Hey Guys,
I have some exciting news!
The Final Chapter has JUST been through the last phase of editing, polishing, and waxing.
It’s FRESH out of the oven and it’s ready to be DEVOURED.
In all seriousness, I’m confident this document will send SHOCKWAVES through the Internet marketing community. I realize it’s VERY cliché to say that it will become a ‘MUST-READ’ but the fact is…this is some of my BEST work to date.
The thing is, some of the concepts that I present in the Final Chapter are for ADVANCED marketers, and those who crave a better business model.
Even if you’re NOT a seasoned pro, THAT’S OK, because this document will provide a profitable foundation.
I actually think it’s MORE important that you read it NOW, because the marketplace is changing VERY rapidly, and it’s important that you understand what’s happening, if you desire BIG time profits.
So without further ado, feast your mind on “The Final Chapter,” of the Internet Business Manifesto Trilogy.
To grab your copy, please visit:
http://www.strategicprofits.com/finalchapter
I can G.U.A.R.A.N.T.E.E this document will be worth at a MINIMUM, 10x more than the last ebook you bought.
After you take a look at this report, please let me know your thoughts by posting a comment on the blog.
Warm Regards,
Rich Schefren

Well what can I say rich. You just continue to blow me away. The only problem is you that you surface a bunch of new problems in my current business model. But thanks again, I can’t believe how generous you are. Best wishes, Mike
i’d like to say thanks. you’ve been providing some incredible material here, and i know if i can just figureout what my niche is, that i’ll be a huge success, mostly as a result of your manifesto. ~ shelly
Great information! You guys are great!
Once again Rich, you’ve provided a clear tunnel of vision through the fog. This is the longest tunnel in the series so far.
Your Critical Elements to Your Business Success slide will be a useful focus point for keeping progress on track.
And I agree with you on partnerships – I was lucky enough to hook up with some truly great guys recently, and its raised my game to new heights in a very short space of time.
And finally (because I could comment on each and every one of your golden nuggets!) I was inspired by your means of subdivision, breaking through to niche after niche until you find a market you can dominate.
I was touched by this during your keynote speech at TIMME in September, and I’m glad to be reminded of it.
This, to me, is a killer strategy for forming a successful business, and since hearing you talk about it first in September, I’ve been zooming into my niche…
Thanks Rich – I could go on, but heck, maybe by following your advice in these three chapters I’ll build my business big enough to afford to be one of your clients one of these days…
Then I’ll tell you all I really think of it! :)
Best wishes
Tim

Rich,
BRAVO ZULO for a job well done!
What an impressive read!
Thanks for helping to spread the word about where all the REAL money and opprtunities lie.
Thanks for providing further evidence and UNDENIABLE PROOF that if you don’t have a “Back End” marketing system, then you DO NOT have a business. Period.
Enjoy your success, it’s well deserved.

Insider Secrets to Back-End Marketing
Hi Rick,
This is amazing information that I have to dissect to know how to implement it into my long range plans. It is perfect timing for me as I am presently doing some much needed soul searching into what I really want in life and in business.
This fits in well with another e-book I read on ‘The Big Lie’ relating to using your subconscious to really get what you want.
I also just read the E-myth Manager yesterday, and much of what you talk about is touched on in that book.
The main idea that I am seeing in all of this is to think BIG. Then when you can clearly see that BIG IDEA, then put a clear action plan into force that will take you there.
Don’t get stuck in the mud doing the small stuff. Plan for tomorrow, plan for multi-millions – plan for the future.
And when putting that plan together – get the tools and resources from the big boys – from the experts – not from uncle harry or the internet marketer running out of his basement.
Jack
Wow, Wow and WOW! And that’s for all 3 of your Manifesto manuscripts.
After reading the first I went deep into process mapping which has saved me invaluable amounts of time. And gave me also a great tool to convey concepts to others.
Then the big question: opportunity seeker or entrepreneur? Ouch…
I just finished the final chapter and I have to tell you that the first half really got me feeling that perhaps I should simply give up.
But then you started to talk about going horizontal with your business – and things have gone clear in my head again. I’ve been doing loads of little projects (opportunities of course) and finding excuses for actually not developing the one thing which has my passion and for which I actually do have a vision.
I know what my strengths are but I’m continuing to focus on the stuff that I convinced myself would be the short-cut to earning more. So that nice diagram of yours shows WAY to many empty spaces here.
Confusion, anxiety, unmotivated, frustration, limited success, slugish results, false starts. I’ve been there…
Whereas my real opportunities lie in the niche I’ve been neglecting.
Can’t thank you enough Rich. What an awesome gift!
Patricia
Once again Rick a pdf packed with profunditity and more proof that people with a passion prosper.
I must say that your information is spot on and since I have started to apply the principles to my own business model things have really started to pick up.
I have moved from a one man business to creating and providing a huge range of product and services with a team which I could have never done alone. While producing a lot more I am working less so this is the true measure that the ideas work.
Quentin
where do I begin…
well, let’s start with a big THNX and see where that takes us :-)
I can’t say that everything you talked about was unheard of BUT…
your PERSPECTIVE on things – the way you highlighted THE crucial elements of running a successful AND SUSTAINABLE business is the BEST concept I’ve come accross till now (and I can tell you I have quite a few GB on internet marketing ;-)
I’m a marketing student, and by the way I have an exam in Marketing Research tomorrow morning and I just spent the last 2-3 hours literally GLUED to this not-so-comfortable chair — postponing my “academic enlightment” :-)
…
I am planning to go into online marketing – or should I say online SELLING :-) (cause there’s clearly not a lot of “efforts to make people desire to purchase my products” involved ;-)
As I said, I am a student. Being one, I don’t have the resources (time and money) to specialize in any given niche and build such a complex strategy AT THE MOMENT (keyword being at the moment ;-)
But for the time being I’ll carry on with my plans… again… you just focused my strategy A LOT – and also gave birth to other ideas…
thnx a lot:
I should thank you because you’re sharing very valuable info here …
But on the other hand… which is even MORE AMAZING, is that I see that you practice what you preach. you MAY have just won yourself a future costumer :-)
Thnx
Korab Krasniqi
P.S. The new graph is much better than the old one – and I’ll make sure to stick it on my wall ;-)
Hi Rich,
Well I just finished reading “The Final Chapter” and I’ll just bet that is isn’t!
I have to say that the insights and the “uncommon” sense delivered in your piece, are really “must know” stuff for anyone in this business that desires to take things to the “big league” level.
In particular, the difference in focus as it relates to “front end” and “back end” should really give pause to a whole slew of “marketers” or should I say “sellers”?
Your pointing out the differences between selling and actually marketing is so very critical for long term business success. Some may see it as a “duh”, but I bet it even jolted them since they were probably not focused on the distinction in their own business anyway!
Funny you should mention that there are about 70 “gurus” in your coaching program. I just checked, and I am on about 76 lists! Now I will quickly say that I am not on those lists because I am an “opportunity seeker” going from “guru to guru” like so many are doing, rather I am on those lists for a specific purpose. I know YOU know why, and I’ll let the rest figure it out ;)
In short, the “Final Chapter” had me frozen in my seat until I was finished, even to the point that my wife had to bring my dinner plate in to my office at home!
As always Rich, you have the gift of peeling back the layers and showing us what is really in there. Thanks!
Looking forward to what’s coming…

Russell Hallonquist

Ij use eZ pdf viewer and I keep getting an exception so it will not beyond the first page.
Could you remove the graphic first page and send it to me? Perhaps I can read this Final Chapter too.
Thanks!
Wow!!
You’ve really made the lightbulb go on in my head and I’m still reeling from the powerpacked content you’ve delivered in “The Final Chapter”. It is really true that I believe in playing the Internet Marketing Game it becomes easier to go after a quick buck than aggressively build a strategic business that will give us most of what we desire. I believe the problem lies in who we have relied on for our expert information and how we have used just the bits and pieces that they have given us to make important but totally misinformed decisions. I guess that your decisions are only as good as the wisdom that goes into them that comes from your information source! Thanks Rich for opening my eyes more to what i should really focus on in building my business>
Boy this is good stuff. All reports have been great but I think this on takes the cake… only way you will not be successful is if you think it’s anything more complicated than this! It’s all there right infront of your eyes..
Hello Rich,
I have been completely Fascinated by the first two and now that third and final version is out here.
I will be spending some time this week going through all three of them and will get my notepads and pens in hand and taking some serious notes.
I have already given your other two volumes to my friends and customers.
I have been sitting down for the last couple weeks figuring where am going in my life and why I am not on top of my game any longer.
But lately I have become more motivated and more active in preparing to get my plans on track and gain control over my life again and get my business on a new track and start making some serious money.
Now this has been my mindset all along but being able to add more learning resources to list and then dissecting the information that you and Mark Joyner and Jay Conrad Levinston and a bunch of other individuals I have courses from I will finally really take my plans and revise them and create new plans.
I will take all that I have and all that I am to the next level.
Thanks Rich for being a great believer in what I believe in and that is walking the walk and talking the talk and practing what you preach versus only selling a product to get a buck.
For all who reads this one, I will advise you to re-read the first two and take notes of all the thoughts that take place in your mind and gather the collective thoughts and see what you see and what your passions are and get going on accomplishing them.
As some of the old ancients from thousands of years ago has done before you and people will do after you, live life as if it were your last day on earth and wake up in morning being glad that you are alive and approach everything with love in your heart and allow that to guide you to achieving whatever it is you would like to achieve.
I can surely tell you that I am.
I have been working on my plans and studying as of late and putting into action more of my plans and I know you can do it as well.
Let’s make the rest of this year the best and then make 2007 a year that will be spoken of for the rest of your life.
Best regards,
Julio
I love the art of marketing and selling, but I have always wondered, “What makes a business breakout of their ceiling, and get bigger – much bigger”.
I believe you have answered my questions and I have mapped out my strategy to make 2007 a year of more profitable sales and targeted marketing.
Thanks,
Jeff
amazing stuff for the 3th. your smile like a white-hearted fox, otherwise, you surely sell the product for $997. well done again rich!
As a novice, I felt most of your data in The Final Chapter is very understandable, thus the experienced people will really get a lot out of it. I’ve been toying with this idea for two years, and finally set up my web site. If I could figure out how to get people to my front end, I might be able to come up with a back end?
I plan on joining in an alliance with my friend that does health training seminars, a Mr. Natural, etc etc!
Unfortunatley, I used up all of my cash and credit getting set up to this point. Can you believe I spent over $5,000 on this project, untold hours, and haven’t made one sale yet?
Please, just a couple of suggestions on how to make my site generate even a little income on the front end, so I can afford to join you and Agora on Back end programs!
True, 2 years, $5,000 and no sales! Plus, the ongoing expenses of having the shopping cart, etc etc
Have had fair traffic from my own list, but need to become visible to many more, and now I’m out of cash!
If you can help, I’ll pay you on the back end, plus become one of your alliance partners.
Sorry, if this sounds out of turn, just very frustrated. I’m 62 years old, just barely getting by on a fixed income, and used up my savings and credit to get this far. Guess I bought those silly ideas you explained away in The Final Chapter. Wish I read your books first!
I stared at the cover more than 5 minutes. It itself makes my jaw dropped on the floor.
When Rich talk about strategist vs. opportunist, I was thinking that he was just preaching. Then I noticed that he just left the money on the table for almost opportunities that for him just a matter of sending emails.
I hope that the final chapter is not the final one from him.
Thanks Rich.

