the video. Thanks Sam 2-24-2007 11:31pm (CST)
Wow……..Thanks Rich and Strategic Profits for showing me the true value of Marketing and all the incredible information to really start my business the right way. I’ve learned alot watching your video than some of the e-books that are on the market today. I would love to have your video on my website as a motivation tools for my customers that are really looking to start their own business and learn from it, and also to give their own customers what they being taught and learn. I would recommend your video to any one that I know who is having trouble getting started. Keep up the good work and Thanks again for offering this free video…….much appreciated and god bless
Great stuff Rich. Worth every twinge in the numb bum!
I’ve always felt that the process of having ghost writers churning our sub-standard (they invariably are) eBooks, as taught by so many “gurus”, was something of a grubby approach. Good to hear you are of like opinion.
Wish list:
(a) Videos downloadable so we can watch over & over and on the move.
(b) Slides (Powerpoint?) downloadable – many very blurred and some unreadable in the video.
Many, many thanks for some great thinking material.

Hi Rich,
Can’t believe you GIVE this away for free. It’s SO comprehensive I just couldn’t stop pausing and taking notes. Very High value resource which I sincerely hope I can produce the ‘focus’ to reproduce.
Thankyou very much.
Pete.
all that info is fine, but I don’t want to have to come up with a business myself. Tell me about one that is working right now that I can start for very little start up money. I want to work ONLY on the internet. I do NOT want to talk to anybody or have to recruit anybody.
Rich,
Thanks for spelling it out! Many years ago a wise businessman told me “many people can play the piano but few can write the tune”. That sums it all up in one sentance. Entrepeneurs write the tune. Making the change between functionary to visionary is a tough challenge to our creativity.
Hi Rick,
Thank you for sharing this information with the world. I adminre your ability to cut through the noise and focus on your business. This is the hardest part for anyone marketing online today. The online world is changing fast and people need to change with it, or will go the way of the buggy whip.
Thanks again!
Steve Renner
Great high quality content. Although severe problems with video stopping completely and having to start over, et cetera. Have not been able to view the entire presentation.
I have 512kb DSL and usually don’t have trouble with other streaming videos.
I’d love to be able to download it for future reference, and to have snapshots of the slides.
Thanks again.
Rich,
Tremendous presentation, specific guidance, immediately actionable. Thanks.
Rich
Thanks for a fantastic presentation. I was feeling a little ‘down’ about what I had to do as a complete beginner, and now after watching your video, I think that I am reaching clarity about the process. Your ability to combine good old fashioned feet-on-the-ground stuff together with key insights to inspire, is great. I hope that very soon I will be able to send you a story about my online success. I have a lot to think about and a lot to learn with implementation, but I now have a model that I believe in on which to base my business decisions.
Thanks again and all the best.
Awsome videos. Looks great to. I will be listening to the mp3 over and over. Realy good points and will help me focus on what 9is important.
Hi Ho,
Finaly got some time to sit down and watch the presentation and as usual the content is comprehensive and catalistic.
Great to have the mp3 audios,
Perhaps, Rich, you could provide the PPT slides in a PDF as in past presentations,
I find I go over the presentations a number of times and then refer back to them for a refresher particularly after implementing certain aspects.
Appreciate your overdelivering
Regards and Godspeed,
Lance
Thanks so much for sharing import points.
You are appreciated!
I can see how I can make my business work even better– now.
I love my product… and just need to put your ideas into practice to make the business grow. I have helped many with my prosperity Ebook — and thanks for helping me see what more to do.
Five stars
I have left college, and I wanted to say that these videos were more actionable and instructive than a full year of business classes at one of the best business schools in the US. Way cool! It tied in a lot of what I already knew with ways to implement it- and that was the step I was missing.
I also wanted to say that while I can’t afford any of your products right now, you might want to put an Amazon Honor Pay (which I have for one of my projects and works really well) under the blog. I would have totally tipped a couple of bucks for that info. It’s really great stuff!
You convinced me that I need to hire people instead of doing it all myself, which I was determined to do. Thank you for preventing me from brusing my noggin on the profit ceiling.
Sincerely,
Bippy
Great delivery and substance Rich, yours is not a contraversial proposition, it´s just very good business sense. Take one of those elements out of the equation and one´s great idea will never materialize into a self-sustained real business.
