I have been acting like an opportunist, not an entrepreneur.

And I should have known better!
I’m a business school university graduate, with more than 15 years small business experience - the brick n’ mortar type.

I also realize now something else - many of the so-called marketing gurus out there right now - are really opportunists, not entrepreneurs, in the true sense of the word.

Thank you again for sharing such priceless information, and opening my eyes and mind to a new way of thinking about how I approach my Internet business.

Rich, I’m working on client issues right now, and only had time to skim. I’ll definitely read the rest tonight.

Strategic thinking? Yes. Yes. And Yes. Systems thinking? Yes. And yet again, Yes.

I spent years dabbling online, and it’s only in getting to “yes” on those issues that’s allowed me to start creating success.

It’s unfortunate that too many people who really need this information will pass it by. But the brutal truth that their addiction to what I call “shiny object syndrome” is a huge factor in their lack of success. I know. I was there.

Having heard you give the “manifesto” speech in person, I’m still thrilled to have a printed copy to refer to. You’re the only “marketing guru” I know that approaches the business from this perspective. I noticed you make the one of your images available to be used as desktop background. Personally, the image that I’d like to put on my desktop as a reminder is the organization chart where “YOU” is responsible for every part of the business! That’s the image that really burns into my brain!

Amazing how simple you have made it, the most concise business plan I think I’ve ever read, you have me down to a tee!! But all that will change with the new “Process Map” I have just written out. Thanks for the information.

I have to say that reading the Manifesto was refreshing. Too many people who get on the Internet don’t think of it as actually running a business. “We” forget that the Internet should be just another strategy we use to reach our target market.

When building a business on the Internet, one should think of it and set it up as a real from-the-ground-up, brick-’n-mortar business. A lot of entrepreneurs don’t have the business background (administration or management) and don’t know how to find the resources to help them lay a firm foundation for growth.

Thank you for including Process Mapping! A simple tool, rarely used and when used rarely used effectively. Good process mapping is like the skeleton of your business. Thanks again for sharing a simple, yet very powerful tool. I’m looking forward to what’s coming up next!

Reading the Manifesto has really helped me to focus in on the project I’m working on and not get sidetracked into following “opportunities” that don’t support my vision. Thank you!

Well I read it, even made it all the way through only to realise at the very end that it’s nothing more than a very hyped (very well hyped I might add) sales pitch for an extremely expensive new teaching course.

Nothing new or really noteworthy in this “manifesto” at all.

As a ‘newbie’ in Internet Marketing, I was posively surprised to experience that the most sensible and successful approach of ‘offline’ marketing is also the most successful style of marketing online. Thank you to bring this to everyones attention which in return will show up in much greater quality outcome with the individual online-marketing enterpreneur.

I wanted to say that this was reminiscent of the few Wharton B-School courses I took as an undergrad engineering major. I’ve been starving for applicable business theory to this medium. Great stuff.

While I just downloaded the manifesto, I pored over it briefly and I think it really would be big help for us who are just starting now to be Online Entrepreneur. Its a great source and I will use what I will learn from it. Thank you again.

There is one thing I like to share with you though and this is also the concern of many entrepreneurs like me. The problem on Payment Methods. Unless there will be some sort of universal method which will be carried by all the sites, the market will still be limited. Just like in Export/Import, the Universal Method of Payment acceptable to big and small countries is the Letter of Credit. In the Internet, I found out is still very restrictive and limiting. In the end I guess many lose a lot of clients. Like me I could have bought a lot of many good buys, unfortunately only a handful accepted my preferred method of payment - not all buyers agreed to giving their credit card numbers no matter how you make assurance that’s its safe. Paypal and Clickbank on the other hand is very choosy in the countries they cover. Imagine covering Thailand and not covering the Philippines which is even ahead of Thailand in terms of technology and at par in terms of Economic Development. We’re now now the top three in BPO destination country in the World. Their officers should come to the Philippines to see that we even have more Skyscrappers than Singapore and Hongkong combined. We are an 80 Million market and counting, Singapore has 3 Million.

I’m taking this chance to air my disappointment because I see that you are respected and known personality in the Internet Business maybe you may include this fact, the Internet Business is losing millions of dollars and customers because the method of payment acceptable to all is not Universal. Unless this is solve, the market will be limited to the most developed countries like USA, UK etc. Or in our case in the Philippines, we will have to localize our payment methods and that is exactly what is happening here.

Thanks Schefren. I was able to download the report and read it. What a Report!!! And to get it for free!! I had stopped downloading free reports because of the awful stuff they pass on. When Armand Morin said “This report is PURE gold” I felt I must read it. Wow!! What an eye-opener!! I read it once on the screen. I am going to print it out and read it 20 times more. The part that has the most impact on me is “Do You Know What An Hour Of Your Time Is Worth?” and “Leverage & Scalability”. Thanks for the super content. The idea of giving good content for free to establish a contact has just taken a giant step in evolution.

I really liked your report and has forwarded the link to many of my friends. But still it does not contain concrete step-by-step information on making money.

I have a website that is not making any money. I have gone broke buying various traffic increasinf programs. It is Workat Hoem site. Can anyone suggest what is wrong with this site and how can I attract more genuine visitors to it.

My thinking has change a lot now by reading the pdf file.

I spend so much time wasteed on surfing and reading emails etc.

Since you said that your course would be a lot to pay. I think you should make a home made course for us with dvds step by step.

Been there, done that and bought all the t-shirts. I wish someone had told me to BUY NOTHING!! STOP THE DREAMSTEALERS NOW! Instead learn everything about the internet for FREE, think strategically and then implement YOUR ideas. I had come to this realisation after 6 wasted months and lots of wasted money. I applaud you for TELLING THE TRUTH. However, Rich, how about taking an internet failure, who has wasted all of her money and making her your next success story!