This is good stuff. I was just wondering, do you have a home study course that teaches allthis stuff? I’d be interested if you ever have one.
Thank you very much! This is really good materials!

A rare gem! Not a surprise, considering Rich is the author. Have only reached page 18, but could not wait to post my comments.
What the 2 slides have in common:
. a lot of thought went into both
. all angles are covered
. fall apart if 1 element missing
Their differences:
. #1 is pure chaos & confusion, putting out fires all over; #2 is order, sanity, progression, organization, predictability
. #1 ‘you’ is the center; #2 ‘you’ is not on the map
. #1 has no sense of direction; #2 has vision
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
pls i am interested on that business internet marketing
Rich, quite simply. The “Last Chapter” is genius on fire, and magnificence in print. I have gained so much insight and tactics into building my business it’s borderline insane. What can I say Rich, you’ve outdone yourself with this “Last Chapter” report.
Rich, I think you’re on to something but you left off one column in your seven-column matrix: ethics. When you combine honesty, integrity, quality, and service with an abundance attitude and the vision, strength, passion, resources, partners, tactics and action that you’ve already identified, then you’re unstoppable.
This is something I talk about quite a bit in my award-winning sixth book, Principled Profit: Marketing That Puts People First–I’d be happy to send you a PDF copy as a gift. It has also inspired me to start a world-wide movement around business ethics at http://www.business-ethics-pledge.org
This time period will always be remembered by me, as a pivotal time in my business career; when my master plan was hatched. Thanks to these reports and being part of the Business Growth System – Elite Club, my business is transforming into what I originally and always wanted to see happen.
I was at the Elite event in West Palm this weekend and it was so transformational that I actually feel like a different person today than I did on Friday; an identity shift.
Finally, someone drew attention to all this incestuous nonsense taking place in the Internet marketing world, which keeps you sucking from a fire hose of \”stuff\” and “gotta haves” forever and never really growing a successful business beyond the short term hits.
I am GLAD to be away from that and back to where I was at the start my business that uses the Internet as a primary channel, but also exists otherwise.
To all who are reading this, the Final Chapter was great and further reinforced my success. Take the right amount of time to read it all, and absorb it\’s greatness.
Latest and greatest internet marketing ebook: $49
Joining stompernet: $797
A month of Google Ads: $5,000
Rich’s 3 FREE pdf reports: Priceless
I will admit to being one of your Elite students at your seminar last weekend who was initially annoyed that you were GIVING AWAY this information.
I would bet that this information is probably worth 100x the price of most people’s last e-book.
Hi Rich
“Each of the American companies aggressively rented their customer list out and rented other companies customer lists, while in Europe, the companies never shared, rented, or sold their customers names.” p13)
This approach may make some people a lot of money, but it sure is getting out of hand in my inbox. Of late some people I previously respected have begun picking up anything thats going as a JV, and I no longer trust their recommendations. It is costing them sales. The frustration is starting to appear in the IM forums. My inbox has grown to receive some 100 daily promotions, many for the same products, of late. Went crazy during the Brad/Andy and Joel promotions. I am going to have to cull out the worst offenders, and think twice about joining up to any more lists for fear of a.buse.
When does this tactic move from good business to bad ethics, insult to customers and even legal issues?
Thanks for your paper, but this aspect has me worried that a lot of people are intent on killing the goose that laid the golden egg. I hope they are not the folk on your course?
Cheers, Rod
Simply amazing stuff!
I’m at page 24 yet but the lessons I gathered are awesome.
It hits right smack into the face of “internet lifestyle” we’ve been sold to.
Thanks Rich.

Boy is my inbox quiet….Nothing about “The Final Chapter” from all of the thoughtful guru’s. Many if not all of whom are a member of Rich’s coaching group.
It’s pretty interesting to see this phenomena begin and end with Rich. Just something to think about. Not very many Internet Marketers are really interested in giving their list much of anything of true value that’s not tied to a dollar bill.
Shout out to Yanik Silva, Neil Shearing, Ryan Deiss and Alice Seba for increasing my awareness and sending me the first email about The Internet Manifesto.
Rich,
Thank you for giving and sharing your immense business knowledge.
What a powerhouse of ideas, a real dynamo and an eye-opener. All this for the best price imaginable…FREE! I love it even more! :-)

Powerful and Useful Information! Truly A “Must Read”
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP
Wow Rich! You have outdone yourself. You are giving us an instant MBA in Business in your 3 PDF files and video.
Thanks so much for your generosity in sharing your wisdom. You have helped me shift my thinking into a bigger vision than I ever thought possible.

Great information. I never even considered an internet business before, now all i do is think about what business i can start.
Thanks Rich!!!
it was killer!
a bit overhelming at times though..
but surely you gave some gr8
concepts and tactics..
i wish i could learn the whole
system from you..
but i’ll work with what i have
to afford that..
but i really want it finally!
thanx a ton for sharing all
that you do!
Hi Rich,
I’m not normally one to leave comments about the things I read mainly because I read so much and also I prefer to let others more eloquent than me have the pleasure.
However in this case things are different. That’s because ‘The Final Chapter’
is something that stands out far and above almost anything I’ve read…ever.
Your one of the few who have shown such in-depth understanding between marketing and selling AND have been able to explain it in such a clear way.
The ‘critical elements to your business success’ also proved and will prove to be invaluable as will the advice on ones business back end.
Virtually every page contains a golden nugget of thought provoking, action making advice and guidance.
In some place the advice given makes those golden nuggets become encrusted in diamonds.
Thanks for making this material available, I would be a fool not to adopt virtually 100% or what you have given us and apply it to my business.
Kind regards,
Mark Moxom
http://www.lowcarbmonthly.com
Now I’m sure I have a lot to learn. Thanks for sharing this with me. There are some great ideas I will use.
I like the way you approach business with a systems / process mindset and remind us that whether online or offline – business principles are timeless, only strategies change.
as an aside, it would be an interesting exercise to continue to extend the front page image and define what success is ! – I would imagine that it would be different for each person, but once again the principles would be the same.
I look forward to the Final Chapter Version 2, 3 4 etc !
All I can say is “Holy Cow!”
I can’t thank you enough for how much insight that final chapter has just brought into my business.
I am closing my email client, shutting off my phone, and COMPLETELY restructuring the way I am going to be doing my business.
No excuses, I am going to do this…
Matthew Glanfield
P.S. I was almost hoping you had some sort of offer at the end – I would have bought whatever it was!
(I already posted one but I needed to say this).
…About the graph where you explain how you feel, when you are lacking one of the crucial elements of running a sustainable business…
My moto in life is to feel happy whatever I do, and I HATE negative feelings – I’m sure I speak for everybody reading this :-).
But lately while I’ve been working on my project, I’ve been feeling VEEEERY anxious – and it didn’t feet good, I can tell you that much! And your graph showed me exactly what the problem is.
The night I read the final chapter I slept like a baby!:-) And ever since, whenever I think about my project, I am very calm and objective and I just GET THINGS DONE period.
On the other hand – which brings us to the reason behind this second post – this whole thing has brought me thinking.
And since I know how many “business people” read your blog, I’m going to make a statement :-)
I realized that all that stress that I’ve been putting myself through lately was mostly because of money. But I don’t like it because I have focused all my energy on money and left little space for anything else GOOD in life.
I know that when I actually start making money I will be a lot worse. :-)
I also know that some of you reading this are actually MAKING money.
Because I wish good things to everyone in this planet, I would advise everyone to ocassionally stop and think how much energy you are spending on the pursuit of happiness (which we think is money but eventually lose track of what happiness of what it was in the first place.
I’m not saying to “screw money”! I’m just saying to balance things a bit ;-)
Probably most of you have it figured out, but I know many business people who haven’t .. so I had to “take my chances of bothering the readers who know, for the good of those who don’t”.
Sorry :-)

Great Ideas.
This is an amazing report.
A must read for anyone who is keen in making their online business a success should read this…again and again.
Lots of powerful yet simple ideas that anyone can implement immediately.
Warning! Do not read Rich Schefren’s The Final Chapter before going to bed – you won’t get there!…I just couldn’t stop reading, rereading and notetaking…and taking hours to translate into my business.
From the first 10 minutes into The Final Chapter I became an addict. Hitting page 38 at 5:15 am and finishing up at 7:33am.
I’ve already initiated two back-end concepts, began filling the Action Plan gap, and dissected my business accoridng to Rich’s simple yet powerful model.
Although laced with golden nuggets , Selling versus Marketing and paying $60 affiliate fees on a $40 sale are the most outstanding.
THANKS A MILLION!
Keith
PS Unless a person sees the light (which Rich shines like a million megawatt lighthouse) on why Rich gives this away, they’d think you’re nuts! I paid over $50,000 for an MBA including two years of my life…Rich has taught me more on how to make real money and a real business in a matter of hours – FOR FREE!
Good work. With the next round of new employees all graduated and ready for work, there is investment manager site.
Rich, you are one of the few people I know of who really “get” marketing metrics. Thanks much for the awesome report!
Re: The Final Chapter
Thank you so much for this amazing gift. I can hardly wait to learn about what your next enterprise is about.
Thanks again, Janyce Granoff
Great product, great ideas, a lot to think about.
Many thanks.