Serious businessmen will not waste any time seeking advice for a miracle business that will take them from zero to zipping pina coladas by doing very little or by working alone.
Yours is a proposition for building a solid, professional business . It will take a lot of work to do but, what one will see in one or two years from now will be very rewarding and long lasting.
I for one, will get busy on that approach starting right now.
Thanks a million for a realistic advice,
Best regards from Bogotá, Colombia
Mario Ramirez
I much preferred the presentation with separate slides. The quality of the video is execrable. But the content is good.
I’m not sure that it’s better than the Manifesto and the Missing Chapter.
The quality of your material is so much better than that of Mike Filsaime. In another league. It’s hard to believe that he’s your student and friend.
Perhaps you could suggest Mike have a listen or two to this presentation.
Hi rich
Wow! I have taken loads of notes over the last three days as I made time to watch your presentation. Wonderful stuff all very pertinent to me and I am sure to many others in similar positions. For the first time in ages and ages I am excited by the prospect of developing my business at which I have played for years.
I felt somewhat humbled, as I am a master practitioner on NLP, by your study of entrepreneurs. It was so illuminating. Why didn’t I do something similar?
You have given me so much information in a very focused way bringing together many strands and weaving them into a coherent whole. I have studied many aspects but have not found so much concise material presented in such a concentrated way. Brilliant.
I’ll let you know how I use it and where it takes me.
Thank you Rich,
For modeling excellence and walking your talk.
Setting an example is the most powerful way to teach – many kudos to you.
It is impossible for me in this medium to communicate the extent of my appreciation to you and your team for the work you have been putting out.
For the folks who are complaining about technical problems with the video, no worries. To me you demonstrated that you don’t have to have everything perfect as long as your core competency is being demonstrated.
This is a great lesson for me. In the past, I have let my perfectionism interfere with my output, when in reality I had value to offer and contribute.
The content of the message will serve them greatly if they can grok the power of the concepts and content you have generously shared with us.
For those with different marketing paradigms, your contribution of diverse thinking and opinions is of great value . It would be super if you could take Rich’s lead and make your pesentation in as organized a manner with your concepts and proof of viablity.
This will make the impact of Rich’s leadership and output over the last year even more powerful because Rich will be even more of a catalist for change in an industry that can greatly benifits by evolving it’s thinking about value and integrity.
Cheers,
Michel
I went on a buying spree with Marketing Courses and had to stop. I’m a true believer in what AWAI and what Agora offeres. The funny thing is.. all I needed was what you offer. Where were you $8450.00 dollars ago.. LOL, I can’t wait till your next program comes out.
Oh ya Rich.. What is that German word you all use at Agora that means something like: “what you teach is stuff you have learned yourself?
Amazing stuff. You overdelivered once again. I was hooked throughout the entire presentation.
This is 0% BS 100% content.
Thanks Rich.
I just watched the overview video of ‘Startup to Freedom’. Great Presentation!!
The first time it was announced I stayed up to watch it and was disappointed that it was a repeat presentation of what I had already seen.
Later I read about the problems you had and was touched by your honesty and integrity. I think this is what is lacking in many of the communications I come across in the internet marketing world. I am sick and tired of the hype and the blatant lies shamelessly projected.
The overview is so full of extremely useful, common sense, practical information that I think I will have to watch it at least four more times. Thank you Rich for sharing such valuable content once again.
As I watched it, I realized I do not know what I have let myself in as an entrepreneur. I have spent 25 years of my life as a teacher, I love helping others teaching them to make their life better but there is a hidden block which prevents me from becoming a business women. I felt I had come down one stature when I tried to sell something to others and make money out of them.
Watching your presentation I felt what a super teacher you are. You are doing something you love doing so well that you are able to help others grow their business. They get a million times more than what they pay you.
Thanks a million times Rich. In that 30 minute presentation you have already helped me identify what is my mental block, the cause of that block and a way to overcome that problem. The wonderful part of it is that it is a common presentation for tens of thousands of target viewers from different corners of the world.
My main thought now is: How do I use my passion for teaching in such a way that I am able to help others who are constantly seeking help through my helpdesk and use their services efficiently to grow a business that will benefit a lot many people.