Hi Rich,
Because of your great work I had to pause for a moment and
say just how grateful we are for You reminding us that
“The Aim Of Marketing Is To Make Selling Superfluous”, the
Peter Drucker Quote is the Real Deal in Business. Yet in
Your “Final Chapter”, Internet Marketing has some Real
Serious Benefits for those really prepared in Community.
Thank You Rich for the “Final Chapter”, we know that You are
pouring Your Best Cup to help the Internet Online Business
Community and we can appreciate knowing that a Storm is
Coming! The Manifesto,The Missing Chapter, and now the very
fine “Final Chapter” is so generous of You and a blessing
for everyone with listening ears.
Really do understand why Jeff Walker couldn’t keep it to
himself, this Document is Rich Schefren Explained.
Hey Rich,
I can work for you for free!
Yes indeed, no need for a long reply, there would be over 100 in the next days. I manage escrow accounts in the millions, currently $9,000,000 RE project right now, $10k a month is survival for me…
Need $100k a month to be satisfied, I am willing to work for you free of charge.
With close to $3,100 rounded for maintanance, utility bills and mortgage payments…I could afford you work for you for free.
A mentor is vital for making $100k a month, no matter what any other so-called guru says.
Would be pleased with a private reply from you to the email I pasted here.
Regards,
Joe?!
Rich, thanks for the “Final Chapter”. More than anything else, it is validation that what I’m doing is right – automating the backend, setting it up for testing and optimization, and building multiple ‘attack fronts’ to get new clients into the marketing funnel.
Of course, there’s a lot more I need to learn and implement, but the outline you shared was helpful. Thanks.
There’s one tiny part that I disagree with. While you write from the standpoint of a business owner seeking to DOMINATE a niche, and build multi-million dollar empires online, not everyone shares that kind of ambition – or indeed needs to.
You said one of the ‘myths’ was that:
“You can build a successful lifestyle business running on autopilot 24/7″
I would not call this a myth, because since early 2001, just one of my very small niche websites has been consistently pulling in enough cash, totally on auto-pilot (I mean, all I do is renew my domain registration every 2 years!) to cover my living expenses.
The dollar-to-Indian rupee conversion helps. My relatively frugal lifestyle contributes. But bottomline, you CAN indeed build a successful lifestyle business that runs on autopilot – though the ‘lifestyle’ would be defined differently for people, in a uniquely individual way.
Ask yourself what you REALLY want from your online business. And if you answered, “A million dollars, so I can relax on the beach” – think about this… you don’t NEED a million bucks to do that, just hop into your car and drive to the beach TODAY!
All success
Dr.Mani
Hi Rich
What can I said that it hasn’t been said already above? Simply thank you for give us such a great information .
P.S. I’m confused with your “Pay per Click Secret #1″ (page 43) I think there’s a missing picture otherwise I don’t understand what’s happening. Anyone else has a problem with it?
Thansk again, you are the man
Wow… that is pretty much the only word I can use to describe the final chapter.
Simply the most thought provoking piece to genius I have ever read.
The downside is that I haven’t been able to sleep for the last couple of nights – way to much on my mind!
Thanks Rich!
Thank you… Thank you… Thank you!!!
I witnessed the original unveiling of your pilot coaching program in Detroit at Steven Pierce’s amazing “Genius” seminar. I KNEW I wanted to work with you then, but the time was not quite right. The time has now become right, in large part due to the ESSENTIAL Education you having gifted to our community with the Internet Marketing Manifesto Series.
You should combine the three parts and create a print version for folks to buy at Barnes and Noble… The Internet Marketing World NEEDS that!
I am building my $100+ Million Biz with the Internet Marketing Manifesto Blueprint… It is the ONLY POSSIBLE WAY!!!
Thanks Rich!!
Hi Rich,
First of all, great book! You seem to have an amazing grasp of business concepts and I can see why you are so successful.
The reason I am posting is to ask you about one statement in the book, you say that Agora will be “disrupting” many of the niche markets and may put some of us out of business, isn’t this basically saying that small business owners are screwed unless we can grow to an extreme level and a very short amount of time?
Thanks for making this book free.
Niall
Great comments – great ideas. Quite like the fact that you shared a lot of your ideas with us in the elite group and given it a further slant here in your Final Chapter. Even for me on the inside, it was a revelation – well done!
I wonder what else you are up to and really – I can’t wait.
Powerful. You have lifted my thinking and refined my future. Now it is up to me to do the execution; the map is there.
Rich, Having just written over 300 pages on the first 25 years of the independent consultant and business coach movement (c1975+), and with you reading the same books (Drucker, Good to Great, Six Sigma, etc etc)as we advice marketers–and then kicking it up a notch with the ‘Schefren System’ I hope we will see a lot more of you around the professional services marketplace!
OK?
Thank you soooooo much for Internet Marketing Manifesto Series!
We have redefined our roles, and focused our efforts.
The Manifesto has been the turning point that will lead us to the Business Plan that will create our success.
When I recieved the Final Chapter I was knee deep in work. I decided to follow your advice, and put it aside till I finisned what I was doing.
Well, I read the first page, just to see and that was it…I was hooked.
I didn’t get back to work until I finished reading that Chapter.
Truely insightful and amazing is the only way to describe the series.
Well done and thank you again.
Regards
Andrew

I have been a subscriber of theirs in one way or another since 1990 so I understand why you would want to partner with them. I have always wanted to join one of their clubs but life can be a lot like the Manifesto graphic-chaotic. The Final Chapter is more of a true business plan which utilizes a system to produce results.
I look forward to meeting you and hopefully doing a joint venture with you and the Agora partners.
Thank you for teaching people to get back to the basics of good marketing and honest copywriting.
The Final Chapter is as good as you said it is. I will refer it to others.
Best Regards,
Maureen Otto

A picture is worth a thousand words – Your one page summary on the cover of The Final Chapter really drives home the point. It is a masterpiece of clarity. There isn’t anyone at any level of business who could not benefit from using it daily.
Thank you so much for such a magnificient gift,
Danny Guspie
The one on the left is like a bomb, full of energy but just about to explode and create a big mess. The one on the right is organised or designed, in other words simplified. Design is the art of simplifying. Most people tend to think that a hundred storey building is complicated, but is actually only a number of simple principles put together.
The one on the left is just a mass of energy, and is missing Powerful Tactics and Action Plan, in other words, intelligence or design.
Thanks for sharing this information with me.
Ezio Tuveri.
Rich: how does one get a copy of the first two “chapters” of this trilogy? I have the third chapter, but where can I access the first two?
Rich,
Great document… I mean documents, considering the previous two.
What is interesting is that most people who have created businesses (real) before the Internet (I really mean before 1996), used to do some strategic planning before starting them. In my case I started three companies in the 80’s and made detail plans following similar concepts expressed on your document. Or maybe I did that because of my education and experience (I worked in large organizations doing strategic planning).
With the Internet, many think they only have to put a webpage and offer something for sale and get thousands of order on autopilot. Opportunistics as you called them.
I hope your Final Chapter open the eyes of many more.
Thumbs up.
Gilbert
Good solid common sense. Agora have been amongst the worlds best marketeers for the last 20 years in my humble opinion. I get the feeling you will have more to share…………
Thank you.
Rich, you ALMOST convinced me….
…with “the Manifesto”, then sold me with “The Missing Chapter. I respected that you could respond so quickly to our feedback with an actual solution to the problem, rather than sweep it under the carpet and pretend like the Manifesto was perfect. But with this “Final Chapter”, YOU HAVE DRIVEN ME OVER THE EDGE! You speak the Truth. My UofV motto is “Creating TRUE Entrepreneurs”; more than just giving success advice you are helping create a new movement of True entrepreneurs who seek first to provide a product or service of value, then make their money as a by product of the former.
But Rich, I THINK YOU MISSED SOMETHING!!!
That final chapter chart is so powerful and speaks for itself so well, that it’s an ideal jpg to be emailed around as a Viral campaign. All it needs is a catchy name and as the king of branding, Donald Trump, taught me personally, that name should be YOUR NAME. Time for a brainstorming session…. I’ll get it started… “Schefren’s Missing Link Chart”. I’m sure we can do better!
My proposal is this… Let us have the chart to use wherever we want (as an uneditable jpg) and that chart has your website url at the bottom and your chart title at the top.
The first thing I would do is write my own article for my site, and drop the chart in as reference to the point I’m trying to make. We both win, and your name gets permanently engraved in the internet history books (wikipedia) as “The Missing Link” guy.

Rich,
Love the Final Chapter! As usual — just like the first two parts of the Manifesto trilogy — it seemed like obvious, common-sense info. That is, until I realized that I had never really thought about it before…
What’s that old adage? He who knows not and knows not that he knows not is a fool… Well, that’s where I WAS. Hopefully now I’m a bit wiser, and will become wiser still with each successive reading.
Thank you so very, very much for sharing your insights, experience, and wisdom with us. I look forward to hearing more from you here at Strategic Profits and in the Early to Rise emails. (You are so wise to work with Michael Masterson… Can’t say enough about his wisdom too.)
Thanks again,
Ellen
P.S. There is one flaw to the Final Chapter that I just have to mention, though. (I don’t mean to be a downer, but someone has to tell the emperor that he has no clothes…) It’s really not a biggie. Just typos. Lots of them. And a few grammatical errors too. It’s probably from lack of time before release, but you might want to get a good proofer/editor to give it a once over and then publish a second edition soon. Just a thought.
This has really made me think about the present and future of my company, business services, products and most of all marketing them.
Hope to see you come out with a full book someday that expands on the trilogy.
Looking forward to meeting you someday.
Having left a bloody trail from Korea straight thru the Savings & Loan collapse I tend to look cross-eyed at hype. After I read your ‘Final Chapter’ (which is not the final chapter, only the beginning) I thought: “could this guy actually understand what is going on?” If you are a six sigma black-belt and have seen thru the gauze to the next step, you truly are amongst a lonely few. Whats’s next? I’ll listen!
Rich — Thanks for the excellent information. It’s good to read something on online marketing that is realistic rather than just hype. Like any business, online marketing takes time and effort. If done correctly, it can be very lucrative, but it doesn’t happen without some planning and hard work.
Thanks also for the idea of combining passion with your strengths. Intuitively, I’ve known this, but it took your words to bring it to the forefront.
See you in Delray Beach in a couple of weeks.
You’ve really opened the flood gates on how to step out, the actual process of building a business and the very important ingredients involved in making it a success.
The fact that you talk about focussing on your strengths and on building your business around something that you love, was a turning point for me.
Your wisdom is very deep and is many times deeper than the book the E-Myth.
Thank you for all that you’ve done for the people who are striving for excellence and allowing us to know the real truth of building a successful business that works.
The title maybe “The Final Chapter”, but it is just the beginning for a lot of us. You have provided cutting edge insights.
You really do demonstrate your strengths and your willingness to share.
Many thanks.
Rich,
Thanks. This is a good read and quite an insight into how to work the backend.
I have a few questions:
1: How do AdSense Publishers like me track and improve my backend?
2: I know my frontend (the site) and I make money from AdSense at the front end. My backend is from the ezine people signup (again AdSense and Affiliate Sales). The difficulty is how to figure out who my customers are, latency, CLC, how to cater for those in heat and hyper responsive? It’s going to be a challenge but I’m working on it.
Thanks again.

Dax Cheng
Hi Rich,
One of my partners emailed me the link to sign up to get your “Final Chapter”. As soon as I had it we started on the cover and went thru each one. Did we have Vision, Passion, etc?
I am delighted to inform you that in our particular project, all the ingredients for success are there. Will let you know how it goes.
On a side note, as a student and fan of MM, BB and Agora, I was very intrigued by your talk at TIMME2 and the work you are doing at Agora.
Their programs are top notch (at least, in copywriting, finance and travel). My copywriting business has exploded since I started focusing on it – writing copy that sold $225,000 in 7 days helps!
So I look forward to hearing more bout your work there.
Thanks
Scott

This is pure genius. I have an MBA degree and still learn so much from your “Final Chapter”. Keep up the good working.
Great stuff. Thanks for helping the little guy stay in the game.

Wowo it’s an honor to be among the people in the know. Your information hasd opened my mind up to so many useful startegies that I cannot say thank you enough. Congrats on your Agora Publishing deal. Thank you for demystifying the business model. By the way when are you passing out the million dollar roldex for te strategic partners?
I hit save link as …and I can’t find the info anywhere.

Thanks Rich. I just came back from jvalert – an internet marketing conference – and spent… I mean cough cough … invested in some coaching with some people who I know respect some of the names on your list. I will be up on your list soon. Cheers, Peter.
PS the big difference I saw between the pictures was the new one is uniform sizes of the squares, all red, and organized with a structure.
After I watched tonight’s PBS show on Net Neutrality. I believe we better to act on

to preserve our chance to join and run internet program like Rich is running here.
Rich, I really appreciate your taking the time to pen “The Final Chapter”. I love it. I’m a bricks and mortar guy, and you’re really making sense to me. For some time all I’ve heard from the so called experts and gurus, is baloney. Now that the light has shown, I’m hearing some of these crybabies claim that they have done what you’re doing first…liars! Great job and keep up the good work.
Rich,
FINALLY!! THE HOLY TRINITY IS COMPLETE!!! “THE FATHER” (as represented in The Internet Business Manifesto) – “THE SON” (as represented by The Missing Chapter) & “THE HOLY SPIRIT” (as represented by this, The Final Chapter) of ULTIMATE, OMNIPOTENT, INTERNET BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE HAVE COME TOGETHER IN ONE COMPLETE TRINITY! Everyone in the business, or even THINKING of coming into this business should get down on their knees and shout: “Halleluiah!” right now!
As an Elite Member of your Business Growth Coaching Program, I have seen, first hand, over these past 9 weeks the incredible power of the knowledge you not only possess, but are more than willing to share with your clients.
BUT, and this is the VERY RARE ASPECT of your character, especially in today’s world, through this ULTIMATE TRINITY OF INTERNET BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE, you are willing to share much of that knowledge – at least in it’s most basic forms – with anyone and everyone – even though they are NOT paying clients! Most consultants would think you are crazy! I KNOW you are not only quite SANE, but are also a very kindhearted, generous, sharing individual who likes to earn a good living, but not at the expense of stepping on the broken backs of other men & women – and God bless you for that!
The sharing of this PRICELESS knowledge with the general public can only serve to help those who are truly motivated to help themselves and their loved ones, to create a better live and future for all. If followed carefully, I have NO DOUBT that virtually anyone with determination can acquire the other assets necessary to become a success following just the information in this INTERNET BUSINESS CANON!
I recall the first time I read the initial installment, I immediately drove over to the home of my sole sibling, my sister Linda (with whom I am extremely close and share no secrets – outside of theological & confidential ones) and I walked her through the Manifesto – page by page – explaining exactly what was wrong with our charity’s fund raising business, and our own internal thinking (we were opportunistic in our approach to raising money for secular food bank programs, shelter programs, etc.,) and ran our Internet Businesses in the worst possible way. I told her that I JUST HAD to get into Rich Schefren’s Program as I KNEW it would be better than any THREE Harvard MBA’s ANY DAY! AND I WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!
Rich, what I have learned, I wish I could now tell the world – or at least help you to tell as many clients as possible. You have been gracious enough to allow me to set-up an internal Member-to-Member Tutoring Program, with Elite Members Tutoring the 12-Month Members, and I am very proud to participate in this for you. It would be my honor to assist you in any other way possible, now or in the future, to help other men & women grow their businesses using this knowledge – IT’S THAT TIMELY AND IT’S CERTAINLY THAT UNPRECEDENTED IN IT’S SCOPE AND BOTTOM-LINE VALUE!
As we have been taught, from the very start, the TRUE BUSINESS we should be growing is one that we do not have a job-within, but one that operates without our sole direct labor and can, eventually, operate without our presence – yet create wealth for us that allows us to live the lifestyle we each seek. Not many businessmen/women see that at the start of their own business-building – or even by the time they drop-dead on the job at age 76!
As a senior clergyman, I put a huge amount of thought and prayer into whether or not I should participate in this coaching program, and then participate in the Member-to-Member Tutoring.
But, I finally came to realize that I also had to try to find a way to HELP YOU spread this information to your paying clients in other ways, by offering even more personal/professional assistance (assuming you even ever have a specific need for someone like myself) if possible. WHY? Well, as a clergyman, it is my frequent duty to perform the Funeral Mass/Services for the husband of some poor widow who has been left in a less than ideal financial position. While I can provide spiritual comfort, and to some degree, emotional comfort, I often see the widow and her children struggle to make ends meet, sometimes losing their home, because the husband did not make proper arrangements before he died to take care of his family. Well, if that husband (or, in the reverse, a wife) had operated a business according to Rich Schefren’s HOLY TRINITY… THAT IS HIS COMPLETE BUSINESS MANIFESTO – and followed it properly – than I would be able to conduct that funeral calm in the knowledge that the surviving spouse would inherit a business operation that was wealth-producing even without the original owner, as it was automated, was run according to a set of measurable metrics, and much, much more! That type of “Family Comfort” is something that any cleric should jump for joy to be able to have a chance at providing to his/her parishioners and the general public!
Rich, you have done something here that is worthy of Worldwide Accolade – Public Gratitude in the Highest – and at least a couple of Honorary Degrees From A few of the Top-Universities that specialize in Higher Business Learning! (HINT.. HINT.. HARVARD, ARE YOU LISTENING!!) BUT, I for one, must tell you that you have my eternal gratitude for everything you’ve done both for me and for our fund raising efforts – both through this original publication and your Elite Coaching Program! God bless you & yours, always, and in all ways – for your kind, sharing, committed and loyal heart & soul towards both your clients and the public-at-large! You are a true gentleman and honorable man! It doesn’t get better than that! WELL DONE, SIR! I remain,