Fanstastic Video. What you say makes so much sense. My last full time job was in an environment where everything was very ‘process and systems drive’. This worked really well as we were really able to maximise time as well as become more efficient in general. So in only makes sense to also apply those same type of priniciples to working online.
I love the fact the you help people put a structure in place right from the off as it is very, very easy to become distracted by all of these opportunities etc. which seem to come flooding into my inbox.
Your ‘take’ on things is most definitely a breath of fresh air.
Keep doing what your doing.
Much Respect to you Rich

Hi Rich,
I have never been able to view any of your videos so far. These last two (30 min and the longer one) get stuck at “connecting” and do nothing.
I have broadband and a brand new pc. Why is that I wonder?
I’d really like to get access to your videos some other way. What a shame!
Cheers,
Kathy
Hi Rich,
Just finished watching your intro video. I like what I see so far and will write a full comment when I finish all the videos.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Rich, Very good video and information. Although your face was too dark on the video! But I can hear and sense your passion for what you believe in and know. I am glad that you are sharing this information.
I just want to also say, that the video was great. What makes it even better are the files I was able to download when you first made it live a few weeks ago but were using the other presentation due to sleep deprivation.
Cheers

Rich
Outstanding! Quality through and through with every video, ebook or resource you have made available to us.
I would agree with other comments that a larger screen size and better contrast would help. Not only with seeing the slides a bit clearer, but your face as well.
Engaging, thought-provoking, entirely relevant and timely – I take my hat off to you, sir (if I wore one :)).
Cheers
Matt
Hi Rich,
Your video was truly amazing, brilliant, thank you so much for all of that information.
Again, yes once again, you are on the cutting edge of Internet marketing and wealth creation.
So many of the people setting themselves up as internet marketing guru’s are just peddlers of a few tactics. They do not have a strategic blue print.
Only a handful of names come to mind, Ken McCarthy, Ken Evoy and a few others.
You people are visionaries and not 2 or 3 trick tacticians.
Thank for sharing your powerful Vision with us.

Hello,
Rich is absolutely a visionary, a man to be trusted.
I’d like to add to those few that you (Donovan) say are visionaries the name of Lisa Diane, she deserves that credit as much as Rich does.
Thanks for caring Rich, many Im’ers just want to get a quick buck and nobody is being helped with that.

Hi Rich
Ever since I received Mike F BFM package, with a bonus audio interview with you, and reading your Manifesto ebooks/chapters, you have become one of my key role models.
I can completely relate to what you are saying, but have also learned much (I have yet to watch the videos – same problems as above (perhaps due to ‘browser’??), but thank you for providing the download version!! (still an error on the streaming online version).
Why do I relate? Well, I am still a relative ‘newbie’on the net, although I have been ‘researching’(!) for over a year now and have soooooo much info and tools now. I am ready to go.
But, I am also trained in project management/systems management/policy development, etc, in my role in State Government (South Australia). I am also well-versed in the organisational change/cultural management process, through my PhD research and Strategic Assessments in my Masters degree.
Not only knowledgeableand experienced in this area, but I also love it with a passion – and to apply this knowledge to the internet is fantastic – so few marketers do this – and do not treat their work as a ‘real’business. I guess it really depends on one’s goals – a ‘hobby”-p/t, or a ‘real’business??
I am going to rethink my overall business – and strategies/systems/project management/biz plan, etc…. and within this, my individual, related sites in the overall context of my ‘business”!! :-) if that makes sense!
I am really looking forward to watching the 1st video, receiving the 2nd one… and your Manifesto chapters are my ‘bibles”, along with your audio from Mike’s BFM pack.
Thank you for your generousity, integrity and for being so unique!
Kindest of Regards

Hi Rich,
Can’t wait to watch the video. I saw the one you posted on Google Video and that was great, so I can’t imagine how terrific this is going to be.