Infor mation her that is not even presented in marketing classes in college. The whole manifesto has been a great learning experience. I hope to be able to utilize the info.
Thank you,
Rich,
You just explained in your “Final Chapter” to
the WHOLE WORLD why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer!
I am not surprised anymore and this should be a wake up call to the shrinking middle class!
Technology, computers and the internet were supposed to make our lives easier, but as you so beautifully explained, it is becoming more and more complex.
It is not enough to be a niche expert anymore. One has to become more and more specialized to deal with the growing trend of
complexity. Which means, just like you said, that your market shrinks and that you need more
and more powerful alliances and partnerships to offset the potential loss of clients.
Looks like Agora Publishing and a few others found out that the only way to deal with that new trend is to team up and stick together.
I understand now what you mean by saying that the internet is growing up.
Just like in the “Industrial Age” where a few powerful men controlled half the world, this is happening right now in the “Information Age” too.
from what I can “sense” so far, it looks like you and Agora Publishing are right now in the process of finding new Markets and Alliances to get a head
start and to control as many markets as possible before the rest of the World wakes up and starts to compete with you.
This is exactly the reason why the rich will even get richer!
Only by forming teams and alliances and sharing resources (lists, information, trends ….) can one stay powerful and this is what the rich always understood, but it seems to become even more important right now.
The poor will get even poorer simply because they have so little to hold on to and they will be increasingly afraid that somebody will take even that away from them. Their mindset will prevent them from forming alliances and this new complexity will simply overpower them.
The middle class will shrink even further because half of them will partner up with the rich and powerful to join this new trend and the rest will
simply go under with the poor.
Since I am middle class myself, I guess I have no other choice but to team up and rise to the top, or drown with the others.
Rich, thank you for opening my eyes and mind to a whole new world!
Oh, by the way, let me make one more prediction here – this is not your “Final Chapter”! You’ve
started something big and there’s no easy way out for you – You’re into this to deep!
Keep up the great work,
Ewald
Rich,
I dropped everything I was doing to print out “The Final Chapter” the minute it came into my mail box.
Brilliant again. The most enlightening thing for me in this chapter was how critical a major alliance is. It is one of those things I always suspected – never beleiving I would really “launch” by doing Joint Ventures with people who were as new as I was. That never made sense to me.
You have shown us what the “real deal” is and I thank you for that. Your new chart is also amazing..I ahve a huge copy of it on my offie wall to remind me of all the necessary pieces.
Thanks again,
megan
Rich – Yet again you have delivered jaw-dropping, eyeball- popping information with such clarity. This will alter the trajectory of my business in a huge and positive way. Your flow chart in the Final Chapter is so right-on and crystallizes the challenges so clearly I’m posting this one up right on my desk. It’s my compass now. Thank you SO much for the profound piece of work!
Hi Rich:
I was one of the “fans” of your two previous parts of the Manifesto, I’ve just read the final chapter and I must say that you made it again.
You over-deliver as always… thank you for all the insights, you unveil the truth and communicate it in a simple, but mind-blowing way.
Congratulations, and thank you very much…
after reading it for the second time, again, i feel like facing a dejavu: the stuff is too short, isn’t? Frankly, I can live to read the stuff even if you wrote it down to 200 pages! Ok. rich well done again, I can’t wait for your surprise.
Half as long would have been more readable.
Joachim
Rich,
Your reports are facinating. I have read them all and watched your video. I agree the shift to Real Business is coming. And I for one plan to be here for the long haul. You are an extremely Smart Guy, and I’m glad I have found you. I like to align myself with the Smartest People I can find, and I plan to work closely with You in the future. The New Internet Marketing is comming, and I Plan to be a part of it. Thanks for your insignts, look forward to working with you in the future.
I agree with your Manifest.
Please guess which name need for
my website.
Thank you. Sincerely yours,Vladimir
Thanks — some great content that has given me fresh vision.
Here’s my guess at what’s coming next: Agora is about to start their Internet Marketing division and wants us all to share their lists with them.
Fascinating material-must read for anybody involved in marketing.
Thank you Rich
Rich, great work. Few people “get it” and I thank you for sharing your paradyne shifting material. Your contrarian views are enlightening but so true.
I’ve just finished reading the Final Chapter, and found it interesting and informative. It has certainly given me food for thought! Thank you for sharing this valuable information.
You should put all manifesto chapters into a book and sell it in book shops – “Rich Business, Poor Business”. I’m sure it would be a best seller.
I’m going to the Internet Millionaires Bootcamp in London this weekend, and notice that several of the speakers are also your clients. With the information I now have, I shall be viewing their presentations from a slightly different perspective than I would have done before.
Well done!
Rich,
Your first two were illuminating.
The final chapter is stunning.
I’m hooked. I get it and believe in it.
I have been floundering as an opportunist for several years and am now starting over from scratch looking for tools and more tips to help me better understand what I am really good at as a way to focus those skills around a business idea yet to be developed.
Any tools you’d recommend for assessing skill sets beyond what you mention in The Missing Chapter?
I’m learning how to walk all over again. That sucks…
Well, maybe not…
Thanks
Steve
WELL! Thank you, again, for a very insightful report!
First of all, I would like to answer your question: What do both of the slides have in common? In my mind, they both illustrate very clearly what we are doing WRONG – WHY WE FAIL. The first slide only indirectly (but very obviously) shows the missing elements, whereas the second slide explicitly shows the missing elements needed for business success.
I feel empowered by your report to work more resolutely at building my business plan and at Business Intelligence. I am now in the planning stage of marketing and happened to receive your timely report in the midst of this. I had purchased KE with the purpose of business intelligence in mind and have found many other sources as well. Now I will put even more effort into the important aspect of business planning AND implementation.
All the best!
Angela Wickenberg
“newbie” marketer who has studied far too long
I thank you (for the 3 volumes). I have a question: on p.12 I read that American companies rent their customer list. What about the I-swear-I’ll-never-share-your-email statement I can read almost each time I ask for information? Anyway, I feel very lucky to read your books just as I am starting my business.
Great ideas …..I’ve already learned a few things from just one read……
A question though…the link for clickalizer takes you to a links page without the advertised software you speak glowingly about…….and quirkbiz goes to a 404 page
Dear Rich,
Within 12 months, I will create (with a partner) a multi-million dollar company.
I am currently a marketing partner with a business. We’re promoting a service…in a very competitive industry ( I can’t reveal the industry)
We’ve had a few sales so far….but last night after reading your final chapter, I realized that because
1-My competitors are focusing all their advertising efforts online and turning a blind eye to the Offline world
2-Doing poor Google and Yahoo ads
3-Having bad landing pages
4-Making lame offers
5-Not Building Credibility
…I realized that I was sitting on a gold mine.
So I have just come up with a business strategy that will concentrate on
1-Accessing over 1 million prospects for free…(not with emails, not with adwords…not with newspaper ads)
2-Out-selling our competitors (which we’re already doing…because we’re selling our services at more expensive prices and we’re getting sales)
3-Out-Thinking them because we’re tracking our results through Yahoo and through different softwares…so that we will know what the MARKET WANTS and what The Market is Willing To PAY
I will not reveal here the nature of my business partnership…but I am quite sure that this is a multi-million dollar market (with people willing to pay $2500 for a service…)
Well, I disagreed with you about what you said on direct response copywriting…I respect your comments, but for me there is no way I would be running Image-Building ads…no way…only over my dead body.
But the strategies you outlined…the vision…you shared…
The clear definition you made between buidling a business and being an opportunist…opened my eyes.
Your insights made me realized that I was sitting on a gold mine, and trust me I am going to be very busy digging …like a real, crazed, inspired, wild-wild west GOLD DIGGER.
Thanks man. You rock.

As a newbie, I found the “Final Chapter” compelling. It made me rethink my theories on internet marketing to the point that I’ve put everything on hold right now until I come up with a better plan.
Great read, I just wish I knew how to implement a plan that could utilize this new information!
Thanks again, better read than most ebooks I’ve paid $47 and up for lately!!
Once again you scare the wits out of me with your wisdom. Each time I read more of your work I am amazed I’ve accomplished what I have so far. I had entered into a purchase agreement for an offline business a few days before joining your program. I’ve completely restructured the deal and modified our business plan since. My partners think a genius spirit has taken over my body. Thanks again for your overwhelming support and knowledge.
Hey Rich if you get a chance to read this, I truly just want to say thank you. Each time I read your stuff it helps me to clarify exactly what I need to be doing. And unfortunently you hit the nail on the had with everything you said, because I am feeling a bit frustrated right now to not have the rescources to do ALL the things I have the vision, strengths, and action plans for. In any case, invaluable information that I passed down to my partners as well. Thanks a bunch.
Hello Rich, I just read all 62 pages today and, of course, I’ve read your previous work and devoured that as well. Okay, This Was Better Than Any Romance Novel That Could Be Read and possibly compared to Romancing Your Business and Fall In Love Again Through Your Business Passion. The Final Chapter serves to Excite Your Spirit and Ignite Your Energy. Page after Page You internalize truth that can change your life. I compare it to a novel because I could not put this masterpiece you philanthropically share until I finished every word. I am so delighted that you are in my life I recommend you whenever I get the chance. Your generosity and understanding of human nature will guide a great deal of what I do in my residential real estate practice where I am located in Pompano Beach but I am working with Google Pay Per Click and experiencing Global Success that is quite amazing. I am going to leave this comment and look at my website again with new vision, and insight from notes I made reading today. I’m both Empowered by you and In Awe Of Your Ability To Give This So Freely When It Is Priceless. I sincerly thank you with all the humility I have. I have expectations of only great things continuing to happen in my business. With Gratitude This Was A Wonderful Day I Spent With You, Mr Internet Guru. I am in love with my business and will take very good care of it.
Wow! That was a great read. I am going to go back and read it again, this time I am going to take notes to create an action plan for implementing these strategies. Thanks so much again for the great information.
PS. Is working 80 hours a week at your 9 to 5 a legitmate eexecuse? I am doing that currently, but it should stop half way through November. Usually my work provides me plenty of time for other activities, just not the last 4 weeks.
I’m sure this post will brand me as a wimpy marketer, but I find your message becoming rather cold-blooded. Not that there wasn’t good information too, there was. But there was also a troubling slant.
“Your role as the marketer, as the business owner, is to continue to exploit that emotional need because that emotional void that creates that desire to buy never gets fulfilled by the buying of a product.”
Substitute “drug pusher” for “marketer” and the sentence would also be true. This attitude may reward the marketer and the pusher, but what of the customer?
And while attention is paid to developing a quantity of products, what about quality? Marketers often seem to feel the value of the product is almost irrelevant. More than one guru has echoed the sentiment that “crap sells”.
But when you reduce a business to merely numbers and its customers to wallets of different sizes, it strikes me as a soulless enterprise and a game I don’t want to play.
I want to comment on my comment recently where I “picked” on the Internet Marketing world. Yes it can be opportunistic and yes, you can get caught up, but if you have a business strategy, like Rich said, you don’t fall prey to getting caught up. It’s not the Internet Marketing Industry that’s the problem, because there are alot of great offers by Internet marketers, it’s not having a business plan and strategy that’s the problem.
oh, also I forgot to mention what I saw as the difference between the two charts. The first chart was the chart for an oppurtunistic business and the second chart was the chart for a strategic business. Oppurtunity vs. Strategy, that is what I thought the difference was.
Hi Rich, i am in the process of starting a business plan. two questions for you;
1. is there a useful resource which discusses potential businesses to start up on the internet?
2. what should i budget to surround myself with the BEST outsourcers during the first two years of the business? (after i have decided on a business)
Hello Rich,
I’d just come across the Manifesto and I must confess it’s a great stuff.
Needless to say I’d discovered tools & strategy I haven’t seen before.
Just Go For It!
Hi Rich
Your three chapters have shown in painful detail why I have been nibbling at the edges of internet marketing for 5 years, but have made little headway.
Considering the many useful (and useless) things I have read, bought, and tried to digest, and the products I have tried to write and develop, your explanations reveal exactly why I haven’t prospered.
Vision, strengths, passion, etc, are great, but you have shown up the crucial areas I have either neglected or been unaware of. Thank you!
You make such good sense that I’m very glad I decided to join your mentor team, even though at this stage I can’t afford the $600NZ per month.
With the clarity you give to the key issues, I’m looking forward to developing a powerful business model, and making it work.
May the Lord bless you for your integrity and generosity.
Kind regards
Stephen
Rich
Thank you very much for this third part of the trilogy. I do hope you will be continuing to feed us your fantastic insights into the very nature of successful businesses. You have certainly influenced lots of people, and for the better. One thing is to say “You need a plan”, while quite another is to give the principles that such a plan should be based on. Your remarks on the nature of back-end offers will be a golden goose for many a marketer that went astray.
Perhaps the biggest myth in the Internet Marketing is that you can really do it all on your own. Well, you cannot. Really doing it on your own would be equivalent to running your own server instead of paying for it, or coding the entire site in HTML instead of in DreamWeaver with CSS templates… Sooner or later, you must break out of your personal shell and ask for the help of others. (Funny how ordinary marketers do not extend this line of thinking when it comes to their own marketing! If you have never asked for a JV, you are not an Internet Marketer at all!) In the end, you must have a company if you want not only to survive, but to have some quality time for yourself and your loved ones. That is why the Manifestos make a difference: after you read them, you see what you need to both work better and get freer from that very work at the same time.
Even if the Final Chapter consisted of only the first slide, that would still be life-changing for many. Once again, thank you Rich for being such an original presenter of the essence of business.
Hey Rich,
We’d like to take this “opportunity” to send congrats.
The Final Chapter had a lot of useful and thought provoking info.
Thanx for sharing it.
Rich,
thanks a lot you give a way a lot of value to your readers and you are an excellent example of how to run a business in the 21st century. I am in your coaching programme and it is without doubt the most dense and high level information that I have ever been exposed to so far.
Rich,
I’m only on pg 18 but I have to do this before its gone, the two graphs side by side just brought together a lot of thoughts that I have not gotten my head completely around, until seeing them. The graph on the right has “YOU” right in the middle of everything necessary to build a successful business. The graph on the left has “YOU” overseeing all the necessary components of a successful business. I’ll be reading on now in the Final Chapter to see how close I came. I already realize that I have never worked so many hours, spent so much money, and made so little as I have in the last two years chasing “opportunity”. In any event this epiphany has me rethinking a website I am in the process of launching to start my internet career.
Thank you,
An aspiring entrepeneur

You are a true gentleman in this jungle of internet marketing. One of a kind. When I was told that there is very good report available for free, I thought, ‘another selling pitch for some useless ebook’. But I was pleasantly surprised by your generosity that you have offered this valueable document REALLY FREE. I can not thank you enough. I have been led quite a few paths which always ends in the ” but wait, You will see it only once ….. and I end up buying another download. Thats the only activity I am upto these days in the HOPE of making some money ONE DAY. So thanks a lot, you have shown a light at the end of this dark tunnel and I have changed my view of internet gurus, Yes there are some who just want to help the upstarts and not just make money this way and that.
Thanks again
Cyril
Rich,
I must say…WOW!! I sat down for a quick read and 5 hrs later was still at it because I kept going back over it again and again to relate it to what I’m doing… and not doing in my business. This is great stuff! Thanks so much.

Hello Rich,
a week ago if someone told me did u know who is “Rich Schefren”? I probably answered, some new punk in Internet Marketing trying to saturate my email. But it all started from the end, so i read the “Fianl Chapter” to go back to the two previous. And what i discovered enlightened my smilling face. In fact, it’s like your information came in the right time for me. As i discovered the IM market 6 months ago, and all the internet businesses related to. I tried hard during two months before going one step back. So, i have done an analysis of some market as offline entrepreneurs investigate business. And i’m preparing a business model for the business i start in december. But your information is a gift that will boost my business to the level i wanted to reach. Thanks for all, i’m waiting for the rest. I’m guessing something that will interrest me. You’ve just prequalified a “Hottest customer” or a “future partner”. You decide. Kind Regards,
Halille(from Belgium)
Absolutely incredible and inspiring, Rich!
My deepest gratitude to you for opening my eyes as to what’s possible.
Thanks,
Alasdair Morgan
Hey Rich,
All I can say is…
“What A Masterpiece!”
You don’t know me from a bar of soap, but all I will say now is this…
… you have just woken up the Internet Marketing “Crouching Tiger & Hidden Dragon” of Asia!
I found your writing and illustrations very easy to digest.
And being a former management consultant myself, I can certainly appreciate the “consulting like” approach in which you systematically highlight the “issues” and provide very actionable solutions.
I have invested over USD100,000 in online resources over the past three years…
… but The Final Chapter will certainly go down in my internet marketing history book as the ONLY internet marketing manuscript worthy of a hard copy printout!
Well done!
Fabian Lim
CEO, InternetMarketing.com.sg
P.S. I’ll be referring to the Final Chapter very often as I put in the finishing touches to creating Asia’s largest and most successful Internet Training Academy.
P.P.S. I look forward to meeting up with you at WIS in Singapore!
Rich,
You did a fabulous job once more in this Final Chapter. Thank you for all the time and effort you spent on writing it and then sharing it with us.
You asked what we thought of the two graphics. These were the similarities I noticed:
- They clearly depict the numerous components of internet marketing that should be in place. As a matter of fact, they can serve as an outline for someone who hasn’t already systematized his/her own business with working policies and procedures or hone in components of an established business.
- Both charts can be used to work on the business as opposed to working only in the business.
- Both charts remind a marketer that a solid plan incorporating the general requirements for a business (the Final Chapter) and the detailed specific requirements (Manifesto) is essential to pursuing a long term business instead of a collection of short term efforts to gain a quick buck.
In terms of dissimilarities, I would say that one of the most obvious ones is that the Manifesto chart really gets into the multiple tasks any serious IM person would do to stay afloat and the other has to do with the backbones of any successful business online or offline.
The techniques you listed and some of the tools are superb for getting started. You could have charged a lot for all the information you shared with us. I think it is only fair that we use them so that the effort you expended was worthwhile.
The greatest compliment one can give to someone who gives well thought out advice is to carefully consider it and then if it is good for the situation, follow it! I immediately downloaded the plugin for Firefox, crystalized my vision a bit more, noted some potential alliance partners, etc. I am writing this to tell you I do like what you have to say, I heard it, and now I’m doing it instead of thinking it’s a great idea and then burying the .pdf in the back recesses of the harddrive.
Again, this note can’t express all, but I do want to thank you, Rich, for what this has and will do for my business.

Thank you. I think a primary benefit will be to quiet the noise in my head re: all the things I should do, and all the distracting information I give my precious focus to. My mind will run as fast or faster, but now I’ll have traction instead of spinning my wheels.
Many thank for the knowledge and insight on that great piece of inspirational document of this challenging time. This’s like laseric.
Rich,
Truly excellent real-world advice — thanks for taking Internet Business to a new level!
Thank you for sharing your insights and lesson upon lesson layered in these pages even the one I am partaking in right now. Very valuable pieces of my puzzle have been filled in with this ebook.
What is common between the two slides?
I would say they address the fundamentals. Just different levels. Both levels are essential for success. Both are necessary as filters in the measurement, assessment, and evaluation process of your business which should be occurring on a consistent basis if you are serious about going big.
Thank you again for sharing Rich.
I received a link from a Brad Fallon email to the Final Chapter, so I ended up reading: the Final Chapter, the orginal Manifesto and then the Missing Chapter, in that order and the one that really hit home? The Missing Chapter. I’ll keep all documents for reference, but the Missing Chapter is really the heart of the matter. In particular the idea of igniting people’s passion for causes more than just earning a $$.
Thank so much for offering this information for free. I hope to post 3 or 6 months from now saying that based on reading your advice, I’ve done great things.
I have read your Final Chapter. Very impressed by your tremendous energy. I am sure it will be helpful for many who want to get something new in the same market. However it is a final chapter for you but I am not sure if there will be no more manifesto in the next five or ten years. Life is a circle!
Kim
Hi Rich,
I haven’t even started on the first page! But, just by looking at the cover of the ebook, I’ve already gained insights into where I was doing wrong, and what else I should be doing. Okay, time to read the whole final chapter now… Thank you for sharing such valuable knowledge with the rest of us. Have a great weekend!
Eddy :-)
RIch, I am travelling in India to clear my mind a bit but couldn’t resist downloading the final chapter. My brain is now completely buzzing with energy and ideas….I can’t help it. It feel like a drug.
Thank you!
Josh
Wow!!! Rich you really get to the point and your ability to highlight what should have been obvoius is fantastic. Lots of changes need to be made in my “business” to get from opportunist to strategist, but I’m on my way.
Thanks
Hugh
I am not into business yet. you have provided an excellent guide for starting one. Its incisive and very helpful and provides a clear direction.
Thanks
Ashraf
Holy cow! can you say Instant MBA !! bout time someone tells it the way IT REALLY IS
OK Rich;
Here’s what I think is the SAME about your two charts in ‘The Final Chapter’:
- YOU are still the focus of each one.
—————-
Thank you so much again for my FREE MBA (as mentioned above by Shane) :).
You are changing a lot of people’s lives here…
I’ve just scheduled an emergency meeting with my staff to re-evaluate our sites and marketing process. The information you’ve shared is absoultely priceless. Thanks so much –Ron Douglas
Rich,
Excellent read! Makes you wonder how a one man show would ever stand a chance without your insights.
Thanks for the enchanted journal.
John
I’ve just finished reading your last chapter and have read the other two as well. I have to say that even though I do pick up pieces of very helpful information sometimes I’m left feeling empty. I know that this is a very unpopular opinion and believe me when I say I debated whether or not to post something but you wanted the posts and so here it is. I do love the information that you DO share but I don’t have a heck of a lot of time and sometimes feel that you can be a little long-winded about yourself personally and typically only end up giving a taste of really useful information which I know is a method of increasing interest in your other products but sometimes I wish you’d get to the point a little faster or at least expand more on the great advice you do give.
Keep up the good work! Can you make it in footnote style? :-)
Crazy, how does one give all this away for free? Must mean there are much more where this comes from… ;-) Thanks for sharing so freely!
I am a newbie and have soooo much still to learn!! But this is a priceless start! For all the wrong reasons that I’m trying to build an online biz and loads of people have exploited my unfulfilled emotional need for more… ouch!!-but true!! LIFE is an incredible learning curve and a fabulous journey!!!
One day soon I’ll be joining you!
But plz don’t stop with your advice, guidance and help!
Hi Rich,
Thanks for the informative reading in “the final chapter”. A couple of things really stood out for me. The first was the differences in the business graphics and my thoughts on these.
In the “you” centred image, your business revolves around you and all the separate tasks that you need to do keep you spinning around (from task to task) to then focus on the next task – ultimately you end up doing a complete 360 degrees and wonder why you haven’t gotten anywhere.
Your 2nd image also hit home the message and was the discussion point with my partner last night over dinner. The focus was on the order and sequence of “steps” will take you in a definitive path. Without the necessary ingredients the result is likely to be other than what you expected.
Thirdly, like so many other internet marketers I’m average-good on a wide variety of IM skills but in terms of my strengths it is difficult to focus on a small number and pursue those, particularly when you don’t know whose advice to take on board and what resources to use.
Ultimately you end up becoming a “hyper-sensitive” and end up buying more and more resources to find the “holy grail” of internet marketing success. Or am I the only one? :O)
Change is in the air…and I’m already creating history.
Thanks for your advice…
Cheers, Heath
Filled in many of the gaps and provided bridges over the grand canyons of almost all the gurus elite works.
The idea that a business in a field without “big boys” is no place to be is priceless.
You should be hung, drawn and quartered at dawn! Your information literally devastated me at how little I know about doing business online, and I’ve been in this game for 4 years. Seriously, great work – thank you for the investment in time.
Michael
I can’t believe you give this info for free. Thanks a million, literally.
The final chapter is like reading a document that has been smuggled from the year 2030. It’s like peering into a window through time and seeing the future! This report will expand your preception of what you think you may know. READ IT!