Rich,
Loved both videos: delayed all my scheduled tasks to watch them back-to-back after seeing the first few minutes. Thank you for being up-front and honest about this undustry. I am pretty tired of hearing “anyone can get rich doing what I do!” That simply isn’t true, and you have clearly and succinctly pointed out that there is a lot more to network marketing than just plugging into a get-rich-quick scheme.
I have a few business-related blogs going as well…I’d like to post a link to the first video – with your permission. The market I’m targeting are those people that understand that this industry is real, and should be approached with a high level of integrity. I’d much rather build a strong organization a little more slowly than a weak one at a gallop…
With highest regards,

Thanks

Wow, this is the most comprehisive introduction I’ve seen. I’m new to internet business, but not to business. Excellent fact filled presentation!

I saw the first video – very good! However, the link on your site sent me back to the page with the 30 minute video, not the full length one. Is there another one that allows access to the second one?
Thanks,
Steve
Hi Rich-
It’s nice to finally hear someone recognize and acknowledge the reality of being an Entrepreneur and that it definitely is not a ‘one size fits all’ lifepath to follow, nor can it be boiled down to a business in a box.
It took me a long time to realize that the personal quaities I possess which make me essentially a terrible employee are the very same ones that make me perfectly suited to be an entrepreneur.
I really appreciate your ability to distill these and other truths about business into simple and useable systems.
My biggest question about creating momentum in a business is figuring out how to create an irresistable offer that will work (aside from split testing, which we already know is necessary). The challenge comes from being inside of your own business for so long, that it can be hard to see it objectively and to understand exactly what your customer would be MOST thrilled to get from you (without exhausting all your energy or resources).
Thank You, and I look forward to whatever you have to say next.
Good overview in your first video Rich, thank you. About to head over to the next ones.
Can’t help thinking that a large number of people look to the internet to start a business due to the low cost, plus having been sold on “go it alone even in your underwear” – this by virtue means they already have the “I can do it all by myself” mindset. From what you covered in the video, most will never build enough momentum..??
Hello, I enjoyed watching your video. It was very informative. You have cleared up some thoughts for me into starting up a business. I will be waiting enthusiastically for your next video.
Thanks so much,
Susanna Vicario
Rich,
I just finished watching your “Prescriptions” video. You are right on target and I find your materials of great value to the field of entrepreneurism.
I’ve been an entrepreneur all my life and as the past president of the Minnesota Entrepreneurs — I KNOW that everything you’ve said is on target.
That whole business of making decisions when you don’t have all the answers flies in the face of corporate america, which crucifies any decision not based on having ALL the facts. Yet this is what entrepreneurs HAVE TO DO. It’s like crossing a river while building a bridge at the same time. Yet not knowing where the next brick is coming for to build your bridge. Ironically, if you just keep pressing forward in the direction of your VISION — the answers [bricks] will just keep coming.
As you walk the next two blocks of uncertainty in your adventure, you will start to see the following two blocks that were hidden from you earlier. However, you still might not be able to see the following two blocks. The TRICK, if there is any magic for an entrepreneur to grasp onto–is just realizing you’ll be okay at the end of the day. Just as long as you keep pressing forward towards your goals and vision.
Very enjoyable materials.

PS – The Minnesota Entrepreneurs meet monthly in Minneapolis. It is a great networking resource for beginning or experienced entrepreneurs. If you have Minnesota entrepreneurs posting, they’ll enjoy this group. Info at the above link.
Rich,
You have alot to say.
I have been around too long and what you do say is on the money. No fluf just the real information that can take me to another level. I have all the excuses that everyone else has. The impact on me on your 10 steps; vision, plan, marketing, business development etc.. is the same as corporate america. Someone said that in order to be successful you to do that “something” correct and continue to that “something” correct. The point is that “something” as you have articulated, is not only action but the process’s of a plan to do that “something”. Plenty of people expound on putting a company together and getting a product and then just watch the money pour in your mail box. HA! I’ve fallen for it.
Pat McMullin
Thank you
I wasn’t going to comment. but it appears as tho’ you are intent on ignoring the negative comments, which overwhelmingly appear to relate to the reception of your movies. I am on a dial up connection, and frankly, a half hour movie viewed on line with the buffering problems encountered, comes across as a disjointed ONE hour production to be avoided at all cost. Certainly not a positive experience.
Please allow your movies to be downloaded for optimum viewing and response, would also encourage repeat viewing in an attempt to catch what may have been missed the fist time around.
I’m sorry you can’t see that such a move would be in your own interest as well as ours