The “Wild West” of making money on the Web simply by going out there and staking your claim are almost at an end.
And no one articulates that better than Rich. Reading “The Final Chapter” made my head spin with all advanced strategies that are fast becoming a requirement for succeeding on the Web.
Thanks, Rich, for shining such a clear light on the new face of Internet business and what needs to be done to succeed at it!
I was unable to access this file. I have grown to despise Adobe and pdf files.
Rich is one of the very first to fully capture the idea that Internet Marketing is a Business. The medium is new and offers new possibilities for interacting with customers that didn’t exist in the brick & mortar days, but the fundamentals haven’t changed and intnernet businesses are not exempt from the basics. Deliver a good product and manage the customer’s experience so they want to come back for more. Agora exemplifies a business model of attracting potential cusotmers, selling them a good front-end product while paying close attention to delivering a great customer experience. That combination is a set up for then converting first time customers to repeat customers and even word of mouth disciples. Expose the front-end to prospects by as many means as possible (alliances) and then rely on the “process” to turn them into long-term if not lifetime customers. Brilliant.
Hi Rich,
Thanks a lot for your wonderful sharing. It is a very enlightening route to the success of the marketing ways.
Once again, appreciate very much of your effort.
Warmest regards.
Michael
Great!!! This will help me out more then a good set of tires on a wet road. I will be reading this article several times–Week!!
Absolutely Beautiful! This is a document I’ll be reading repeatedly. Thanks so much.

I hope my competitors haven’t read this! Rich, you are an amazing man with amazing information to share. This one’s the best!
Hi Rich
The Final Chapter is a truly stunning read. Your perspectives and insights are truly enlightening.
I look forward to following your journey some more.

Thank you very much, Rich, I now have a clear path for my vision.
Thanks again.

Hey Rich. Just started reading the First Chapter in the Manifesto Trilogy. Riveting. Although I’m “retired”, with the entrepreneurial spirit well embedded within me, you never really retire. With that said, my comment is really on last night’s interview with Myles Norin. Great job, both in getting Myles to accept, and your overall interview. Some of what I would have personally liked would have been more from Myles and a little less from you. I’m sure you wanted to make sure we, as an audience, understood what Myles was trying to get across to us, but at times it almost sounded as if you were being a little pedantic. The little I have read in your articles has already shown me you are one of today’s internet gurus. Keep up the good work. You have already succeeded in drawing me out of retirement and I am looking forward to finding a cross link in the telecom industry that will allow me to sell an excellent product for a company that advertizes almost exclusively to vendors. Thanks again, to you and to Agora for creating an interest.
Great marketing tool you have just used here with this blog and everyones comments, a win/win situation.
Annette
So much more than an Internet Marketing Manifesto! more a guide book to success in any Business and Life. How could such valuable information be Free. Thank you so much Rich
I was blown away by the innovative info … I hadn’t known what you presented to us in the “Final Chapter”. I know that it wiil significantly boost my own business, as I learn to implement your strategies. Thanks, Frank
I’d like to thank you Rich. The final chapter was magnificent. I feel that what you have explained can be applied to any business, be it online or offline.
I have two internet businesses that are completely different, but one has the priority in my life. You have now given me the blueprint to acheive my goals.
I am now reading The Alliance Factor and can’t wait to get to it.
Dean
Congrats Rich on coming up with a series of new programs that bilk the naive out of 1000’s of dollars. I’m sure you and the gurus get a big kick out of how gullable the “I want to be rich and successful” crowd is.
Do you really enjoy reading the sycophantic replies from the masses of followers?
People put down the kool-aide ok? If you really want to learn something, look at how Rich is
masterfully manipulating you with the free books, calls, and other media to pay him huge sums of money for teaching you common-sense business and marketing tactics.
Sigh…
Hey “Bizguy”
You made me laugh. My comment was going to be, “Hey, that old JAY ABRAHAM tape you were playing from 2002 must have finally sunk in!”
Gee, back end with thought. Who would have thunk it?
But to give him credit, we have a team working on the Agora style of keyword research.
So the world is a better place after all.
yay…
This is a must read for everyone that believes making money online is just telling people lies.
Very good, thanks a lot
Your model brings a reality check in every facet of my personal and professional life. Time to start anew. Thank you for your courage in challenging old thoughts and for your spirit of helpfulness. Your genuine care is replete.
Rich, This is just magnificient – really brilliant! I think that this will go down in the folklore of the internet as one of the most brilliant marketing campaigns so far.
Giving away the “manefesto” (Internet Business 101)and spacing them out over a few weeks has created a massive buzz – a great viral campaign.
How many of the herd following crowd are out there, drooling with their credit cards already burning their fingers in anticipation of the ‘Great Day’
Wow! Look and learn folks – this is one of the great marketing campaigns.
BTW – Rich, the 3 reports are really great on their own and long overdue – Thanks
I sense that new products must be created for back end selling as well as front end offers. And the frequency of autoresponders to send new offers of upselling higher end products to determine the life of a customer. Good solid reporting of the facts Rich!
Rich,I do believe you are great.
My problem is that only this year I have lost about $15.000.00
Yes it is sad-for me that is a lot of money-To be honest with you, Iam really tired of gurus.
Even though you sounds sincere Iam really scared to invest one more dime in this kind of offer.
Let me tell you that your program
with Agora looks great. As a matter of fact I’ve got a question:How a non for profit Org.can fit in your project with Agora??Thanks Roger Aburto.Salem Oregon.
I found the article fascinating. Particularly the marketing v selling section. I have watched V adverts and thought “Why aren’t they selling the product?” before now.. but as you said , maybe these multi-million dollar companies know something I don’t..
Fascinating….
Rich, Is there any customer management software that tracks and analyses the parameters that you discuss in your wonderful, free publications? Perhaps this is readily available and I’m just living in a cave but if it isn’t available it would fill a huge need in the entrepreneurial world.
Thank you for the most amazing advice in your trilogy of manifesto’s. I have read books by the best of the best like Seth Godin, Al Ries, Michel Fortin and many others. Your advice has actually pointed to the root cause of my frustrations as a online entrepreneur in South Africa. And now I know what to do to fix the situation and explode my income. The next two months will be a hard slog as I’m going to redo my vision, put all the business processes in place that are required and solidify my support team for 2007. I would like to thank you once again for the genius you are and taking the time to share your experience and expertise with me.
It’s amazing how you can read one report over and over again, and pick up a new “a-ha” each time.
Your two graphics have made me look at my business in a whole new way. Both depict a powerful way to build a business. They both sketch out the direction for a business to grow and succeed. Yet the first slide shows how the majority of businesses proceed: they leave the “you” in their business, and create a full time job that can never succeed without the “you” in place. As a business owner, you can choose to create your own “job” and handle the nuts and bolts yourself; or you can build using the resources readily available to you. Once you discover the power of using these resources, you move to your second graphic.
And that’s where the real power is. Once you release the daily “to-do” list to others, and seek out advice and strengths of others, you can move into a successful growth phase. It’s about searching out the strengths of others. It’s about working together with those around you to build the most successful business possible. It’s about building on your strengths, and the strengths of other successful business owners, and finding ways to build success together.
I’ve been working with your strategies all weekend, and have fine-tuned my vision for the future. Thanks Rich, I know our paths will cross someday soon, and I look forward to working with you.
This is one heck of a WAR REPORT!
Essentially you are telling us is that we will all go out of business, unless we set up a long term back-end customer relationship that funds a loss leader program at the front end.
Yep. Have to agree.
Soon it will be the only way to beat off the competition.
Perfect
Jonathan

Seriously do people on the net buy this stuff, like come on, it may help people, but dont get me wrong all this information can be found all over the net. Where is a website that doesnt have all the marketing copy and just straight up facts. Cause this site is more hype than anything.
OK, I am going to give it a try, I have sunk my lifes blood into my business and now I need to see results, what do I have to lose?
I have the privilege of being on many lists and studying under some of who I thought were the cream of the crop. Now I know who really is “The man”. Rich,
when my marketing friends, some listed as coaching clients (pg16), suggest something so strongly I listen & follow thru.
The Final Chapter is exactly what I needed to keep my desire fire burning. Thank you. I must admit. I found myself in your head and am proud of my answers to your questions. Mostly because I thought of myself as a intermediate online
marketing student. Now I know differently since I am doing exactly what you suggest by aligning myself with those in the know. Typically wearing all the hats is my weakness, without focus and an action plan. As you may deduce from my service business, I do have a degree of uncommon sense and passion. Thank you again for reconfirming.
I believe in myself and my new found desires to become “free”
from the daily mundane of business operations. As you do,
I to love to help others and continue to do so in many ways I can not even begin to imagine. Just like you are and so many other giving individuals. Good on ya. A valuable attribute.
James.
Certainly the most difficult of the three Manefesto Chapters to finish reading! I kept wanting to stop and immediately start implementing what I was learning. Finally drove my wife to the market – stayed in the car and read without interruption twice.
Thank you! Simply put, my total mindset is forever changed toward creating a successful internet business. I’ve just started, but will continue only after I’ve read all your information two or three times. You said what I’ve suspected in a small way, but was too insecure to follow my instincts. You helped me understand that I’m headed in the right direction and given me the courage to look at my strengths rather than my weaknesses. I’m replying on the The Internet Business Manifesto and The Missing Chapter, so I’ve got more to read. Better get busy. Bye.
I can’t thank you enough.

too long and boring
It looks like I may be able to have an internet business that actually suceeds!
RE: What do the two slides have in common?
They are both a road map to a lifestyle. One lifestyle is chaos and the other is order.
:0)
Hello, I want to know how do I get in on the Nov. 1 teleconference?
Hi Rich,
Great document… especially the part on success modules.
Good Afternoon Rich.
I have read your first 2 volumes and have started on the final chapter. I know you do not expect this but you have totally convinced me that you are the person to publish the book I have written. I belive it is one of a kind. Roughly it is lists of words up to 9 letters with the last two letters of each work in alphabetical order. It is about 200 poages and I have it completed in PDF. Kind sir, place take pity on a 77 year old and at least say you will have a quick look at it.
I have no idea how to market it and I finished the book about 3 yers ago. Please, I do hope you read the comments.
Regards,
Elsie
Rich Scheffrin is the Daddy!
He has stopped me treating my online business as a hobby and start using my offline business experience and knowledge!
Time for a re-read!
Still waiting to hear back from your support team on my previous question. I also still waiting to hear from you or ETR regarding some news you stated was forthcoming last Friday?
This is defintely uncommon sense. This definitely makes sense.
So many light bulbs were turned on during my read of The Final Chapter.
It makes me wonder, how much more strategy can there be?
This is awesome info. because it makes sense and it is usable and doable! Keep it coming, PLEASE!
Thanks, Trevor White>>Newbie
You have really changed my mindset. The information you provided is fantastic.
Final chapter is awesome.
I thought it was wonderfull it did take a few weeks to read. I’m learning a lot.
Look at things diffirent also in my daytime job.
I want to learn more and more about internet marketing and working a bussiness.
The real thing.
Wow!
I doubt this will be the final chapter. I now see what I need to do to succeed at the level I desire. I have the vision and the passion. I need to build the rest of it.
BTW, I signed up for a 12 month course of training including both online work, and a boot camp. When does the online training start? Not soon enough I think!
Ken
Hello Rich, I am very impressed by your research, implemtations and most of all that you share freely this information. It´s appreciated. I have read many ebooks on the subjet of making money on the internet and I think you are spot on with everything you have done. Nothing comes close to this. I mean that.
My perception of your slides is that one clearly displays all of the functions that should be done (despite whether they are or not) and how a one man show would be be totally overwhelming and unworkable to attempt. If being done by one person alone he would be really not be able to achieve much so this makes very clear the point about the “lifestyle lie”. On the other hand the other slide shows what you have pointed out throughout your writings: strategic planning to make the plans a reality.
You rock man!
Keep up the good work!
(I am working on my planning for my business based on your writings) Thanks again.
Rich, thanks for these reports. Along with The Attention Age Doctrine II, my respect for you is increasing.
I was your internet protege program you did with Stephen Pierce and Jay about 4 years ago.
I am currently in Nairobi Kenya. I am the only one I know of in Kenya that promotes you in my seminars and through my email marketing. You can see my website at http://www.alphaic.com. (Check out what Chet Holmes says about me.) Do you have a low-priced product I can produce here and give or sell to my seminar attendees that will open them up more to who you are and what you are selling? I want to add value to my seminars and I’d like to JV with you.
Also, I have developed marketing software which is up your alley and will make you and your affiliates a lot of money. If you read this post and you want to “chat”, write me at patrickb@alphaic.com.
Take care,
The information is great Rich. The question beckons however – at what point does a small company begin in relation to all of this? Clearly all of this is applicable for a company like Agora – which took 20 years to build, learn, acquire, test and implement all of this – but isn’t it a little like swimmer at the local swimming club comparing themselves with Michael Phelps?
Where does the small company begin before much of the resources, software and strategies that big companies like Agora utilize, becomes applicable?
The amateur swimmer doesn’t begin with a diet like a Phelps or a training regime like Phelps in order to become Phelps. So what does the smaller company need to do to progressively make the money needed to expand, develop the systems and employ the people and the resources needed to emulate the pros — keeping in mind that these guys have 20 years under their belts, over 70 staff and the financial resources to employ the very best gurus in every aspect of their business.
Or are we simply now in *your* emotional buying loop and (as Porter Stansberry said in the final chapter of your book and you also note on the graphic on page 53) — nothing that we ever buy from you will satisfy our emotional need to purchase more. And your job now is to continue to “exploit our emotional needs”?
Because that seems to take the focus away from helping your customer get results – which is possibly why Agora have relatively few testimonials that demonstrate that their buyers ever get the results of some of the outlandish promises in their sales letters.
It seems that their market is a market of gamblers who continue to buy on the promise of making a fortune, yet in 8 years of inquiring about the performance results of Agora’s newsletters, hardly any of them have made any good money.
And I could count on one finger the number of times that a big investment return was *ever* achieved by any of their investment newsletters. Are they just selling temporary itch relievers?
Is that what we can now expect through your new affiliation with Agora? What’s it going to cost us to get the tips that do more than “just scratch the surface”?
Wow now there’s awhole lot of information packed tightly. I was on that path just didn’t put it all together as quickly but it was there. I’m sure some marketersw won’t be to happy to read this as others like myself find it very gratifying to say the least. That was alot of brainstorming and worth every bit to say the least. First open and honest information I’ve ever heard since getting into marketing. Well done! Sheds alot of light that needs to be seen by all marketers. Thanks again
WOW! thats the word. So much information in this document.. still digesting some. Have questions on some. I love it

I’ll be honest… I’ve downloaded it, but I’m afraid to even crack the first page.
I’ve been trying to do the business for about a year now, with a full time IT job, and it’s not — no I’m just not working it right. Trying to balance between reading the right things & actually implementing. Trying to create a system. Trying to balance recruiting w/product sales. Trying to move toward where I can do outsourcing. Reading Yaro, Schefren, Kern, Filsaime… and it’s just all starting to overwhelm me. It’s exactly like that, now infamous, flowchart with “YOU” in the middle of it all.
I’m sure the report is going to be awesome… I’m just starting to feel like I’ll never be able to get these doggone plates to all spin at the same time.
Ok – done whining… back to work!
Clearly understandable straight information. Can be intimidating, not technical in content, however full of savvy business marketing knowledge. I must admit I read the whole report online even before I downloaded it. I found some information daunting, even frightening and felt sometimes what the heck have I got myself into (internet marketing). Still money is out there like a flowing river you just have to learn how to dam it.
WOW!!! Leave to Rich to lay it on the line. I have been receiving information from Rich for more than two years. He does not disappoint I know of no one else with the ball’s to sit down place pen to paper and tell it like it is. The demand for his Coaching Classes rival the wait for remastered Beatles disks when in comparison I would rather stand on line to be next in the classroom. And I am a former musician (45 years). Seldom are the issues affecting us all presented by what I refer to as The Full Package. Mr. Rich Schefren is such a package his teachings are legendary his earnings are quite literally taken to the bank daily. I for one am very pleased to see Rich sharing his wealth of knowledge that has placed more Entrepreneurs on the moon than NASA. He is giving back the Manifesto, The Final Chapter, The Emergency Syndrome are only the tip of the iceberg. The benefit to those of us whether it be schedule related, or worse financial but are unable to take part in person of Rich’s no holds barred Coaching Methods. We can all get feel a taste of what its all about through the generosity of Rich Schefren and those publications like The Business Manifesto, The Final Chapter, and The Emergency Syndrome. It would be my total and very distinct pleasure to be able to say that I know this man. However I’m not able to honestly make that claim, so far. To mention here all of those I know who have entered one door THINKING they were Marketers and in just a few short weeks exited another door KNOWING they were Marketers is a list much to long to produce here. Rich to my mind is the ZEN Master of marketing, how to make to work, how to earn on online. The industry truly is in desperate need of more like him Rich my man I duff my Fedora to you personally and your many exploits that have turned ordinary marketers into money machines, well done.
Rich,Rich,Rich,
What am I going to do? I read all 3 chapters. Lucky for me, i just was starting to get my feet wet. Now, I know why it took me so long to enter the water, like most people.
Like most people, I don’t just dive in unless you have been in those waters before and anticipate the exhilaration of a new day. The multitude of teachings about internet marketing is a mountain to climb just to come out the wrong trail almost every time. But i persisted and during the summer months, I realized that I had to work smarter and not harder. I was falling in the same trap as my IT job. Trading my time for money. No leveraging practiced here. I started asking questions, which led me to one online course, where the pre-condition to continue was to read your chapters and Mark Joyner’s Simple-ology. Best advice, which I took ,,, as my prime objective is to work full time as an IM.
I learned about the business models I have been exposed to, about the retail component (zero prior knowledge), and the profit principle. As a newbie, I am ignorant about the critical value of knowing your competition, of knowing the customer profile, i.e. latency, life cycle, … and of building systems and processes so that you do not become the YOU in the Manifesto slide. And, I am sure scaling my business was never in my business plan, only in my dreams.
The Final Chapter slide reflects a business plan where you are the CEO of your business with the V.S.P. and lead your staff and resources through marketing campaigns and innovative product creation. The work is subdivided just as the niches are. If success is the end state, then the plan is a good one. If the business needs ‘work’, you can troubleshoot the process by examining the problem from ‘confusion’ to ‘false starts’. One of the critical elements to business success is missing! Well, diagnosis is more than half the battle.
I now have a lot of homework to do.
I also have a travel plan for my journey. I was just about to hitchhike all over IM country, exploring the business opportunity landscape. I will settle on your program because I understand about work, common sense (i m challenged ), uncommon sense, and strategic alliances.
How, will I do it? I will take my time, which for me will be about 2 hours a day of “earning time” where I make money.
I will discover and examine my strengths.
I will research, spend money in niches where I am comfortable in my skin.
I will continue to be passionate about where I want to be in my IM business. I want to know where i want to make it great.
I will also be diligent with my “learning time”.
If i am successful, then i will see you in your coaching program in a few years.
Thanks for the teaching and the rescue,
zdanna
Thank you very much! This is really good materials!
that was a lot of information for a newbie as my self and to know there is more
then just setting up a website with this information and agora a business if done right can become more then a starting point it can become a business
Rich,
I think your last chapter is great. With the overflood information out there, sometimes a good guide is what we need before we can go into the unknown. Many thanks!
Hi Rich,
Great article! Your Matrix from Vision to Action Plan = $ucce$$ is a perfect puzzle.
A clear and simple explanation of what it takes to succeed in business. Every component must fit to complete the puzzle or a task, otherwise, the business will fail.
This is so True! I can’t believe I was blind enough for doing it all by myself like in your first slide. This is a big shift in the way to think what business is.
Rich
What can I say when, every installment is better than the previous one!
It just confirms my decision to unplug from everyone else – canceling my
other program and unsubscribing from all but a couple of e-mails was
the right decision.
I agree with you that building a strategic business instead of an opportunistic
one is the only way to go and I confess to being an opportunity chaser for far
to long now.
When I heard about your BGS program I jumped right on it and I look forward to
a time when I can be one of your Guru success stories!
After a long break from entrepreneurship and a handful of brick and mortar businesses I’m finding it quite a challenge to figure out my next venture.
So I’ll be ordering your Strengths Mastery Advantage Program to help me narrow down the next chapter of my life.
Thanks again Rich
Look forward to hitting the cigar bar someday sooon!
